Abstract

Cette machine comprend une lance d'extraction déplacée verticalement sur un premier support de la lance au moyen d'un moteur pas à pas, ledit premier support étant monté sur un extenseur associé à un second support et sur lequel il peut se déplacer verticalement et horizontalement. En outre, des moyens de support et de fermeture du sac se trouvent sur l'extenseur, lequel, conjointement avec les moyens de support et de fermeture du sac, se déplace avec précision. La lance d'extraction comprend un conduit de vidage central, un cône déplaçable de fermeture et, périmétriquement, une première chemise intérieure qui projette l'eau vers l'intérieur du conduit de vidage et une seconde chemise extérieure qui projette l'eau vers l'extérieur de la lance. Cette machine permet de réaliser le vidage de manière automatique et hygiénique et en contrôlant tout le processus, ainsi que de récupérer la totalité du produit contenu à l'intérieur d'un sac.
