Claims (2)
- 건설기계의 붐 제어용 유압회로에 있어서:엔진에 연결되는 유압펌프와,상기 유압펌프에 제1통로 및 제2통로를 통해 연결되는 붐실린더와,상기 유압펌프와 붐실린더사이의 유로에 절환가능하게 설치되며, 절환시 붐실린더의 기동, 정지 및 방향전환을 제어하는 붐 제어밸브와,상기 붐 제어밸브와 붐실린더의 제1통로사이에 설치되는 홀딩포펫과, 홀딩포펫의 배압실에 작동유를 공급하거나, 배출하는 드레인밸브로 이뤄지며, 붐 제어밸브의 중립시 붐 자연하강을 방지하는 홀딩밸브와,상기 홀딩포펫의 하류측으로 제1통로에 설치되며, 제1통로에 과부하 발생시 작동유를 릴리프시키는 포트 릴리프밸브와,상기 포트 릴리프밸브의 하류측에 설치되며, 붐 제어밸브의 중립시 포트 릴리프밸브를 통과하는 작동유는 오리피스를 통과시켜 릴리프시키고, 붐 제어밸브에 인가되는 붐 업 파일럿 신호압에 의해 절환시 포트 릴리프밸브를 통과하는 작동유를 유압탱크로 배출시키는 오리피스 밸브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 붐 제어용 유압회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 오리피스 밸브는 작업장치 조작용 리모트컨트롤밸브의 레버 조작으로 인해 생성되는 붐 업 파일럿 신호압에 의해 절환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 붐 제어용 유압회로.
