Abstract

본 발명은 불시의 재난 발생시(화재, 지진, 기타 비상상황 등) 인명의 신속한 대피나 구조활동이 가능하여 재난으로부터 인명피해의 최소화에 크게 일조할 수 있는 새로운 재난 대피기구에 관한 것이다. 즉, 일측으로 부터 전달되는 고속회전을 일정한 비율로 감속시킨 다음 일측 또는 타측으로 하나 이상의 저속회전을 출력시키는 유성기어식 감속기(100)와; 상기 유성기어식 감속기(100)의 일측에 구비되고 일정한 굵기의 와이어(w)를 감아 권설시키면 사용 중 수반되는 당김력에 의해 더욱 깊게 끼임되어 절대 미끄러지거나 빠지지 않는 와이어 결속홈(200a)을 포함하는 와이어 결속풀리장치(200)와; 상기 와이어 결속풀리장치(200)에 최소 180°이상의 각도 범위내에 권설되고, 일측과 타측 중 어느 하나이상에 후크(h)가 구비된 일정한 굵기의 와이어(w)와; 상기 유성기어식 감속기(100)의 일측 또는 상기 유성기어식 감속기(100)와 축 연결된 결속풀리장치(200)의 일측에 구비될 수 있고, 감속기에 일정한 회전동력을 발생시키는 회전구동장치(400)로 이루어지는 것이다.
