应当理解, 此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明, 并不用于 限定本发明。
参照图 1 , 提出本发明互联网信息发布方法一实施例, 该方法包括: 步驟 S101 , 接收用户所发送的网址请求, 在预设的网址关联信息库中 查找该网址所对应的可植入信息类型和信息关键词。
在本实施例中, 处于用户端的用户根据自己的需要, 发送一个网址的 请求, 接收到该用户所发出的网址请求后, 便开始在预设的网址关联信息 库中查找这个网址所关联的可植入信息类型和信息关键词。
本发明所提出的网址关联信息库, 是根据网络服务器针对用户所请求 的网址而返回的网页信息, 并从中提取出用户的兴趣点, 根据所提取出的 用户的兴趣点, 将兴趣点转化为可植入信息类型和信息关键词, 然后, 将 用户所请求的网址关联上所转化的可植入的信息类型和信息关键词, 并将 该网址及其所对应的可植入信息类型和信息关键词同时保存至网址关联信 息库中。 这样, 当用户下一次访问相同的网址时, 便可以在收到该网址的 请求后, 在网址关联信息库中进行搜索, 直至找到与其对应的信息类型和 信息关键词。
步驟 S102, 将所述网址发送至网络服务器请求连接页面, 同时根据所 述可植入信息类型和信息关键词向信息服务器发送信息匹配请求。
在接收到用户所发出的网址请求, 并且在网址关联信息库中查找到该 网址所对应的可植入信息类型和信息关键词后, 便将所接收到的网址请求 转发至网络服务器请求连接页面, 与此同时, 将查找到的该网址所对应的 可植入信息类型和信息关键词发送至信息服务器, 以请求匹配信息。 本实 施例中, 如在网址关联信息库中可以查找到该用户所请求的网址, 但是没 有与之对应的信息类型和信息关键词, 则说明这个网址没有与之关联的推 广信息, 因此就不必去向信息服务器发送信息匹配请求了。 在向网络服务 器请求连接网页的同时, 在网址关联信息库中查找用户所请求的网址所对 应的可植入信息类型和信息关键词, 以向信息服务器发送信息匹配请求, 这样可以在很大程度上减少用户请求网址的等待时间。
步驟 S103 , 将所述网络服务器所返回的网页信息与信息服务器所返回 的推广信息一起发送给用户。
接收到网络服务器根据所请求的网址返回的网页信息, 同时接收到信 息服务器所返回的为该网址所匹配的最合适的推广信息后, 便将推广信息 置入网络服务器所返回的网页信息中, 一起发送给用户。
本发明所提供的一种互联网信息发布方法, 通过预设的网址关联信息 库中所存储的内容, 当用户发出网址请求后, 在将该请求转发至网络服务 器的同时, 在网址关联信息库中查找这个网址所对应的可植入信息类型和 信息关键词, 并向信息服务器发送信息匹配请求。 然后, 将网络服务器返 回的网页信息和信息服务器返回的最匹配的推广信息一起发送给用户。 采 用这种方法, 将网址请求与信息匹配请求同时发送, 可减少用户等待的时 间, 并且可将与用户所请求的网址最匹配的推广信息发送给用户, 既可以 让推广信息真正起到推广的作用, 又不会使用户对推广信息反感。
参照图 2 ,提出本发明互联网信息发布方法又一实施例,该方法还包括: 步驟 S104, 所述信息服务器接收到信息匹配请求后, 获取信息类型, 并根据信息类型查找与之对应的信息 ID索引库及信息关键词库。
信息服务器接收到的信息匹配请求中, 携带着在网址关联信息库中查 找到用户所请求的网址所对应的可植入信息类型和信息关键词。 首先, 从 中获取出信息类型, 并且根据这个信息类型, 查找出其所对应的信息 ID索 引库及信息关键词库。 一个网址只对应一种信息类型, 每一种信息类型都 对应一个信息 ID索引库及信息关键词库, 而信息 ID索引库及信息关键词 库中的信息 ID索引和信息关键词则是多对多的对应关系, 即一个信息关键 词可以对应多个信息 ID索引, 同时一个信息 ID索引也可以对应多个信息 关键词。
步驟 S105 ,根据信息匹配请求中的信息关键词, 以及所述信息 ID索引 库与信息关键词库的对应关系, 匹配出信息 ID索引, 并^^据所述信息 ID 索引查找到信息实体, 生成信息列表。
根据所提取出的信息类型, 可以在信息服务器中搜索到该与其对应的 信息关键词库, 并且可以通过信息关键词库中的信息关键词, 在信息 ID索 引库中, 匹配出与这些信息关键词有对应关系的所有信息 ID索引, 同时, 可以根据所匹配出的信息 ID索引查找到所有与之对应的信息实体, 一个信 息 ID索引唯一地对应一个信息实体。 最终, 根据所查找到的所有的信息实 体, 生成一个信息列表。
步驟 S106, 从信息列表中取出至多三个推广信息, 并将所述至多三个 推广信息返回。
本实施例中, 信息服务系统可以根据推广信息商的信息费用、 要求出 现的频率等要求, 对信息实体列表中所有的推广信息进行打分, 得分的高 低即可反映出每个推广信息的优先显示等级。 然后, 根据优先显示的原则, 按照信息列表中所有推广信息的得分排名情况, 从中取出排名靠前的最多 三个推广信息, 将这最多三个推广信息返回给中间服务器, 并通过中间服 务器, 将这些推广信息与网络服务器所返回的用户请求的网址所对应的网 页信息一起发送给用户。 从匹配的信息列表中只取出最多三个推广信息发 给用户, 由于其数量不多且为根据用户的兴趣点所在而匹配出的最合适的 推广信息, 这样便使得用户在查看网页的同时, 可以欣然接受网页中所带 的推广信息, 而不至于对推广信息反感。
通过在信息服务器中设置信息 ID索引库及信息关键词库, 当收到用户 所请求的网址所对应的可植入信息类型和信息关键词后, 便可根据所获取 出的信息类型查找到与之对应的信息关键词库, 然后根据其中的信息关键 词在信息 ID索引库中匹配出所有对应的信息 ID索引, 并最终通过信息 ID 索引与信息实体的——对应关系生成信息列表, 并从中取出最多三个推广 信息发送给用户。 这样, 进一步减少了用户等待的时间, 并且可以使用户 不再对网页中所带的推广信息产生反感, 同时可以使推广信息很好地起到 推广的作用。
参照图 3 ,提出本发明互联网信息发布方法另一实施例,该方法还包括: 步驟 S107, 判断所述网址是否存在于所述网址关联信息库中。
在收到用户所请求的网址后, 首先会在网址关联信息库中进行查找, 以判断网址关联信息库中是否已经保存过该网址以及其所关联的可植入信 息类型和信息关键词, 如果存在, 则会将该信息类型和信息关键词发送至 信息服务器进行信息匹配请求。
步驟 S108, 如不存在, 则根据所述网络服务器所返回的网页信息提取 出用户兴趣点并转化为可植入信息类型和信息关键词。
如在网址关联信息库没有查找到用户所请求的网址, 即该网址为新请 求的网址, 此时, 便会根据网络服务器所返回的该网址的网页信息, 从中 判断并且提取出用户的兴趣点所在, 并将用户的兴趣点转化为可植入信息 类型和信息关键词, 然后将该可植入信息类型和信息关键词与该网址相关 联。 本实施例中, 如果网络服务器所返回的网页信息中存在大量的连接, 并且连接的内容超过了普通文本内容, 可以将用户所请求的这个网址认为 是门户网址, 对于这种连接数比较多的网页, 由于其内容比较复杂, 用户 是要到里面搜索一个感兴趣的连接, 而其他的则可能不是用户所感兴趣的, 所以, 对这样的网页就不用提取用户的兴趣点, 即不关联可植入信息类型 和信息关键词, 而将其关联上无对应的推广信息。
对于在网址关联信息库搜索不到的网址请求, 在收到网络服务器所返 回的该网址对应的网页信息后, 从中提取出用户的兴趣点并转化为可植入 信息类型和信息关键词, 然后再向信息服务器发送信息匹配请求。 这样, 由于可以很准确地对准用户的兴趣点所在, 便可以保证向用户发送的信息 为其所感兴趣的, 而使推广信息可以真正起到推广的作用。 在上述实施例中, 互联网信息发布方法还包括:
步驟 S109, 将所述网址及其所对应的可植入信息类型和信息关键词保 存至所述网址关联信息库中。
当对网址提取了兴趣点, 并且将其关联上可植入信息类型和信息关键 词后, 为了在下一次使用同样网址的时候可以很方便地匹配出其所对应的 推广信息, 便需要将这个网址以及其所关联的可植入信息类型和信息关键 词保存至网址关联信息库中。 对于不关联可植入信息类型和信息关键词的 网址, 则将其关联上无对应的推广信息而存入网址关联信息库中。
将网址与其所关联的可植入信息类型和信息关键词保存在网址关联信 息库中, 当下一次用户发出同样的网址请求时, 便可以很方便并且快速地 搜索到该网址所对应的可植入信息类型和信息关键词, 这时只需要向信息 服务器发送信息匹配请求, 请求最合适的匹配信息即可。 这使得推广信息 的推广更快、 更方便, 从而更有效地减少了用户在请求网页时的等待时间。
参照图 4,提出本发明互联网信息发布系统一实施例, 该系统包括中间 服务器、 网络服务器和信息服务器。 再参照图 5 , 中间服务器包括:
查找模块 10, 用于接收用户所发送的网址请求, 在预设的网址关联信 息库中查找该网址所对应的可植入信息类型和信息关键词;
请求模块 20, 用于将所述网址发送至网络服务器请求连接页面, 同时 根据所述可植入信息类型和信息关键词向信息服务器发送信息匹配请求; 发送模块 30, 用于将所述网络服务器所返回的网页信息与信息服务器 所返回的推广信息一起发送给用户。
在本实施例中, 处于用户端的用户根据自己的需要, 发送一个网址的 请求, 接收到该用户所发出的网址请求后, 查找模块 10便开始在预设的网 址关联信息库中查找这个网址所关联的可植入信息类型和信息关键词。
本发明所提出的网址关联信息库, 是根据网络服务器针对用户所请求 的网址而返回的网页信息, 并从中提取出用户的兴趣点, 根据所提取出的 用户的兴趣点, 将兴趣点转化为可植入信息类型和信息关键词, 然后, 将 用户所请求的网址关联上所转化的可植入的信息类型和信息关键词, 并将 该网址及其所对应的可植入信息类型和信息关键词同时保存至网址关联信 息库中。 这样, 当用户下一次访问相同的网址时, 便可以在收到该网址的 请求后, 在网址关联信息库中进行搜索, 直至找到与其对应的信息类型和 信息关键词。
在接收到用户所发出的网址请求, 并且在网址关联信息库中查找到该 网址所对应的可植入信息类型和信息关键词后, 请求模块 20便将所接收到 的网址请求转发至网络服务器请求连接页面, 与此同时, 将查找到的该网 址所对应的可植入信息类型和信息关键词发送至信息服务器, 以请求匹配 信息。 本实施例中, 如在网址关联信息库中可以查找到该用户所请求的网 址, 但是没有与之对应的信息类型和信息关键词, 则说明这个网址没有与 之关联的推广信息, 因此就不必去向信息服务器发送信息匹配请求了。 在 向网络服务器请求连接网页的同时, 在网址关联信息库中查找用户所请求 的网址所对应的可植入信息类型和信息关键词, 以向信息服务器发送信息 匹配请求, 这样可以在很大程度上减少用户请求网址的等待时间。
接收到网络服务器根据所请求的网址返回的网页信息, 同时接收到信 息服务器所返回的为该网址所匹配的最合适的推广信息后, 发送模块 30便 将推广信息置入网络服务器所返回的网页信息中, 一起发送给用户。
本发明所提供的一种互联网信息发布系统, 通过预设的网址关联信息 库中所存储的内容, 当用户发出网址请求后, 在将该请求转发至网络服务 器的同时, 在网址关联信息库中查找这个网址所对应的可植入信息类型和 信息关键词, 并向信息服务器发送信息匹配请求。 然后, 将网络服务器返 回的网页信息和信息服务器返回的最匹配的推广信息一起发送给用户。 采 用这种方法, 将网址请求与信息匹配请求同时发送, 可减少用户等待的时 间, 并且可将与用户所请求的网址最匹配的推广信息发送给用户, 既可以 让推广信息真正起到推广的作用, 又不会使用户对推广信息反感。
参照图 6,提出本发明互联网信息发布系统又一实施例, 所述信息服务 器包括:
获取模块 40, 用于所述信息服务器接收到信息匹配请求后, 获取信息 类型, 并根据信息类型查找与之对应的信息 ID索引库及信息关键词库; 匹配模块 50, 用于根据信息匹配请求中的信息关键词, 以及所述信息 ID索引库与信息关键词库的对应关系, 匹配出信息 ID索引,并根据所述信 息 ID索引查找到信息实体, 生成信息列表;
返回模块 60, 用于从信息列表中取出至多三个推广信息, 并将所述至 多三个推广信息返回。
信息服务器接收到的信息匹配请求中, 携带着在网址关联信息库中查 找到用户所请求的网址所对应的可植入信息类型和信息关键词。 首先, 获 耳 4莫块 40从中获取出信息类型, 并且根据这个信息类型, 查找出其所对应 的信息 ID索引库及信息关键词库。 一个网址只对应一种信息类型, 每一种 信息类型都对应一个信息 ID索引库及信息关键词库, 而信息 ID索引库及 信息关键词库中的信息 ID索引和信息关键词则是多对多的对应关系, 即一 个信息关键词可以对应多个信息 ID索引, 同时一个信息 ID索引也可以对 应多个信息关键词。
根据所提取出的信息类型, 可以在信息服务器中搜索到该与其对应的 信息关键词库, 并且可以通过信息关键词库其中的信息关键词, 匹配模块 50在信息 ID索引库中,匹配出与这些信息关键词有对应关系的所有的信息 ID索引, 同时,可以根据所匹配出的信息 ID索引查找到所有与之对应的信 息实体, 一个信息 ID索引唯一地对应一个信息实体。 最终, 根据所查找到 的所有的信息实体, 生成一个信息列表。
本实施例中, 信息服务系统可以根据推广信息商的信息费用、 要求出 现的频率等要求, 对信息实体列表中所有的推广信息进行打分, 得分的高 低即可反映出每个推广信息的优先显示等级。 然后, 根据优先显示的原则, 按照信息列表中所有推广信息的得分排名情况, 从中取出排名靠前的最多 三个推广信息, 返回模块 60将这最多三个推广信息返回给中间服务器, 并 通过中间服务器, 将这些推广信息与网络服务器所返回的用户请求的网址 所对应的网页信息一起发送给用户。 从匹配的信息列表中只取出最多三个 推广信息发给用户, 由于其数量不多且为根据用户的兴趣点所在而匹配出 的最合适的推广信息, 这样便使得用户在查看网页的同时, 可以欣然接受 网页中所带的推广信息, 而不至于对推广信息反感。
本发明所提供的实施例, 通过在信息服务器中设置信息 ID索引库及信 息关键词库, 当收到用户所请求的网址所对应的可植入信息类型和信息关 键词后, 便可根据所获提取出来的信息类型查找到与之对应的信息关键词 库, 然后根据其中的信息关键词在信息 ID索引库中匹配出所有对应的信息 ID索引, 并最终通过信息 ID索引与信息实体的——对应关系生成信息列 表, 并从中取出最多三个推广信息发送给用户。 这样, 进一步减少了用户 同时可以使推广信息很好地起到了推广的作用。
参照图 7,提出本发明互联网信息发布系统另一实施例, 所述中间服务 器还包括:
判断模块 70, 用于判断所述网址是否存在于所述网址关联信息库中; 提耳 4莫块 80, 用于在不存在时, 根据所述网络服务器所返回的网页信 息提取出用户兴趣点并转化为可植入信息类型和信息关键词。
在收到用户所请求的网址后, 判断模块 70首先会在网址关联信息库中 进行查找, 以判断网址关联信息信息库中是否已经保存过该网址以及其所 关联的可植入信息类型和信息关键词, 如果存在, 则会将该信息类型和信 息关键词发送至信息服务器进行信息匹配请求。
如在网址关联信息库没有查找到用户所请求的网址, 即该网址为新请 求的网址, 此时, 提耳 4莫块 80便会根据网络服务器所返回的该网址的网页 信息, 从中判断并且提取出用户的兴趣点所在, 并将用户的兴趣点转化为 可植入信息类型和信息关键词 , 然后将该可植入信息类型和信息关键词与 该网址相关联。 本实施例中, 如果网络服务器所返回的网页信息中存在大 量的连接, 并且连接的内容超过了普通文本内容, 可以将用户所请求的这 个网址认为是门户网址, 对于这种连接数比较多的网页, 由于其内容比较 复杂, 用户是要到里面搜索一个感兴趣的连接, 而其他的则可能不是用户 所感兴趣的, 所以, 对这样的网页就不用提取用户的兴趣点, 即不关联可 植入信息类型和信息关键词, 而将其关联上无对应的推广信息。

在上述实施例中, 所述中间服务器还包括:
保存模块 90, 用于将所述网址与其所对应的可植入信息类型和信息关 键词保存至所述网址关联信息库中。
当对网址提取了兴趣点, 并且将其关联上可植入信息类型和信息关键 词后, 为了在下一次使用同样网址的时候可以很方便地匹配出其所对应的 推广信息, 保存模块 90便需要将这个网址以及其所关联的可植入信息类型 和信息关键词保存至网址关联信息库中。 对于不关联可植入信息类型和信 息关键词的网址, 则将其关联上无对应的推广信息而存入网址关联信息库 中。
将网址与其所关联的可植入信息类型和信息关键词保存在网址关联信 息库中, 当下一次用户发出同样的网址请求时, 便可以很方便并且快速地 搜索到该网址所对应的可植入信息类型和信息关键词, 这时只需要向信息 服务器发送信息匹配请求, 请求最合适的匹配信息即可。 这使得推广信息 的推广更快、 更方便, 从而更有效地减少了用户在请求网页时的等待时间。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种互联网信息发布方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收用户所发送的网址请求, 在预设的网址关联信息库中查找该网址 所对应的可植入信息类型和信息关键词;
将所述网址发送至网络服务器请求连接页面, 同时根据所述可植入信 息类型和信息关键词向信息服务器发送信息匹配请求;
将所述网络服务器所返回的网页信息与信息服务器所返回的推广信息 一起发送给用户。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的互联网信息发布方法, 其特征在于, 在执行所 述根据可植入信息类型和信息关键词向信息服务器发送信息匹配请求之 后, 还包括:
所述信息服务器接收到信息匹配请求后, 获取信息类型, 并根据信息 类型查找与之对应的信息 ID索引库及信息关键词库;
根据信息匹配请求中的信息关键词, 以及所述信息 ID索引库与信息关 键词库的对应关系, 匹配出信息 ID索引, 并根据所述信息 ID索引查找到 信息实体, 生成信息列表;
从信息列表中取出至多三个推广信息, 并将所述至多三个推广信息返 回。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的互联网信息发布方法, 其特征在于, 在执行所 述将网络服务器所返回的网页信息与信息服务器所返回的推广信息一起发 送给用户之前, 还包括:
判断所述网址是否存在于所述网址关联信息库中;
如不存在, 则根据所述网络服务器所返回的网页信息提取出用户兴趣 点并转化为可植入信息类型和信息关键词。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的互联网信息发布方法, 其特征在于, 在执行所 述根据网络服务器所返回的网页信息提取出用户兴趣点并转化为可植入信 息类型和信息关键词之后, 还包括:
将所述网址及其所对应的可植入信息类型和信息关键词保存至所述网 址关联信息库中。
5、 如权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的互联网信息发布方法, 其特征在 于, 如所述网络服务器所返回的网页信息为门户网址, 则不关联可植入信 息类型和信息关键词。
6、 一种互联网信息发布系统, 其特征在于, 包括中间服务器、 网络服 务器和信息服务器, 其中, 中间服务器包括:
查找模块, 用于接收用户所发送的网址请求, 在预设的网址关联信息 库中查找该网址所对应的可植入信息类型和信息关键词;
请求模块, 用于将所述网址发送至网络服务器请求连接页面, 同时根 据所述可植入信息类型和信息关键词向信息服务器发送信息匹配请求; 发送模块, 用于将所述网络服务器所返回的网页信息与信息服务器所 返回的推广信息一起发送给用户。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的互联网信息发布系统, 其特征在于, 所述信息 服务器包括:
获取模块, 用于所述信息服务器接收到信息匹配请求后, 获取信息类 型, 并根据信息类型查找与之对应的信息 ID索引库及信息关键词库; 匹配模块, 用于根据信息匹配请求中的信息关键词, 以及所述信息 ID 索引库与信息关键词库的对应关系, 匹配出信息 ID索引, 并根据所述信息 ID索引查找到信息实体, 生成信息列表;
返回模块, 用于从信息列表中取出至多三个推广信息, 并将所述至多 三个推广信息返回。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的互联网信息发布系统, 其特征在于, 所述中间 服务器还包括:
判断模块, 用于判断所述网址是否存在于所述网址关联信息库中; 提取模块, 用于在所述判断模块判断不存在时, 根据所述网络服务器 所返回的网页信息提取出用户兴趣点并转化为可植入信息类型和信息关键 词。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的互联网信息发布系统, 其特征在于, 所述中间 服务器还包括: 保存模块, 用于将所述网址及其所对应的可植入信息类型 和信息关键词保存至所述网址关联信息库中。
10、 如权利要求 6至 9中任一项所述的互联网信息发布系统, 其特征 在于, 如所述网络服务器所返回的网页信息为门户网址, 则不关联可植入 信息类型和信息关键词。
