Abstract

Se describe un dispositivo microfluídico que consiste en: i) una entrada; ii) una primera capa que contiene al menos una primera y segunda estructuras portadoras de corriente, en donde la al menos primera y segunda estructuras portadoras de corriente cada una tiene una pluralidad de dientes, y en donde los dientes de la primera y segunda estructuras portadoras de corriente están opcionalmente desplazados de manera que los dientes de la primera estructura portadora de corriente estén colocados entre los dientes de la segunda estructura portadora de corriente; iii) una segunda capa que tiene una primera cámara microfluídica en comunicación fluidacon la entrada colocada por encima de la al menos primera y segunda estructuras portadoras de corriente de la primera capa; y iv) una tercera capa que tiene al menos una tercera y cuarta estructuras portadoras de corriente, en donde la al menos tercera y cuarta estructuras portadoras de corriente cada una tiene una pluralidad de dientes, y en donde los dientes de la tercera y cuarta estructuras portadoras de corriente están opcionalmente desplazados de modo que los dientes de la tercera estructura portadora de corriente estén colocados entre los dientes de la cuarta estructura portadora de corriente; y en donde la al menos tercera y cuarta estructuras portadoras de corriente están colocadas en la tercera capa para estar por encima de la primera cámara fluidica y de modo que los dientes de la tercera estructura portadora de corriente estén colocados en una forma considerablemente vertical por encima o desplazados de los diente5 de la primera estructura portadora de corriente y los dientes de la cuarta estructura portadora de corriente estén colocados en una forma considerablemente vertical por encima o desplazados de los dientes de la segunda estructura portadora de corriente, en donde los dientes tienen un vástago que tiene punta considerablemente elíptica.
