具体实施方式
实施例1、请查阅图1至图4,一种点触碰切换机构,包括一球头组件10、一分水单元12、一切换单元和一摆动块18。
所述球头组件10设一中空的固轴46,所述固轴46外设连接座48,所述固轴46下还设一末端为球形的拨杆20。
所述分水单元12,它包括一壳体22和一固设在壳体22内的出水终端24。所述壳体22成喇叭体,所述喇叭体上端周缘向内延伸成环体,所述环体内周缘下设支座50。本实施例之中,所述壳体22套接在固轴46外,所述支座50支撑在连接座48,以使所述壳体22能相对球头组件10沿四周摆动。本实施例之中,所述分水单元12和球头组件10之间设摆动自动复位功能。所述分水单元12吊接方式连接在球头组件10,利用自身重力实现摆动自动复位功能,根据需要,最好还在所述固轴46和外壳22之间设复位功能组件26。
所述壳体22之内、所述出水终端25之上密封固设有一固定座,所述固定座包括一固壁30和一由固壁30下周缘向下延伸的周壁32,所述周壁32密封固接在壳体22之内,所述周壁32底部固接在出水终端25之上。所述固壁30之上设多干弧形通槽36和一通水孔38,所述通水孔38能接通固轴46中空孔以使水源经过固轴46中空孔、通水孔38进入固定座内。所述出水终端24设多个出水路28,所述通水孔38、固定座内腔配合至少构成进水路部分。
所述切换单元,它包括一滑座14和一分水盘16。所述滑座14连接出水终端24,使分水盘16相对出水终端24沿分水单元12的轴线(X)正反滑动时自身都能正转。所述分水盘16固接在滑座14之外,并通过分水盘16和出水终端24之间的相对转动实现出水路28切换。
本实施例之中,所述分水盘16设置在固定座的周壁32内,所述分水盘16之上设一贯穿孔,所述固定座内腔内的水通过贯穿孔进入出水路28,配合实现水路切换。本实施例之中,所述滑座14和分水单元设复位装置。本实施例之中,所述滑座14、分水单元12和复位装置配合构成自动笔式结构。
所述摆动块18,它能沿垂直X的面上滑动连接分水单元12的固壁30之上。所述摆动块18上设一球缺形的凹槽56,通过拨杆20末端和凹槽56的配合使分水单元12相对球头组件10摆动时能带动摆动块24相对分水单元12滑动。本实施例之中,所述摆动块18成回转体且外回转面设为上小下大的锥面。
所述分水单元12的固壁30之上还滑动连接有一导向座34,所述导向座34设一导向孔,所述导向孔内回转面为锥面。所述摆动块18和导向座34相配合,使摆动块18滑动时能带动导向座34沿X滑动。所述导向座34之下固设弧形片40,所述弧形片40适配伸进弧形通槽36。本实施例之中,所述弧形片40下自由转动吊接有配合座58,所述配合座58和滑座14之间连接有第二复位弹簧54,使滑座14和导向座34之间构成能自由转动但能相互作用以沿轴线滑动的连接关系。本实施例之中,在配合座58和固壁30之间设第一复位弹簧52。
请查阅图3和图4:(1)、用户点触碰出水终端24,使分水单元12相对球头组件10从中间位置摆动至摆动位置,摆动过程中,所述拨杆20和摆动块18的凹槽56相配合使摆动块18向第一方向移动,所述摆动块18的锥面和导向座34的锥面相配合使导向座34向上滑动,所述弧形片40和滑座14相配合使滑座14向上滑动,滑动过程中滑座14正转1/2A角度,滑动过程中复位弹簧52、54压缩储能,复位组件26储能;(2)、用户松释,在重力和复位组件26释能作用下,分水单元12从摆动位置摆动复位至中间位置,摆动过程中,所述拨杆20和摆动块18的凹槽56相配合使摆动块18向第二方向(与第一方向相反)移动复位至原位置,所述复位弹簧52、54释能,使所述导向座34和滑座14向下运动复位至原位置,滑动过程滑座14正转1/2A角度;此时分水盘16正转角度共为A角度,使分水盘16的贯穿孔从第一出水路位置切换至第二出水路位置,实现水路切换。
实施例2,请查阅图5至图7,它与上一较佳实施例不同之处在于:所述分水单元12设一拨动环44,所述拨动环44内回转面靠接摆动块18外回转面部分,使拨动环44摆动时能拨动摆动块18滑动。最好,所述摆动块18上外周边倒圆角。本实施例之中,省略了导向座,并采用如下结构:所述摆动块18内设导向孔,所述导向孔内回转面为锥面;所述滑座14固设一适配块42,所述适配块42成回转体且外回转面设为锥面;所述摆动块18和适配块42相配合,使摆动块18滑动时能带动适配块42滑动,能带动滑座14滑动。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明公开了点触碰切换机构,其分水单元(12)能相对球头组件(10)摆动,切换单元包括一连接分水单元(12)的滑座(14)和一固接滑座(14)的分水盘(16),使分水盘(16)相对分水单元(12)正反滑动时自身都能正转,使分水盘(16)相对分水单元(12)转动时能实现分水切换;本发明结构简单,机构稳定,低压工作,操作方便。

Claims (12)

  1. 点触碰切换机构,其特征在于:它包括:
    一球头组件(10);
    一分水单元(12),它连接球头组件(10)以使分水单元(12)能相对球头组件(10)摆动;
    一切换单元,它包括一连接分水单元(12)的滑座(14)和一固接滑座(14)的分水盘(16),使分水盘(16)相对分水单元(12)正反滑动时自身都能正转,使分水盘(16)相对分水单元(12)转动时能实现分水切换;及
    一摆动块(18),它能滑动连接分水单元(12),且其滑动和滑座(14)滑动构成连动连接关系,使分水单元(12)相对球头组件(10)摆动时能带动摆动块(24)相对分水单元(12)滑动,能带动滑座(14)相对分水单元(12)滑动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的点触碰切换机构,其特征在于:所述滑座(14)和分水单元(12)的滑动线为线(X),所述摆动块(18)和分水单元(12)的滑动线垂直线(X)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的点触碰切换机构,其特征在于:所述滑座(14)和分水单元(12)配合构成自动笔式结构。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的点触碰切换机构,其特征在于:所述分水单元(12)和球头组件(10)之间设摆动自动复位功能。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的点触碰切换机构,其特征在于:所述分水单元(12)包括一壳体(22)和一固设在壳体(22)之内的出水终端(24),所述壳体(22)能摆动连接球头组件(10),所述出水终端(24)设多出水路(28),所述滑座(14)和分水盘(16)装接出水终端(24),且使分水盘(16)相对出水终端(24)转动时至少能切换出水路(28)。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5所述的点触碰切换机构,其特征在于:所述摆动块(18)成回转体且外回转面设为锥面;另设一导向座(34),所述导向座(34)能自由转动地连接滑座(14),所述导向座(34)设一导向孔,所述导向孔内回转面为锥面;所述摆动块(18)和导向座(34)相配合,使摆动块(18)滑动时能带动导向座(34)滑动,能带动滑座(14)滑动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的点触碰切换机构,其特征在于:所述球头组件(10)设一中空的固轴(46),所述固轴(46)下还设一末端为球形的拨杆(20);所述摆动块(18)上设一球缺形的凹槽(56),且拨杆(20)末端和凹槽(56)相适配使分水单元(12)相对球头组件(10)摆动时能带动摆动块(24)相对分水单元(12)滑动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的点触碰切换机构,其特征在于:所述分水单元(12)之上固设有一固定座,所述固定座包括一固壁(30)和一由固壁(30)下周缘向下延伸的周壁(32),所述周壁(32)固接分水单元(12),所述固壁(30)之上设多干弧形通槽(36)和一通水孔(38);所述导向座(34)之下固设弧形片(40),所述弧形片(40)适配伸进弧形通槽(36),所述导向座(34)滑动连接在固壁(30)之上;所述分水盘(16)设在周壁(32)内,所述滑座(14)能自由转动地连接弧形片(40)。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5所述的点触碰切换机构,其特征在于:所述摆动块(18)内设导向孔,所述导向孔内回转面为锥面;所述滑座(14)固设一适配块(42),所述适配块(42)成回转体且外回转面设为锥面;所述摆动块(18)和适配块(42)相配合,使摆动块(18)滑动时能带动适配块(42)滑动,能带动滑座(14)滑动。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的点触碰切换机构,其特征在于:所述球头组件(10)设一拨动环(44),所述拨动环(44)内回转面靠接摆动块(18)外回转面部分,使拨动环(44)摆动时能拨动摆动块(18)滑动。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的点触碰切换机构,其特征在于:所述分水单元(12)吊接方式连接在球头组件(10),利用自身重力实现摆动自动复位功能。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的点触碰切换机构,其特征在于:所述固轴(46)和外壳(22)之间还设复位功能组件(26)。
