Abstract

The invention relates to the field of construction, and specifically, to building houses from wooden panels, and can be used for erecting prefabricated low buildings and structures. The technical result consists in simplifying the assembly design and technology. The composite wooden wall panel consists of upper and lower frameworks and of wood blocks arranged therebetween. The panel is composed lengthwise of a set of wood blocks of identical or differing width. A wood block is formed from layers of boards interconnected by an adhesive substance or by mechanical devices. The lateral fastenings of the panels in a horizontal row are in the form of tongue and groove profiles selected on the lateral surfaces of the outer wood blocks, and at the corners - in the form of profiles of stepped cross section. The panels are connected to one another vertically by means of projections and recesses. When the panels are supported on floor coverings, the contact surfaces of the panel frameworks are flat and are connected to the floor coverings by metal catches. The panels have a decorative or protective coating which may be non-metallic or metallic. Depressions for the arrangement of water and electric communication elements for the house are formed at the locations of connection of the wood blocks to the frameworks.

Стеновая деревянная составная панель для многоэтажного дома, содержащая верхнюю и нижнюю деревянные обвязки, средства крепления обвязок, боковые элементы крепления, внутренние и наружные наборные деревянные элементы, средства соединения наборных деревянных элементов, сквозные прорези в панелях для окон и дверей, отличающаяся тем, что указанные внутренние и наружные наборные деревянные элементы образованы древоблоками, высота которых равна расстоянию между верхней и нижней обвязками панели, а ширина древоблока равна 0,25 - 0,5 его высоты, причем панель в габарите длины выборочно составлена из набора древоблоков одинаковой или разной ширины, при этом упомянутый древоблок выполнен из слоев досок, неразъемно соединенных между собой и, расположеных под острыми или под прямыми углами друг к другу и к оси древоблока в смежных слоях, указанные средства соединения наборных деревянных элементов - древоблоков представляют собой неразъемное пазогребневое соединение, при этом указанные боковые крепления панелей в горизонтальном ряду выполнены в виде пазогребневых профилей выбранных на боковых поверхностях крайних древоблоков, а боковые средства крепления угловых соединений смежных панелей выполнены в виде сопряженных ступенчатых на поперечном сечении профилей, при этом упомянутые средства крепления обвязок панелей, при вертикальной сборке многоэтажного дома посредством установки панелей друг на друга, выполнены в виде сопряженных выступов и впадин на смежных панелях, обвязки которых снабжены средствами фиксации к несущим элементам каркаса многоэтажного дома, а при вертикальной сборке многоэтажного дома путем установки панелей на половые перекрытия контактными поверхностями их обвязок, которые выполнены плоскими, указанные средства крепления обвязок выполнены в виде металлических фиксаторов, закрепленных на половых панелях многоэтажного дома, а к наружной поверхности составной деревянной панели, включая верхнюю и нижнюю обвязки, прикреплено покрытие. 1.
