背景技术
现有技术条件下,保险拒采用多层钢板构成拒体,抗击攻击能力较强, 但拒门上安装密码锁转盘、 密码锁盖、 开门把手处相对薄弱, 容易被犯罪 掉安装在拒门背后的密码锁; 或者从拒门上钻孔破坏密码锁限位锁舌, 或 者钻孔通往密码锁位置, 从孔中向内用力破坏密码锁。 以上可攻击区域我 们称之为保险拒的 "薄弱区域", 犯罪分子只要从以上 "薄弱区域"之一点 攻破, 保险拒门就很容易被成功打开。 发明内容
针对现有保险拒存在的 "薄弱区域",本发明提供一种能够有效防止从 上述 "薄弱区域" 进行暴力非法开启的安全保险拒。
本发明所提供的这种安全保险拒, 包括一至少一面设有拒门的拒体, 拒门设有拒门锁合系统, 所述拒门锁合系统包括一个实现拒门与拒体锁合 的活动锁舌,其中,所述锁合系统还包括一固设于拒门内侧面的易碎部件, 该易碎部件控制至少一个保险销, 当易碎部件破碎后所述保险销使活动锁 舌保持锁合状态。
优选地, 所述保险销通过一条线性拉扯部件与易碎部件牵引连接, 当 易碎部件破碎后其对线性拉扯部件的牵引力消失, 保险销伸出, 使活动锁 舌保持锁合状态。 进一步的, 所述保险销包括一固定安装在拒门内侧面的固定架, 所述 固定架为中空构件; 一安装在固定架空腔内的销件, 所述销件与固定架空 腔内壁之间压缩一弹性件, 所述销件靠近空腔底部的一端被所述线性拉扯 部件牵引。

2、 可以有效的防止来自拒门方向向内钻孔攻击,提高了保险拒的安全 性。

其中,所述活动锁舌 121安装在拒门 11内侧并可以向远离拒门枢接轴 方向伸出, 拒体 10内壁对应于活动锁舌 121位置设置有一限位条 101。 保 险拒 1锁闭时, 拒门 11与拒体 10扣合, 活动锁舌 121插入限位条 101内 侧, 由于限位条 101的限制作用, 拒门 11将无法被打开。
具体参阅图 2, 进一步说明该拒门锁合系统 12中的保险销部件。 所述 保险销 123包括一固定安装在拒门 11 内侧面的固定架 1231 , 所述固定架 1231为中空构件; 一安装在固定架空腔内的销件 1232, 所述销件 1232与 固定架 1231空腔内壁之间压缩一伸缩弹簧 1233, 所述销件 1232靠近空腔 底部的一端通过一钢丝绳索 1234与钢化玻璃板 122牵引连接,由于钢丝绳 索 1234的牵引销件 1232压缩弹簧 1233并嵌入固定架 1231的空腔内。 参 阅图 3, 当该钢化玻璃板 122破碎后其对钢丝绳索 1234的牵引力消失, 同 时钢丝绳索 1234对销件 1232的牵引力也消失, 销件 1232在弹簧 1233的 变形恢复力作用下伸出固定架 1231的空腔, 该伸出的销件 1232位于活动 锁舌 121开启行程中, 因此该伸出的销件 1232可以有效保持活动锁舌 121 的锁合状态。
需要说明的, 为了使保险拒更加安全可靠,所述拒门锁合系统 12中的 保险销 123可以设置多组。 如图 2所示, 可以上下分别设置一个保险销, 以达到阻挡活动锁舌 121均匀的效果。
参阅图 1和图 4, 本发明所提供的另一种安全保险拒; 其中该拒门锁 合系统 12包括一个实现拒门 11与拒体 10锁合的活动锁舌 121 , 该活动锁 舌 121连接的滑动板 1211 , 该滑动板 1211由保险拒外设的操作部件 (图 中未示出)通过小锁舌 13控制左右滑动, 其中, 滑动板 1211的左右滑动 可以带动活动锁舌 121实现拒门 11与拒体 10的锁合或开启, 所述滑动板 1211侧面设有槽孔 12111 ,当活动锁舌 121处于锁合状态时,所述槽孔 12111 对应于保险销 124位置。 所述锁合系统 12还包括一固设于拒门 11内侧面 的钢化玻璃板 122, 该钢化玻璃板 122控制两个保险销 123、 124, 当钢化 玻璃板 122破碎后所述保险销 123、 124使活动锁舌 121保持锁合状态。本 实施例所提供的钢化玻璃板 122还可以采用现有的其它具有一定刚性但是 当受到暴力沖击时容易破碎的材料, 比如陶瓷等脆性材料。 为了方便安装 滑动板 1211及其它需要与拒门 11进行相对固定的部件,在钢化玻璃板 122 远离拒门 11的一侧加装一块安装板 14, 所述滑动板 1211活动连接在安装 板 14上, 其中, 保险销 124固定安装在该安装板 14上。
所述活动锁舌 121安装在拒门 11内侧由滑动板 1211带动并可以向远 离拒门枢接轴方向伸出,拒体 10内壁对应于活动锁舌 121位置设置有一限 位条 101。 保险拒 1锁闭时, 拒门 11与拒体 10扣合, 活动锁舌 121插入 限位条 101内侧, 由于限位条 101的限制作用, 拒门 11将无法被打开。 具体的可以参阅图 2, 该拒门锁合系统 12中的保险销 123包括一固定 安装在拒门 11内侧面的固定架 1231 , 所述固定架 1231为中空构件; 一安 装在固定架 1231空腔内的销件 1232, 所述销件 1232与固定架 1231空腔 内壁之间压缩一伸缩弹簧 1233, 所述销件 1232靠近空腔底部的一端通过 一钢丝绳索 1234与钢化玻璃板 122牵引连接, 由于钢丝绳索 1234的牵引 销件 1232压缩弹簧 1233并嵌入固定架 1231的空腔内。 当该钢化玻璃板 122破碎后其对钢丝绳索 1234的牵引力消失, 同时钢丝绳索 1234对销件 1232的牵引力也消失,销件 1232在弹簧 1233的变形恢复力作用下伸出固 定架 1231的空腔, 该伸出的销件 1232位于活动锁舌 121开启行程中, 因 此该伸出的销件 1232可以有效保持活动锁舌 121的锁合状态。
参阅图 5 , 该拒门锁合系统 12中的保险销 124包括一自锁销柱 1241; 一固定自锁销柱 1241于安装板 14内侧的销架 1242, 所述自锁销柱 1241 与销架 1242之间压缩一弹簧 1243, 自锁销柱 1242上设有一个限制弹簧 1243的限位柱 1244,所述自锁销柱 1241远离限位柱 1244的一端通过一挡 架 1245扣挂于钢化玻璃板 122上。 当该钢化玻璃板 122破碎后其对挡架 1245的支撑力消失, 挡架 1245对自锁销柱 1241的牵引力也消失, 自锁销 柱 1241 在弹簧 1243 的变形恢复力作用下伸出销架, 该伸出的自锁销柱 1241进入滑动板 1211的对应槽孔 12111内, 因此该伸出的自锁销柱 1241 可以有效保持活动锁舌 121的锁合状态。
参阅图 6, 图 7和图 8, 为本发明所提供的第三种安全保险拒的拒门内 部结构示意图; 其中该拒门锁合系统 12 包括一个实现拒门 11 与拒体 10 锁合的活动锁舌 121 , 该活动锁舌 121连接的滑动板 1211 , 该滑动板 1211 由保险拒外设的操作部件(图中未示出 )通过小锁舌 13控制左右滑动, 其 中, 滑动板 1211的左右滑动可以带动活动锁舌 121实现拒门 11与拒体 10 的锁合或开启, 所述滑动板 1211侧面设有槽孔 12111、 12112, 当活动锁 舌 121处于锁合状态时, 所述槽孔 12111处设有一保险销 124、 125。 所述 锁合系统 12还包括一固设于拒门 11 内侧面的钢化玻璃板 122, 该钢化玻 璃板 122控制两个保险销 123、 124, 当钢化玻璃板 122破碎后所述保险销 123、 124使活动锁舌 121保持锁合状态。本实施例所提供的钢化玻璃板 122 还可以采用现有的其它具有一定刚性但是当受到暴力沖击时容易破碎的材 料, 比如陶瓷等脆性材料。 为了方便安装滑动板 1211 及其它需要与拒门 11进行相对固定的部件, 在钢化玻璃板 122远离拒门 11的一侧加装一块 安装板 14, 所述滑动板 1211活动连接在安装板 14上, 其中, 保险销 124 固定安装在该安装板 14上。
所述活动锁舌 121安装在拒门 11内侧由滑动板 1211带动并可以向远 离拒门枢接轴方向伸出,拒体 10内壁对应于活动锁舌 121位置设置有一限 位条 101。 保险拒 1锁闭时, 拒门 11与拒体 10扣合, 活动锁舌 121插入 限位条 101内侧, 由于限位条 101的限制作用, 拒门 11将无法被打开。
具体的可以参阅图 2, 该拒门锁合系统 12中的保险销 123包括一固定 安装在拒门 11内侧面的固定架 1231 , 所述固定架 1231为中空构件; 一安 装在固定架 1231空腔内的销件 1232, 所述销件 1232与固定架 1231空腔 内壁之间压缩一伸缩弹簧 1233, 所述销件 1232靠近空腔底部的一端通过 一钢丝绳索 1234与钢化玻璃板 122牵引连接, 由于钢丝绳索 1234的牵引 销件 1232压缩弹簧 1233并嵌入固定架 1231的空腔内。 当该钢化玻璃板 122破碎后其对钢丝绳索 1234的牵引力消失, 同时钢丝绳索 1234对销件 1232的牵引力也消失,销件 1232在弹簧 1233的变形恢复力作用下伸出固 定架 1231的空腔, 该伸出的销件 1232位于活动锁舌 121开启行程中, 因 此该伸出的销件 1232可以有效保持活动锁舌 121的锁合状态。
具体的可以参阅图 5、 图 7以及图 8, 该拒门锁合系统 12中的保险销 124包括一自锁销柱 1241; —固定自锁销柱 1241于安装板 14内侧的销架 1242,所述自锁销柱 1241与销架 1242之间压缩一弹簧 1243,自锁销柱 1242 上设有一个限制弹簧 1243的限位柱 1244, 所述自锁销柱 1241远离限位柱 1244的一端通过一挡架 1245扣挂于钢化玻璃板 122上。 当该钢化玻璃板 122破碎后其对挡架 1245的支撑力消失,挡架 1245对自锁销柱 1241的牵 引力也消失, 自锁销柱 1241在弹簧 1243的变形恢复力作用下伸出销架, 该伸出的自锁销柱 1241进入滑动板 1211的对应槽孔 12111内, 因此该伸 出的自锁销柱 1241可以有效保持活动锁舌 121的锁合状态。 参阅图 7和图 8, 保险销 125包括一自锁销柱 1251 ; —固定自锁销柱 1251于拒门 12内侧的销架 1242, 所述自锁销柱 1251与销架 1242之间压 缩一弹簧 1253 , 自锁销柱 1251上设有一个限制弹簧 1253的限位柱 1254, 所述限位柱 1254由固设于密码锁 126背部的自锁销柱固定板 1255限制, 自锁销柱固定板 1255设有与所述自锁销柱对应的限位柱孔 12551 , 当自锁 销柱固定板 1255向保险拒内部发生位移时, 限位柱 1254移出自锁销柱固 定板 1255的限位柱孔 12551 , 此时自锁销柱 1251在弹簧 1253的形变恢复 力作用下伸出销架 1242, 伸入滑动板 1211上对应的槽孔 12112内有效阻 止滑动板 1211的滑动。 (建议对图 6局部放大, 清楚显示出槽孔 12112) 进一步的, 为了保险拒的更加安全,所述自锁销柱固定板 1255有一个 边缘形成折边 12552, 折边 12552扣住钢化玻璃板的边, 使得当自锁销柱 固定板 1255被向内非法移动时拌破钢化玻璃板,从而同时实现保险销 123、 124和 125都起作用的目的。
需要指出的是以上所述仅为本发明所提供的三种较佳实施例, 因此凡 依本发明权利要求范围所做的其它均等变化与修饰, 皆应属本发明权利要 求的涵盖范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种安全保险拒, 包括一至少一面设有拒门的拒体, 拒门设有拒门 锁合系统, 所述拒门锁合系统包括一个实现拒门与拒体锁合的活动锁舌, 其特征在于, 所述锁合系统还包括一固设于拒门内侧面的易碎部件, 该易 碎部件控制至少一个保险销, 当易碎部件破碎后所述保险销使活动锁舌保 持锁合状态。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的安全保险拒, 其特征在于, 所述保险销通过一 条线性拉扯部件与易碎部件牵引连接, 当易碎部件破碎后其对线性拉扯部 件的牵引力消失, 保险销伸出, 使活动锁舌保持锁合状态。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的安全保险拒, 其特征在于, 所述保险销包括一 固定安装在拒门内侧面的固定架, 所述固定架为中空构件; 一安装在固定 架空腔内的销件, 所述销件与固定架空腔内壁之间压缩一弹性件。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的安全保险拒, 其特征在于, 所述拒门锁合系统 还包括一与所述活动锁舌连接的滑动板, 该滑动板由保险拒外设的操作部 件控制左右滑动, 滑动板的左右滑动带动活动锁舌实现拒门与拒体的锁合 或开启, 所述滑动板侧面设有槽孔, 当活动锁舌处于锁合状态时, 所述槽 孔与保险销相对应。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的安全保险拒, 其特征在于, 所述拒门锁合系统 还包括一密码锁, 所述保险销包括一自锁销柱; 一固定自锁销柱于拒门内 侧的销架,所述自锁销柱与销架之间压缩一弹压力朝向槽孔方向的弹性件, 自锁销柱上设有一个限制弹性件的限位柱, 所述限位柱由固设于密码锁背 部的自锁销柱固定板限制, 自锁销柱固定板设有与所述自锁销柱对应的限 位柱孔, 当自锁销柱固定板向保险拒内部发生位移时, 限位柱移出自锁销 柱固定板的限位柱孔, 所述自锁销柱插入所述滑动板侧面上相应槽孔, 使 活动锁舌保持锁合状态。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的安全保险拒, 其特征在于, 所述自锁销柱固定 板至少一个边缘向易碎部件方向形成折边, 所述折边扣住易碎部件。
7、 如权利要求 4所述的安全保险拒, 其特征在于, 所述保险销包括一 自锁销柱; 一固定自锁销柱于拒门内侧的销架, 所述自锁销柱与销架之间 压缩一弹压力朝向槽孔方向的弹性件, 自锁销柱上设有一个限制弹性件的 限位柱, 所述自锁销柱远离限位柱的一端通过一挡架扣挂于易碎部件上, 当易碎部件破碎后, 挡架脱落, 自锁销柱插入滑动板侧面上相应槽孔, 使 活动锁舌保持锁合状态。
8、 如权利要求 1至 7任一所述的安全保险拒, 其特征在于, 所述易碎 部件为一块固设于拒门内侧面的钢化玻璃板。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的安全保险拒, 其特征在于, 所述拒门内侧面还 固定一个零部件固定板, 所述钢化玻璃板夹于保险拒门与所述零部件固定 板之间。
10、 一种自助服务终端, 其特征在于, 包括权利要求 1至 7或 9任一 所述的安全保险拒。
