- Patent Document 1 exemplifies a rubber washer (57) having a square cross section as an elastic member.
- the fixing device for the lower member of Patent Document 1 when the bolt for fixing the lower member is tightened, the spacer is held between the bolt head and the support member. Since the member is biased toward the support member, each lower member does not rattle. On the other hand, by compressing and elastically deforming the elastic member, the lower member having the lower upper surface is moved away from the support member. Thus, the upper surfaces of the lower members can be flush with each other, which has the advantage that the upper member can be easily attached to the lower members. Further, the elastic member absorbs vibration, which is advantageous in that the bolt once properly tightened is prevented from loosening due to the influence of vibration or the like.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a lower member fixing device and a fluid control device including the same, which facilitate the leveling work of making the upper surfaces of the lower members flush with each other and further enhance the vibration absorption effect of the elastic member. Against the power of And it is characterized in that it notch provided outs for allowing elastic bending deformation of the sexual member.
- the cross-sectional shape of the elastic member before the notch is formed is a square, a circle (including an oval or an ellipse), a polygon, etc., but four corners of the square (a rectangle with a long vertical direction) are cut off. An octagon is preferable.
- the elastic member has an upper surface that contacts the lower surface of the bolt head or the flange lower surface of the spacer, a lower surface that contacts the stepped portion of the bolt insertion hole, and an outer periphery that contacts the circumferential surface of the large diameter portion of the bolt insertion hole. At least one notch for forming a recess in at least one of the upper surface, the lower surface, the outer peripheral surface, and the inner peripheral surface. It is assumed that
- the elastic member is preferably an annular body made of rubber or synthetic resin.
- the elastic member allows the lower member to move upward by being deformed.
- the amount of upward movement is limited, while the elastic member is elastic.
- the member elastically deformable the lower member can be moved upward with a small force, and the leveling operation for making the upper surfaces of the lower member flush with each other can be facilitated. Further, vibration can be absorbed by elastic deformation of the elastic member.
- the spacer may have no flange (cylindrical body) and may have a flange at the upper end.
- the elastic body is placed between the bottom surface of the bolt head and the step, and when the spacer has a flange, the elastic body is between the bottom surface of the spacer flange and the step. Placed in.

- a spacer (12) and an elastic member (21) are used in addition to the bolt (10) when the block joint (2) (3) is fixed.
- FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of the lower member fixing device according to the present invention.
- the lower member fixing device is configured such that the block joint (lower member) (2) is attached to the support member (9) by a bolt (10).
- the lower member (2) has a large diameter portion (11a) having a diameter larger than the diameter of the bolt head (10a) and a step portion (11c) below this
- a bolt insertion hole (11) comprising a small diameter portion (11b) having a diameter intermediate between the diameter of the bolt head (10a) and the diameter of the bolt shaft portion (10b).
- the portion (11b) has an inner diameter larger than the diameter of the bolt shaft portion (10b), the lower end is received by the support member (9), and the upper end is in the large diameter portion (11a).
- a cylindrical spacer (12) with a flange (12a) to be received is fitted, and the lower member (2) is placed downward (between the lower surface of the flange (12a) of the spacer (12) and the step portion (11c) ( support Annular elastic member that headed) urging the timber (9) (21) is interposed. Then, the lower member (2) with the bolt insertion hole (11) disposed between the support member (9) and the upper member (4) (5) (6) (7) is supported by the bolt (10). It is attached to 9).
- the spacer (12) may have no flange (12a) .In this case, the elastic member (21) is interposed between the lower surface of the bolt head (10a) and the step (11c). Be made.

- FIG. 3B shows a case where an elastic member (30) not provided with a notch is used for comparison.
- the space formed between the flange (12a) and the step portion (11c) of the spacer (12) at an early stage is moved to the elastic member (30).
- the repulsive force is increased, and it is difficult to move the lower member (2) upward thereafter. Therefore, there is a possibility that the gap (G) remains between the main body (5a) of the upper member and the lower member (2).
- the elastic member (21) shown in FIG. 2 has no gap between the upper member body (5a) and the lower member (2) as shown in FIG. 3 (a). Since it is in a state in which it can be further elastically bent and deformed from the state, the leveling operation becomes extremely easy. Further, since it can be further elastically bent, it is advantageous in terms of vibration absorption effect as compared with the conventional case.
- the shape of the elastic member can be variously changed.
- the number of notches may be two, the position where the notches are provided may be changed, and the number of notches may be one or three or more.
- FIG. 4 shows a case where the number of notches is two
