Abstract
AN ELECTRIC MOTOR COMPRISING: A ROTOR ROTATING AROUND A ROTARY AXIS; A PLURALITY OF SPLIT IRON CORES, EACH INCLUDING A BACK YOKE AND A TOOTH; AN INSULATION SHEET ATTACHED TO EACH OF THE PLURALITY OF SPLIT IRON CORES; AN INSULATOR ATTACHED TO AN END FACE OF EACH OF THE PLURALITY OF SPLIT IRON CORES, EACH INSULATOR INCLUDING: A TOOTH COVER, WHICH COVERS AN END FACE OF THE TOOTH OF ONE OF THE PLURALITY OF SPLIT IRON CORES, AN INTERIOR WALL, AN EXTERIOR WALL, AND A RETAINING PORTION THAT RETAINS THE INSULATION SHEET AT AN END PORTION, IN A CIRCUMFERENTIAL DIRECTION OF THE SPLIT IRON CORE, OF AT LEAST ONE OF THE EXTERIOR WALL OR THE INTERIOR WALL; AND A COIL WOUND AROUND EACH OF THE PLURALITY OF SPLIT IRON CORES WITH AT LEAST ONE OF THE TOOTH COVER AND THE INSULATION SHEET THEREBETWEEN.
