本发明的实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的结构原理和工作原理作进一步详细说明。
如图1~图6所示,一种自动夹紧的手机支架,包括基座、托板4、两夹臂3和驱动两夹臂3夹紧手机或松开手机的驱动机构,两夹臂3可旋转的设置于基座的左右两侧,所述托板4可伸缩的设置于基座的下端,两夹臂3、基座和托板4之间围绕形成用于夹持手机的夹持空间,所述驱动组件设置于基座内,所述驱动组件包括驱动电机1、齿轮5、传动件6和传动组件,所述驱动电机1固定装设于基座内,所述驱动电机1通过传动组件与齿轮5传动连接,所述传动件6包括第一主体部61和自第一主体部61的两侧分别向上向外倾斜延伸形成的支部62,所述第一主体部61沿轴向设置有第一导向槽63,所述第一导向槽63的侧壁上设置有第一齿条64,所述齿轮5与第一齿条64相互啮合,所述支部62设置有向下凸出的导向柱65,所述夹臂3上设有安装孔31和倾斜设置的第二导向槽32,所述导向柱65装设于第二导向槽32内,所述基座内设置有向上凸起的转轴101,所述夹臂3通过安装孔31套于转轴101外可旋转的安装于基座上。
作为一种优选方案,所述第二导向槽32与轴线之间角度为15°~60°,所述第二导向槽32与轴线之间角度优选为25°~35°。
作为一种优选方案,所述基座包括底壳10、设于底壳10上的上壳12以及设于底壳10和上壳12之间的中壳11,所述传动组件包括蜗杆2、第一传动齿轮7、第二传动齿轮8和第三传动齿轮9,所述蜗杆2与驱动电机1的输出轴固定连接,所述第一传动齿轮7和第二传动齿轮8具有相同的结构,包括大齿轮部和与大齿轮部一体连接的小齿轮部,所述第一传动齿轮7的大齿轮部与蜗杆2啮合,所述第一传动齿轮7的小齿轮部与第二传动齿轮8的大齿轮部啮合,所述第二传动齿轮8的小齿轮部与第三传动齿轮9啮合,所述齿轮5包括第二主体部51、设于第二主体部51上方的齿条部52和自第二主体部51两侧向外延伸形成的限位部53,所述第三传动齿轮9的轴向设置有第二主体部51适配的第一通槽91,所述中壳11设有与第一通槽91适配的第二通槽114,所述第三传动齿轮9的背面设置有第一限位槽92,所述限位部53设于第一限位槽92内,所述齿条部52先后穿过第一通槽91和第二通槽92伸出于中壳11的顶面与传动件6的第一齿条64啮合,所述转轴101设置于底座上;所述第一限位槽92的长度大于限位部53的长度,所述第一限位槽92的两端分别具有限位端面,所述第一限位槽92与限位部53相互滑动配合,在第三传动齿轮9正向旋转或反向旋转时,第一限位槽92跟着正向旋转或反向旋转,直到第一限位槽92的限位端面抵顶到限位部53时,推动第二主体部51旋转,进而带动齿条部52旋转。在驱动电机启动时,第一限位槽92的限位端面触碰不到限位部53,使第三传动齿轮9不能带动齿轮5旋转,此时的齿轮5处于静止状态,不能驱动传动件6工作;而在驱动电机启动一定时间之后,第一限位槽92的限位端面触碰到限位部53,使第三传动齿轮9带动齿轮5旋转,驱动传动件6工作。由于驱动电机在启动一定时间之后,具有较大的旋转驱动力,因而即便出现夹臂卡紧或传动件卡紧的问题,驱动电机也能驱动夹臂或传动件克服卡紧阻力及时夹持或松开手机等移动设备,避免了手机支架在启动时出现卡紧而不能工作的问题。优选地,所述齿轮5的限位部53为扇环形滑块,所述第三传动齿轮9的第一限位槽92为扇环形滑槽,所述扇环形滑槽的圆心角减去扇环形滑块的圆心角差值为3度~20度。
作为一种优选方案,所述中壳11设置有两个第一限位块111,两第一限位块111分设于第二通槽92的左右两侧,所述传动件6的第一主体部61设置有与第一限位块111适配的第二限位槽66。
作为一种优选方案,所述自动夹紧的手机支架还包括伸缩组件,所述伸缩组件包括底板14、伸缩件15和弹簧16,所述底板14固定安装于底座上,所述底板14设有第三通槽和与第三通槽连通的容置槽,所述伸缩件15装设于容置槽中,所述伸缩件15包括两滑条部151以及连接两滑条部151的连接部152,所述滑条部151的长度小于容置槽的长度,所述滑条部151的顶面设置有第二齿条155,所述第二齿条155伸出于底板14的顶面,所述第三通槽的下端设有第一安装柱141,所述连接部152设有第二安装柱156,所述第一安装柱141和第二安装柱156相对设置,所述弹簧16的上端套于第二安装柱156上,所述弹簧16的下端套于第一安装柱141上,且所述弹簧16的上端面与连接部152的下端面相抵,所述弹簧16的下端面与第三通槽的下端面相抵。
作为一种优选方案,所述托板4的背面设置有第一卡块41,所述第一卡块41可卡于第二齿条155中相邻两齿之间的间隙中,所述底板14轴向设置有两滑槽142,两滑槽142分设于容置槽的两侧,所述托板4的背面设有与滑槽142适配的滑块42,所述托板4通过滑块42滑设于滑槽142内滑动安装于底板14上,所述中壳11盖于托板4的上方,所述托板4的两侧沿均设有第三齿条43,所述中壳11的两侧设有第四通槽112,所述第四通槽112的侧壁设有第二卡块113,所述第二卡块113可卡于第三齿条43中相邻两齿之间的间隙中。
作为一种优选方案,所述自动夹紧的手机支架还包括电路板17和电池,所述电路板17和电池设于底壳10上,所述电路板17设于电池的上方,所述电路板17与电池电连接,所述底板14装于电路板17的上方,所述电路板17上设有拨动开关171,所述伸缩件15上设有用于拨动拨动开关171的拨动部153,所述拨动部153与连接部152围绕形成供拨动开关171露出的开口,所述拨动部153的上端设有用于方便拨动部153拨动拨动开关171以使其复位的弧形缺口154。
作为一种优选方案,所述自动夹紧的手机支架还包括无线充电组件,所述无充电组件包括无线充电线圈19、无线充电底板20和无线充电电路板21,所述无线充电电路板21固定设置于传动件6上方,所述无线充电底板20固定设于无线充电电路板21上方,所述无线充电线圈19设于无线充电底板20的上方,所述无线充电线圈19与无线充电电路板21电连接,所述无线充电电路板21与电池电连接,如此便能实现为手机无线充电的功能,扩大手机支架的功能范围,提高了手机支架的实用性。
作为一种优选方案,所述自动夹紧的手机支架还包括设于底壳10和上壳12左右两侧的侧壳13,所述上壳12通过螺接方式于底壳10固定连接,所述侧壳13设有径向向内凸起的第三卡块131,所述底壳10和上壳12设有与第三卡块适配的卡槽18。
工作时,拉下托板4,拨动部153拨动拨动开关171,所述驱动电机1工作,驱使齿轮5转动,通过齿轮5和第一齿条64配合驱使传动件6向上移动,使两夹臂3向内旋转,夹紧手机。当手机拿出来的同时托板4在弹簧16的作用下向上复位,所述拨动部153上端的弧形缺口154经过拨动开关171将拨动开关171复位,驱动电机1工作,驱使齿轮5转动,通过齿轮5和第一齿条64配合驱使传动件6向下移动,使两夹臂3向外旋转,手机支架处于打开状态。
本发明的有益效果是:通过驱动电机1、传动件6和传动组件的配合能驱使两夹臂3向内旋转自动夹持手机,释放用户双手,方便用户使用;通过蜗杆式传动方式,能有效解决夹臂3在来回运动中因摆动等原因导致夹臂3卡死的问题,提高用户的使用体验感;通过伸缩组件、托板4和拨动开关171的配合使用户将手机放入手机支架的瞬间便能开启自动夹持功能,无需用户按键开启夹持功能,进一步方便用户使用。
以上所述,仅是本发明较佳实施方式,凡是依据本发明的技术方案对以上的实施方式所作的任何细微修改、等同变化与修饰,均属于本发明技术方案的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明为一种自动夹紧的手机支架,通过驱动电机、传动件和传动组件的配合能驱使两夹臂向内旋转自动夹持手机,释放用户双手,方便用户使用;通过蜗杆式传动方式,能有效解决夹臂在来回运动中因摆动等原因导致夹臂卡死的问题,提高用户的使用体验感;通过伸缩组件、托板和拨动开关的配合使用户将手机放入手机支架的瞬间便能开启自动夹持功能,无需用户按键开启夹持功能,进一步方便用户使用。因此,本发明具有工业实用性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种自动夹紧的手机支架,其特征在于:包括基座、托板、两夹臂和驱动两夹臂夹紧手机或松开手机的驱动机构,两夹臂可旋转的设置于基座的左右两侧,所述托板可伸缩的设置于基座的下端,两夹臂、基座和托板之间围绕形成用于夹持手机的夹持空间,所述驱动组件设置于基座内,所述驱动组件包括驱动电机、齿轮、传动件和传动组件,所述驱动电机固定装设于基座内,所述驱动电机通过传动组件与齿轮传动连接,所述传动件包括第一主体部和自第一主体部的两侧分别向上向外倾斜延伸形成的支部,所述第一主体部沿轴向设置有第一导向槽,所述第一导向槽的侧壁上设置有第一齿条,所述齿轮与第一齿条相互啮合,所述支部设置有向下凸出的导向柱,所述夹臂上设有安装孔和倾斜设置的第二导向槽,所述导向柱装设于第二导向槽内,所述基座内设置有向上凸起的转轴,所述夹臂通过安装孔套于转轴外可旋转的安装于基座上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动夹紧的手机支架,其特征在于:所述第二导向槽与轴线之间角度为15°~60°。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动夹紧的手机支架,其特征在于:所述基座包括底壳、设于底壳上的上壳以及设于底壳和上壳之间的中壳,所述传动组件包括蜗杆、第一传动齿轮、第二传动齿轮和第三传动齿轮,所述蜗杆与驱动电机的输出轴固定连接,所述第一传动齿轮和第二传动齿轮具有相同的结构,包括大齿轮部和与大齿轮一体连接的小齿轮部,所述第一传动齿轮的大齿轮部与蜗杆啮合,所述第一传动齿轮的小齿轮部与第二传动齿轮的大齿轮部啮合,所述第二传动齿轮的小齿轮部与第三传动齿轮啮合,所述齿轮包括第二主体部、设于第二主体部上方的齿条部和自第二主体部两侧向外延伸形成的限位部,所述第三传动齿轮的轴向设置有第二主体部适配的第一通槽,所述中壳设有与第一通槽适配的第二通槽,所述第三传动齿轮的背面设置有第一限位槽,所述限位部设于第一限位槽内,所述齿条部先后穿过第一通槽和第二通槽伸出于中壳的顶面与传动件的第一齿条啮合,所述转轴设置于底座上;所述第一限位槽的长度大于限位部的长度,所述第一限位槽的两端分别具有限位端面,所述第一限位槽与限位部相互滑动配合,在第三传动齿轮正向旋转或反向旋转时,第一限位槽跟着正向旋转或反向旋转,直到第一限位槽的限位端面抵顶到限位部时,推动第二主体部旋转,进而带动齿条部旋转。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种自动夹紧的手机支架,其特征在于:所述齿轮的限位部为扇环形滑块,所述第三传动齿轮的第一限位槽为扇环形滑槽,所述扇环形滑槽的圆心角减去扇环形滑块的圆心角差值为3度~20度。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种自动夹紧的手机支架,其特征在于:所述中壳设置有两个第一限位块,两第一限位块分设于第二通槽的左右两侧,所述传动件的第一主体部设置有与第一限位块适配的第二限位槽。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种自动夹紧的手机支架,其特征在于:还包括伸缩组件,所述伸缩组件包括底板、伸缩件和弹簧,所述底板固定安装于底座上,所述底板设有第三通槽和与第三通槽连通的容置槽,所述伸缩件装设于容置槽中,所述伸缩件包括两滑条部以及连接两滑条部的连接部,所述滑条部的长度小于容置槽的长度,所述滑条部的顶面设置有第二齿条,所述第二齿条伸出于底板的顶面,所述第三通槽的下端设有第一安装柱,所述连接部设有第二安装柱,所述第一安装柱和第二安装柱相对设置,所述弹簧的上端套于第二安装柱上,所述弹簧的下端套于第一安装柱上,且所述弹簧的上端面与连接部的下端面相抵,所述弹簧的下端面与第三通槽的下端面相抵。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种自动夹紧的手机支架,其特征在于:所述托板的背面设置有第一卡块,所述第一卡块可卡于第二齿条中相邻两齿之间的间隙中,所述底板轴向设置有两滑槽,两滑槽分设于容置槽的两侧,所述托板的背面设有与滑槽适配的滑块,所述托板通过滑块滑设于滑槽内滑动安装于底板上,所述中壳盖于托板的上方,所述托板的两侧沿均设有第三齿条,所述中壳的两侧设有第四通槽,所述第四通槽的侧壁设有第二卡块,所述第二卡块可卡于第三齿条中相邻两齿之间的间隙中。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种自动夹紧的手机支架,其特征在于:还包括电路板和电池,所述电路板和电池设于底壳上,所述电路板设于电池的上方,所述电路板与电池电连接,所述底板装于电路板的上方,所述电路板上设有拨动开关,所述伸缩件上设有用于拨动拨动开关的拨动部,所述拨动部与连接部围绕形成供拨动开关露出的开口,所述拨动部的上端设有用于方便拨动部拨动拨动开关以使其复位的弧形缺口。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种自动夹紧的手机支架,其特征在于:还包括无线充电组件,所述无充电组件包括无线充电线圈、无线充电底板和无线充电电路板,所述无线充电电路板固定设置于传动件上方,所述无线充电底板固定设于无线充电电路板上方,所述无线充电线圈设于无线充电底板的上方,所述无线充电线圈与无线充电电路板电连接,所述无线充电电路板与电池电连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种自动夹紧的手机支架,其特征在于:还包括设于底壳和上壳左右两侧的侧壳,所述上壳通过螺接方式于底壳固定连接,所述侧壳设有径向向内凸起的第三卡块,所述底壳和上壳设有与第三卡块适配的卡槽。
