在终端附着到网络上时, 移动性管理实体( MME )从 HSS中获得该终 端的签约信息, 并保存在本地。 MME是核心网中用于管理用户终端控制信 令的实体, 负责接入控制, 包括鉴权控制、 标识(GUTI, TAI list )指配、 用户标识和设备标识验证、信令面加密、与 eNB之间的一致性保护、 2G/3G 与 EPS之间安全参数以及 QoS参数的转换、 接入许可控制、 决定是否可以 获得请求的资源并预留这些资源、合法监听、移动性管理(实现对 UE当前 位置的跟踪和记录)、会话管理、对 EPS承载的相关操作、以及网元选择等。
MTC互操作功能实体(MTC IWF )是在移动通信网和外部公网之间的 一个连接实体, 能够实现协议转换,地址查询,信息保存等功能。 MTC IWF 对外连接应用服务器, 对内可以连接到 HSS或 MME。
对于 MTC业务的特定位置触发特性,要求网络应能根据物联网应用提 供的位置信息触发特定位置的终端, 即网络应能针对特定位置内的离线设 备、 或降低了移动性管理频率的终端发起基于特定位置的接入请求触发, 但是, 现有技术还没有针对该问题提出一种解决方案。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种触发特定位置终端的方法、 系统和终端, 能够使网络根据物联网应用提供的位置信息触发终端。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
本发明提供了一种触发特定位置终端的方法, 该方法包括: 网络侧通过广播消息或者非接入层 (NAS )信令将特定位置触发消息 发送给终端;
所述终端接收到所述特定位置触发消息后, 确定自身签约了特定位置 触发特性时, 与网络侧建立连接。
所述网络侧通过广播消息将特定位置触发消息发送给终端, 具体为: 网络侧的 MME接收到特定位置触发消息后,将所述特定位置触发消息 发送给网络侧的基站;
所述基站通过广播消息将所述特定位置触发消息发送给所述终端。 所述网络侧通过 NAS信令将特定位置触发消息发送给终端, 具体为: 网络侧的 MME接收到特定位置触发消息后,发送包含所述特定位置触 发消息的 NAS信令到所述终端。
所述终端接收到所述特定位置触发消息后, 确定自身签约了特定位置 触发特性, 具体为:
所述终端检查自身保存的签约特性, 其中包含特定位置触发特性时, 确定自身签约了特定位置触发特性。
所述网络侧通过广播消息或者 NAS信令将特定位置触发消息发送给终 端之前, 该方法还包括:
所述终端附着到网络侧时,所述 MME获取所述终端的签约数据,并将 所述签约数据中的签约特性通过附着接受消息发送给所述终端。
所述 MME接收到特定位置触发消息之前, 该方法还包括:
网络侧的 MTC服务器发送特定位置触发消息给网络侧的 MTC互操作 功能实体(MTC IWF );
所述 MTC IWF根据所述特定位置触发消息中携带的特定位置信息查 找对应的网络侧的 MME, 并将所述特定位置触发消息发送到所述 MME; 或者,所述 MTC IWF根据所述特定位置触发消息中携带的特定位置信息查 找对应的 HSS, 并将所述特定位置触发消息发送到所述 HSS; 所述 HSS根 据所述特定位置触发消息中携带的特定位置信息查找对应的网络侧的 MME, 并将所述特定位置触发消息发送到所述 MME。
所述 MME接收到特定位置触发消息之前, 该方法还包括:
网络侧的 MTC服务器发送特定位置触发消息给网络侧的 HSS;
所述 HSS根据所述特定位置触发消息中携带的特定位置信息查找对应 的网络侧的 MME, 并将所述特定位置触发消息发送到所述 MME。
本发明还提供了一种触发特定位置终端的系统, 包括: 网络侧和终端, 其中:
所述网络侧, 用于通过广播消息或者 NAS信令将特定位置触发消息发 送给所述终端;
所述终端, 用于接收到所述特定位置触发消息后, 确定自身签约了特 定位置触发特性时, 与网络侧建立连接。
所述网络侧包括: MME和基站, 其中:
所述 MME, 用于接收到特定位置触发消息后, 将所述特定位置触发消 息发送给所述基站;
所述基站, 用于通过广播消息将所述特定位置触发消息发送给所述终 端。
所述网络侧包括: MME, 用于接收到特定位置触发消息后, 发送包含 特定位置触发消息的 NAS信令到终端。
所述网络侧还包括: MTC服务器和 HSS, 其中:
所述 MTC服务器, 用于发送特定位置触发消息给所述 HSS;
所述 HSS, 用于根据所述特定位置触发消息中携带的特定位置信息查 找对应的所述 MME, 并将所述特定位置触发消息发送到所述 MME。
所述网络侧还包括: MTC服务器、 以及 MTC IWF, 其中: 所述 MTC服务器, 用于发送特定位置触发消息给所述 MTC IWF; 所述 MTC IWF, 用于根据所述特定位置触发消息中携带的特定位置信 息查找对应的所述 ΜΜΕ, 并将所述特定位置触发消息发送到所述 ΜΜΕ; 还用于根据特定位置触发消息中携带的特定位置信息查找对应的 HSS, 并 将特定位置触发消息发送到 HSS。
本发明还提供了一种终端, 包括接收模块、 判断模块和连接模块, 其 中:
所述接收模块, 用于接收网络侧发送的特定位置触发消息;
所述判断模块, 用于根据所述特定位置触发消息, 判断终端是否签约 了特定位置触发特性;
所述连接模块, 用于在所述判断模块判定终端签约了特定位置触发特 性时, 建立终端与网络侧的连接。
本发明触发特定位置终端的方法和系统中: 网络侧通过广播消息或者 NAS信令将特定位置触发消息发送给终端; 终端接收到特定位置触发消息 后, 确定自身签约了特定位置触发特性时, 与网络侧建立连接, 如此实现 了网络根据物联网应用提供的位置信息触发终端。 附图说明

本发明实施例一种触发特定位置终端的方法如图 2所示, 包括如下步 驟:
步驟 201 , 网络侧通过广播消息或者非接入层( NAS )信令将特定位置 触发消息发送给终端。
其中, 网络侧通过广播消息将特定位置触发消息发送给终端, 具体为: 网络侧的 MME接收到特定位置触发消息后,将特定位置触发消息发送给网 络侧的基站; 基站通过广播消息将特定位置触发消息发送给终端。
网络侧通过 NAS信令将特定位置触发消息发送给终端, 具体为: 网络 侧的 MME接收到特定位置触发消息后,发送包含特定位置触发消息的 NAS 信令到终端。
在 MME接收到特定位置触发消息之前, 该方法还包括:
网络侧的 MTC服务器发送特定位置触发消息给网络侧的 MTC IWF; MTC IWF根据特定位置触发消息中携带的特定位置信息查找对应的网 络侧的 MME, 并将特定位置触发消息发送到所述 MME; 或者 MTC IWF 根据特定位置触发消息中携带的特定位置信息查找对应的 HSS, 并将特定 位置触发消息发送到 HSS; HSS根据特定位置触发消息中携带的特定位置 信息查找对应的网络侧的 MME , 并将特定位置触发消息发送到 MME。
或者,
网络侧的 MTC服务器发送特定位置触发消息给网络侧的 HSS; HSS 根据特定位置触发消息中携带的特定位置信息查找对应的网络侧的 MME, 并将特定位置触发消息发送到 MME。
步驟 202, 终端接收到特定位置触发消息后, 确定自身签约了特定位置 触发特性时, 与网络侧建立连接。
终端接收到特定位置触发消息后, 检查自身保存的签约特性, 其中包 含特定位置触发特性时, 确定自身签约了特定位置触发特性。
上述的签约特性,是终端附着到网络侧时, 由 MME将获取的签约数据 中的签约特性通过附着接受消息发送给终端的。
下面通过具体的实施例来说明本发明的技术方案。 实施例一
在该实施例中, 假设终端处于离线状态, 则触发该特定位置终端的流 程包括如下步驟:
步驟 1、 在终端入网时, MTC用户将该终端签约为具有特定位置触发 特性;
步驟 2、 终端开机后, 发送附着请求消息到 MME, 该消息中包括终端 标识和安全证书;
步驟 3、 MME在通过对终端标识和安全证书的鉴权后, 向 HSS请求该 终端的签约数据;
步驟 4、 HSS在收到 MME的请求后, 发送终端的签约数据给 MME; 步驟 5、 MME接收到 HSS发送的签约数据后, 获取其中的终端的签约 特性;
步驟 6、 MME发送附着接受信令给终端, 在附着接受信令中包含该终 端的签约特性;
步驟 7、 终端在业务结束后, 发送去附着请求消息到 MME;
步驟 8、 MME在删除承载后,释放掉 S1-MME信令连接,相应的 RRC 连接也会被释放, 此时终端进入离线状态;
步驟 9、 MTC服务器发送特定位置触发消息给 HSS, 该消息中至少携 带特定位置信息, 该位置信息可以设置为跟踪区域(TA, Tracking Area ) 或小区或小区组, 表明需要触发位于该跟踪区域或小区或小区组内的终端; 进一步的, 该特定位置触发消息还可以携带: MTC服务器地址和 /或 MTC服务器标识。
步驟 10、 HSS根据特定位置触发消息中携带的特定位置信息查找对应 的 MME, 并通过插入签约数据 ( Insert Subscriber Data )消息将接收的特定 位置触发消息发送到该 MME; 步驟 11、 MME通过 SI AP的下行 NAS传输消息发送特定位置触发消 息到基站;
步驟 12、 基站通过小区广播的方式, 在原有 SIB (系统信息块)扩展 信息元, 也可以修改原有 SIB 中的某一个信息元, 以广播特定位置触发消 步驟 13、 终端通过读取广播消息接收到特定位置触发消息, 并检查自 身的签约特性, 确定自身是否签约了特定位置触发特性;
步驟 14、 如果终端签约了特定位置触发特性, 则此时处于离线状态的 终端发起网络附着请求, 与网络建立连接。
实施例二
在该实施例中, 假设终端处于离线状态, 则触发该特定位置终端的流 程包括如下步驟:
步驟 1至步驟 8同实施例一的步驟 1至步驟 8, 此处不再赘述。
步驟 9、 MTC服务器发送特定位置触发消息给 MTC IWF, 该消息中至 少携带特定位置信息, 该位置信息可以设置为 TA或小区或小区组,表明需 要触发位于该跟踪区域或小区或小区组内的终端;
进一步的, 该特定位置触发消息还可以携带: MTC服务器地址和 /或 MTC服务器标识。
步驟 10、 MTC IWF根据特定位置触发消息中携带的特定位置信息查找 对应的 MME, 并将接收的特定位置触发消息发送到该 MME;
步驟 11、 MME接收到 MTC IWF发送的特定位置触发消息后, 通过 S1AP的下行 NAS传输消息发送特定位置触发消息到基站;
步驟 12、 基站通过小区广播的方式, 在原有 SIB (系统信息块)扩展 信息元, 也可以修改原有 SIB 中的某一个信息元, 以广播特定位置触发消 息; 步驟 13、 终端通过读取广播消息接收到特定位置触发消息, 并检查自 身的签约特性, 确定自身是否签约了特定位置触发特性;
步驟 14、 如果终端签约了特定位置触发特性, 则此时处于离线状态的 终端发起网络附着请求, 与网络建立连接。
实施例三
在该实施例中, 假设终端处于离线状态, 则触发该特定位置终端的流 程包括如下步驟:
步驟 1至步驟 9同实施例二的步驟 1至步驟 9, 此处不再赘述; 步驟 10、 MTC IWF根据特定位置触发消息中携带的特定位置信息查找 对应的 HSS, 并将接收的特定位置触发消息发送到该 HSS;
步驟 11至步驟 15同实施例一的步驟 10至步驟 14, 此处不再赘述。 实施例四
在该实施例中, 假设终端处于空闲状态, 则触发该特定位置终端的流 程包括如下步驟:
步驟 1至步驟 6同实施例一中的步驟 1至步驟 6, 此处不再赘述; 步驟 7、 若无业务需求, 则终端进入空闲状态;
步驟 8、 MTC服务器发送特定位置触发消息给 MTC IWF, 该消息中至 少携带特定位置信息, 该位置信息可以设置为跟踪区域 TA或小区或小区 组, 表明需要触发位于该跟踪区域或小区或小区组内的终端;
进一步的, 该特定位置触发消息还可以携带: MTC服务器地址和 /或
MTC服务器标识。
步驟 9、 MTC IWF根据特定位置触发消息中携带的特定位置信息查找 对应的 MME, 并将接收的特定位置触发消息发送到该 MME;
步驟 10、MME接收到 MTC IWF发送的特定位置触发消息后,当 MME 接收到终端的跟踪区更新请求消息时, 接受该终端的跟踪区更新请求, 并 发送跟踪区更新接受消息(该消息是一种 NAS信令)给终端, 其中包含特 定位置触发消息。
上述, 终端发送跟踪区更新请求消息的情形包括: 终端通常被网络分 配在一个跟踪区, 当终端移动出跟踪区时, 需要通过发送跟踪区更新请求 给网络(如 MME ), 网络在本地修改终端的跟踪区位置信息; 另外, 当终 端不运动并且处于空闲状态时, 也需要发送周期性的跟踪区更新请求消息 给网络, 让网络知道终端还在线。
该步驟中, MME也可通过其他 NAS信令将特定位置触发消息发送给 终端, 例如: 附着接受消息、 服务请求接受消息等。
步驟 11、终端通过读取跟踪区更新接受消息接收到特定位置触发消息, 并检查自身的签约特性, 确定自身是否签约了特定位置触发特性;
步驟 12、 如果终端有签约了特定位置触发特性, 则该处于空闲态的终 端发起业务请求, 与网络建立连接。
实施例五
在该实施例中, 假设终端处于空闲状态, 则触发该特定位置终端的流 程包括如下步驟:
步驟 1至步驟 6同实施例一中的步驟 1至步驟 6, 此处不再赘述; 步驟 7、 若无业务需求, 则终端进入空闲状态;
步驟 8、 MTC服务器发送特定位置触发消息给 HSS, 该消息中至少携 带特定位置信息, 该位置信息可以设置为 TA或小区或小区组,表明需要触 发位于该跟踪区域或小区或小区组内的终端;
进一步的, 该特定位置触发消息还可以携带: MTC服务器地址和 /或 MTC服务器标识。
步驟 9、 HSS根据特定位置触发消息中携带的特定位置信息查找对应的 MME, 并通过插入签约数据( Insert Subscriber Data ) 消息将接收的特定位 置触发消息发送到该 MME;

上述, 终端发送跟踪区更新请求消息的情形包括: 终端通常被网络分 配在一个跟踪区, 当终端移动出跟踪区时, 需要通过发送跟踪区更新请求 给网络(如 MME ), 网络在本地修改终端的跟踪区位置信息; 另外, 当终 端不运动并且处于空闲状态时, 也需要发送周期性的跟踪区更新请求消息 给网络, 让网络知道终端还在线。

在该实施例中, 假设终端处于空闲状态, 则触发该特定位置终端的流 程包括如下步驟:
步驟 1至步驟 8同实施例四中的步驟 1至步驟 8, 此处不再赘述; 步驟 9、 MTC IWF根据特定位置触发消息中携带的特定位置信息查找 对应的 HSS, 并将接收的特定位置触发消息发送到该 HSS;
步驟 10至步驟 13同实施例五中的步驟 9至步驟 12, 此处不再赘述。 为了实现上述方法, 本发明还提供了一种触发特定位置终端的系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 网络侧和终端, 其中: 网络侧, 用于通过广播消息或者 NAS信令将特定位置触发消息发送给 终端;
终端, 用于接收到特定位置触发消息后, 确定自身签约了特定位置触 发特性时, 与网络侧建立连接。
网络侧可以包括: ΜΜΕ 和基站, 其中: ΜΜΕ, 用于接收到特定位置 触发消息后, 将所述特定位置触发消息发送给基站; 基站, 用于通过广播 消息将特定位置触发消息发送给终端。
网络侧也可以包括: ΜΜΕ, 用于接收到特定位置触发消息后, 发送包 含特定位置触发消息的 NAS信令到终端。
终端, 还用于接收到特定位置触发消息后, 检查自身保存的签约特性, 其中包含特定位置触发特性时, 确定自身签约了特定位置触发特性; 相应 的, ΜΜΕ, 还用于在终端附着到网络侧时, 获取终端的签约数据, 并将签 约数据中的签约特性通过附着接受消息发送给终端。
进一步地, 网络侧还可以包括: MTC服务器和 HSS, 其中: MTC月良 务器, 用于发送特定位置触发消息给所述 HSS; HSS, 用于根据特定位置 触发消息中携带的特定位置信息查找对应的 ΜΜΕ,并将特定位置触发消息 发送到 ΜΜΕ。
或者,
网络侧还可以包括: MTC服务器、 以及 MTC IWF, 其中: MTC服务 器, 用于发送特定位置触发消息给 MTC IWF; MTC IWF, 用于根据特定位 置触发消息中携带的特定位置信息查找对应的 MME,并将特定位置触发消 息发送到所述 MME;还用于根据特定位置触发消息中携带的特定位置信息 查找对应的 HSS, 并将特定位置触发消息发送到 HSS。
本发明实施例中应用于上述方法和系统的终端如图 3所示, 包括: 接收模块, 用于接收网络侧发送的特定位置触发消息; 判断模块, 用于根据上述接收的特定位置触发消息, 判断终端是否签 约了特定位置触发特性;
连接模块, 用于在判断模块判定终端签约了特定位置触发特性时, 建 立终端与网络侧的连接。

1、 一种触发特定位置终端的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括: 网络侧通过广播消息或者非接入层 (NAS )信令将特定位置触发消息 发送给终端;
所述终端接收到所述特定位置触发消息后, 确定自身签约了特定位置 触发特性时, 与网络侧建立连接。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述触发特定位置终端的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 网络侧通过广播消息将特定位置触发消息发送给终端, 具体为:
网络侧的 MME接收到特定位置触发消息后,将所述特定位置触发消息 发送给网络侧的基站;
所述基站通过广播消息将所述特定位置触发消息发送给所述终端。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述触发特定位置终端的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 网络侧通过 NAS信令将特定位置触发消息发送给终端, 具体为:
网络侧的 MME接收到特定位置触发消息后,发送包含所述特定位置触 发消息的 NAS信令到所述终端。
4、 根据权利要求 2或 3所述触发特定位置终端的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端接收到所述特定位置触发消息后, 确定自身签约了特定位置触发 特性, 具体为:
所述终端检查自身保存的签约特性, 其中包含特定位置触发特性时, 确定自身签约了特定位置触发特性。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述触发特定位置终端的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 网络侧通过广播消息或者 NAS信令将特定位置触发消息发送给终端之前, 该方法还包括:
所述终端附着到网络侧时,所述 MME获取所述终端的签约数据,并将 所述签约数据中的签约特性通过附着接受消息发送给所述终端。

7、 根据权利要求 2或 3所述触发特定位置终端的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 MME接收到特定位置触发消息之前, 该方法还包括:
网络侧的 MTC服务器发送特定位置触发消息给网络侧的 HSS;
所述 HSS根据所述特定位置触发消息中携带的特定位置信息查找对应 的网络侧的 MME, 并将所述特定位置触发消息发送到所述 MME。
8、 一种触发特定位置终端的系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 网络侧和终端, 其中:
所述网络侧, 用于通过广播消息或者 NAS信令将特定位置触发消息发 送给所述终端;
