一种电烤炉用的烤盘
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种烹调器具的零部件,特别是一种电烤炉用的烤盘。
背景技术
目前普遍使用的电烤炉用烤盘上的底盘顶面上大多为无纹平面;为了减少食物与盘底顶面的接触面积,有的烤盘盘底顶面上设有凸起条纹,凸起条纹的纹路方向一般与底面边缘呈垂直或平行状态;中国专利第201020258369.X号所述的一种结构改进的煎烤器烤盘,其盘底顶面上设有乙组凸起条纹,所有凸起条纹均相互平行与烤盘盘底面边缘构成一定倾斜角度。由于烤盘在烧烤食物时的受热温度很高,有时会出现被烧红或局部被烧红的情况,冷却后因伸缩应力不均往往产生变形,上述几种烤盘结构所产生的因伸缩应力不均造成的变形会比较明显,从而造成烤盘盘底面或盘边出现不平整而影响使用效果。
发明内容
为了克服现有电烤盘用烤盘受热冷却后容易产生明显变形,造成烤盘盘底面或盘边出现不平整而影响使用效果的缺陷,本实用新型提供一种改进的电烤炉用的烤盘,可以克服现有技术的缺陷。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种电烤炉用的烤盘,包括一个呈举行的盘底和盘底四周的盘边,盘底顶面设有若干凸起条纹,其特征是:凸起调味为二组以上,每一组凸起条纹均有若干根平行的凸起条纹构成,其中一组以上凸起条纹与烤盘盘底面边缘构成一个倾斜角度,另一组以上凸起条纹与烤盘的同一底盘边缘构成另一个倾斜角度。
上述技术方案所述的凸起条纹为折线形凸起条纹时,其与烤盘盘底面边缘构成的倾斜角度可以是凸起条纹的一段与烤盘盘底面边缘构成的倾斜角度。
上述技术方案所述的二组以上凸起条纹,在盘底顶面上的分布可以是就盘底顶面中线作对称分布。
上述技术方案所述的凸起条纹与烤盘盘底面边缘构成的倾斜角度可以是锐角20~70°,最好是锐角45°。
上述技术方案所述凸起条纹可以为圆弧状凸起条纹。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于盘底顶面的凸起条纹为二组以上,每一组凸起条纹均由若干根平行的凸起条纹构成,其中一组以上凸起条纹与烤盘盘底面边缘构成一个倾斜角度,另一组以上凸起条纹与烤盘的同一盘底面边缘构成另一个倾斜角度,所以烤盘受热冷却时的伸缩应力比较均匀,可以使得烤盘在使用过程不会出现明显变形,从而使烤盘能够平稳放置和食物在烤盘上受热均匀,保证了烤盘的使用效果。

具体实施方式
照图1-2,一种电烤炉用的烤盘,包括一个呈矩形的盘底1和盘底1四周的盘边2,盘底1的顶面设有若干凸起条纹3等,其特征是:凸起条纹3等为六组凸起条纹4、5、6、7、8、9,其中四组凸起条纹4、5、6、7由直线形凸起条纹组成、二组凸起条纹8、9由折线形凸起条纹组成,每一组凸起条纹4、5、6、7、8或9均由若干根互相平行的凸起条纹构成,其中凸起条纹4、、6和凸起条纹8的上段与烤盘的盘底面边缘10构成一个倾斜角度,凸起条纹5、7和凸起条纹9的上段与烤盘的同一盘底面边缘10 构成另一个倾斜角度。
另外,凸起条纹8的下段与烤盘的盘底面边缘10构成的倾斜角度与其上段与烤盘的盘底面边缘10构成倾斜角度不同,凸起条纹9的下段与烤盘的盘底面边缘10构成的倾斜角度与其上段与烤盘的盘底面边缘10构成的倾斜角度不同;六组凸起条纹4、5、6、7、8、9,在盘底1顶面中线B和C作对称分布;凸起条纹4、6和凸起条纹8的上段与烤盘的盘底面边缘10构成一个方向的锐角45°的倾斜角度,凸起条纹5、7和凸起条纹9的上段与烤盘的同一盘底面边缘10构成另一个方向的锐角45°的倾斜角度;凸起条纹3等为圆弧状凸起条纹。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种电烤炉用的烤盘,包括一个呈矩形的盘底和盘底四周的盘边,盘底顶面设有若干凸起条纹,其特征是:凸起条纹为二组以上,每一组凸起条纹均有若干根平行的凸起条纹构成,其中一组以上凸起条纹与烤盘盘底面边缘构成一个倾斜角度,另一组以上凸起条纹与烤盘的同一盘底面边缘构成另一个倾斜角度。
  2. 按权利要求书 1 所述的电烤炉用的烤盘,其特征是所述凸起条纹为折现形凸起条纹时,其与烤盘盘底面边缘构成的倾斜角度是凸起条纹上的一段与烤盘盘底面边缘构成的倾斜角度。
  3. 按权利要求书 1 或 2 所述的电烤炉用的烤盘,其特征是所述二组以上凸起条纹,在盘底顶面上的分布是就盘底顶面中线作对称分布。
  4. 按权利要求书 1 或 2 所述的电烤炉用的烤盘,其特征是所述凸起条纹与烤盘盘底面边缘构成的倾斜角度为锐角 20~7 0 ° 。
  5. 按权力要求书4所述的电烤炉用的烤盘,其特征是所述凸起条纹与烤盘盘底面边缘构成的倾斜角度为锐角45° 。
