目前, MTC业务引入了一些与传统移动通信不同的特性, 如: 优先警 才艮消息 (PAM, Priority Alarm Message )特性, 该特性允许当 MTC设备触 发一条 PAM时, 能优于其他特性进行发送, 且网络能优于其他特性给予处 理并发送到 MTC服务器。 该特性需要在 MTC用户签约某 MTC设备时, 运营商在该 MTC设备的签约信息中设置并激活 PAM特性,存储在 HSS中。
然而, 在现有的对 MTC特性的网络增强方案中, 并没有考虑对 PAM 特性的处理。也就是说,现有的 3GPP核心网络中的实体功能模块并不会对 某条 MTC消息进行特别优先处理, 即在没有对网络实体功能进行增强前, 即使终端发送了一条 PAM消息, 网络也只会作为普通的 MTC数据处理, 由此可能导致 PAM消息的发送被拒绝或延迟, 从而不能达到 PAM消息能 被优先处理的需求。尤其是在当时间控制( Time Controlled )特性被激活时, 该特性定义了一个授权时间段, MTC设备只允许在该时间段内接入或发送 数据, 网络将拒绝该时间段以外的接入请求和数据发送; 那么对于该时间 段以外发送的 PAM消息, 将不会被网络处理, 也就无法满足 PAM消息能 被优先处理的需求。 发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种处理 MTC优先警报消息的 方法和系统, 以满足对 PAM消息优先处理的需求。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
本发明提供了一种处理机器类型通信(MTC )优先警报消息的方法, 该方法包括:
MTC设备在发送给网络实体的消息中携带优先警报消息( PAM )标识; 所述网络实体接收到来自 MTC设备的消息后, 根据所述消息中 PAM 标识的指示, 优先处理对应 MTC设备的请求和数据发送。
所述 MTC设备发送的消息为: 接入请求消息或消息数据;
相应的, 所述 PAM标识携带在所述接入请求消息或消息数据中。
所述接入请求消息为: 附着请求消息、 连接请求消息或业务请求消息。 该方法进一步包括: 所述网络实体在接收到来自 MTC设备的消息后, 如果所述消息中携带 PAM标识,且所述 MTC设备的 PAM特性为激活状态, 则所述网络实体优先处理对应 MTC设备的请求和数据发送。
所述优先处理对应 MTC设备的请求和数据发送, 包括以下操作中的至 少一种: 优先为所述 MTC设备选择月良务网关和 /或分组数据网络网关; 优 先为所述 MTC设备建立分组业务承载; 优先发送来自所述 MTC设备的消 息数据; 当有除 PAM特性的其他特性同时激活时, 无论是否符合其他特性 的处理机制, 优先处理 PAM消息的收发。

本发明还提供了一种处理 MTC 优先警报消息的系统, 该系统包括: MTC设备和网络实体, 其中,
所述 MTC设备, 用于在发送给网络实体的消息中携带 PAM标识; 所述网络实体, 用于接收到来自 MTC设备的消息后, 根据所述消息中 PAM标识的指示, 优先处理对应 MTC设备的请求和数据发送。
所述 MTC设备发送的消息为: 接入请求消息或消息数据;
相应的, 所述 PAM标识携带在所述接入请求消息或消息数据中。
所述接入请求消息为: 附着请求消息、 连接请求消息或业务请求消息。 所述网络实体进一步用于, 在接收到来自 MTC设备的消息后, 所述消 息中携带 PAM标识,且所述 MTC设备的 PAM特性为激活状态, 则优先处 理对应 MTC设备的请求和数据发送。
所述网络实体进一步用于, 优先为所述 MTC设备选择服务网关和 /或 分组数据网络网关; 优先为所述 MTC设备建立分组业务承载; 优先发送来 自所述 MTC设备的消息数据; 当有除 PAM特性的其他特性同时激活时, 无论是否符合其他特性的处理机制, 优先处理 PAM消息的收发。
所述网络实体进一步用于, 在 PAM消息发送的时间在授权发送时间之 外时 , 仍然接收和处理所述 PAM消息、 或发送 PAM消息的接入请求消息; 或在 PAM消息发送时, 网络负载超过预定门限,仍然接收和处理所述 PAM 消息、 或发送 PAM消息的接入请求消息。
本发明所提供的一种处理 MTC优先警报消息的方法和系统, MTC设 备在发送给网络实体的消息中携带 PAM标识; 网络实体接收到来自 MTC 设备的消息后, 根据消息中 PAM标识的指示, 优先处理对应 MTC设备的 请求和数据发送。 通过本发明的方法和系统, 能够满足对 PAM消息优先处 理的需求。 附图说明

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进一步详细阐述。 本发明所提供的一种处理 MTC优先警报消息的方法, 如图 2所示, 主 要包括以下步骤:
步骤 201 , MTC设备在发送给网络实体的消息中携带 PAM标识。 步骤 202,网络实体接收到来自 MTC设备的消息后,根据该消息中 PAM 标识的指示, 优先处理对应 MTC设备的请求和数据发送。
本发明的方法主要针对三种情况: 一、 MTC设备没有连接到网络或未 在网络注册;二、 MTC设备连接到网络,但未建立分组业务承载; 三、 MTC 设备连接到网络, 并建立了分组业务承载。 在这三种情况下, MTC设备发 送给网络实体的消息为接入请求消息或消息数据, 其中, 接入请求消息又 包括: 附着请求消息、 连接请求消息和业务请求消息。 MTC设备处于不同 的状态下, 会发送不同的接入请求消息或消息数据。
对于第一种情况下的 MTC设备, MTC设备要发送 PAM消息时, 发送 附着请求消息给网络实体,并在该请求消息中携带 PAM标识。网络实体(如 MME )在接收到附着请求消息后, 如果附着请求消息中包含 PAM标识, 则优先处理该 MTC设备的请求。 其中, 优先处理该设备的请求包括: 优先 分配网络资源; 或优先为其选择月良务网关和 /或分组数据网络网关; 或当有 其他特性同时激活时, 不论是否符合其他特性的处理机制, 优先处理 PAM 消息的收发。 例如: 如果 PAM消息发送的时间在授权发送时间之外, 仍然 接收和处理该 PAM消息、或发送 PAM消息的接入请求消息; 如果 PAM消 息发送时, 网络负载超过预定门限, 仍然接收和处理该 PAM消息、 或发送 PAM消息的接入请求消息。 对于第二种情况下的 MTC设备, MTC设备要发送 PAM消息时, 发送 连接请求消息或业务请求消息给网络实体, 并在该请求消息中携带 PAM标 识。 网络实体(如 MME )在接收到连接请求消息或业务请求消息后, 如果 业务请求消息中包含 PAM标识, 则优先处理该 MTC设备的请求。 所谓连 接请求消息, 是由 MTC设备在空闲状态向连接状态转换的过程中发起的; 所谓业务请求消息,是由 MTC设备在连接状态下请求建立分组业务承载时 发起的。 其中, 优先处理该设备的请求包括: 优先分配网络资源; 或优先 为其选择服务网关和 /或分组数据网络网关; 或当有其他特性同时激活时, 不论是否符合其他特性的处理机制, 优先处理 PAM消息的收发。 例如: 如 果 PAM消息发送的时间在授权发送时间之外, 仍然接收和处理该 PAM消 息、 或发送 PAM消息的接入请求消息; 如果 PAM消息发送时 , 网络负载 超过预定门限, 仍然接收和处理该 PAM消息、 或发送 PAM消息的接入请 求消息。
对于第三种情况下的 MTC设备, MTC设备要发送 PAM消息数据时, 在该消息数据中增加 PAM标识,该标识用于指示这是一条 PAM消息数据。 网络实体(如服务网关)在接收到该条消息后, 如果读取到有 PAM标识, 则优先将其发送到 MTC服务器。
下面结合具体实施例对上述处理 MTC 优先警 消息的方法进一步详 细阐述。
本发明的实施例一, 针对 MTC设备没有连接到网络的情形。 MTC用 户首先定义触发 PAM消息的条件, 例如: 当自动售货机的货物售空时, 触 发 PAM消息的发送。 当处于离线状态的 MTC设备满足 PAM触发条件时, MTC设备发送附着请求消息给 MME,并在该附着请求消息中携带 PAM标 识, 该标识用于指示当前 MTC设备将发送 PAM消息。 MTC设备发送到 MME的附着请求消息内容中新增的用于指示 PAM的信息元如下表 1所示: PAM indication O 1

新增的信息元 "PAM指示 (PAM indication )" 为可选的信息元, 长度 为 1个 bit,当该信息位设置值为 1时,标识当前附着请求用于请求发送 PAM 消息; 当该信息位不存在或设置值为 0时, 表示当前没有发送 PAM消息的 需求。
除上述指示 PAM 消息的方式以外, 还可以在附着请求消息的信息元 UE网络能力 ( UE network capability ) 中增加对 PAM的指示, 增加的用于 指示 PAM的信息元如下表 2所示:

在现有的 "UE network capability" 扩展 8进制表示的第 7个数位, 该 数位的第 5个 bit来进行 PAM标识,该 bit设置为 1表示当前需要发送 PAM 消息, 该 bit设置为 0表示当前不发送 PAM。
需要说明的是, 上述为实现对 PAM标识的几种实施方式, 但是并不局 限于在上述两个位置进行标识, 尤其是表 2所示标识方式中不仅局限于本 实施例中指定的具体数位和 bit位。
MME在接收到 MTC设备的附着请求消息后, 根据附着请求消息中的 信息对其进行安全认证, 通过安全认证以后, MME根据从 HSS获得的签 约信息判断该 MTC设备的 PAM特性是否激活状态, 然后从读取的附着请 求消息中查看是否有标识指示 MTC设备要发送 PAM消息。 如果满足上述 两个条件, 则优先给该 MTC设备分配资源, 和 /或选择服务网关, 和 /或选 择分组数据网络网关, 和 /或建立分组业务承载。 如果此时附着请求消息是 在 MTC设备的授权时间以外发送的 , 网络实体仍然接收和处理该请求; 如 果此时附着请求发送时, 网络负载超过指定门限, 网络实体仍然接收和处 理该请求。
本发明的实施例二,针对 MTC设备连接到网络, 但未建立分组业务承 载的情形。 MTC用户首先定义触发 PAM消息的条件, 例如: 当自动售货 机的货物售空时, 触发 PAM 消息的发送。 当处于空闲状态 (该状态下, MTC设备注册到网络,但是没有建立数据传输承载)的 MTC设备满足 PAM 触发条件时, MTC 设备发送连接请求消息或业务请求消息给网络实体 MME, 并在该连接请求消息或业务请求消息中携带 PAM标识, 该标识用 于指示当前 MTC设备将发送 PAM消息。 MTC设备发送到 MME的业务请 求消息的内容如下表 3所示:

其中, 新增的信息元 "PAM indication" 为可选的信息元, 长度为 1个 bit, 当该信息位设置值为 1时, 标识当前附着请求消息用于请求发送 PAM 消息; 当该信息位不存在或设置值为 0时, 表示当前没有发送 PAM消息的 需求。
MME在接收到 MTC设备的连接请求消息或业务请求消息后, 根据连 接请求消息或业务请求消息中的信息对其进行安全认证, 通过安全认证以 后, MME根据从 HSS获得的签约信息判断该 MTC设备的 PAM特性是否 激活状态, 然后从读取的连接请求消息或业务请求消息中查看是否有标识 指示 MTC设备要发送 PAM消息。如果满足上述两个条件,则优先给该 MTC 设备选择服务网关, 和 /或分组数据网络网关, 和 /或建立分组业务承载。
本发明的实施例三, 针对 MTC设备连接到网络, 也建立了分组业务承 载的情形。 MTC用户首先定义触发 PAM消息的条件, 例如: 当自动售货 机的货物售空时, 触发 PAM消息的发送。 当处于连接状态下的 MTC设备 需要发送 PAM消息时, MTC设备将该消息作为用户面数据发送, 即通过 基站作为中转, 发送到服务网关; 在 MTC设备发送到基站时, 通过空口无 线资源控制 (RRC , Radio Resource Control ) 协议或分组数据汇聚协议 ( PDCP, Packet Data Convergence Protocol )发送; 在基站发送到服务网关 通过 S1-U协议发送, S1-U协议是一个用于在基站和服务网关之间发送数 据的协议, 所有它们之间传输的数据都通过该协议进行封装。 那么, 对于 用户面协议对 PAM的标识必须在 S1-U协议数据包中增加, 在此基础上还 可以在 PDCP数据包和 /或 PAM消息数据中增加。
结合图 3所示的用户面数据结构, 可以在 PAM消息数据的首个 bit位 之前再增加一位 bit指示位, 当该 bit值为 1时, 表示该消息 7 载的是 PAM 消息, 当该 bit值为 0时, 标识该消息 7 载的不是 PAM消息; 或者, 可以 在该 Sl-U、 和 /或 RRC/PDCP协议包头中使用现有的空 bit位或增加 bit位 用于指示 PAM, 例如: 设置该 bit为 1时, 表示该消息是 PAM消息, 为 0 时, 表示该消息不是 PAM消息。 在服务网关接收到该消息后, 通过对包头或数据解码可以获知当前消 息是否为 PAM消息, 如果是, 则优先使用当前分组业务承载将该消息发送 到 MTC服务器。
对应上述处理 MTC 优先警报消息的方法, 本发明还提供了一种处理 MTC优先警报消息的系统, 包括 MTC设备和网络实体。其中 , MTC设备, 用于在发送给网络实体的消息中携带 PAM标识。 网络实体, 用于接收到来 自 MTC设备的消息后, 根据消息中 PAM标识的指示, 优先处理对应 MTC 设备的请求和数据发送。
MTC设备发送的消息为: 附着请求消息、 业务请求消息或消息数据; 相应的, PAM标识携带在附着请求消息、 连接请求消息、 业务请求消息或 消息数据中。
较佳的, 网络实体进一步用于, 在接收到来自 MTC设备的消息后, 消 息中携带 PAM标识,且 MTC设备的 PAM特性为激活状态, 则优先处理对 应 MTC设备的请求和数据发送。 优先处理对应 MTC设备的请求和数据发 送, 包括以下操作中的至少一种: 优先为 MTC设备选择服务网关和 /或分 组数据网络网关;优先为 MTC设备建立分组业务承载;优先发送来自 MTC 设备的消息数据; 当有除 PAM特性的其他特性同时激活时, 无论是否符合 其他特性的处理机制, 优先处理 PAM消息的收发。 还包括: 如果 PAM消 息发送的时间在授权发送时间之外, 仍然接收和处理该 PAM消息、 或发送 PAM消息的接入请求消息; 如果 PAM消息发送时, 网络负载超过预定门 限 , 仍然接收和处理该 PAM消息、 或发送 PAM消息的接入请求消息。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围。

权利要求书
1、 一种处理机器类型通信(MTC )优先警报消息的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括:
MTC设备在发送给网络实体的消息中携带优先警报消息( PAM )标识; 所述网络实体接收到来自 MTC设备的消息后, 根据所述消息中 PAM 标识的指示, 优先处理对应 MTC设备的请求和数据发送。
2、根据权利要求 1所述处理 MTC优先警报消息的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 MTC设备发送的消息为: 接入请求消息或消息数据;
相应的, 所述 PAM标识携带在所述接入请求消息或消息数据中。
3、根据权利要求 2所述处理 MTC优先警报消息的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接入请求消息为: 附着请求消息、 连接请求消息或业务请求消息。
4、根据权利要求 1所述处理 MTC优先警报消息的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法进一步包括: 所述网络实体在接收到来自 MTC设备的消息后, 如果 所述消息中携带 PAM标识,且所述 MTC设备的 PAM特性为激活状态, 则 所述网络实体优先处理对应 MTC设备的请求和数据发送。
5、 根据权利要求 1、 2、 3或 4所述处理 MTC优先警报消息的方法, 其特征在于, 所述优先处理对应 MTC设备的请求和数据发送, 包括以下操 作中的至少一种: 优先为所述 MTC设备选择服务网关和 /或分组数据网络 网关; 优先为所述 MTC设备建立分组业务承载; 优先发送来自所述 MTC 设备的消息数据; 当有除 PAM特性的其他特性同时激活时, 无论是否符合 其他特性的处理机制, 优先处理 PAM消息的收发。
6、根据权利要求 5所述处理 MTC优先警报消息的方法, 其特征在于, 所述当有除 PAM特性的其他特性同时激活时, 无论是否符合其他特性的处 理机制, 优先处理 PAM消息的收发, 具体包括:
如果 PAM消息发送的时间在授权发送时间之外, 仍然接收和处理所述 PAM消息、 或发送 PAM消息的接入请求消息; 或者,
如果 PAM消息发送时, 网络负载超过预定门限, 仍然接收和处理所述 PAM消息、 或发送 PAM消息的接入请求消息。
7、 一种处理 MTC优先警报消息的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括: MTC设备和网络实体, 其中,
所述 MTC设备, 用于在发送给网络实体的消息中携带 PAM标识; 所述网络实体, 用于接收到来自 MTC设备的消息后, 根据所述消息中 PAM标识的指示, 优先处理对应 MTC设备的请求和数据发送。
8、根据权利要求 7所述处理 MTC优先警报消息的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 MTC设备发送的消息为: 接入请求消息或消息数据;
相应的, 所述 PAM标识携带在所述接入请求消息或消息数据中。
9、根据权利要求 8所述处理 MTC优先警报消息的系统, 其特征在于, 所述接入请求消息为: 附着请求消息、 连接请求消息或业务请求消息。
10、根据权利要求 7所述处理 MTC优先警报消息的系统,其特征在于, 所述网络实体进一步用于, 在接收到来自 MTC设备的消息后, 所述消息中 携带 PAM标识,且所述 MTC设备的 PAM特性为激活状态, 则优先处理对 应 MTC设备的请求和数据发送。
11、 根据权利要求 7、 8、 9或 10所述处理 MTC优先警报消息的系统, 其特征在于, 所述网络实体进一步用于, 优先为所述 MTC设备选择服务网 关和 /或分组数据网络网关; 优先为所述 MTC设备建立分组业务承载; 优 先发送来自所述 MTC设备的消息数据; 当有除 PAM特性的其他特性同时 激活时, 无论是否符合其他特性的处理机制, 优先处理 PAM消息的收发。

在 PAM消息发送的时间在授权发送时间之外时, 仍然接收和处理所述 PAM消息、 或发送 PAM消息的接入请求消息; 或者,
在 PAM 消息发送时, 网络负载超过预定门限, 仍然接收和处理所述 PAM消息、 或发送 PAM消息的接入请求消息。
