为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:一种移动通讯终端来电管理方法,所述移动通讯终端包括主SIM卡和副SIM卡,所述方法包括以下步骤:在接收到对应所述副SIM卡的来电时,判断所述副SIM卡是否被锁定;在所述副SIM卡被锁定时,停止响应所述来电,并且等待接收用户是否针对此来电发提醒消息告知来电方的指令;在接收到所述用户针对此来电发提醒消息告知来电方的指令时,采用主SIM卡将由系统自动生成或由用户手动编辑得到的提醒消息向来电方发送。
其中,所述判断副SIM卡是否被锁定的步骤包括:判断所述副SIM的标记位的状态是否为锁定状态。
其中,所述标记位的状态由所述移动通讯终端在开机启动过程中通过以下步骤判定:读取所述副SIM卡的国家标识和网络标识信息;将读取得到的所述副SIM卡的国家标识和网络标识信息与标准移动通讯终端国家标识和网络标识信息列表中允许使用的国家标识和网络标识信息进行比较:若所述副SIM卡的国家标识和网络标识信息与标准移动通讯终端国家标识和网络标识信息列表中允许使用的国家标识和网络标识信息不相符,则判断所述副SIM卡已被锁定。

为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种移动通讯终端,包括主SIM卡、副SIM卡、通讯管理模块、提醒管理模块以及消息发送模块。通讯管理模块在接收到对应所述副SIM卡的来电时,判断所述副SIM卡是否被锁定。提醒管理模块在所述副SIM卡被锁定时,停止响应所述来电,并且等待接收用户是否针对此来电发提醒消息告知来电方的指令。消息发送模块在接收到所述用户针对此来电发提醒消息告知来电方的指令时,采用所述主SIM卡将提醒消息向来电方发送。
其中,所述通讯管理模块包括信息读取单元与信息比较单元。信息读取单元用于读取所述副SIM卡的国家标识和网络标识信息。信息比较单元用于将读取得到的所述副SIM卡的国家标识和网络标识信息与标准移动通讯终端国家标识和网络标识信息列表中允许使用的国家标识和网络标识信息进行比较。若所述副SIM卡的国家标识和网络标识信息与标准移动通讯终端国家标识和网络标识信息列表中允许使用的国家标识和网络标识信息不相符,则判断所述副SIM卡已被锁定。
其中,所述消息发送模块的提醒消息是由系统自动生成或用户手动编辑生成。
其中,所述的提醒消息包括短信提醒消息、彩信提醒消息和/或邮件提醒消息。
其中,所述通讯终端还包括用户提醒模块,用于当副SIM卡被锁定而停止响应所述副SIM卡来电后,提示用户所述副SIM卡已被锁定。
本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的移动通讯终端及其来电管理方法由于限制其它运营商非预制的SIM卡的所有功能容易使得用户错过来电的缺陷,本发明在接收到对应副SIM卡的来电并且副SIM卡被锁定时,停止响应所述来电的同时提醒接收用户是否针对此来电发提醒消息告知来电方,当接收到用户针对此来电发提醒消息告知来电方的指令时,采用主SIM卡将提醒消息向来电放发送,使用户不至于错过来电。
进一步地:本发明通过读取副SIM卡的国家标识和网络标识信息,并将读取的副SIM卡的国家标识和网络标识信息与标准移动通讯终端国家标识和网络标识信息列表中允许的国家标识和网络标识信息进行比较,不相符合的判定为非预制的SIM卡后进行锁定,这样客观的比较可以有效地限制其它运营商的非预制的SIM卡的使用且不会给用户造成不便。
进一步地,本发明通过两种方式得到提醒消息,一种是通过用户编辑生成,另一种是通过系统自动生成,可以供用户自由选择。在得到提醒消息后,通过主SIM卡将由上述两种方式之一得到的提醒消息发送至来电方,以免错过来电并友好示意。
进一步地,本发明的通过短信、彩信或邮件等方式将提醒消息发送到来电方,可以选择一种或者一种以上的提醒方式告知来电方,让提醒更加有效。
进一步地,本发明通过设定用户提醒,当副SIM卡被锁定后自动拒接来电时,告知用户所使用的副SIM卡为非预制的SIM卡,并拒接了来电,以告知用户。

【具体实施方式】
本发明在移动通讯终端内,如手机内预置标准移动通讯终端国家标识和网络标识信息列表,所述信息列表通常称为运营商白名单,即由运营商指定的其认可的、允许使用的移动国家码(MCC)和移动网络码(MNC)表。MCC为Mobile
Country
Code,即移动国家码,MCC的资源由国际电联(ITU)统一分配和管理,唯一识别移动用户所属的国家,共3位,如中国的MCC为460;MNC为Mobile
Network Code,即移动网络码,共2位,用于标识移动用户所属的网络;MSISDN为Mobile Subscriber International
ISDN/PSTN number,即主叫用户为呼叫一个移动用户所需拨的号码,作用同于固定网PSTN(Public Switched Telephone
Network)号码,其是在公共电话网交换网络编号计划中唯一能识别移动用户的号码。。
用户在使用非运营商制认可、允许使用的SIM卡作为用户识别卡时,移动通讯终端需要对SIM卡进行判定,对于不在上述白名单内的SIM卡,进行相关功能的限制,如不允许打电话、发短信、GPRS上网等,或者直接锁死手机。
下面,结合具体实施例及附图,对本发明作出详细说明。
请参阅图1,本发明实施例的移动通讯终端来电管理方法,所述移动通讯终端包括主SIM卡和副SIM卡,包括以下步骤:
步骤101:在接收到对应所述副SIM卡的来电时,判断所述副SIM卡是否被锁定;
步骤102:在所述副SIM卡被锁定时,停止响应所述来电,并且等待接收用户是否针对此来电发提醒消息告知来电方的指令;
步骤103:在接收到所述用户针对此来电发提醒消息告知来电方的指令时,采用所述主SIM卡将提醒消息向来电方发送。
以上可以了解,本发明在接收到对应副SIM卡的来电并且副SIM卡被锁定时,停止响应所述来电的同时提醒接收用户是否针对此来电发提醒消息告知来电方,当接收到用户针对此来电发提醒消息告知来电方的指令时,采用主SIM卡将提醒消息向来电放发送,使用户不至于错过来电。

在本发明的另一实施例中,所述采用主SIM卡将由系统自动生成或由用户手动编辑得到的提醒消息向来电方发送步骤包括:采用主SIM卡将由系统自动生成或由用户手动编辑得到的短信提醒消息、彩信提醒消息和/或邮件提醒消息向来电方发送。通过短信、彩信或邮件等方式将提醒消息发送到来电方,可以选择一种或者一种以上的提醒方式告知来电方,让提醒更加有效。
在本发明的另一实施例中,在所述副SIM卡被锁定而停止响应所述副SIM卡来电的步骤中,还包括步骤:提示用户所述副SIM卡已被锁定。通过设定用户提醒,当副SIM卡被锁定后自动拒接来电时,告知用户所使用的副SIM卡为非预制的SIM卡,并拒接了来电,以告知用户。
图3是本发明实施例提供的一种移动通讯终端,包括主SIM卡和副SIM卡,还包括:
通讯管理模块301:在接收到对应所述副SIM卡的来电时,判断所述副SIM卡是否被锁定;
提醒管理模块302:在所述副SIM卡被锁定时,停止响应所述来电,并且等待接收用户是否针对此来电发提醒消息告知来电方的指令;

在本发明的另一实施例中,所述消息发送模块的提醒消息是由系统自动生成或用户手动编辑生成。通过上述两种方式得到提醒消息,即前述的一种是通过用户编辑生成,另一种是通过系统自动生成,可以供用户自由选择。在得到提醒消息后,通过主SIM卡将由上述两种方式之一得到的提醒消息发送至来电方,以免错过来电并友好示意。
在本发明的另一实施例中,所述的提醒消息包括短信提醒消息、彩信提醒消息和/或邮件提醒消息。通过短信、彩信或邮件等方式将提醒消息发送到来电方,可以选择一种或者一种以上的提醒方式告知来电方,让提醒更加有效。
在本发明的另一实施例中,所述通讯终端还包括用户提醒模块,用于当副SIM卡被锁定而停止响应所述副SIM卡来电后,提示用户所述副SIM卡已被锁定。通过设定用户提醒,当副SIM卡被锁定后自动拒接来电时,告知用户所使用的副SIM卡为非预制的SIM卡,并拒接了来电,以告知用户。
图5是本发明实施例提供的一种具有多卡多待功能的移动通讯终端的来电管理方法流程图。该方法所适用于具有多卡多待功能的的移动通讯终端,如双卡双待手机,其具有主SIM卡(简称主卡)和一个或多个副SIM卡(简称副卡),其中主SIM卡具有所有通讯功能,一般为运营商定制的SIM卡,副SIM卡在功能上受一定的限制,如只具有接收来电、接收短信或GPRS上网等部分功能。
步骤S11,开始;
此步骤中,以用户手机接收到来电信息为开始步骤,从而触发对来电的处理。
步骤S12,判断该电话是否来自副SIM卡;
在此步骤中,可根据来电参数中的MSISDN信息与主SIM卡和副SIM卡电话号码的相关信息进行比较,如果比较结果与主SIM卡信息一致,则来电接收方为主SIM卡,来电不受限制,则直接跳转到步骤S110进行普通接听流程;如果比较结果与副SIM卡信息一致,则表示来电可能受到限制,则进行步骤S13。
步骤S13,将副SIM卡的国家标识和网络标识信息与标准移动通讯终端国家标识和网络标识信息列表中允许的国家标识和网络标识信息进行比较,判断副SIM卡是否锁定;
在此步骤中,通过读取副SIM卡某一特定标记位的参数,可判断副SIM卡当前的锁定状态,如果副SIM卡未被锁定接收来电功能,则直接跳转到步骤S110进行普通来电呼叫及等接听电话的流程;如果副SIM卡被锁定接收来电功能,则进行步骤S14。
步骤S14,结束副SIM卡来电并记录来电号码的MSIDN;
在此步骤中,由于副SIM卡接收来电功能已被锁定,不允许其接收来电,则自动结束或拒接来电。同时,为了能够对来电进行相应的提醒等处理,需要记录来电号码的MSIDN信息,此信息可记录在手机内部的寄存器内。
步骤S15,提示用户副SIM卡已锁定;
由于在步骤14中手机自动拒接来电号码,为了告知用户有拒接来电,避免漏接重要电话,则需要对用户进行提醒。例如可以通过提示音或在手机显示屏上显示文字或图标的方式提醒用户由于副SIM卡锁定而导致一未接电话,并可根据未接原因设定不同的提示信息。提示信息可包括拒接来电的来电时间、来电号码、来电姓名、拒接原因等,当然还可以采用其他的提醒方式和提醒内容,在此不再一一列举。这样虽然本机副SIM卡拒接了来电,但是又提醒了用户来电信息,方便用户获知来电信息,并可根据实际情况采取相应的应对措施,如用户在获知拒接来电信息后,可以使用其他电话呼叫来电号码,以避免引起误会或错过重要来电事件。
步骤S16,询问用户是否用主SIM卡自动回复短消息;
在此步骤中,可以弹出对话框,询问用户是否用主SIM卡采用短消息的形式回复来电方,并给出“是”和
“否”的选项,方便用户选择;
步骤S17,用户选择;
如果用户选择“否”,则不采用主SIM卡回复短消息,然后跳转至步骤S110,结束本次来电处理;如果用户选择“是”,则进行步骤S18;
步骤S18,生成回复短消息;
在此步骤中,自动生成回复短消息,优选的,可采用主SIM卡号码进行自动回复短消息给拒接电话号码,方便手机用户及时告知来电方绝接原因等。具体的,拒接信息可以由生产商或用户自行预先设定,拒接内容可以包括拒接原因,如呼叫号码正忙、信号不良无法接通等,也可以设定其他礼貌性的拒接理由,短信内容不做具体限定,能够起到告知呼叫方拒接电话的通知即可,然后进行步骤S19;在此步骤中,可以生成回复的彩信或者邮件,抑或是短消息、彩信和邮件中的一种或者几种同时发送,以提高提醒消息的可靠性。
步骤S19,发送短消息;
通过用户确认短消息后,发送短消息给来电方。在此步骤中,发送的短消息、彩信或邮件等提醒消息均可以通过系统生成、也可以通过用户手动编辑生成,由用户自由选择。
步骤110,结束。
本步骤中,针对不同的跳转,实现的功能也具有一定的差异,如果本步骤由步骤S11或步骤S12跳转而来,则为来电呼叫或通话步骤;如果本步骤由步骤S17跳转而来,则是结束发送短消息的处理步骤,并进行待机,等待下一次电话呼入。
本发明手机来电管理方法不仅适用于当前2G、3G手机等常用设备,也适用于其他类型的移动通讯设备。
其中,对于某些更改的设计,上述步骤S15、S16、S17为可选步骤,根据实际需要进行一定的取舍。
参见图6,判断副SIM卡锁定方法一般可以在手机处于启动的过程中进行,具体方法包括:
步骤S21,开始,
本步骤中,除了必要的开起手机电源之外,还包括一些保证手机正常工作的必要软、硬件的启动,根据手机的不同,必要的启动条件可能不同,在此不做具体的限定。
步骤S22,读取主SIM卡MCC和MNC;
此步骤中,读取主SIM卡的MCC和MNC,用于识别主SIM卡的移动国家码和移动网络码。
步骤S23,检查SIMLock条件;
此步骤中,读取手机的SIMLock条件,用于判断手机的主SIM卡是否为符合要求的SIM卡。
步骤S24,判断主SIM卡是否可用;
此步骤中,检查该读取的主SIM卡的MNC和MCC是否存在手机内存储的标准移动通讯终端国家标识和网络标识信息列表中,即白名单中。
如果结果为“否”,代表主SIM卡为不符合要求的SIM卡,则跳转至步骤S240,执行国际标准的SIM操作对主SIM卡进行SIMLock,锁死整个手机,限定其全部手机功能,同时,产生用户提示信息,包括短信、彩信或者邮件等提醒消息,告知用户当前主SIM卡已锁定,除紧急电话(SOS)功能之外的功能全被禁止,用户需输入解锁信息才能进行使用,至此进行步骤S29,完成对手机的锁定;如果结果为“是”,则通过SIMLock条件,主SIM卡可使用,然后进行步骤S25。
步骤S25,读取副SIM卡MCC和MNC;
此步骤与步骤S22类似,不同之处仅在于此步骤读取的是副SIM卡的MCC和MNC信息。
步骤S26,检查SIMLock条件;
此步骤与步骤S23类似,读取手机的SIMLock条件,用于判断手机的副SIM卡是否为符合要求的SIM卡。
步骤S27,判断副SIM卡是否不可用;
此步骤中,检查该读取的副SIM卡的MNC和MCC信息是否是否与存储单元内存储的标准移动通讯终端国家标识和网络标识信息列表中的存国家标识和网络标识信息相符,即判定如果副SIM卡是否可使用,如果副SIM卡不可使用,则执行步骤S28,标记副SIM卡为锁定,对副SIM卡进行SIMLock操作,锁定副SIM卡,副SIM卡锁定可采用锁定标记的形式,例如采用手机内存中的一个特别标记位标注,具体内存位置则不做限制,然后进行步骤S29,结束本次判断。
当手机具有多个副SIM卡的时候,可以重复上面的步骤S25-S28,完成对所有副SIM卡的SIMLock判断。
相较于现有技术,本发明具有多卡多待功能的移动通讯终端的来电管理方法能够在多卡多待或双卡双待手机中实现对来副SIM卡来电进行识别判断,只有符合手机预定规则副SIM卡来电才能够被接听,不符合预定规则副SIM卡来电则被自动拒接,能够实现手机对网络、运营商的匹配,提高网络运营商的竞争力。
同时本发明多卡多待或双卡双待功能的移动通讯终端的来电管理方法还可以在拒接非匹配的副SIM卡的来电后,发送礼貌拒接信息至呼叫方,避免对方的误解。更进一步地,本方法还同时将拒接来电信息提醒本机用户,方便本机用户根据拒接来电的实际情况采取相应的措施,避免错过重要来电事件,方便用户的使用。

- 根据权利要求7所述的移动通讯终端来电管理方法,其特征在于:所述采用主SIM卡将提醒消息向来电方发送的步骤包括:采用主SIM卡将由系统自动生成或由用户手动编辑得到的提醒消息向来电方发送。
- 根据权利要求5所述的移动通讯终端来电管理方法,其特征在于:在所述副SIM卡被锁定而停止响应所述副SIM卡来电的步骤中,还包括步骤:提示用户所述副SIM卡已被锁定。
- 一种移动通讯终端,包括主SIM卡和副SIM卡,其特征在于,包括:通讯管理模块:在接收到对应所述副SIM卡的来电时,判断所述副SIM卡是否被锁定;提醒管理模块:在所述副SIM卡被锁定时,停止响应所述来电,并且等待接收用户是否针对此来电发提醒消息告知来电方的指令;消息发送模块:在接收到所述用户针对此来电发提醒消息告知来电方的指令时,采用所述主SIM卡将提醒消息向来电方发送。
- 根据权利要求10所述的移动通讯终端,其特征在于:所述通讯管理模块包括:信息读取单元:用于读取所述副SIM卡的国家标识和网络标识信息;信息比较单元:用于将读取得到的所述副SIM卡的国家标识和网络标识信息与标准移动通讯终端国家标识和网络标识信息列表中允许使用的国家标识和网络标识信息进行比较:若所述副SIM卡的国家标识和网络标识信息与标准移动通讯终端国家标识和网络标识信息列表中允许使用的国家标识和网络标识信息不相符,则判断所述副SIM卡已被锁定。
- 根据权利要求11所述的移动通讯终端,其特征在于:所述消息发送模块的提醒消息是由系统自动生成或用户手动编辑生成。
- 根据权利要求12所述的移动通讯终端,其特征在于:所述提醒消息包括短信提醒消息、彩信提醒消息和/或邮件提醒消息。
- 根据权利要求10所述的移动通讯终端,其特征在于:所述通讯终端还包括用户提醒模块,用于当副SIM卡被锁定而停止响应所述副SIM卡来电后,提示用户所述副SIM卡已被锁定。
