背景技术
目前, 车辆用轮胎分为斜交胎、 钢丝真空胎、 实心胎等几种都设置有专门的气门芯 装置, 除实心胎以外, 轮胎都需要充气, 由于实心胎的成本高、 重量大, 主要是特殊情 况的特种车使用, 斜交胎 (基本都为有内胎轮胎)基本处于淘汰技术品种, 近年来越来 越趋于真空型钢丝轮胎 (含半钢丝胎和全钢丝轮胎) , 其外胎使用橡胶材料制作而成, 套撑安装在轮辋 (钢圈) 的外周, 安装时外胎开口正对轮辋, 紧密吻合。
真空型轮胎的材料主要为橡胶以及一些增强材料, 当轮胎被钉子等尖削状外物刺穿 时, 虽然真空型轮胎有一定的防刺性能, 但引发爆胎或慢漏气瘪胎现象时有发生, 所有 充气轮胎都有爆胎风险, 影响行车安全, 同时需要充气和补胎, 从而增加维修成本, 耽 误行车时间。
为了真正解决爆胎漏气等问题, 继而又提出了一些新型的弹簧轮胎, 其包括橡胶制成的 胎体及设置于胎体内的一层弹簧。 例如孙兴高提出的申请号为 "99215397. 2 "的实用新 型专利申请中, 具体描述了一种免充气弹簧轮胎, 在橡胶外胎的内侧或橡胶内部一周置 有圆簧或板簧, 圆簧或板簧的形状与外胎截面形状相同, 簧圈的中间位空蕊。 此种弹簧 轮胎能够防止轮胎被外物刺扎, 解决充气轮胎都有的爆胎风险, 且不需要充气与补胎; 但由于其为板簧时, 需要设置多个相同弹性的板簧, 导致安装复杂, 且稳定性不高; 而 当其内部设置的是圆簧时, 由该专利图中可知只能包括一层弹簧, 支撑力有限, 且只能 通过弹簧线经的变化来改变其承载量, 这样易影响弹簧的弹性。 同时, 起到支撑作用的 单根弹簧在行驶途中, 由于必须均衡到弹簧的弹性效果, 使得螺旋缠绕的弹簧与外胎的 接触点相隔间隙大, 支撑点不够多, 在平稳度方面比不过现有的充气轮胎, 因而为了使 之进一步平稳, 需要增加衬板, 而这样也导致了成本上升, 工艺复杂度提高, 且影响弹 簧本身的弹性作用, 使得噪音偏大, 舒适度大大降低; 在长期使用后, 只要板簧中的一 根弹簧或圆簧的刚丝断裂, 则整个弹簧轮胎立即报废, 不能继续使用, 特别是根据轮胎 载重量的变大, 必须靠增粗弹簧刚丝的办法解决, 这样必然增加轮胎本身的重量, 因此 成本方面和安全方面也不能满足驾驶员要求。上述缺陷严重影响了此种弹簧轮胎的推广 运用, 因此这种新型的弹簧轮胎也一直没有能够有效的替代常规充气轮胎以及真正解决 了弹簧类型的轮胎不能在实践中实用的问题。
针对上述现有技术存在的缺陷, 本发明提供一种弹簧轮胎, 能够在实现防漏防爆 防刺效果的同时, 有效提高弹簧轮胎的舒适性、 稳定性和支撑强度。
本发明采取的具体技术方案是, 一种弹簧轮胎, 包括轮辋、 呈环状的外胎和外胎 内的压縮形弹簧, 其特征是, 所述压縮形弹簧设置为呈环状的弹簧胎环, 至少两组单个 的弹簧胎环并列环绕在轮辋外部, 且并列的弹簧胎环间设有胶体固定。
至少两组套在一起的多层弹簧胎环并列环绕在轮辋外部, 且套在一起的多层弹簧 胎环间设有胶体固定,所述并列环绕在轮辋外部的单个或套在一起的多层弹簧胎环与轮 辋和外胎接触处设有胶体。
压縮形弹簧是由单根钢丝制成的刚丝螺旋缠绕成环状,所述刚丝的直径范围在 10mm_50mm之间。
所述刚丝的切面形状为圆形或多边形。
为了使得刚丝绝缘, 且具有较高的抗腐蚀性, 以保证弹簧轮胎的耐用性, 在所述 刚丝外侧根据需要可包裹有胶套。
上述胶体及胶套的材料可以是橡胶, 特别是聚氨酯类橡胶, 其性能稳定、 高耐磨、 与轮胎的橡胶层合成为弹簧间以及外胎间的稳定垫层。
所述的弹簧胎环的胎径比外胎的内直径大 2mm-10mm, 使外胎、 弹簧胎环、 轮辋 三者紧密结合。
基于上述结构的所述弹簧轮胎能带来以下技术效果:
1、 弹性好。 现有弹簧轮胎技术中只包含单个压縮形弹簧, 其必须通过弹簧刚丝的 变化而改变其承载量, 而在考虑到承载量的同时, 往往不能满足压縮形弹簧的弹性及轻 量化要求。 而数组弹簧轮胎可以不受刚丝影响, 而可以通过调节弹簧组数以适应载重量 的要求, 并且保持轮胎的恒定重量; 根据实际测量数据可知, 同一材料的刚丝的直径越 小, 弹性越大。 如果刚丝的直径大小不变, 同一载重情况下每增加一组弹簧其弹性可大 大提高, 其承载力可增加 50%以上。 当多组压縮形弹簧的刚丝直径总和与一组弹簧的刚 丝直径相同时, 因为数组弹簧与中间胶体的一起形成一个系统承载体, 其载重量亦增加 50%以上; 因此整个弹簧轮胎的弹性较单一弹簧轮胎要大数倍。
2、 舒适度提高。 由于现有技术中的弹簧轮胎中只含有一组环状压縮形弹簧, 在与 地面接触时, 所述压縮形弹簧的支撑点少, 导致行驶中, 平稳度降低, 影响舒适度, 而 本发明中包含多组环状弹簧, 单个或重叠的多层弹簧胎环并列环绕在轮辋外部, 其支撑 点较单组弹簧要多, 且弹簧与轮辋和外胎的接触面积增大, 充分结合度远远大于单个或 单组弹簧, 各个弹簧胎环和各层之间的胶体一并构成一个弹簧系统整体, 与现有技术中 的单个或单组弹簧相比, 支撑力度更加均衡, 使得轮胎在行驶过程中更加平稳, 振动性 小, 轮胎与地面接触所发出的噪音也将大大减低。
3、 安全性增大。 单个或重叠的多层弹簧胎环并列环绕在轮辋外部, 可满足目前轮 胎轮辋体积不断扩大而外胎空间越来越縮小的需要, 并列的数个或数组弹簧在轮辋与外 胎之间, 根据轮辋和外胎间的距离大小调整其直径和数量, 保证轮胎的正常形态和有效 防止爆胎。 本发明所述弹簧轮胎在行驶过程中, 其中一组刚丝断裂后, 仍可以短时间由 其他组压縮形弹簧支撑, 比单一组压縮形弹簧构成的弹簧轮胎要更具安全性, 同时也增 加了弹簧轮胎的使用寿命。
4、 成本降低。 由于多组弹簧的设置, 使得在满足相同弹性和强度要求的情形下, 同现有普通轮胎比较, 外胎所需的其他材料大大减少, 如钢丝材料减少、 取消了气门芯 装置等, 从而制作工艺也大大简化, 生产工艺需要的大量机械设备减少, 生产成本大大 降低, 加上此类弹簧轮胎的使用寿命延长; 外胎磨损后, 可以只需更换外胎, 大大降低 了成本。
5、 节约材料。 原有普通轮胎, 包括有内胎的和无内胎的真空胎, 其保气层和内胎 需要保气性能好的材料丁基胶, 由于丁基胶的产量有限, 供不应求的情况越来越严重, 是目前影响全球轮胎产业发展的一大瓶颈。 而且价格比一般橡胶要高出很多, 上述的弹 簧轮胎去掉了此保气层, 即不需要丁基胶材料。 6、 与实心胎比较, 有其所有的功效的同时, 增加了弹性, 保持了真空胎的特点, 轮胎 也轻量化。
7、 增加防滑和轮胎的抓力。 由于该种轮胎的弹簧并列和外胎结合, 使胎体的钢性增加, 环状的弹簧环与环之间的空隙形成一定的凹凸齿轮状,增加了轮胎的防滑性能和上下坡 的抓地性能。
综上所述, 本发明所述弹簧轮胎, 在实现防刺、 防滑、 防爆、 防漏气的同时, 受 力更均匀, 支撑强度更大, 提高了轮胎在行驶过程中的安全性和舒适性。
