本发明的另一目的是提供一种结构简单,适用范围广的利用水压水流实现排 水器存排水开闭功能的装置。
本发明是采用如下技术解决方案来实现上述目的:一种利用水压水流实现排 水器存排水开闭功能的方法,其特征在于, 它是通过水压变化来控制排水器封水 盖的开闭。

图 20为水压双定位缸活塞采用活动笔原理的结构示意图,双定位活塞 12所 处位相当于笔芯 12a縮入状态,卸压槽 2-81处于卸压状态,封水器关闭。图 21a、 图 21b为活动笔芯双定位伸出、 縮入示意图; 图 22为水压双定位缸活塞采用活 动笔原理的结构示意图。本去水器的封水盖 1的开闭缸 2-6的压力是由利用了按 压伸縮的结构原理来实现调控的压力控制缸完成的。
如图 23—图 36所示, 控制开关可以安装在不同的安装位置, 同时控制开关 也可以采用不同形式, 可以安装在配用盆面板、 侧板、 侧墙、 地面或配用盆上所 安装的水龙头上, 如图 4、 图 4一 1、 图 5、 图 6所示及图 37—图 71所示, 其水 龙头主体上所安装的控制开关安装位置及型式可以多种形式, 安装在水龙头上 时,所述水龙头主体的供水道腔上设置有控制开关控制其开闭分流出水导孔, 该 分流出水导孔通过管道连接于配用盆排水器上所设置的控制排水器开闭的水控 装置上 (对于设置在水龙头上的结构形式, 申请人另案同时申请), 控制开关还 可以安装在其它附近可以安装的连接有水源的位置。控制开关可以采用目前所常 用的多种型式, 如旋钮式、 拔杆式等, 同时, 对于双盆可以采用双开关结构, 本 发明在此不一一列出。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本领域的普通技术 人员来说, 在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下, 还可以做出若干变形和改进, 这 些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种利用水压水流实现排水器存排水开闭功能的方法, 其特征在于, 它 是通过水压水流的变化来控制排水器封水盖的开闭。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的利用水压水流实现排水器存排水开闭功能的方法, 其特征在于, 它是通过在排水器上设置水控装置, 通过水控装置外接水压水流, 由水压水流的开闭实现对水控装置的控制达到排水器存排水开闭功能。
3、 一种利用水压水流实现存排水开闭功能的排水器, 包括设置于配用盆出 水口处的封水盖,其特征在于,所述封水盖的下方设置有控制其开闭的水控装置。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的利用水压水流实现存排水开闭功能的排水器, 其 特征在于,所述水控装置连接有输水管路, 输水管路上设置有控制水流水压变化 的控制开关。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的利用水压水流实现存排水开闭功能的排水器, 其 特征在于, 所述水控装置包括水压缸及其内设置的推杆、 复位弹簧, 复位弹簧套 于推杆外, 推杆顶压于封水盖上。
6、 根据权利要求 3所述的利用水压水流实现存排水开闭功能的排水器, 其 特征在于,所述水控装置包括外壳及其内横向设置的压力控制缸、纵向设置的封 水盖开闭缸,压力控制缸与封水盖开闭缸连通, 压力控制缸与封水盖开闭缸内均 设置有带复位弹簧的活塞杆。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的利用水压水流实现存排水开闭功能的排水器, 其 特征在于,所述封水盖开闭缸的活塞杆连接于封水盖上; 压力控制缸的活塞杆端 部设置有卸压槽,压力控制缸的活塞杆有两个运动停止定位点, 该两定位点式靠 活塞定位钩以及设置在该活塞定位钩上的运动轨迹限位槽来实现。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的利用水压水流实现存排水开闭功能的排水器, 其 特征在于,所述压力控制缸的活塞杆有两个运动停止定位点, 采用按压伸縮结构 实现。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的利用水压水流实现存排水开闭功能的排水器, 其 特征在于, 所述压力控制缸与封水盖开闭缸上均连接有水流阻尼孔。
10、根据权利要求 4所述的利用水压水流实现存排水开闭功能的排水器, 其 特征在于, 所述水控装置与控制开关之间采用单控制管或双控制管形式。
11、根据权利要求 4所述的利用水压水流实现存排水开闭功能的排水器, 其 特征在于,所述控制开关通过水控装置控制一个或两个排水器封水盖; 控制开关 采用旋钮、 按钮、 或手柄或电感应形式; 或者控制开关采用组合式结构, 一个控 制开关有多条水压水流输出管连接到多个排水器上。
12、根据权利要求 4所述的利用水压水流实现存排水开闭功能的排水器, 其 特征在于, 所述控制开关设置在配用盆面板、 侧板、 附近墙的侧壁上、 地面。
13、根据权利要求 4所述的利用水压水流实现存排水开闭功能的排水器, 其 特征在于,所述控制开关设置配用盆上所安装的水龙头上, 所述水龙头主体的供 水道腔上设置有控制开关控制其开闭分流出水导孔,该分流出水导孔通过管道连 接于配用盆排水器上所设置的控制排水器开闭的水控装置上。
