Claims (5)
- 차체측에 부착되는 고정부재와, 일단이 상기 고정부재에 힌지결합되어 회전하며 도어와 차체 사이에 위치하는 체커아암과, 도어측에 부착되되 상기 체커아암을 내부에 수용하여 상기 체커아암의 길이 방향을 따라 슬라이딩 이동하면서 도어가 그 이동경로상의 일정지점에서 멈춘 상태를 유지하도록 하는 도어 체커를 포함하는 자동차용 도어 체커 장치에 관한 것으로서,상기 도어 체커는,내부에 수용공간이 형성되는 하우징;상기 하우징 내에 배치되며, 상기 체커아암에 맞물리면서 상기 체커아암에 의한 직선운동을 회전운동으로 변환시키는 변환수단;상기 하우징 내에 배치되며, 상기 변환수단과 맞물리면서 회전하되 마찰판이 형성된 회전수단;상기 하우징 내에 고정설치되며, 전기적 신호가 인가되면 상기 회전수단의 마찰판을 전자력에 의하여 흡인하면서 상기 회전부재를 구속할 수 있는 고정자; 및상기 고정자에 인가되는 전기적 신호를 온오프하는 제어수단;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 도어 체커 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 회전수단은,상기 변환수단이 일방향으로 회전하는 경우에는 고정자에 의한 구속에 의하여 회전이 구속되어 도어의 위치를 고정시키고,상기 변환수단이 타방향으로 회전하는 경우에는 고정자에 의하여 구속되어도 회전이 가능하여 도어의 움직임을 가능하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 도어 체커 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 회전수단은,상기 변환수단에 의하여 맞물려서 회전가능한 회전부재;상기 회전부재와 맞물리며 상기 회전부재의 회전방향에 따라 외경이 증가하거나 외경이 감소되도록 탄성변형가능한 탄성부재;상기 탄성부재를 내부에 수용하며 탄성부재의 외경이 회전부재의 회전에 따라서 증가할 때 상기 탄성부재의 외경이 일정이상 확장되는 것을 억제하도록 상기 탄성부재와 마찰접촉되는 통부재; 및상기 통부재와 고정결합되며 고정자와 마찰접촉하면서 회전이 구속될 수 있는 마찰판;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 도어 체커 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 탄성부재는, 일단이 내측으로 돌출된 토션스프링이며,상기 회전부재는, 외면에 기엇니가 형성된 기어부와, 상기 토션스프링의 내부에 삽입되며 상기 토션스프링의 일단이 삽입되는 슬롯이 형성된 삽입걸림부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 도어 체커 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 변환수단은,기엇니가 형성되며, 일면으로부터 돌출되는 제1걸림부가 마련되는 제1기어부재;기엇니가 형성되며, 일면에 가장자리를 따라 돌출되어 삽입공간이 마련되고, 상기 수용공간 내에 일면으로부터 돌출된 제2걸림부를 포함하는 제2기어부재; 및상기 수용공간 내에 삽입되며 상기 제1걸림부 및 제2걸림부가 삽입될 수 있는 슬롯이 형성되어 상기 제1기어부재의 회전력을 상기 제2기어부재로 전달하되, 탄성변형가능한 소재로 이루어져 있어 제1기어부재에 가해지는 충격을 흡수할 수 있는 탄성삽입부재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 도어 체커 장치.
