背景技术
连接器是人们经常接触的一种部件, 其用于在电路内被阻断处或孤立不通的电路之间, 架起沟通的桥梁, 从而使电流流通, 使电路实现预定的功能。 连接器是电子设备中不可缺少 的部件, 随着应用对象、 频率、 功率、 应用环境等不同, 有各种不同形式的连接器。
线束连接器是常用的一类连接器, 这类连接器一般用于充电器电源连接, 或者玩具电源 连接, 或者音频信号连接, 或者数据信号连接等等, 这类连接器在使用时会遇到一个问题就 是与连接端子相连的连接线经常会被拉断或者因拉伸强度不够而被接脱离,造成连接的断路, 从而无法进行正常工作, 同时如何实现这种连接器的小型化以及让用户可拆卸重装连接也是 设计者要考虑的问题。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种线束连接器,包括壳体、压盖以及端子, 所述壳体对应所述压盖开设有组装口, 所述端子设置于所述壳体内, 所述压盖容置于所述壳 体的组装口中并将需要连接的线材压持于所述端子上以保持充分连接。 本发明线束连接器通 过设置压盖的阶梯凸起与端子 U型槽内的鱼鳞形凸起保证连接, 可以使线材的导体及外被与 端子的结合更紧密, 以提高产品的电气性能和机械性能。
相较于现有技术, 本发明的线束连接器通过设置压盖机的阶梯凸起与端子 U型槽内的鱼 鱗形凸起加强线材与连接器之间的强度, 以保证连接的品质, 可以使线材的导体及外被与端 子的结合更紧密, 以提高产品的电气性能和机械性能。
同时, 考虑用户在使用过程中因某种因素导致线材断开而使本线束连接失效, 本发明的 线束连接器通过压盖压持于壳体中再通过定位销插入销孔的固定方式, 使用户可自行先取下 定位销再取下压盖重新组装连接, 以达到可拆卸重复使用的目的。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明及具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明。 请参阅图 1 , 本发明提供了一种线束连接器 10, 包括壳体 11、 端子 13、 压盖 15及定位 销 17 , 壳体 11对应压盖 15开设有组装口, 端子 13设置于壳体 11中, 压盖 15容置于壳体 11的组装口中并压持于端子 13。
请一并参见图 2, 壳体 11包括用于连接端 111及连接于连接端 111的容纳端 113。 连接 端 111的上端面设有卡钩 115,以方便产品的组装与拔出。连接端 111的侧面开设定位槽 1115, 起到防止极性插错及防呆作用。
壳体 11的容纳端 113开有用于安装压盖 15的组装口及用于容纳端 113子的容纳口, 在 本实施例中,组装口连通于容纳口。壳体 11的连接端 111开设有用于容纳端 113子的容置孔, 连接端 111的容置孔连通于容纳端 113的容纳口。 在本实施例中, 壳体 11的连接端 111对应 正负极性并列设置有两个容置孔。 壳体 11的容纳端 113侧面开设有销孔。 壳体 11相对于组 装口的另一面还开设有卡固口。 壳体 11容纳口中还设有朝向组装口延伸的挡板,挡板设置于 壳体 11的容置孔之间。
请一并参见图 3 ,端子 13大体为条形,其上包括相连的第一连接部 131及第二连接部 133。 第一连接部 131大体为空心的圆柱形, 其末端设有喇叭口。 第二连接部 133设有两个相互平 行的侧壁 1331、 连接于侧壁 1331之间的底面 1333及盖体 1335。 盖体 1335为弧形曲面, 盖 体 1335的两个侧边压接于第二连接部 133的两个侧壁 1331形成收容腔, 在本实施例中, 第 二连接部 133的盖体 1335的截面形状为角度为 180度的圓弧,盖体 1335靠近第一连接部 131 设置, 盖体 1335长度小于第二连接部 133的长度。 端子 13还设有第一固定部 135及第二固 定部 137。 第一固定部 135及第二固定部 137呈鱼鳞状, 第一固定部 135连接于第二连接部 133靠近第一连接部 131的一端, 第二固定部 137设置于另一端。 第一固定部 135连接于第 二连接部 133的底面 1333并朝向端子 13外部凸起, 第二固定部 137连接于第二连接部 133 的底面 1333并朝向端子 13内部设有鱼鳞形凸起。 在本实施例中, 第一固定部 135及第二固 定部 137由端子 13冲压而成, 第二连接部 133的底面 1333对应第一固定部 135及第二固定 部 137冲压形成凹口。 第一固定部 135朝向第二连接部 133末端延伸, 第二固定部 137朝向 第一连接部 131延伸。 在本实施例中, 端子 13的第二连接部 133设置有一个第一固定部 135 及沿第二连接部 133依次设置的多个呈鱼鱗状凸起的第二固定部 137。
请一并参见图 4, 压盖 15大体为正方体, 其上设有第一压接部 151及第二压接部 153。 第一压接部 151及第二压接部 153呈阶梯分布。 第一压接部 151及第二压接部 153设有多个 凸起, 在本实施例中, 第一压接部 151及第二压接部 153的凸起为梯形。压盖 15的第一压接 部 151及第二压接部 153可与端子 13配合, 压盖 15的第一压接部 151可压持于线材导体使 线材导体与端子 13能紧密结合, 压盖 15的第二压接部 153可压持于线材的外被, 使线材与 端子 13能紧密结合, 提高产品的电气性能和机械性能。 压盖 15侧面还设有凸起的卡扣, 其 用于该盖体 1335更方便产品的组装与拆卸。 压盖 15侧面还可设有定位销 17孔 157。
使用该线束连接器时, 端子 13设置于壳体 11中, 端子 13的第二连接部 133的第一固定 部 135卡固于壳体 11的卡固口。 压盖 15容置于壳体 11的组装口中并压持端子 13。 线材导 体置于端子 13中,在压盖 15的第一压接部 151及第二压接部 153压持作用下, 端子 13的第 二固定部 137卡持固定线材的外被。 定位销 17穿设于壳体 11的销孔及压盖 15的定位销 17 孔 157中, 定位销 17将压盖 15相对于壳体 11定位。压盖 15的第一压接部 151沿端子 13的 接入方向抵持于端子 13的盖体 1335以将端子 13定位。 压盖 15的第一压接部 151压持于线 材导体, 使线材导体与端子 13紧密连接。 压盖 15的第二压接部 153压持于线材的外被, 端 子 13的第二固定部 137卡持固定线材的外被, 使线材相对固定于端子 13。
本发明的线束连接器通过压盖 15将端子 13压接在壳体 11内,保证连接的品廣, 并通过 设置第一固定部 135及第二固定部 137, 可以使线材的导体与端子 13的结合更紧密, 以提高 产品的电气性能和机械性能, 通过设置卡钩 115以及定位槽 1115方便产品的组装与使用。

1. 一种线束连接器, 其特征在于: 包括壳体、 压盖以及端子, 所述壳体对 应所述压盖开设有组装口,所述端子设置于所述壳体内, 所述压盖容置于所述壳 体的组装口中并将需要连接的线材压持于所述端子上以保持端子与线材的充分 连接。
2.根据权利要求 1所述线束连接器, 其特征在于: 所述线束连接器的壳体 开设有卡固口,所述端子设有朝向端子外部凸起的第一固定部,所述端子的第一 固定部卡持于所述卡固口中。
3.根据权利要求 1所述线束连接器, 其特征在于: 所述端子包括第一连接 部, 所述第一连接部末端设有喇叭口。
4.根据权利要求 3所述线束连接器, 其特征在于: 所述端子设有第二连接 部,所述端子的第二连接部包括两个相互平行的侧壁、连接于二个侧壁之间的底 面, 第一固定部连接于第二连接部的底面并朝向第二连接部末端延伸。
5.根据权利要求 4所述线束连接器, 其特征在于: 所述端子设有向端子内 部的鱼鳞形凸起的第二固定部,所述第二固定部连接于端子的第二连接部并朝向 第一连接部延伸。
6.根据权利要求 1所述线束连接器, 其特征在于: 所述端子还设有盖体, 盖体为弧形曲面, 盖体的两个侧边压接于第二连接部的两个侧壁。
7.根据权利要求 6所述线束连接器, 其特征在于: 所述端子的盖体长度小 于端子的第二连接部的长度。
8.根据权利要求 1所述线束连接器, 其特征在于: 所述压盖设有第一压接 部及第二压接部, 所述第一压接部及第二压接部呈阶梯分布。
9.根据权利要求 8所述线束连接器, 其特征在于: 所述第一压接部及第二 压接部设有多个阶梯分布的凸起,以确保将线材的导体及外被与所述端子的第二 连接部充分连接。
10.根据权利要求 1所述线束连接器, 其特征在于: 所述线束连接器还设有 定位销, 所述壳体设有销孔、 所述压盖设有定位销孔, 定位销穿设于壳体的销孔 及压盖的定位销孔中。
