本发明涉及一种导电板, 尤其涉及一种适配到接线盒的导电板, 该接线盒具体适用于接到太阳能板的连接装置。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种适用于特定接 线盒的设计新颖、 结构合理的导电板。
为实现上述目的, 本发明采用一种导电板, 所述设置在接线盒内 的导电板具有联结部和固定部, 其中联结部设置导电板的一侧, 并且 与线缆一端对应;所述固定部上开设有至少两个与接线盒底面上具有 的凸出部适配并形成定位的通孔;'所述导电板上远距离于联结部的另 一侧具有一个通过导体连接所述导电板的挂持部,所述固定部上靠近 挂持部的位置具有一个面积不小于 10mm X 6讓的测电区域。
通过对现有技术的上述改进,导电板通过通孔与接线盒底面上所 具¾;的凸出部适配形成定位安装,所述挂持部之间通过导体连接并且 在出厂测试时, 由于靠近该挂持部的位置具有的不小于 10mm X 6mm的 测电区域, 这个尺寸大小的区域尤其适合机械手进行检测。

进一步优选的, 所述导电板的其中一个侧边开设有通槽, 与通槽 相对应的另一个侧边设置有向下弯折的凸边,该凸边与所述导电板上 端面圆弧过渡。之所以导电板的相对应的两个侧边分别开设通槽和凸 边, 是为了在特定情况下, 比如为了更进一步的固定住导电板在接线 盒内的位置,分别在接线盒内与所述通槽和凸边相对应的位置处设置 挡块和限位槽, 另外, 由于所述凸边与导电板固定部上端面之间的圆 弧过渡, 在一定程度上实现了更加不易伤手以及不易影响产品的效 果。
再进一步优选,所述导电板固定部的上端面上靠近凸边的位置留 有不小于 10mmX 6mm的点悍区域。该点焊区域的预留, 是为了在导电 板安装到接线盒, 并进而将接线盒连接到太阳能板时, 可方便的将外 连接附件点悍在导电板的点悍区域位置。

具体实施方式 如图 1-3所示, 本发明的具体实施例是一种导电板, 图 3所示的 导电板专用于图 1所述的接线盒 2内,该接线盒 2内部结构与导电板 的放置位置从去掉封板 25的图 2中明显可知, 并且结合图 3可知所 述导电板 21具有联结部 210和固定部 211, 其中联结部 210设置在 导电板的一侧, 并且与线缆一端对应, 本实施例中, 所述联结部 210 具有两个轴向分布并且内径不一的线缆夹持孔 2100 和线芯夹持孔 2101,并且所述线缆夹持孔 2100相对于所述线芯夹持孔 2101排列较 前; 由于线缆夹持孔 2100设置在线芯夹持孔 2101的前方, 在夹紧电 缆一端时, 可以由线芯夹持孔 2101简便的先夹紧电缆一端凸出来的 线芯, 而后再由线缆夹持孔 2100夹紧电缆的外绝缘层, 从而保证了 导电板与电缆之间连接的可靠性; 结合图 2、 图 3还可知, 所述固定 部 211上开设有两个与接线盒 2底面上具有的凸出部 2412适配并形 成定位的通孔 2110; 所述导电板上远距离于联结部 210的另一侧具 有一个通过带有二极管 27的导电杆 26连接所述导电板的挂持部 212, 所述固定部 211上靠近挂持部 212的位置具有一个面积为 10誦 X 6麵 的测电区域 2112, 这个尺寸大小的区域尤其适合机械手进行检测, 显然, 该测电区域 2112的面积可以更大; 所述导电板 21上远距离于 联结部 210并与导电杆 26相对应的位置具有向上弯折 90° 的挂持部 212, 该挂持部 212上具有一圆弧形横向凹槽 2120, 所述导电杆 26 与该圆弧形横向凹槽 2120适配并对导电板 21形成纵向限位;此种结 构的进一步设计, 由于在所述挂持部 212处的导电杆 26上设置了二 极管 27, 在进行出厂检验时, 如果通电良好, 二极管 27就会亮光, 而通电不良时, 则不闪光, 使得工作人员或者机械手在检测时更加直 观的辨明导电板之间的通电状况; 更进一步的, 导电杆 26与挂持部 212 圆弧形横向凹槽 2120之间的配合也一定程度上形成了进一步的 纵向限位, 使得导电板设置位置更为牢固。 从图 3还可以明显看出, 所述导电板的其中一个侧边开设有通槽 214, 与通槽 214相对应的另 一个侧边设置有向下弯折的凸边 213, 该凸边 213与所述导电板固定 部 211的上端面圆弧过渡;之所以导电板的相对应的两个侧边分别开 设通槽 214和凸边 213, 是为了在特定情况下, 比如为了更进一步的 固定住导电板在接线盒 2 内的位置, 分别在接线盒 2 内与所述通槽 214和凸边 213相对应的位置处设置适配的挡块和限位槽, 另外, 由 于所述凸边 213与导电板固定部上端面之间的圆弧过渡,在一定程度 上实现了更加不易伤手以及不易影响产品产生瑕疵等效果; 图 3中, 所述导电板固定部 211 的上端面上靠近凸边 213 的位置留有不小于 10廳 X 6醒的点焊区域 215, 该点焊区域 215的预留, 是为了在导电 板安装到接线盒, 并进而将接线盒连接到太阳能板时, 可方便的将外 连接附件点悍在导电板的点焊区域 215位置。

Claims
