Abstract
본 발명은 다수의 분할코어와 자석 간의 대향 면적을 최대화하고 코일 점적률(fill factor)을 높일 수 있고, 비정질 합금 분말을 이용하여 성형하므로 에디 커런트 로스(코어 로스)를 최소화할 수 있는 비정질 분할코어 스테이터 및 이를 이용한 액시얼 갭형 비정질 분할코어 모터에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 양단부가 회전 가능하게 지지되는 회전축; 각각 중앙부가 상기 회전축과 결합되며 간격을 두고 배치되는 환형의 제1 및 제2 요크와, 상기 제1 및 제2 요크의 내측면에 대향한 극성으로 장착된 다수의 자석을 구비하는 제1 및 제2 로터; 및 상기 제1 및 제2 로터 사이에 배치되며, 각각 코일이 권선된 다수의 분할코어를 구비하는 스테이터를 포함하며, 상기 다수의 분할코어는 비정질 금속 분말로 성형된 것을 특징으로 한다.
