- the rotational speed is defined as the positive direction of the rotation direction of the engine 2
- the torque input to the four axes is defined as the positive direction in which the torque having the same direction as the engine torque Teng is input. Accordingly, when the driving torque Tout in the output unit 30 is positive, the torque for driving the vehicle rearward is output, and when the driving torque Tout is negative, the torque for driving the vehicle forward is present. The status is being output. In the following description, it is assumed that there is no mechanical, electrical, or physical loss.

- Nmg1 (Neng-Nout) ⁇ k1 + Neng .
- Nmg2 (Nout-Neng) ⁇ k2 + Nout ......... (2)
- each rotation speed Nmg1 and Nmg2 is represented by rpm (revolution per minute or rotation per minute).
- Teng + (1 + k1) ⁇ Tmg1 k2 ⁇ Tmg2 .
- Teng + (1 + k1) ⁇ Tmg1 k2 ⁇ Tmg2 .
- Nmg1 ⁇ Tmg1 ⁇ 2 ⁇ / 60 + Nmg2 ⁇ Tmg2 ⁇ 2 ⁇ / 60 Pbat ......... (4)

- the target engine torque Tengt is set to a small value.
- the engine power is the product of the engine speed and the engine torque.
- the engine characteristic diagram there is an equiefficiency line connecting equal efficiency of the engine alone.
- the target engine power to be set is set, if the most efficient engine speed and engine torque in the target engine power line are set to the target engine speed Nengt and the target engine torque Tengt, at least the engine alone Then, it is possible to drive efficiently, that is, with low fuel consumption.
- the connection of these points is the best engine efficiency operating line shown in FIG.
- the target engine speed Nengt and the target engine torque Tengt set in this way are set as the operating point C.
- the target engine rotational speed Nengt and the target engine torque Tengt are set in this way, and these are fixed and the vehicle traveling speed Vc, that is, the output part rotational speed Nout is changed as shown in FIG.
- the first motor generator rotational speed Nmg1 and the second motor generator rotational speed Nmg2 are positive as shown in the collinear diagram A of FIG.
- the first motor generator torque Tmg1 is a negative value
- the second motor generator torque Tmg2 is a positive value.
- the first motor generator 4 is regenerated and the second motor generator 5 is powered, but there is no circulation of power (power) because the rotation direction is the positive direction.
- the traveling speed Vc is slightly increased (for example, 40 km / h) and the output rotation speed Nout is also slightly increased, for example, as shown in the collinear diagram B of FIG. Nmg1 is 0, the first motor generator torque Tmg1 is a negative value, the second motor generator rotational speed Nmg2 is positive, and the second motor generator torque Tmg2 is 0 (same as the high gear ratio state in FIG. 3). Again, there is no power circulation.
- the traveling speed Vc is further increased (for example, 80 km / h) and the output rotational speed Nout is also increased
- the first motor generator rotational speed Nmg1 is negative as shown in the collinear chart C of FIG.
- the first motor generator torque Tmg1 has a negative value
- the second motor generator rotational speed Nmg2 has a positive value
- the second motor generator torque Tmg2 has a negative value.
- the first motor generator 4 is powered in the negative direction and the second motor generator 5 is regenerating, so that power (power) is circulated and the efficiency of the power transmission system is reduced. If the efficiency of the power transmission system is low in this way, as shown in FIG. 9, even if the efficiency of the engine is high, the overall efficiency is lowered, and the operating point C is lower in efficiency than the point D.
- the rotational speed of the engine at this high speed (for example, 80 km / h) is set to be a point D between points C and E in FIG. 9 (see the collinear diagram D in FIG. 10).
- the engine rotational speed at the operating point D is set as the target engine rotational speed Nengt
- the engine torque on the equal power line of the target engine power at the target engine rotational speed Nengt is set as the target engine torque Nengt.
- the target operation line when the target engine power is set changes according to the traveling speed, as shown in FIG. 11, and as a whole, the larger the traveling speed Vc, the more the target engine rotation. Increase the speed Nengt and decrease the target engine torque Tengt.
- the control output from the fluctuation of the control input read every sampling time, that is, the target engine speed Nengt, the target It is conceivable that the engine torque Tengt changes abruptly or frequently. If this is actually achieved by the engine 2, for example, the rotational speed or torque changes abruptly or frequently.
- the target engine rotational speed Nengt when the target engine operating point changes, the target engine rotational speed Nengt is subjected to a first-order lag filtering process, and the amount of change in the target engine rotational speed Nengt is regulated by a predetermined amount of change, so that the target engine rotational speed Suppresses sudden or frequent changes in speed Nengt.
- the limit change amount of the target engine rotation speed Nengt may be changed depending on circumstances.
- step S1 the accelerator opening sensor 33, the traveling speed sensor 34, the engine rotation speed sensor 35, and the battery charge are performed. Each detection signal from the state sensor 36 is read.
- step S2 the process proceeds to step S2, and the target drive torque Tdvt corresponding to the travel speed Vc and the accelerator opening Acc is calculated by, for example, a map search shown in FIG. 13 (the target drive torque setting unit 37 is configured).
- step S3 the target drive power Pdvt is calculated by multiplying the target drive torque Tdvt calculated in step S2 by the traveling speed Vc (the target drive power setting unit 38 is configured).
- step S4 the temporary charge / discharge power Pcdbt is calculated from the battery charge state quantity SOC by, for example, the map search of FIG.
- step S11 the running state of the vehicle is changed to the first motor generator.
- a traveling state only in the figure, EV state, hereinafter referred to as a motor generator traveling mode
- the traveling state of only one or both of the first motor generator 4 and the second motor generator 5, that is, the motor generator traveling mode is a state where the target engine power Pengt is 0, for example, the battery 21 is fully charged.
- the temporary charging / discharging power Pcdbt obtained from the battery charge state amount SOC is equal to or higher than the target driving power Pdvt, the creep driving state where the accelerator pedal is not depressed, the coast driving state where the accelerator pedal is not depressed, There are slow running conditions.
- step S12 since the motor generator running mode is set, the target engine power Peng is set to 0, the target charge / discharge power Pbatt is set to the target drive power Pdvt, the target engine torque Tengt is set to 0, and the target engine speed Nengt is set to 0.
- the engine rotational speed Neng may be filtered by limiting the amount of change in the target engine rotational speed Nengt.
- step S13 the target engine power Pengt is calculated by subtracting the temporary charge / discharge power Pcdbt calculated in step S4 from the target drive power Pdvt calculated in step S3 (the target engine power setting unit 40 is configured).
- step S14 the upper limit cut processing of the target engine power Pengt is performed (the target engine power setting unit 40 is configured).
- This upper limit value is the maximum value of engine power that the engine 2 can output.
- step S15 the target engine operating point, that is, the target engine speed Nengt, the target engine torque, is obtained from the target engine power Pengt that has been subjected to the upper limit cut process in step S14 by the map search of FIG. Tengt is calculated (hereinafter, the engine control unit 41 is configured).
- step S16 it is determined whether or not the target engine operating point obtained in step S15 is different from the target operating point in the previous calculation process.
- step S17 and if not, the process proceeds to step S18.
- step S18 it is determined whether or not the target engine operating point obtained in step S15 is the same as in the previous calculation process, and the target engine operating point has been reached.
- the process proceeds to step S26, and if not, the process proceeds to step S17.
- step S17 the target engine speed Nengt calculated in step S15 is subjected to first-order lag filtering processing according to the following equation 7 to calculate the filtering target engine speed Nengf, and then the process proceeds to step S19.
- ⁇ in the equation is a preset coefficient.
- Nengf (Nengt-Neng) ⁇ ⁇ + Neng ......... (7)
- step S19 it is determined whether or not the filtering target engine speed Nengf calculated in step S17 is in an increasing direction with respect to the current engine speed Neng, and the filtering target engine speed Nengf is determined to be the current engine speed Neng. However, if it is an increasing direction, the process proceeds to step S20, and if not, the process proceeds to step S21. In step S20, the smaller one of the value obtained by adding the predetermined engine speed change amount Neng0 to the current engine speed Neng and the filtering target engine speed Nengf calculated in step S17 is set as the target engine speed Nengt. Then, the process proceeds to step S25.
- the filtering target engine speed Nengf calculated in step S17 increases when the difference between the target engine speed Nengt and the current engine speed Neng is large. Therefore, in step S20, when the value obtained by adding the predetermined engine speed change amount Neng0 to the current engine speed Neng is smaller than the filtering target engine speed Nengf, this value is set as the target engine speed Nengt. Thus, the amount of change is set to a predetermined amount or less. On the other hand, if the value obtained by adding the predetermined engine speed change amount Neng0 to the current engine speed Neng is greater than the filtering target engine speed Nengf, the filtering target engine speed Nengf is set as the target engine speed Nengt. In the region where the current engine speed Neng is close to the target engine speed Nengt, the current engine speed Neng is gradually made closer to the target engine speed Nengt. As a result, it is possible to prevent the driver from feeling uncomfortable.
- step S21 the value obtained by subtracting the predetermined engine rotational speed change amount Neng0 from the current engine rotational speed Neng or the filtering target engine rotational speed Nengf calculated in step S17 is calculated as the smaller target engine rotational speed Nengt. Then, the process proceeds to step S25.
- the filtering target engine speed Nengf calculated in step S17 becomes large when the difference between the target engine speed Nengt and the current engine speed Neng is large. Therefore, in step S21, when the value obtained by subtracting the predetermined engine speed change amount Neng0 from the current engine speed Neng is smaller than the filtering target engine speed Nengf, this value is set as the target engine speed Nengt.
- the amount of change is set to a predetermined amount or less.
- the filtering target engine speed Nengf is set as the target engine speed Nengt. In the region where the current engine speed Neng is close to the target engine speed Nengt, the current engine speed Neng is gradually made closer to the target engine speed Nengt. As a result, it is possible to prevent the driver from feeling uncomfortable.
- step S25 the control map of FIG. 11 is searched again from the target engine speed Nengt reset in step S20 or step S21, and the target engine torque Tengt that matches the target engine power Pengt is re-established. Set.
- step S26 the target engine power Pengt is subtracted from the target drive power Pdvt to calculate the target charge / discharge power Pbatt, and then the process returns to the main program.

- step S42 it is determined whether or not the traveling state of the vehicle is the motor generator traveling mode (EV state in the figure). If it is the motor generator traveling mode, the routine proceeds to step S43. If not, the process proceeds to step S46.
- the determination of the motor generator travel mode is performed in the same manner as in step S11 of the arithmetic processing in FIG.
- step S43 as described above, the first motor generator sharing ratio cf is calculated according to the running state of the vehicle and the target second motor generator rotational speed Nmg2t, and then the process proceeds to step S44.
- step S44 the target first motor generator torque Tmg1t is calculated from the target drive power Pdvt, the first motor generator sharing ratio cf, and the target first motor generator rotation speed Nmg1t according to the following equation 9, and the process proceeds to step S45.
- Tmg1t (Pdvt ⁇ cf) / (3600 ⁇ Nmg1t) .
- step S45 the target second motor generator torque Tmg2t is calculated from the target drive power Pdvt, the first motor generator sharing ratio cf, and the target second motor generator rotation speed Nmg2t according to the following equation 10, and the process returns to the main program.
- Tmg2t (Pdvt ⁇ (1-cf)) / (3600 ⁇ Nmg2t) ......... (10)
- step S46 the target first motor generator torque Tmg1t is obtained from the target first motor generator rotational speed Nmg1t, the target second motor generator rotational speed Nmg2t, the target charge / discharge power Pbatt, and the target engine torque Tengt according to the following equation (11).
- the process proceeds to step S47.
- the following 11 equations are modified from the simultaneous equations of the above 3 and 4 equations.
- Tmg1t (Pbatt ⁇ 60 / 2 ⁇ Nmg2t ⁇ Tengt / k2) / (Nmg1t + Nmg2t ⁇ (1 + k1) / k2) .
- step S47 the target second motor generator torque Tmg2t is calculated from the target first motor generator torque Tmg1t and the target engine torque Tengt according to the following equation (12), and then the process returns to the main program.
- the following 12 equations are derived from the above 3 equations.
- Tmg2t (Tengt + (1 + k1) ⁇ Tmg1t) / k2 ......... (12)
- the target driving torque Tdvt reflecting the driving condition of the vehicle and reflecting the driving state of the vehicle is set from the driving speed Vc and the accelerator opening Acc, and the driving speed Vc is set to the target driving torque Tdvt.
- the target drive power Pdvt while setting the temporary charge / discharge power Pcdbt according to the state of charge SOC of the battery 21.
- the target engine power Pengt is calculated by subtracting the temporary charge / discharge power Pcdbt from the target drive power Pdvt, and the target engine power Pengt that has been subjected to the upper limit cut process
- the target engine speed Nengt and the target engine torque Tengt are calculated by map search in FIG.
- the target engine power Pengt that has been subjected to the upper limit cut processing is subtracted from the target drive power Pdvt to achieve target charging / discharging. Calculate power Pbatt.
- the engine control unit 41 controls the air intake state by the air amount adjustment unit 10, the fuel supply state by the fuel supply unit 11, and the ignition state by the ignition unit 12, thereby achieving the target engine rotation speed Nengt and the target engine torque Tengt. As a result, it is possible to achieve an engine operating state with a high overall vehicle efficiency.
- step S41 the process proceeds from step S41 to step S46, and the target first motor generator rotational speed Nmg1 and the target according to the traveling speed Vc and the target engine rotational speed Nengt.
- Second motor generator rotational speed Nmg2t is set.
- step S46 and step S47 the target first motor generator torque Tmg1t and the target second motor generator torque Tmg2t that satisfy the torque balance equation expressed by the above equation 3 and the power balance equation expressed by the above equation 4 are set.
- the motor generator control unit 42 controls the first inverter 19 and the second inverter 20 to rotate the first motor generator 4 at the target first motor generator rotational speed Nmg1 to generate the target first motor generator torque Tmg1t. Then, the second motor generator 5 is rotated at the target second motor generator rotational speed Nmg2 to generate the target second motor generator torque Tmg2t. As a result, the motor generator operating state with good overall vehicle efficiency and good torque balance and power balance can be achieved.
- the traveling state of the vehicle in which the engine 2 is stopped it is a motor generator traveling mode, and it is necessary to drive the vehicle by only one or both of the first motor generator 4 and the second motor generator 5. is there. Since the target engine power Pengt at this time is 0, the target drive power Pdvt must be supplemented by one or both of the first motor generator 4 and the second motor generator 5.
- the first motor generator sharing ratio cf is set in accordance with the running state of the vehicle and the target second motor generator rotational speed Nmg2t, and is used to set the target first motor generator torque Tmg1t and the target first motor torque in steps S44 and S45. 2 Motor generator torque Tmg2t is calculated and set.
- an efficient motor generator operation state can be achieved in the motor generator travel mode.
- the target engine operating point on the efficient target operating line obtained from the control map is different from the previous calculation processing, or the target engine operating point is the same as the previous calculation processing
- the amount of change in the target engine speed Nengt is limited by a predetermined engine speed change amount Neng0 set in advance.
- the target engine torque Tengt is reset from the target operation line of the same target engine power Pengt using the reset target engine speed Nengt. Therefore, for example, as shown in FIG. 17, the current engine operating point is the point P on the target operating line, and the target engine operating point obtained from the target engine power Pengt is the S point.
- the target engine rotational speed Nengt is limited by the predetermined engine rotational speed change amount Neng0, and the engine operating point passes through, for example, the Q point and the R point in FIG.
- the point S that is the target engine operating point is reached.
- the engine operating points that are achieved every time the arithmetic processing is performed are all on the target operation line, so that the efficiency is high and the fuel consumption is excellent.
- the engine rotational speed Nengt is simply limited by the predetermined engine change amount Neng0.
- the engine torque Teng can be limited as indicated by the points Q ′ and R ′ shown in FIG. 17, the target engine torque Tengt at the point S, which is the target operating point, is achieved.
- the engine operating point deviates from an efficient target operating line, such as the Q ′ point and the R ′ point in FIG. 17, and as a result, fuel consumption deteriorates.
- the target engine speed is changed when the target engine speed Nengt is changed in controlling the drive state of the engine 2, the second motor generator 4, and the second motor generator 5.
- a change amount of the speed Nengt is limited by a predetermined engine rotation speed change amount Neng0, and a target engine torque Tengt corresponding to the target engine rotation speed Nengt in which the change amount is limited based on a preset target operation line is set. Therefore, it is possible to ensure good efficiency while preventing and suppressing a rapid or frequent change in the engine speed Neng.
- a target engine power Pengt is calculated from a target drive power Pdvt required for the vehicle, and a target engine operating point consisting of a target engine rotational speed Nengt and a target engine torque Tengt on a target operating line corresponding to the target engine power Pengt. Ask for. Then, when the obtained target engine operating point is different from the previously obtained target engine operating point, the change amount of the target engine rotation speed Nengt is limited by the predetermined engine rotation speed change amount Neng0, and the change amount is limited from the same target operation line. The target engine torque Tengt corresponding to the target engine speed Nengt is reset. Accordingly, it is possible to secure the target engine power Pengt, and hence the target drive power Pdvt, while preventing and preventing a rapid or frequent change in the engine rotational speed Neng and ensuring good efficiency.

Abstract
Description
Nmg1=(Neng-Nout)×k1+Neng ……… (1)
Nmg2=(Nout-Neng)×k2+Nout ……… (2)
Teng+(1+k1)×Tmg1=k2×Tmg2 ……… (3)
Nmg1×Tmg1×2π/60+Nmg2×Tmg2×2π/60=Pbat ……… (4)
Nengf=(Nengt-Neng)×α+Neng ……… (7)
Nmg1t=(Nengt-Nout)×k1+Nengt ……… (1')
Nmg2t=(Nout-Nengt)×k2+Nout ……… (2')
Tmg1t=(Pdvt×cf)/(3600×Nmg1t) ……… (9)
Tmg2t=(Pdvt×(1-cf ))/(3600×Nmg2t) ………(10)
Tmg1t=(Pbatt×60/2π-Nmg2t×Tengt/k2)/(Nmg1t+Nmg2t×(1+k1)/k2) ………(11)
Tmg2t=(Tengt+(1+k1)×Tmg1t)/k2 ………(12)
