Abstract

본 발명은 활성 폴리펩타이드의 결합 친화력 또는 결합 특이성을 증강시키는 신규한 단백질 골격 모들에 관한것으로, 보다 상세하게는 서열번호 1로 표시되는 아미노산 서열의 1번째 내지 19번째 아미노산 서열로 이루어진 폴리펩타이드; 활성폴리펩타이드를 포함하는 폴리펩타이드; 및 서열번호 1로 표시되는 아미노산 서열의 29번째 내지 86번째 아미노산 서열로 이루어진 폴리펩타이드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단백질 골격 모들 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 단백질 골격 모들은 내장된 활성 폴리펩타이드의 결합 친화력 또는 결합 특이성을 증강 시키므로 질병의 진단 및 치료에 효과적이다.
