Abstract

본 발명은 전기분해장치의 전해조 구조에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 유체의 유속이 저하되지 않도록 복수의 유송배관을 직렬로 적층하여 연결하고, 전기분해과정에서 발생한 수소와 전극과의 접촉을 최소화하여 전극에 대한 성능 저하 및 에너지 소모가 증대되지 않도록 한 전기분해장치의 전해조 구조에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 일측의 하부와 상부에는 각각 유입구 및 배출구가 형성되며, 일방향으로의 지그재그 유로가 형성되도록 적층된 직렬의 유송배관;상기 유송배관의 내부에 설치되며, 유송배관 내로 유송되는 발라스트수에 전기 반응시키는 전극:을 포함하여 구성된 전기분해장지의 전해조 구조에 있어서,적층된 유송배관의 일단부와 타단부는 상,하로 번갈아가며 폐쇄되되, 폐쇄된 부위에는 상부에 이웃하는 유송배관과 통하는 오리피스 홀이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기분해장치의 전해조 구조를 제공한다.
