Description

液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物、成形体及びLEDリフレクター
 本発明は、液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物、その成形体およびLEDリフレクターに関するものである。
 近年、携帯端末などIT機器の小型化が進行し、それらに使用されるLED(発光ダイオード)等の電気・電子部品も小型化、精密化がいっそう進んでいる。これらの精密な部品はサイズが小さく、肉厚も薄くなるため寸法精度の高い精密成形加工性や流動性、高い剛性等の高度な機械的特性が要求される。また、表面実装されハンダリフローにより基板に装着されるので、ハンダ付けに耐える耐熱性も要求される。このような良好な成形加工性、流動性と高度な機械的特性、耐熱性を兼ね備える材料として、剛直な分子構造を有し溶融時に光学異方性を呈して優れた流動性が得られる液晶性ポリエステルが注目され、小型精密部品での使用が伸びている。
 ところで、LED(発光ダイオード)発光装置においてはLEDの光利用率を高めるために、LED素子の周囲にリフレクター(白色の反射枠)が設けられる。LEDリフレクター用の成形材料として、耐熱性に優れる液晶ポリエステルと、酸化チタンなどの白色顔料とを配合した液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物が各種提案されている(例えば、下記特許文献1~5を参照)。

 しかし、上記従来の液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物から形成されるLEDリフレクターは、LEDの光でリフレクター表面が変色しやすく、これによりリフレクターの光反射率が低下してLEDの輝度低下(光の取り出し効率の低下)が起こるという問題がある。
 近年、LEDの出力が上がりリフレクターが受ける光エネルギーは増加する傾向にある。そのため、液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物から形成されるLEDリフレクターは上記の変色の問題が深刻化する可能性がある。
 本発明は、上記事情に鑑みてなされたものであり、十分な光反射率を有し且つ光による変色が少なく光反射率が低下しにくい成形体を製造することができる液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物、並びに、その成形体及びLEDリフレクターを提供することを目的とする。
 上記課題を解決するために本発明者らは、鋭意検討した結果、ポリエステルの構成成分として特定量のp-ヒドロキシ安息香酸(HBA)及び特定量のシクロへキサンジカルボン酸(CHDA)を含有する液晶ポリエステルと、この液晶ポリエステルに対して特定量の酸化チタンとを含む樹脂組成物が、十分な光反射率及び耐光性を有しかつ十分な耐熱性及び機械的特性を有する成形体を形成でき、該成形体が所定の光照射試験後においても光反射率の低下が従来の液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物から形成されるものよりも小さいことを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。
 本発明の液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物は、液晶ポリエステル100質量部、及び、酸化チタン50~150質量部、を含有し、液晶ポリエステルが、下記式(1)で表される繰り返し構造単位を2~30モル%、及び下記式(2)で表される繰り返し構造単位を40~80モル%含んでなるものである。

 本発明の液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物によれば、上記構成を有することにより、十分な光反射率を有し且つ光による変色が少なく光反射率が低下しにくい成形体を得ることができる。
 ところで、成形体の強度、耐久性、ハンダ耐熱性等を確保する観点から、樹脂組成物は曲げ弾性率等の機械的特性や荷重たわみ温度(DTUL:Distortion Temperature under Load)が十分に高いことが求められ、特にハンダリフローに耐え得る耐熱性を確保するためにDTULは220℃以上が好ましいが、本発明の液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物は、かかる耐熱性及び機械的特性を有することができる。
 本発明の液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物は、波長480nmの光に対して高い反射率を有し、白色のLED素子から発する光に対しても変色が進行しにくく、ハンダリフローに耐え得る優れた耐熱性を有することができ、例えば、1W以上の高出力の白色のLEDに用いられるリフレクターの形成材料として好適である。

 また、上記液晶ポリエステルが、溶融重縮合及び固相重縮合の2段階重合によって得られたものであることが好ましい。この場合、溶融重縮合及び固相重縮合における反応温度を調整することにより、十分な機械的特性及び耐熱性を有しつつ着色が一層抑制された液晶ポリエステルを得ることができる。これにより、酸化チタンの配合量を少なくしても十分な光反射率を得ることができ、耐光性、機械的特性及び耐熱性を更に高水準で満足する成形体を得ることが容易となる。
 更に、耐熱性及び成形加工性の観点から、上記液晶ポリエステルの融点が300℃以上380℃以下であることが好ましい。
 本発明はまた、上記本発明の液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物からなる成形体を提供する。本発明の成形体は、十分な光反射率を有し且つ光による変色が少なく光反射率が低下しにくいという光特性(耐光性)、並びに、優れた耐熱性及び優れた機械的特性を有することができる。本発明の成形体は、ハンダリフローに耐え得る耐熱性を確保する観点から、DTULが220℃以上であることが好ましい。
 本発明はまた、上記本発明の液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物からなるLEDリフレクターを提供する。本発明のLEDリフレクターは、十分な光反射率を有し且つ光による変色が少なく光反射率が低下しにくいという光特性(耐光性)、並びに、優れた耐熱性及び優れた機械的特性を有することができる。
 本発明によれば、十分な光反射率を有し且つ光による変色が少なく光反射率が低下しにくい成形体を製造することができる液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物、並びに、その成形体及びLEDリフレクターを提供することができる。
 本実施形態の液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物は、液晶ポリエステル(以下、単に「LCP」と略称する場合もある)100質量部、及び、酸化チタン50~150質量部、を含有し、液晶ポリエステルが、下記式(1)で表される繰り返し構造単位を2~30モル%、及び下記式(2)で表される繰り返し構造単位を40~80モル%含んでなるものである。

 上記式(1)で表される構造単位のシクロヘキシル基の2つの結合手はメタ位或いはパラ位であり、式(1)で表される構造単位はいずれか1種又は2種の混合であってもよい。
 上記LCPにおいては、溶融時の液晶性の発現および耐熱性の観点から、式(1)で表される構造単位のシクロヘキシル基の2つの結合手はパラ位の関係にあることが好ましい。
 上記LCPにおける式(1)で表される構造単位の含有割合は2~30モル%である。この含有割合が2モル%を下回ると、十分な耐光性能が得られず、30モル%を超えると、十分な耐熱性や成形加工性が得られない。耐光性、耐熱性、及び成形加工性のバランスの観点から、式(1)で表される構造単位の含有割合は5~25モル%であることが好ましく、10~20モル%であることがより好ましい。
 上記LCPにおける式(2)で表される構造単位の含有割合は40~80モル%である。この含有割合が40モル%を下回ると、十分な耐熱性が得られず、80モル%を超えると、十分な成形加工性が得られない。成形加工性及び耐熱性の双方を向上させる観点から、式(2)で表される構造単位の含有割合は50~70モル%であることが好ましく、60~70モル%であることがより好ましい。
 上記LCPは、更に、下記一般式(3)で表される繰り返し構造単位、又は、下記一般式(3)で表される繰り返し構造単位と下記一般式(4)で表される繰り返し構造単位とを含有することができる。

 第1の実施形態に係るLCPは、例えば、シクロへキサンジカルボン酸と、p-ヒドロキシ安息香酸と、芳香族ジヒドロキシ化合物と、を共重合させて得ることができる。このときの各モノマー比は、LCPにおける上記式(1)で表される繰り返し構造単位、上記式(2)で表される繰り返し構造単位及び上記式(3)で表される繰り返し構造単位がそれぞれ上述した範囲となるように設定される。
 シクロへキサンジカルボン酸としては、1,3-シクロへキサンジカルボン酸及び1,4-シクロへキサンジカルボン酸が挙げられる。これらは、1種を単独で又は2種を組み合わせて用いることができる。成形加工性、耐熱性の観点から、1,4-シクロへキサンジカルボン酸を5~25モル%含まれるように共重合させることが好ましい。
 芳香族ジヒドロキシ化合物としては、例えば、ハイドロキノン、4,4’-ジヒドロキシビフェニル、4,4’-ジヒドロキシベンゾフェノン、2,6-ナフタレンジオール、4,4’-イソプロピリデンジフェノール、及びビスフェノールSなどが挙げられる。これらは、1種を単独で又は2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。成形加工性、耐熱性の観点から、4,4’-ジヒドロキシビフェニルを15~25モル%含まれるように共重合させることが好ましい。
 また、第2の実施形態に係るLCPは、例えば、上記のシクロへキサンジカルボン酸と、p-ヒドロキシ安息香酸と、上記の芳香族ジヒドロキシ化合物と、芳香族ジカルボン酸とを共重合させて得ることができる。このときの各モノマー比は、LCPにおける上記式(1)で表される繰り返し構造単位、上記式(2)で表される繰り返し構造単位、上記式(3)で表される繰り返し構造単位及び上記式(4)で表される繰り返し構造単位がそれぞれ上述した範囲となるように設定される。
 芳香族ジカルボン酸としては、例えば、テレフタル酸、イソフタル酸、2,6-ナフタレンジカルボン酸、4,4’-ビフェニルジカルボン酸、ベンゾフェノン-4,4’-ジカルボン酸などが挙げられる。これらは、1種を単独で又は2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。
 第2の実施形態に係るLCPにおいては、成形加工性、耐熱性の点で、イソフタル酸を、LCP中に1~5モル%含まれるように共重合させることが好ましい。
 また、耐光性、耐熱性の観点から、1,4-シクロへキサンジカルボン酸を10~20モル%含まれるように共重合させることが好ましい。更に、成形加工性、耐熱性の観点から、4,4’-ジヒドロキシビフェニルを15~20モル%含まれるように共重合させることが好ましい。
 第1及び第2の実施形態に係るLCPの調製方法としては、例えば、上記の各化合物を、LCPにおけるモノマー組成が上記の範囲となる割合で仕込んで溶融重縮合を行う方法が挙げられる。
 LCPの製造に際しては、溶融重縮合時間を短縮し工程中の熱履歴の影響を低減させるため、上記のモノマーの水酸基を予めアセチル化した後に溶融重縮合を行うことが好ましい。さらに、工程を簡略化するために、アセチル化は反応槽中のモノマーに無水酢酸を供給して行うのが好ましく、このアセチル化工程を溶融重縮合工程と同じ反応槽を用いて行うのが好ましい。すなわち、反応槽中で無水酢酸による原料モノマーのアセチル化反応を行い、反応終了後昇温して重縮合反応に移行するのが好ましい。また、無水酢酸は、無水酢酸過剰量がモノマーの水酸基のモル数に対して1~10モル%となるように供給することが好ましい。無水酢酸過剰量が1モル%未満であると、反応速度が遅くなりLCPが着色する傾向にあり、10モル%を超えると残存無水酢酸の影響でLCPが着色する傾向にある。
 アセチル化されたモノマーは、脱酢酸反応を伴いながら溶融重縮合反応を行うことができる。反応槽としては、モノマー供給手段、酢酸排出手段、溶融ポリエステル抜き出し手段および攪拌手段を備えた反応槽を用いることが好ましい。このような反応槽(重縮合装置)は公知のものから適宜選択することができる。重合温度は好ましくは150℃~350℃である。アセチル化反応終了後、重合開始温度まで昇温して重縮合を開始し、0.1℃/分~2℃/分の範囲で昇温して、最終温度として280~350℃まで上昇させるのが好ましい。このように、重縮合の進行により生成重合体の溶融温度が上昇するのに対応して重縮合温度も上昇させることが好ましい。重縮合反応では、ポリエステルの重縮合触媒として公知の触媒を使用することができる。触媒としては、酢酸マグネシウム、酢酸第一錫、テトラブチルチタネート、酢酸鉛、酢酸ナトリウム、酢酸カリウムなどの金属触媒、N-メチルイミダゾールなどの有機化合物触媒等が挙げられる。
 溶融重縮合において、その反応槽中の溶融重合体の温度が200℃以上、好ましくは220℃~330℃に達したところで、低重合度の液晶ポリエステルを溶融状態のまま重合槽から抜き出し、スチールベルトやドラムクーラー等の冷却機へ供給し、冷却して固化させる。
 ついで、固化した低重合度の液晶ポリエステルを、後続の固相重縮合反応に適した大きさに粉砕する。粉砕方法は特に限定されないが、例えば、ホソカワミクロン社製のフェザーミル、ビクトミル、コロプレックス、パルベラーザー、コントラプレックス、スクロールミル、ACMパルベラーザー等の衝撃式粉砕機、マツボー社製の架砕式粉砕機であるロールグラニュレーター等の装置を使用する方法が好ましい例として挙げられる。特に好ましくは、ホソカワミクロン(株)製のフェザーミルを使用する方法である。本発明においては、粉砕物の粒径に特に制限はないが、工業フルイ(タイラーメッシュ)で4メッシュ通過~2000メッシュ不通の範囲が好ましく、5メッシュ~2000メッシュ(目開き0.01~4mm)の範囲にあればさらに好ましく、9メッシュ~1450メッシュ(目開き0.02~2mm)の範囲にあれば最も好ましい。
 次いで、粉砕工程で得られた粉砕物(プレポリマー)を固相重縮合工程に供して固相重縮合を行う。固相重縮合工程に使用する装置、運転条件には特に制限はなく、公知の装置および方法を用いることができる。
 本実施形態に係るLCPは、着色が少ないものが得られる点で、溶融重縮合及び固相重縮合の2段階重合によって得られたものであることが好ましい。
 本実施形態においては、溶融重縮合温度は320℃を越えないようにすることが好ましく、315℃以下とすることがより好ましく、さらにより好ましくは290℃~310℃である。この温度が290℃未満であると、十分な重合度のプレポリマーが得られなくなる傾向にあり、315℃を超えると、着色しやすくなる傾向にある。なお、上記の溶融重縮合温度とは、反応槽内部に設置した熱電対により検出できる溶融重合体の温度である。
 溶融重縮合温度の昇温速度は0.1~5.0℃/分の範囲で昇温させることが好ましい。更に好ましくは0.3~3.0℃/分の範囲である。この昇温速度が0.1℃/分未満であると、生産効率が著しく低下し、5.0℃/分を超えると、未反応成分が多くなり、固相重縮合での着色の原因となる恐れがある。
 本実施形態においては、アセチル化反応終了後、昇温して重縮合を開始し、0.1℃/分~2℃/分の範囲で昇温して、最終到達温度として290~320℃まで上昇させるのが好ましく、300~310℃まで上昇させるのがより好ましい。
 また、固相重縮合温度は320℃を越えないようにすることが好ましく、315℃以下とすることがより好ましく、さらに好ましくは290℃~310℃である。この温度が290℃未満であると、十分な重合度の液晶ポリエステルが得られにくくなる傾向にあり、315℃を超えると、着色しやすくなる傾向にある。なお、上記の固相重縮合温度とは、反応槽内部に設置した熱電対により検出できるポリマー粉体の温度である。
 上記のように、溶融重縮合及び固相重縮合における反応温度を調整することにより、十分な機械的特性及び耐熱性を有しつつ着色が一層抑制された液晶ポリエステルを得ることができる。これにより、酸化チタンの配合量を少なくしても十分な光反射率を得ることができ、耐光性、機械的特性及び耐熱性を更に高水準で満足する成形体を得ることが容易となる。
 本実施形態に係るLCPは、耐熱性及び成形加工性の観点から、融点が300℃以上380℃以下であることが好ましい。
 本実施形態に係るLCPはサーモトロピック液晶であり、このことは以下の手順により確認することができる。ジャパンハイテック(株)製の顕微鏡用冷却加熱ステージ10002型を備えたオリンパス(株)社製の偏光顕微鏡BH-2を用い、ポリエステル試料を顕微鏡加熱ステージ上にて加熱溶融させる。そして、溶融時に100倍、200倍の倍率にて観察することにより、光学異方性の有無を確認することができる。
 液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物における本実施形態に係るLCPの含有量は、樹脂組成物全量基準で40~60質量%であることが好ましい。
 本発明で用いられる酸化チタンは、TiOの粒子のことで、白色顔料として広く使用されているものである。酸化チタン粒子は、高温でも安定で光隠蔽力の大きいルチル型の酸化チタン粒子が好ましい。また、酸化チタン粒子は、一次(数平均)粒子径が0.1~0.5μmのものが好ましく、0.2~0.3μmのものがより好ましい。一次数平均粒子径が、この範囲内にある場合は、光の散乱効率が高くなり、成形体の成形表面の光反射率が増加し、また高輝度のものが得られやすくなる。粒径が0.1μm未満である場合は、光の散乱効果が小さくなり、成形表面の輝度が低下する結果となり、粒径が0.5μmを超える場合は、酸化チタン粒子の樹脂(LCP)に対する分散性が悪くなる傾向となり、充填量を高くする場合、作業性の面から好ましくない。酸化チタン粒子は、例えば、SR-1(堺化学社製、商品名)などの市販品を用いることができる。
 樹脂組成物における酸化チタン粒子の含有量は、液晶ポリエステル100質量部に対して50~150質量部であるが、70~130質量部が好ましい。酸化チタン粒子の含有量が、上記下限値未満であると、十分な白色度が得られない傾向にあり、一方、上記上限値を超えると、樹脂組成物を射出成形して得られる成形体の耐熱性が不十分となり、熱処理した際に膨れが発生する虞が高まるため、良好な成形表面を必要とするリフレクター部材用途として用いることが困難となる傾向にある。
 本発明の液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物には、本願発明の効果を損なわない範囲で酸化チタン粒子以外の白色顔料を配合することができる。白色顔料としては、例えば、酸化亜鉛、炭酸鉛などが挙げられる。
 本発明の液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物は、繊維状無機充填材を更に含有することが好ましい。繊維状無機充填材としては、例えば、ガラス繊維、アルミナ繊維、ウォラストナイトなどが挙げられる。
 ガラス繊維としては、チョップドストランド、ミルドファイバーなど一般的な樹脂補強材として使用されているものを好ましく使用できるが、チョップドストランドが好ましい。用いられるガラス繊維の繊維長は、数平均長さで100μm~10mm、好ましくは200μm~5mm、更に好ましくは200μm~3mmである。ガラス繊維の太さは、数平均径5~20μmが射出成形時の流動性の点から好ましく、更に好ましくは数平均径7~15μmである。ガラス繊維の好ましい具体例としては、例えば、オーウェンス・コーニング・ジャパン(株)製「PX-1」(数平均繊維径10μm、数平均繊維長3mm)等が挙げられる。
 さらに、本発明の液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物には、本願発明の効果を損なわない範囲で、例えば、タルク、マイカ、シリカなどの無機充填剤を配合して、所望の特性を付与することができる。
 本発明の液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物が、繊維状無機充填材を含む場合、その含有量は液晶ポリエステル100質量部に対して5~50質量部であることが好ましい。繊維状無機充填材の含有量が、下限値未満であると、補強の効果が得られにくく、上限値を超えると、樹脂組成物の生産性及び成形加工性が著しく低下する傾向にある。
 本発明の液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物には、本発明の目的を損なわない範囲で、各種添加剤の1種又は2種以上を配合することができる。添加剤としては、例えば、シリカ、タルク、チタン酸カリウムウィスカ等の粉末状あるいは針状無機充填材、酸化防止剤および熱安定剤(たとえばヒンダードフェノール、ヒドロキノン、ホスファイト類およびこれらの置換体など)、紫外線吸収剤(たとえばレゾルシノール、サリシレート、ベンゾトリアゾール、ベンゾフェノンなど)、滑剤および離型剤(モンタン酸およびその塩、そのエステル、そのハーフエステル、ステアリルアルコール、ステアラミドおよびポリエチレンワックスなど)、可塑剤、帯電防止剤、難燃剤などの通常の添加剤や他の熱可塑性樹脂が挙げられる。これらの添加剤を添加して、所望の特性を樹脂組成物に付与することができる。
 本発明の液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物は、完全溶融温度が300℃以上380℃以下であることが好ましい。ここで、樹脂組成物の完全溶融温度とは、特開平10-95839号公報に記載されているように樹脂組成物の結晶相から液晶相への変化温度を意味し、この変化温度は見かけ粘度-温度曲線により求めることができる。完全溶融温度が300℃未満では、液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物の成形体の耐熱性が不十分となるおそれがあり好ましくない。一方、380℃を超えると、液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物の成形加工温度が高くなるため、過大な熱により成形体表面が変色するおそれがある。
 本発明の液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物は、390℃以下での成形加工が可能であり、熱履歴による変色が少なく白色度及び耐熱性を十分満たし、なおかつ従来の液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物に比べて光照射による変色が少ない成形体を形成できる。
 本発明の液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物は、LEDリフレクター成形用の樹脂組成物として好適に用いることができる。
 本発明の液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物を成形して得られる成形体は、当該成形表面における波長480nmの光に対する光反射率が70%以上であることが好ましく、80%以上であることがより好ましく、85%以上であることがさらにより好ましい。より具体的には、標準金型を使用し、標準的な条件による射出成形により得られる3mm厚の平板試験片表面の480nm波の光反射率(硫酸バリウムの標準白板の拡散反射率を100%とした時の相対反射率)が70%以上であることが好ましく、80%以上であることがより好ましく、85%以上であることがさらにより好ましい。係る反射率が下限未満の場合は、当該樹脂組成物から得られる成形体が、リフレクターとして要求される光線反射性能を満たすことができなくなる傾向にある。
 本発明の液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物によれば、成形体の成形表面における480nmの光照射後の光反射率の低下を十分抑制することができる。具体的には、光照射前の光反射率と500時間光照射後の光反射率との差を10%以下とすることができる。また、本発明の液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物を射出成形して得られる成形体は、上記500時間光照射後の光反射率を75%以上に維持することができる。
 本発明の液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物によれば、曲げ弾性率が6.0GPa以上の機械的特性を有する成形体を得ることができる。この場合、薄肉でも十分な剛性を有することができる。
 本発明の液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物によれば、荷重たわみ温度(DTUL)が220℃以上の耐熱性を有する成形体を得ることができる。この場合、ハンダリフローに耐えることができる。
 本発明の液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物は、上述した各成分(液晶ポリエステル、酸化チタン粒子、および必要に応じて繊維状無機充填材)を溶融混練することにより得ることができる。溶融混練するための装置としては、二軸混練機を使用することができる。より好ましくは、1対の2条スクリュを有する連続押出式の二軸混練機であって、その中でも切り返し機構を有することで充填材の均一分散を可能とする同方向回転式が好ましい。充填材の食い込みが容易となるバレルースクリュ間の空隙が大きい40mmφ以上のシリンダー径を有するものであり、スクリュ間の大きい、かみ合い率1.45以上のものであり、シリンダー途中から充填剤を供給可能なものを使用すると、本発明の樹脂組成物を効率よく得ることができる。また、ガラス繊維の少なくとも一部をシリンダーの途中へ供給するための設備を有するものを用いることが好ましい。
 液晶ポリエステル及び酸化チタン粒子は、公知の固体混合設備、例えばリボンブレンダー、タンブラーブレンダー、ヘンシェルミキサー等を用いて混合し、必要に応じて熱風乾燥器、減圧乾燥器等により乾燥し、二軸混練機のホッパーから供給することが好ましい。
 ガラス繊維などの繊維状無機充填材を含有する樹脂組成物の製造においては、配合するガラス繊維の少なくとも一部を、二軸混練機のシリンダーの途中より供給する(所謂サイドフィード)ことが好ましい。これにより、全てのガラス繊維を他の原料と共にホッパーより供給する(所謂トップフィード)場合に比較して、得られる樹脂組成物を射出成形してなる成形体のウェルド部の機械的強度がより向上する傾向にある。配合するガラス繊維全量のうちサイドフィードとする割合は、好ましくは50%以上であり、最も好ましくは100%である。サイドフィードとする割合が上記下限未満の場合には、コンパウンド(配合・混合)が困難となり、均質な樹脂組成物を得ることができなくなる傾向にある。
 本発明の成形体は、上述した本発明の液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物を成形してなるものである。成形方法としては、射出成形、押出成形、プレス成形などがあるが、成形の容易さ、量産性、コストなどの面で射出成形機を用いた射出成形が好ましい。例えば、ペレット化した本発明の液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物を射出成形し、該射出成形品の表面を反射面とすることにより、光反射率及び耐熱性に優れ、なおかつ光で変色しにくいLEDリフレクターを得ることができる。特に、本発明の樹脂組成物は、紫外光から可視光領域の光を受けても従来の液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物に比較して変色しにくいことから、高出力のLEDにも適するLEDリフレクターを得ることができる。
 本発明のLEDリフレクターは、表面における波長480nmの光に対する光反射率が70%以上であることが好ましく、80%以上であることがより好ましく、85%以上であることがさらにより好ましい。
以下、実施例により本発明をさらに具体的に説明するが、本発明は以下の実施例に限定されるものではない。
<液晶ポリエステルの製造>
 まず、液晶ポリエステルの製造例を以下に示す。また、製造した各ポリエステルのモノマー組成(モル%)及び融点を表1に示す。
(製造例1:液晶ポリエステル(A)の製造)
 SUS316を材質とし、ダブルヘリカル攪拌翼を有する内容積6Lの重合反応槽(日東高圧株式会社製)に、p-ヒドロキシ安息香酸(上野製薬株式会社製)0.83kg(6.0モル)、4,4’-ジヒドロキシビフェニル(本州化学工業株式会社製)0.37kg(2.0モル)、1,4-シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸(イーストマンケミカル社製)0.34kg(2.0モル)、触媒として酢酸カリウム(キシダ化学株式会社製)0.15g、及び、酢酸マグネシウム(キシダ化学株式会社製)0.50gを仕込み、重合反応槽の減圧-窒素注入を2回行って窒素置換を行った後、無水酢酸1.07kg(10.5モル)を更に添加し、攪拌翼の回転速度を70rpmとし、1.5時間かけて150℃まで昇温し、還流状態で2時間アセチル化反応を行った。
 アセチル化終了後、酢酸留出状態にした重合反応槽を0.5℃/分で昇温して、槽内の溶融体温度が310℃になったところで重合物を反応槽下部の抜き出し口から取り出し、冷却装置で冷却固化した。得られた重合物をホソカワミクロン株式会社製の粉砕機により目開き2.0mmの篩を通過する大きさに粉砕してプレポリマーを得た。
 次に、上記で得られたプレポリマーを入江商会製の固相重合装置(ロータリーキルン)に充填し、窒素を0.2Nm/hrの流速にて流通し、回転速度5rpmでヒーター温度を室温から190℃まで3時間かけて昇温した後、280℃まで5時間かけて昇温し、更に320℃まで3時間かけて昇温し、その温度を保持して固相重縮合を行った。キルン内のポリマー粉体温度が300℃に到達したことを確認して加熱を停止し、キルンを回転しながら4時間かけて冷却した。固相重縮合後のポリマーの溶融状態を偏光顕微鏡下で観察したところ光学異方性を示しており、液晶性が確認された。こうして、粉末状のサーモトロピック液晶ポリエステル(A)約2kgを得た。得られたサーモトロピック液晶ポリエステル(A)の融点は345℃であった。
(製造例2:液晶ポリエステル(B)の製造)
 SUS316を材質とし、ダブルヘリカル攪拌翼を有する内容積6Lの重合反応槽(日東高圧株式会社製)に、p-ヒドロキシ安息香酸(上野製薬株式会社製)1.10kg(8.0モル)、4,4’-ジヒドロキシビフェニル(本州化学工業株式会社製)0.18kg(1.0モル)、1,4-シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸(イーストマンケミカル社製)0.17kg(1.0モル)、触媒として酢酸カリウム(キシダ化学株式会社製)0.15g、及び、酢酸マグネシウム(キシダ化学株式会社製)0.50gを仕込み、重合反応槽の減圧-窒素注入を2回行って窒素置換を行った後、無水酢酸1.07kg(10.5モル)を更に添加し、攪拌翼の回転速度を70rpmとし、1.5時間かけて150℃まで昇温し、還流状態で2時間アセチル化反応を行った。
 次に、製造例1と同様にして、プレポリマーを得た後、固相重合を行って、サーモトロピック液晶ポリエステル(B)を得た。得られたサーモトロピック液晶ポリエステルの融点は342℃であった。
(製造例3:液晶ポリエステル(C)の製造)
 SUS316を材質とし、ダブルヘリカル攪拌翼を有する内容積6Lの重合反応槽(日東高圧株式会社製)に、p-ヒドロキシ安息香酸(上野製薬株式会社製)0.55kg(4.0モル)、4,4’-ジヒドロキシビフェニル(本州化学工業株式会社製)0.56kg(3.0モル)、1,4-シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸(イーストマンケミカル社製)0.52kg(3.0モル)、触媒として酢酸カリウム(キシダ化学株式会社製)0.15g、及び、酢酸マグネシウム(キシダ化学株式会社製)0.50gを仕込み、重合反応槽の減圧-窒素注入を2回行って窒素置換を行った後、無水酢酸1.07kg(10.5モル)を更に添加し、攪拌翼の回転速度を70rpmとし、1.5時間かけて150℃まで昇温し、還流状態で2時間アセチル化反応を行った。
 次に、製造例1と同様にして、プレポリマーを得た後、固相重合を行って、サーモトロピック液晶ポリエステル(C)を得た。得られたサーモトロピック液晶ポリエステルの融点は350℃であった。
(製造例4:サーモトロピック液晶ポリエステル(D)の製造)
 SUS316を材質とし、ダブルヘリカル攪拌翼を有する内容積6Lの重合反応槽(日東高圧株式会社製)に、p-ヒドロキシ安息香酸(上野製薬株式会社製)0.83kg(6.0モル)、4,4’-ジヒドロキシビフェニル(本州化学工業株式会社製)0.28kg(1.5モル)、4,4’-ジヒドロキシベンゾフェノン(ベンゾケム社製)0.11kg(0.5モル)、1,4-シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸(イーストマンケミカル社製)0.34kg(2.0モル)、触媒として酢酸カリウム(キシダ化学株式会社製)0.15g、及び、酢酸マグネシウム(キシダ化学株式会社製)0.50gを仕込み、重合反応槽の減圧-窒素注入を2回行って窒素置換を行った後、無水酢酸1.07kg(10.5モル)を更に添加し、攪拌翼の回転速度を70rpmとし、1.5時間かけて150℃まで昇温し、還流状態で2時間アセチル化反応を行った。
 次に、製造例1と同様にして、プレポリマーを得た後、固相重合を行って、サーモトロピック液晶ポリエステル(D)を得た.得られたサーモトロピック液晶ポリエステルの融点は340℃であった。
(製造例5:液晶ポリエステル(E)の製造)
 SUS316を材質とし、ダブルヘリカル攪拌翼を有する内容積6Lの重合反応槽(日東高圧株式会社製)に、p-ヒドロキシ安息香酸(上野製薬株式会社製)0.83kg(6.0モル)、4,4’-ジヒドロキシビフェニル(本州化学工業株式会社製)0.28kg(1.5モル)、4,4'-イソプロピリデンジフェノール(三井化学株式会社製)0.11kg(0.5モル)、1,4-シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸(イーストマンケミカル社製)0.34kg(2.0モル)、触媒として酢酸カリウム(キシダ化学株式会社製)0.15g、及び、酢酸マグネシウム(キシダ化学株式会社製)0.50gを仕込み、重合反応槽の減圧-窒素注入を2回行って窒素置換を行った後、無水酢酸1.07kg(10.5モル)を更に添加し、攪拌翼の回転速度を70rpmとし、1.5時間かけて150℃まで昇温し、還流状態で2時間アセチル化反応を行った。
 次に、製造例1と同様にして、プレポリマーを得た後、固相重合を行って、サーモトロピック液晶ポリエステル(E)を得た。得られたサーモトロピック液晶ポリエステルの融点は338℃であった。
(製造例6:液晶ポリエステル(F)の製造)
 SUS316を材質とし、ダブルヘリカル攪拌翼を有する内容積6Lの重合反応槽(日東高圧株式会社製)に、p-ヒドロキシ安息香酸(上野製薬株式会社製)0.83kg(6.0モル)、4,4’-ジヒドロキシビフェニル(本州化学工業株式会社製)0.37kg(2.0モル)、1,4-シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸(イーストマンケミカル社製)0.29kg(1.7モル)、イソフタル酸(エイ・ジイ・インターナショナル社製)0.05kg(0.3モル)、触媒として酢酸カリウム(キシダ化学株式会社製)0.15g、及び、酢酸マグネシウム(キシダ化学株式会社製)0.50gを仕込み、重合反応槽の減圧-窒素注入を2回行って窒素置換を行った後、無水酢酸1.07kg(10.5モル)を更に添加し、攪拌翼の回転速度を70rpmとし、1.5時間かけて150℃まで昇温し、還流状態で2時間アセチル化反応を行った。
 次に、製造例1と同様にして、プレポリマーを得た後、固相重合を行って、サーモトロピック液晶ポリエステル(F)を得た。得られたサーモトロピック液晶ポリエステルの融点は345℃であった。
(製造例7:液晶ポリエステル(G)の製造)
 SUS316を材質とし、ダブルヘリカル攪拌翼を有する内容積6Lの重合反応槽(日東高圧株式会社製)に、p-ヒドロキシ安息香酸(上野製薬株式会社製)0.55kg(4.0モル)、4,4’-ジヒドロキシビフェニル(本州化学工業株式会社製)0.56kg(3.0モル)、1,4-シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸(イーストマンケミカル社製)0.03kg(0.2モル)、テレフタル酸(三井化学株式会社製)0.38kg(2.3モル)、イソフタル酸(エイ・ジイ・インターナショナル社製)0.08kg(0.5モル)、触媒として酢酸カリウム(キシダ化学株式会社製)0.15g、及び、酢酸マグネシウム(キシダ化学株式会社製)0.50gを仕込み、重合反応槽の減圧-窒素注入を2回行って窒素置換を行った後、無水酢酸1.07kg(10.5モル)を更に添加し、攪拌翼の回転速度を70rpmとし、1.5時間かけて150℃まで昇温し、還流状態で2時間アセチル化反応を行った。
 次に、製造例1と同様にして、プレポリマーを得た後、固相重合を行って、サーモトロピック液晶ポリエステル(G)を得た。得られたサーモトロピック液晶ポリエステルの融点は360℃であった。
(製造例8:液晶ポリエステル(H)の製造)
 SUS316を材質とし、ダブルヘリカル攪拌翼を有する内容積6Lの重合反応槽(日東高圧株式会社製)に、p-ヒドロキシ安息香酸(上野製薬株式会社製)0.83kg(6.0モル)、4,4’-ジヒドロキシビフェニル(本州化学工業株式会社製)0.37kg(2.0モル)、テレフタル酸(三井化学株式会社製)0.25kg(1.5モル)、イソフタル酸(エイ・ジイ・インターナショナル社製)0.08kg(0.5モル)、触媒として酢酸カリウム(キシダ化学株式会社製)0.15g、及び、酢酸マグネシウム(キシダ化学株式会社製)0.50gを仕込み、重合反応槽の減圧-窒素注入を2回行って窒素置換を行った後、無水酢酸1.07kg(10.5モル)を更に添加し、攪拌翼の回転速度を70rpmとし、1.5時間かけて150℃まで昇温し、還流状態で2時間アセチル化反応を行った。
 次に、製造例1と同様にして、プレポリマーを得た後、固相重合を行って、サーモトロピック液晶ポリエステル(H)を得た。得られたサーモトロピック液晶ポリエステルの融点は355℃であった。
(製造例9:ポリエステル(I)の製造)
 SUS316を材質とし、ダブルヘリカル攪拌翼を有する内容積6Lの重合反応槽(日東高圧株式会社製)に、p-ヒドロキシ安息香酸(上野製薬株式会社製)0.28kg(2.0モル)、4,4’-ジヒドロキシビフェニル(本州化学工業株式会社製)0.74kg(4.0モル)、1,4-シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸(イーストマンケミカル製)0.17kg(1.0モル)、テレフタル酸(三井化学株式会社製)0.25kg(1.5モル)、イソフタル酸(エイ・ジイ・インターナショナル社製)0.25kg(1.5モル)、触媒として酢酸カリウム(キシダ化学株式会社製)0.15g、及び、酢酸マグネシウム(キシダ化学株式会社製)0.50gを仕込み、重合反応槽の減圧-窒素注入を2回行って窒素置換を行った後、無水酢酸1.07kg(10.5モル)を更に添加し、攪拌翼の回転速度を70rpmとし、1.5時間かけて150℃まで昇温し、還流状態で2時間アセチル化反応を行った。
 アセチル化終了後、製造例1と同様にして、溶融重合を行ったが、槽内の溶融体温度が310℃になったところで重合物の固化が始まったため、重合物をリアクター下部の抜き出し口から取り出し、冷却装置で冷却固化した。得られた重合物を製造例1と同様に、粉砕し、粉末状のポリマーを得た。得られたポリマーの融点を測定したところ、400℃の融点を示し、溶融状態を偏光顕微鏡下にて観察したところ、光学異方性を確認できなかった。
(製造例10:液晶ポリエステル(J)の製造)
 SUS316を材質とし、ダブルヘリカル攪拌翼を有する内容積6Lの重合反応槽(日東高圧株式会社製)に、p-ヒドロキシ安息香酸(上野製薬株式会社製)0.41kg(3.0モル)、4,4’-ジヒドロキシビフェニル(本州化学工業株式会社製)0.65kg(3.5モル)、1,4-シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸(イーストマンケミカル社製)0.60kg(3.5モル)、触媒として酢酸カリウム(キシダ化学株式会社製)0.15g、及び、酢酸マグネシウム(キシダ化学株式会社製)0.50gを仕込み、重合反応槽の減圧-窒素注入を2回行って窒素置換を行った後、無水酢酸1.07kg(10.5モル)を更に添加し、攪拌翼の回転速度を70rpmとし、1.5時間かけて150℃まで昇温し、還流状態で2時間アセチル化反応を行った。
 次に、製造例1と同様にして、プレポリマーを得た後、固相重合を行って、サーモトロピック液晶ポリエステル(J)を得た。得られたサーモトロピック液晶ポリエステルの融点は325℃であった。

 表1中、CHDAは1,4-シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸、HBAはp-ヒドロキシ安息香酸、BPは4,4’-ジヒドロキシビフェニル、DHBPは4,4’-ジヒドロキシベンゾフェノン、Bis-Ph-Aは4,4'-イソプロピリデンジフェノール、IPAはイソフタル酸、TPAはテレフタル酸を示す。
 液晶ポリエステルの融点は、次の方法で測定した。
(融点の測定)
 液晶ポリエステルの融点は、セイコー電子工業(株)製の示差走査熱量計(DSC)により、リファレンスとしてα-アルミナを用いて測定した。このとき、昇温速度20℃/分で室温から420℃まで昇温してポリマーを完全に融解させた後、速度10℃/分で150℃まで降温し、更に20℃/分の速度で420℃まで昇温するときに得られる吸熱ピークの頂点を融点とした。
 液晶ポリエステルの光学異方性については、次の方法で確認した。
(光学異方性の確認)
 ジャパンハイテック(株)製の顕微鏡用冷却加熱ステージ10002型を備えたオリンパス(株)社製の偏光顕微鏡BH-2を用い、ポリエステル試料を顕微鏡加熱ステージ上にて加熱溶融させ、溶融時に100倍、200倍の倍率にて観察して光学異方性の有無を確認した。
<酸化チタン粒子>
 堺化学工業(株)製の商品名「SR-1」(一次粒子径0.25μm)を用意した。
<ガラス繊維>
 オーウェンスコーニング(株)製「PX-1」(平均繊維長3mm、平均径10μm)を用意した。
<樹脂組成物の製造>
(実施例1)
 上記で得られた液晶ポリエステル(A)100質量部に対して、酸化チタン粒子(堺化学工業(株)製、SR-1)を100質量部の割合で予め混合し、その混合物をエアーオーブン中で150℃にて2時間乾燥した。この乾燥した混合物を、シリンダー最高温度370℃に設定した二軸押出機(池貝鉄鋼(株)製、PCM-30)のホッパーに供給し、更にガラス繊維(オーウェンスコーニング(株)製、PX-1)を22質量部の割合で二軸押出機のシリンダーの途中に供給(サイドフィード)し、15kg/hrにて、溶融混練して、液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物のペレットを得た。
(実施例2~5)
 液晶ポリエステル(A)に代えて液晶ポリエステル(B)~(G)をそれぞれ用いたこと以外は実施例1と同様の設備、操作方法により、液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物のペレットをそれぞれ得た。
(実施例8)
 液晶ポリエステル(A)100質量部に対して、酸化チタン粒子(堺化学工業(株)製、SR-1)を70質量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様の設備、操作方法により、液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物のペレットを得た。
(実施例9)
 液晶ポリエステル(A)100質量部に対して、酸化チタン粒子(堺化学工業(株)製、SR-1)130質量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様の設備、操作方法により、液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物のペレットを得た。
(比較例1)
 液晶ポリエステル(A)に代えて液晶ポリエステル(H)を用いたこと以外は実施例1と同様の設備、操作方法により、液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物のペレットをそれぞれ得た。
(比較例2)
 液晶ポリエステル(A)に代えてポリエステル(I)を用いたこと以外は実施例1と同様の設備、操作方法により、ポリエステル樹脂組成物のペレットを製造しようとしたが、ポリエステル(I)が溶融しなかったため、シリンダー最高温度を420℃とし、樹脂組成物ペレットを得た。加工温度が高いため、ペレットが薄褐色に着色しているのが確認された。
(比較例3)
 液晶ポリエステル(A)に代えて液晶ポリエステル(J)を用いたこと以外は実施例1と同様の設備、操作方法により、液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物のペレットをそれぞれ得た。
(比較例4)
 液晶ポリエステル(A)100質量部に対して、酸化チタン粒子(堺化学工業(株)製、SR-1)を40質量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様の設備、操作方法により、液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物のペレットを得た。
(比較例5)
 液晶ポリエステル(A)100質量部に対して、酸化チタン粒子(堺化学工業(株)製、SR-1)を160質量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様の設備、操作方法により、液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物のペレット製造しようとしたが、ペレットを得ることができなかった。

<射出成形法による試験片の作製>
 上記の実施例及び比較例で得られた樹脂組成物のペレットを、射出成形機(住友重機械工業(株)製SG-25)を用いて、シリンダー最高温度350℃、射出速度100mm/sec、金型温度80℃で射出成形して、13mm(幅)×130mm(長さ)×3.0mm(厚み)の射出成形体を作製した。これを光反射率の測定用試験片とした。また、上記と同様の条件で射出成形を行って、ASTM D790に準じた曲げ試験片を作製し、荷重たわみ温度(DTUL)と曲げ弾性率の測定用試験片とした。
 上記で得られた各試験片について、下記の方法により、初期の光反射率、光照射試験後の光反射率、及び荷重たわみ温度を測定した。結果を表2に示す。
(初期の光反射率の測定)
 得られた光反射率測定用試験片の表面について、自記分光光度計(U-3500:(株)日立製作所製)を用いて波長480nmの光に対する拡散反射率の測定を行った。なお、光反射率は、硫酸バリウム標準白板の拡散反射率を100%としたときの相対値である。
(光照射試験後の光反射率の測定)
 得られた光反射率測定用試験片に、(株)東洋精機製作所製サンテストXLS+を用い、キセノンランプにより、600W/m、BPT温度90℃の設定にて、500時間光照射する光照射試験を行った。この光照射試験後の試験片の表面について、自記分光光度計(U-3500:(株)日立製作所製)を用いて波長480nmの光に対する拡散反射率の測定を行った。なお、光反射率は、硫酸バリウム標準白板の拡散反射率を100%としたときの相対値である。
(荷重たわみ温度の測定)
 上記で作製した曲げ試験の試験片を用い、ASTM D648に従い、荷重たわみ温度(DTUL)の測定を行った。
(曲げ弾性率の測定)
 上記で作製した曲げ試験の試験片を用い、ASTM D790に従い、曲げ弾性率の測定を行った。
(完全溶融温度の測定)
 (株)インテスコ製キャピラリーレオメーター(2010型)にて、キャピラリー径1.0mm、長さ40mm、流入角90°の物を用い、せん断速度100sec-1で融点-30℃から融点+20℃まで、+4℃/分の昇温速度で等速加熱を行いながら見かけ粘度の測定を行い、見かけ粘度-温度曲線を求めた。得られた曲線における見かけ粘度の温度に対する変化が急激な領域の近似直線と、見かけ粘度の温度に対する変化が緩やかな領域の近似直線との交点に対応する温度を求め、これを完全溶融温度とした。
 式(1)の構造単位を形成する1,4-シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸(CHDA)の含有割合が2~30モル%であり、式(2)の構造単位を形成するp-ヒドロキシ安息香酸(HBA)の含有割合が40~80モル%の範囲にある原料から得られる液晶ポリエステル(A)~(G)を用いて得られる実施例1~9の樹脂組成物はいずれも380℃以下で射出成形可能であった。また、得られた成形品は、表2に示すように、480nmの光に対する初期の光反射率は全て80%以上と高く、かつ、500時間光照射試験後の光反射率は、初期に対して高々10%程度しか低下せず、75%以上の高いレベルを保持していることが分かった。また、成形体表面の変色も見られなかった。更に、実施例1~9の樹脂組成物から得られる射出成形体は、いずれも荷重たわみ温度(DTUL)が220℃を超え、曲げ弾性率も6GPa以上と十分に高く、高度な耐熱性及び機械的特性を有していることが確認された。
 一方、CHDA由来の構造単位を含有しないポリエステル(H)を用いて得られた比較例1の樹脂組成物は、初期の光反射率は80%以上であるものの、500時間光照射後の光反射率は初期より約20%も低下して70%を下回った。HBA由来の構造単位の含有割合が20モル%と本発明の範囲を下回るポリエステル(I)は液晶性を示さず、成形加工において過度の加熱を要するため、樹脂組成物が着色してしまい、初期反射率が64%と低くなった。また、DTULが200℃を下回り、曲げ弾性率が4GPa程度で耐熱性、機械的特性ともに劣るものであった。さらに、CHDA由来の構造単位の含有割合が35モル%、HBA由来の構造単位の含有割合が30モル%と本発明の範囲を外れるポリエステル(J)は、液晶性ではあるもののDTULが200℃を下回り耐熱性が劣っていた。また、酸化チタンの配合量が本発明の範囲の下限を下回る比較例4の樹脂組成物は、光反射率が不充分となり、酸化チタンの配合量が本発明の範囲の上限を超える比較例5では樹脂組成物を得ることができなかった。
 本発明によれば、十分な光反射率を有し且つ光による変色が少なく光反射率が低下しにくい成形体を製造することができる液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物、並びに、その成形体及びLEDリフレクターを提供することができる。
 

Claims (7)

  1.  液晶ポリエステル100質量部、及び、酸化チタン50~150質量部、を含有し、液晶ポリエステルが、下記式(1)で表される繰り返し構造単位を2~30モル%、及び下記式(2)で表される繰り返し構造単位を40~80モル%含んでなる、液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物。

  2.  前記液晶ポリエステルが、前記式(1)で表される繰り返し構造単位を10~30モル%、前記式(2)で表される繰り返し構造単位を40~80モル%、及び下記一般式(3)で表される繰り返し構造単位を10~30モル%含んでなるものである、請求項1に記載の液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物。

  3.  前記液晶ポリエステルが、前記式(1)で表される繰り返し構造単位を2~29モル%、前記式(2)で表される繰り返し構造単位を40~80モル%、下記一般式(3)で表される繰り返し構造単位を10~30モル%、及び下記一般式(4)で表される繰り返し構造単位を1~28モル%含んでなるものであり、前記一般式(4)で表される繰り返し構造単位として下記式(5)で表される繰り返し構造単位を1モル%以上含む、請求項1に記載の液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物。

  4.  前記液晶ポリエステルが、溶融重縮合及び固相重縮合の2段階重合によって得られたものである、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物。
  5.  前記液晶ポリエステルの融点が300℃以上380℃以下である、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物。
  6.  請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物からなる成形体。
  7.  請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物からなるLEDリフレクター。
