205、 MME/SGSN接收到触发指示后, 根据终端的标识查询本地终端 上下文信息。 如果终端在线时, 在 MME/SGSN需要保存终端的状态信息, 例如在线 终端是否与网络有数据连接。 具体的, 也可以描述为当终端与网络没有数 据连接时, MME/SGSN记录终端的状态是 Idle状态, 当终端与网络有数据 连接时, MME/SGSN记录终端的状态时 Connected状态。
如果终端处于在线状态, 并且与网络有数据连接, 那么 MME/SGSN通 过非接入层(NAS, Non Access Stratum )信令将触发指示发送给终端; 如果终端处于在线状态, 并且与网络没有数据连接, 那么 MME/SGSN 发送寻呼消息给终端;
如果终端处于离线状态, 那么 MME/SGSN可以发送寻呼消息给终端, 或者将触发指示发送到基站, 由基站广播发送触发指示。
同时, MME/SGSN根据触发指示中的触发指示的有效时间, 在本地设 置一个定时器。 如果在定时器内接收到终端的附着请求, 则停止该定时器。 如果在定时器内没有接收到终端的附着请求, 而触发指示中包含发送的最 大次数, 则 MME/SGSN可以再次发送触发指示, 并将最大次数减一, 并重 置定时器; 直到计数次数为 0或接收到终端的附着请求; 如果在触发指示 中不包含发送的最大次数, 则 MME/SGSN发送触发失败消息给 HSS/HLR, 或者直接将触发失败消息发送给互操作功能实体。
206、 终端接收到触发指示后, 首先向 MME/SGSN发起附着请求, 在 连接到移动通信网络后, 再根据触发指示中提供的 MTC应用服务器地址, 建立与 MTC应用服务器的连接。
本发明中, IWF是为实现 MTC终端向 MTC应用服务器上报数据而设 置的, IWF连接于通信网络如当前的移动通信网络以及数据管理网络如远 程抄表公司内部网络等。从而实现 MTC终端通过移动网络等向数据管理网 络上报相应的监测数据等。 关于本发明技术方案所能应用的具体业务, 由 于不涉及本发明技术方案的重点, 也非技术难点, 并且, 该技术可由多种 现有技术方案实现, 因此本发明不再赘述。
本发明还记载了一种终端接入系统, 包括互操作功能实体、 终端、 所 述终端所属的通信网络, 其中:
互操作功能实体, 用于接收到针对终端的触发指示后, 将所述触发指 示通过所述终端所属通信网络的核心网发送给所述终端;
所述终端, 用于根据所述触发指示建立连接。
所述终端所属通信网络的核心网包括归属用户服务网元和移动性管理 单元, 其中:
所述互操作功能实体进一步用于, 将所述触发指示发送给所述归属用 户服务网元;
所述归属用户服务网元用于, 根据所述触发指示中的所述终端的标识 信息, 将所述触发指示发送到所述终端关联的移动性管理单元;
所述移动性管理单元, 用于将所述触发指示发送给所述终端。
所述移动性管理单元进一步用于, 通过 NAS信令、 系统广播或寻呼的 方式, 将所述触发指示发送给所述终端。
所述归属用户服务网元为 HSS或 HLR;
所述移动性管理单元为 MME或 SGSN。
所述 HSS或 HLR进一步用于,根据所述终端的标识信息查找所述终端 的状态, 在所述终端处于在线状态时, 将所述触发指示发送到所述终端当 前服务的 MME/SGSN; 在所述终端处于离线状态时, 将所述触发指示发送 到所述终端签约位置信息关联的 MME/SGSN。
所述 MME/SGSN进一步用于,
所述终端处于在线状态且有数据连接时, 通过 NAS信令将所述触发指 示发送给所述终端;
或者, 所述终端处于在线状态且与网络无数据连接时, 通过寻呼消息 将所述触发指示发送给所述终端;
或者, 所述终端处于离线状态时, 通过寻呼消息将所述触发指示发送 给所述终端; 或者, 将所述触发指示发送到基站, 由基站通过系统广播发 送给所述终端。
所述系统还包括:
应用服务器, 用于在需要获取所述终端的数据时, 向所述互操作功能 实体发送针对所述终端的触发指示;
所述终端进一步用于, 通过自身所属通信网络, 建立与所述应用服务 器的连接。
本领域技术人员应当理解, 本发明的终端接入系统对现有网络系统的 相关网元并无更新, 只是对其中的部分网元的功能进行了更新, 更新的部 分网元的功能可参见前述终端接入方法的相关描述而理解。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围。

权利要求书
1、 一种终端接入方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
互操作功能实体接收到针对终端的触发指示后, 将所述触发指示通过 所述终端所属通信网络的核心网发送给所述终端;
所述终端根据所述触发指示建立连接。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的终端接入方法, 其特征在于, 所述将所述触 发指示通过所述终端所属通信网络的核心网发送给所述终端, 为:
所述互操作功能实体将所述触发指示发送给归属用户服务网元; 所述归属用户服务网元根据所述触发指示中的所述终端的标识信息, 将所述触发指示发送到所述终端关联的移动性管理单元;
所述移动性管理单元将所述触发指示发送给所述终端。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的终端接入方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动性管 理单元将所述触发指示发送给所述终端, 为:
所述移动性管理单元通过非接入层 NAS信令、系统广播或寻呼的方式, 将所述触发指示发送给所述终端。
4、 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的终端接入方法, 其特征在于, 所述归属 用户服务网元为归属用户服务器 HSS或归属位置寄存器 HLR;
所述移动性管理单元为移动性管理实体 MME或服务 GPRS 支持节点 SGSN。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的终端接入方法, 其特征在于, 所述将所述触 发指示发送到所述终端关联的移动性管理单元, 为:
所述 HSS或 HLR根据所述终端的标识信息查找所述终端的状态,在所 述终端处于在线状态时, 将所述触发指示发送到所述终端当前服务的 MME/SGSN; 在所述终端处于离线状态时, 将所述触发指示发送到所述终 端签约位置信息关联的 MME/SGSN。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的终端接入方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动性管 理单元通过非接入层 NAS信令、 系统广播或寻呼的方式, 将所述触发指示 发送给所述终端, 为:
所述终端处于在线状态且有数据连接时, 所述 MME/SGSN通过 NAS 信令将所述触发指示发送给所述终端;
或者,所述终端处于在线状态且与网络无数据连接时,所述 MME/SGSN 通过寻呼消息将所述触发指示发送给所述终端;
或者, 所述终端处于离线状态时, 所述 MME/SGSN通过寻呼消息将所 述触发指示发送给所述终端; 或者, 所述 MME/SGSN将所述触发指示发送 到基站, 由基站通过系统广播发送给所述终端。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的终端接入方法, 其特征在于, 所述互操作功 能实体接收到针对终端的触发指示, 为:
应用服务器需要获取所述终端的数据时, 向所述互操作功能实体发送 针对所述终端的触发指示。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的终端接入方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端根据 所述触发指示建立连接, 为:
所述终端通过自身所属通信网络, 建立与所述应用服务器的连接。
9、 一种终端接入系统, 包括互操作功能实体、 终端、 所述终端所属的 通信网络, 其特征在于:
互操作功能实体, 用于接收到针对终端的触发指示后, 将所述触发指 示通过所述终端所属通信网络的核心网发送给所述终端;
所述终端, 用于根据所述触发指示建立连接。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的终端接入系统, 其特征在于, 所述终端所 属通信网络的核心网包括归属用户服务网元和移动性管理单元, 其中: 所述互操作功能实体进一步用于, 将所述触发指示发送给所述归属用 户服务网元;
所述归属用户服务网元用于, 根据所述触发指示中的所述终端的标识 信息, 将所述触发指示发送到所述终端关联的移动性管理单元;
所述移动性管理单元, 用于将所述触发指示发送给所述终端。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的终端接入系统, 其特征在于, 所述移动性 管理单元进一步用于, 通过 NAS信令、 系统广播或寻呼的方式, 将所述触 发指示发送给所述终端。
12、 根据权利要求 10或 11所述的终端接入系统, 其特征在于, 所述 归属用户服务网元为 HSS或 HLR;
所述移动性管理单元为 MME或 SGSN。
13、 根据权利要求 12 所述的终端接入系统, 其特征在于, 所述 HSS 或 HLR进一步用于, 根据所述终端的标识信息查找所述终端的状态, 在所 述终端处于在线状态时, 将所述触发指示发送到所述终端当前服务的 MME/SGSN; 在所述终端处于离线状态时, 将所述触发指示发送到所述终 端签约位置信息关联的 MME/SGSN。
14、 根据权利要求 12 所述的终端接入系统, 其特征在于, 所述 MME/SGSN进一步用于,
所述终端处于在线状态且有数据连接时, 通过 NAS信令将所述触发指 示发送给所述终端;
或者, 所述终端处于在线状态且与网络无数据连接时, 通过寻呼消息 将所述触发指示发送给所述终端;
或者, 所述终端处于离线状态时, 通过寻呼消息将所述触发指示发送 给所述终端; 或者, 将所述触发指示发送到基站, 由基站通过系统广播发 送给所述终端。
15、 根据权利要求 9所述的终端接入系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统还 包括:
应用服务器, 用于在需要获取所述终端的数据时, 向所述互操作功能 实体发送针对所述终端的触发指示;
所述终端进一步用于, 通过自身所属通信网络, 建立与所述应用服务 器的连接。
