Abstract

본 발명은 평각 도선을 축 방향으로 적층하여, 한 축의 코일부를 제조하는 공정과, 연결부의 평각 도선을 길이 방향으로 연장시킨 상태에서 각권 하여, 제 1 코일부와 제 2 코일부로 나누고, 두 개의 코일부를 연결하는 연결부를 제조함에 있어, 연결부의 평각 도선을 꺾어 제조하는 공정을 거치고, 최종적으로 꺾어진 연결부를 펴는 단계를 거침으로서, 제 1 코일부 및 제 2 코일부가 동일 방향이고, 동일 평면상에서 병렬 상태로 나란히 놓이도록 하는 적층 코일의 제조 방법이다.
