带式输送机自动调偏托辊 技术领域
本发明涉及一种以自动平衡原理, 自动纠正带式输送机在运输物 料过程中输送带跑偏的专用装置。
背景技术
在我国输送机的行业内,由于带式输送机在运输物料过程中输送 带跑偏, 造成减少运量、 物料外溢, 甚至因跑偏严重需要停机检修, 从而浪费大量的人力、 物力、 财力。 本发明是为解决此现象而设计。 可广泛用于水泥、 冶金、 化工、 煤炭、 电力、 矿山、 焦化、 钢铁等行 业。
现有的水泥、 冶金、 化工、 煤炭、 电力、 矿山、 焦化、 钢铁等行 业, 在运送物料 (如:煤炭、 矿石等)过程中, 常采用带式输送机运输。
在此类运输物料的情况下, 输送带跑偏是一种常见现象。 因此为 了解决此问题, 许多厂家设计生产了多种调偏装置。例如: 现有技术 的一种输送机调心托辊, 它公开了一种调心托辊, 用于引导运行中的 输送带, 使其在一中间路径上运行, 它包括一调整辊(由正圆柱形中 央区域和圆锥状两端部区域组成), 调心托辊的内部结构 (由套筒、 轴承、 轴销等组成)安装于调整辊内部。 鉴于输送带的规格不同, 需 要不同规格的调心托辊配套使用,该现有技术输送机调心托辊不易调 整; 另外, 该现有技术实际使用过程中, 组装、 维修、 生产、 更换均 有诸多不变。
此发明就是在此背景下而产生的。
发明内容
本发明运用了自动平衡原理一 -在带式输送机的输送带跑偏的情 况下, 造成输送带的中心面偏于自动调偏托辊的中心面(自动调偏托 说明书 辊在安装时要求两中心面重合, 见附图 1), 由于输送带的带动自动 调偏托辊失去平衡,产生摆动(即橡胶辊 1相对中心摆轴 39摆动,使 得中心摆轴 39与橡胶辊 1不同轴, 见附图 2、 3), 处于不稳定状态; 为了恢复到稳定状态, 自动调偏托辊需要往相反方向摆动, 以重新达 到平衡状态, 此作用即产生了自动调偏作用。
本发明的技术方案为:一种带式输送机新型自动调偏托辊,它包 括橡胶辊 1、 橡胶套 2、 摇摆机构 3, 其特征在于: 所述橡胶辊 1分 左右对称的两个橡胶辊, 所述摇摆机构 3位于两个橡胶辊之间。
上述的带式输送机新型自动调偏托辊, 其进一步特征在于:所述 摇摆机构 3 由螺钉 31、 轴承盖 32、 密封圈 33、 滚动轴承 34、 内套 35、 中心套 36、 外套 37、 圆柱销 38、 中心摆轴 39组成, 所述中心 摆轴 39穿过内套 35, 所述圆柱销 38同时穿过内套 35、 中心套 36和 中心摆轴 39, 使得所述中心摆轴 39能够围绕圆柱销 38摆动, 所述 滚动轴承 34压入内套 35和外套 37之间,所述密封圈 33放入轴承盖 32, 用所述螺钉 31把轴承盖 32与外套 37紧固。
本发明的有益效果。
1、 由于关键运动机构集中于摇摆机构中, 加上密封圈 (摇摆机 构中有密封装置)和橡胶套(橡胶辊与摇摆机构间有密封装置)的作 用, 使的防尘、 防水更为可靠, 从而使此自动调偏托辊能够用于环境 恶劣的场所。
2、 由于带式输送机的规格很多, 为满足不同规格的需求, 此自 动调偏托辊, 可在摇摆机构基本不变的情况下,只需改变橡胶辊就能 满足带式输送机不同规格的要求。从而增加了此自动调偏托辊的通用 性和互换性。
3、 此自动调偏托辊把所需的关键运动机构集中到摇摆机构中, 从而使的便于维修、 更换和组织生产。 说明书 附图说明

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细阐述。
如附图 4-6所示, 本发明实施例的结构示意图, 本实施例的自动 调偏托辊包括橡胶辊 1、 橡胶套 2、 摇摆机构 3, 所述橡胶辊 1分左 右对称的两个橡胶辊,所述摇摆机构 3位于两个橡胶辊之间, 把橡胶 套 2套到中心摆轴 39上, 用螺钉 4和弹簧垫片 5把橡胶辊 1与摇摆 机构 3紧固。 另一边同样组装。
中心部件的摇摆机构 3的结构示意图见附图 7-9。把中心摆轴 39 穿过内套 35; 再把圆柱销 38同时穿过内套 35、 中心套 36和中心摆 轴 39; 使得中心摆轴 39能够围绕圆柱销 38摆动。 把滚动轴承 34压 入内套 35和外套 37之间; 把密封圈 33放入轴承盖 32; 用螺钉 31 把轴承盖 32与外套 37紧固。 说明书 运用自动平衡原理一在带式输送机的输送带跑偏的情况下, 造 成输送带的中心面偏于自动调偏托辊的中心面(自动调偏托辊在安装 时要求两中心面重合, 见附图 1), 由于输送带的带动自动调偏托辊 失去平衡, 产生摆动(即橡胶辊 1相对中心摆轴 39摆动, 使得中心摆 轴 39与橡胶辊 1不同轴, 见附图 2、 3), 处于不稳定状态; 为了恢 复到稳定状态, 自动调偏托辊需要往相反方向摆动, 以重新达到平衡 状态, 此作用即产生了自动调偏作用。 见附图 3。
虽然本发明创造已以较佳实施例公开如上,但实施例和附图并不是用 来限定本实用新型,任何熟悉此技艺者,在不脱离本发明之精神和范 围内, 自当可作各种变化或润饰, 但同样在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此本发明的保护范围应当以本申请的权利要求保护范围所界定的 为准。
