本发明涉及一种自动回位切换装置,尤其涉及一种用于花洒的自动回位切换装置。
现有的摆杆式切换花洒,通常包括一花洒本体,本体上端设有一上盖,下端设有出水面盖以及位于面盖和本体之间的出水机构,该上盖靠本体的柄部设有一摆杆。需要切换不同功能的花洒水时,是将摆杆拨动,带动上盖相对于本体旋转。上盖是和出水机构相连的,当上盖旋转时,也带动出水机构的位置,使得水路变化,实现不同功能的花洒水的变化。但这种摆杆式花洒具有以下的不足之处:上盖无法自动复位,需要用户反方向拨动。
本发明的目的在于提供一种自动回位切换装置,以解决现有技术中存在的上述问题。
本发明提供的技术方案如下:
一种自动回位切换装置,其包括:
一本体,它设分水装置,且通过分水装置和本体之间的相对活动能实现切换;
一转动设于本体背面的上盖;
一转动设于本体背面和上盖之间的从动盘;
一离合机构,它包括一双向的棘轮和一能配合棘轮的双向的棘爪;所述棘轮转动设于本体背面且传动连接分水装置,以使棘轮转动时能带动分水装置活动实现切换;所述双向棘爪、上盖和从动盘相连接,以能通过上盖相对从动盘转动而带动双向棘爪在正转位、反转位和分离位之间活动;所述双向棘爪位于正转位则上盖正转时能带动从动盘、双向棘爪和棘轮共同正转,所述双向棘爪位于反转位则上盖反转时能带动从动盘、棘爪和棘轮共同反转;及
一复位装置,它能使双向棘爪位于分离位,能使上盖、从动盘和双向棘爪复位。
在一较佳实施例中,所述上盖设有一凸伸的摆杆。
在一较佳实施例中,所述双向棘爪枢设于从动盘偏心位置,所述从动盘轴线和上盖轴线重合。
在一较佳实施例中,该本体包括一手柄以及一盘体,该盘体的中央位置设一圆形通孔,以该圆形通孔为圆心在盘背面上设有一环形凹槽。该上盖正面设有一圈和本体的环形凹槽对应配合的凸缘,上盖背面边缘装有一摆杆,正面靠摆杆处设有一长条形凹槽,长条形凹槽和圆形通孔之间设有一径向延伸的挡块。

在一较佳实施例中,所述双向棘爪大体上为一个三角形,中央设有一圆形通孔,从动盘的柱销插入到该圆形通孔中;靠外侧的一角背面设有一柱销,该双向棘爪的柱销枢接于上盖的长条形凹槽中;另两个角上分别设有棘爪,棘爪之间设有让位槽。
在一较佳实施例中,所述的用于使上盖的旋转运动复位的复位装置包括:设于本体或从动盘这两个部件之一上的至少一弹簧,以及设于另一部件上的旋转时压缩弹簧的压紧筋条。
在一较佳实施例中,在本体的环形凹槽和圆形通孔之间,设有两道用于安装弹簧的沿圆周分布的弧形凹槽,每个弧形凹槽在彼此靠近的一端封闭,彼此远离的一端分别设有一开口;所述从动盘正面的边缘,沿圆周方向设有两个用于旋转时压缩弹簧的压紧筋条,这两个压紧筋条为沿直径对称设置;每个压紧筋条包括一径向挡块和一圆弧形的凸条,且这两个凸条可以沿圆周方向分别从本体的两个弧形凹槽的开口插入弧形凹槽中以压缩弹簧。

一种自动回位切换装置切换方法,它包括:
步骤1,上盖相对本体朝第一方向转动;
步骤2,带动双向棘爪相对双向棘轮活动,使棘爪和棘轮配合处于合上位置;
步骤3,上盖相对本体朝第一方向继续转动,通过棘爪带动棘轮朝第一方向转动;
步骤4,棘轮带动分水装置活动实现切换;
步骤5,复位装置操作,使棘爪相对棘轮活动,使棘爪和棘轮之间处于分离状态;
步骤6,复位装置操作,使上盖和棘爪朝第二方向转动以复位。
使用时,摆动上盖上的摆杆,由于上盖和从动盘之间可相互带动旋转,该上盖带动从动盘旋转,从动盘又带动拨动装置即双向棘爪旋转,该双向棘爪又拨动棘轮旋转,该棘轮再带动本体另一面的分水装置旋转,完成水花的切换。由于在所述的本体与从动盘之间还设有一用于使上盖的旋转运动相对于本体复位的复位装置。在该复位装置的作用下,该从动盘回位,从而带动上盖回位。
由上述描述可知,本发明提供了一种自动回位切换装置,本发明可用于卫浴领域,特别是花洒上。本发明优点在于:只需手动拨动摆杆一次,完成水花切换之后,复位装置即可带动从动盘和上盖复位,从而使用户节省一次操作,操作便利。且本发明顺时针或逆时针旋转都可进行切换和复位,使用方便。

本发明的具体实施例,参照图1至图8,一种自动回位切换装置,包括本体100、双向棘爪200、棘轮300、从动盘400和上盖500。
该本体100包括一手柄110以及一盘体120,该盘体的中央位置设一圆形通孔121,围绕该圆形通孔121在盘背面上设有一环形凹槽122,在凹槽122和圆形通孔121之间,和手柄110相对的一侧,对称设有两道分别用于安装弹簧130、140的弧形凹槽123和124,每个弧形凹槽在彼此靠近的一端为封闭的,彼此远离的一端分别设有开口1231和1241。在弧形凹槽123、124和环形凹槽122之间,还设有一第一盲孔125,其中设有一第一磁铁150。
该上盖500盖于本体100的背面,其中央设有和本体100的圆形通孔121对应的圆形通孔510,该圆形通孔背面装有螺帽580.上盖正面设有一圈和本体100的环形凹槽122对应配合的凸缘520,藉此上盖500可相对于本体100作轴心旋转运动。上盖背面边缘装有一摆杆550,正面靠摆杆550处设有一长条形凹槽540,长条形凹槽540和圆形通孔510之间设有一径向延伸的挡块530。上盖正面相对于摆杆550的另一侧设有第二盲孔560,里面设有第二磁铁570。该第一磁铁150和第二磁铁570配合,脱离或复位时即可产生档位感。
上盖500与本体100之间设有从动盘400,该从动盘400中央设有圆形通孔410,背面设有靠边缘处两道径向挡板420,上盖500正面的挡块530即卡接于这两道挡板420之间。在正面的边缘,对应于背面的两道挡板420之间,还设有一柱销440;正面的边缘,沿圆周方向设有两个压紧筋条430,这两个压紧筋条为对称设置,对称线为圆形通孔410和柱销440所在的直径。每个压紧筋条由一径向挡块432和一圆弧形的凸条431组成,该凸条的圆弧的弧心为圆形通孔410,且凸条的位置和本体100的两个弧形凹槽123和124对应,且这两个凸条可以分别沿圆周方向从弧形凹槽123、124的开口1231和1241旋转插入该弧形凹槽中。
棘轮300设于从动轮400和本体100之间,其中央位置设有一长条形通孔310,安装时该通孔310位置和本体的通孔110对应。周缘设有若干棘齿320,每两个相邻棘齿320之间形成齿间隙330。
双向棘爪200设于从动轮400和本体100之间,棘轮300的侧面。其大体上为一个三角形,中央设有一圆形通孔210,安装时从动盘400的柱销440插入到该圆形通孔210中。靠外侧的一角背面设有一柱销220,安装时该柱销220插入到上盖500的长条形凹槽540中。另两个角上分别设有棘爪230和240,棘爪之间设有让位槽250.所述的棘爪可伸入棘轮的齿间隙330之中从而拨动棘齿320。
本体100的正面,依次安装有分水装置600,斜水体700、转子710、换向器720以及面盖800.其中该分水装置600包括上分水盘610、和该上分水盘610固定结合的下分水盘620以及分水体630,其中该上分水盘610中央具有一和棘轮300的长条形凹槽310形状配合的柱销611。安装时该柱销611穿过本体100的圆形通孔110,再插入到该棘轮300的通孔310中。
参见图9至图12,其为本实用新型的使用状态示意图。图9为花洒的初始状态。参见图10,旋转上盖500的摆杆,通过上盖的槽540与双向棘爪200的柱销220的相互作用,双向棘爪200绕着从动盘上的柱销顺时针旋转一角度,插入棘轮内,此时该双向棘爪处于正转位(相应地,双向棘爪反方向旋转插入棘轮时,即处于反转位)。同时,上盖上的挡块530与从动盘上的挡板420贴合。
参见图11,上盖500带着从动盘400和双向棘爪200一起顺时针转动,双向棘爪200带动棘轮300,棘轮又带动上分水盘610、下分水盘620顺时针转动,从而实现水花切换。在此过程中从动盘400的凸条431压缩弹簧130,转动一定角度后凸条末端的限位板432与本体背部的凹槽124顶抵,完成一次角度的切换。
参见图12,从动盘在弹簧的挤压下逆时针转动,从动盘又带动上盖和双向棘爪转动,在让位槽250作用下,双向棘爪200脱离棘轮300,此时为脱离位,从而和上盖一起实现回位,此时花洒又处于初始状态,但此时上下分水体已旋转一角度,处于另一水花状态。
上述仅为本发明的一个具体实施例,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均应属于侵犯本发明保护。
本发明一种自动回位切换装置,只需手动拨动摆杆一次,完成水花切换之后,复位装置即可带动从动盘和上盖复位,使用户节省一次操作,操作便利。且本发明顺时针或逆时针旋转都可进行切换和复位,使用方便。
Claims (10)
- 一种自动回位切换装置,其特征在于,包括:一本体,它设分水装置,且通过分水装置和本体之间的相对活动能实现切换;一转动设于本体背面的上盖;一转动设于本体背面和上盖之间的从动盘;一离合机构,它包括一双向的棘轮和一能配合棘轮的双向的棘爪;所述棘轮转动设于本体背面且传动连接分水装置,以使棘轮转动时能带动分水装置活动实现切换;所述双向棘爪、上盖和从动盘相连接,以能通过上盖相对从动盘转动而带动双向棘爪在正转位、反转位和分离位之间活动;所述双向棘爪位于正转位则上盖正转时能带动从动盘、双向棘爪和棘轮共同正转,所述双向棘爪位于反转位则上盖反转时能带动从动盘、棘爪和棘轮共同反转;及一复位装置,它能使双向棘爪位于分离位,能使上盖、从动盘和双向棘爪复位。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种自动回位切换装置,其特征在于:所述上盖设有一凸伸的摆杆。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种自动回位切换装置,其特征在于:所述双向棘爪枢设于从动盘偏心位置,所述从动盘轴线和上盖轴线重合。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种自动回位切换装置,其特征在于:该本体包括一手柄以及一盘体,该盘体的中央位置设一圆形通孔,以该圆形通孔为圆心在盘背面上设有一环形凹槽;该上盖正面设有一圈和本体的环形凹槽对应配合的凸缘,上盖背面边缘装有一摆杆,正面靠摆杆处设有一长条形凹槽,长条形凹槽和圆形通孔之间设有一径向延伸的挡块。
- 如权利要求4所述的一种自动回位切换装置,其特征在于:该从动盘中央设有圆形通孔,背面靠边缘处设有两道径向挡板,所述上盖正面的挡块卡接于两道挡板之间,在正面的边缘,对应于背面的两道挡板之间,还设有一柱销。
- 如权利要求1或5所述的一种自动回位切换装置,其特征在于:所述双向棘爪大体上为一个三角形,中央设有一圆形通孔,从动盘的柱销插入到该双向棘爪的圆形通孔中;靠外侧的一角背面设有一柱销,该双向棘爪的柱销枢接于上盖的长条形凹槽中;另两个角上分别设有棘爪,棘爪之间设有让位槽。
- 如权利要求1或5所述的一种自动回位切换装置,其特征在于:所述的用于使上盖的旋转运动复位的复位装置包括:设于本体或从动盘这两个部件之一上的至少一弹簧,以及设于另一部件上的旋转时压缩弹簧的压紧筋条。
- 如权利要求7所述的一种自动回位切换装置,其特征在于:在本体的环形凹槽和圆形通孔之间,设有两道用于安装弹簧的沿圆周分布的弧形凹槽,每个弧形凹槽在彼此靠近的一端封闭,彼此远离的一端分别设有一开口;所述从动盘正面的边缘,沿圆周方向设有两个用于旋转时压缩弹簧的压紧筋条,这两个压紧筋条为沿直径对称设置;每个压紧筋条包括一径向挡块和一圆弧形的凸条,且这两个凸条可以沿圆周方向分别从本体的两个弧形凹槽的开口插入弧形凹槽中以压缩弹簧。
- 如权利要求1或5所述的一种自动回位切换装置,其特征在于:还包括一旋转上盖时产生档位感的装置。
- 一种自动回位切换装置切换方法,其特征在于:它包括权利要求1所述的结构,其切换方法如下:步骤1,上盖相对本体朝第一方向转动;步骤2,带动双向棘爪相对棘轮活动,使棘爪和棘轮配合处于合上位置;步骤3,上盖相对本体朝第一方向继续转动,通过棘爪带动棘轮朝第一方向转动;步骤4,棘轮带动分水装置活动实现切换;步骤5,复位装置操作,使棘爪相对双向棘轮活动,使棘爪和棘轮之间处于分离状态;步骤6,复位装置操作,使上盖和棘爪朝第二方向转动以复位。
