参见图 3和图 4, 所述灯体 1为条形型材, 设有 U形灯槽 101 ; 在所述灯槽 101口部设有纵向贯通的密封槽 103; 所述透明灯罩 4通过所述密封条 3设置在 灯槽 101的口部。 在灯槽 101的背面上设有 8片散热鳍片 102, 灯具的发光体 2 设置在所述灯槽 101 中, 在本实施例中, 该发光体为 LED灯; 所述透明灯罩 4 通过所述密封条 3设置在所述灯槽 101的口部。 在所述密封槽 103的外侧设有 一个同样纵向贯通的卡槽 104, 在卡槽 104中设有所述卡条 5。
所述卡槽 104的截面呈 J字形, 在卡槽 104内的内侧壁上靠近卡槽 104底 部位置设有一个锁止凸起 105, 用于对所述卡条 5进行锁止。 所述锁止凸起 105 上面为呈弧形的上滑移面 107, 下面为锁止面 106; 该锁止面 106为一平面, 其 水平夹角 α为 8度。 在所述卡槽 104内的外侧壁上靠近所述卡槽 104上口处设有一个移转凸起 108。 该移转凸起 108用于所述卡条 5在卡入所述卡槽 104时的转动支点。
在所述卡槽 104内的外侧壁与底面交接处设有一个弧形的卡槽导入弧面 109, 用于引导所述卡条 5的卡入。
参见图 6,所述卡条 5的截面呈丁字形,在其上横向段设有一个压板部 501, 该压板部 501朝向所述灯体 1的内侧并与灯体 1上的密封槽 103位置对应。
所述卡条 5竖直段包括一个与卡条 5的横向段垂直的直部 502和在直部 502 下面的斜部 503, 该斜部 503呈向外倾斜, 其垂直夹角 β为 8度。 在所述斜部 503的头端设有一个锁钩 504, 在该锁钩 504的上面为一个卡接面 505, 下面为 一弧形面; 该弧形面包括靠近锁钩头部并与所述卡接面相联的下滑移面 506和 与所述斜部 503相联的卡条导入弧面 507,用于与所述锁止凸起 105上的上滑移 面 107和卡槽导入弧面 109配合, 形成滑移。
参见图 5, 所述密封条 3呈 C形, 其开口部分用于卡接在灯罩 4侧边; 在密 封条 3的上下面上设有三条凸条 301 ;用于在所述卡条 5的压板部 501的挤压下 产生更好的密封效果。
参见图 7-图 9, 本发明的密封结构在进行密封装配时, 先将密封条 3的开 口卡接在灯罩 4的侧边上后将灯罩放置在所述灯槽 101口部上的密封槽 103中; 将卡条 5放置在所述卡槽 104中并使卡条 5上的压板部 501压在所述密封条 3 的上面, 此时, 卡条 5上的斜部 503与移转凸起 108接触, 下滑移面 506与锁 止凸起 105上的上滑移面 107接触。
所述卡条 5通过外力卡入所述卡槽 104中。
当外力 F1作用在所述卡条 5的横向段上面时, 由于受移转凸起 108上反作 用力和锁止凸起 105上的上滑移面 107的滑移作用, 使卡条 5以移转凸起 108 为支点作 C向转动, 挤压密封条 3。
由于外力 F1大于密封条 3的弹性反作用力 F2,使卡条 5继续向卡槽 104下 部滑移, 所述锁钩 504在上滑移面 107的作用下继续作 C向转动, 使锁钩 504 头端转向卡槽 104内的外侧壁, 使卡条 5上的卡条导入弧面 507与卡槽 104中 的卡槽导入弧面 109接触, 并在卡槽导入弧面 109的引导下, 使所述锁钩 504 卡入所述锁止凸起 105下面, 卡条 5上的卡接面 505与锁止凸起 105下的锁止 面 106接触。
当卡条 5的锁钩 504卡入所述锁止凸起 105后, 释放外力 Fl, 卡条 5在密 封条 3的弹性反作用力 F2作用下按 D向回转, 使卡条 5上的卡接面 505与锁止 凸起 105下的锁止面 106卡紧, 此时, 卡条 5上的直部 502和斜部 503相接的 转角正好位于移转凸起 108处, 使卡条 5在密封条弹性反作用力 F2作用下卡紧 在卡槽中, 密封条 3在卡条 5的挤压下使灯罩 4与灯槽 101 口部形成紧密的密 封。
本发明的工作原理是卡条 5与卡槽 104利用密封条 3的弹性反作用力 F2实 现移转卡入并自锁的密封结构。 具体实施例是为了更清楚地理解本发明, 并不 作为对本发明权利的一种限制, 在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下, 可以有各种各 样的变化, 所有这些对所述领域技术人员显而易见的修改将包括在本权利要求 的范围之内。

Claims

权利要求
1. 一种条形灯的密封结构, 包括灯体、 透明灯罩和密封条; 所述灯体为条形型 材, 设有 u形灯槽; 在所述灯槽口部设有纵向贯通的密封槽; 在所述密封槽 中设有所述密封条, 所述透明灯罩通过所述密封条设置在所述灯槽口部; 其 特征在于: 所述密封条呈 C形卡设在所述透明灯罩的侧边并通过一由卡槽和 一卡条组成的移转式卡紧机构锁紧; 所述卡槽设置在所述灯槽口部并纵向贯 通; 在所述卡槽内侧壁靠近底部处设有一个锁止凸起, 在外侧壁靠近上口部 设有一个移转凸起; 所述卡条截面呈丁字形, 设有一个压紧在所述密封条上 面的压板部、 与压板部直角向下的直部和与所述压板部同一侧并与所述锁止 凸起适配的锁钩。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的条形灯的密封结构, 其特征在于: 所述锁止凸起包括 其下面的锁止面和其上面的上滑移面; 所述锁钩包括其上面的卡接面和其下 面的下滑移面; 所述上滑移面与所述下滑移面相对; 所述锁止面和卡接面的 水平夹角相等, 均为 5〜10度。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的条形灯的密封结构, 其特征在于: 在所述卡条的直部 和锁钩之间还设有一斜部; 所述斜部的垂直夹角为 5〜10度, 所述直部和斜 部相接处对应所述移转凸起。
4. 根据权利要求 2所述的条形灯的密封结构, 其特征在于: 在所述卡条的直部 和锁钩之间还设有一斜部; 所述斜部的垂直夹角为 5〜10度, 所述直部和斜 部相接处对应所述移转凸起。
5. 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3或 4所述的条形灯的密封结构, 其特征在于: 在所 述卡槽底部还设有卡槽导入弧面, 在所述卡条上设有与所述卡槽导入弧面配 合的卡条导入弧面。
6. 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3或 4所述的条形灯的密封结构, 其特征在于: 所述 密封条顶面和底面上还设有至少二条纵向的凸条。
7. 根据权利要求 5所述的条形灯的密封结构, 其特征在于: 所述密封条顶面和 底面上还设有至少二条纵向的凸条。
8. 根据权利要求 2或 3或 4所述的条形灯的密封结构, 其特征在于: 所述锁止 面和卡接面的水平夹角相等, 均为 8度。
9. 根据权利要求 5所述的条形灯的密封结构, 其特征在于: 所述锁止面和卡接 面的水平夹角相等, 均为 8度。
10.根据权利要求 6所述的条形灯的密封结构, 其特征在于: 所述锁止面和卡接 面的水平夹角相等, 均为 8度。
11.根据权利要求 7所述的条形灯的密封结构, 其特征在于: 所述锁止面和卡接 面的水平夹角相等, 均为 8度。
12.根据权利要求 3或 4所述的条形灯的密封结构, 其特征在于: 所述垂直夹角 为 8度。
13.根据权利要求 5所述的条形灯的密封结构, 其特征在于: 所述垂直夹角为 8
