本发明 采用非接触式充电和插入式结构,同时将无线充电装置还作为电子烟的整理摆放的插筒, 相比现有技术具有如下优点:
1 、 无需连线,充电方便;
2 、 产品相对现有其他无线充电装置结构简单、小巧;
3 、 产品相对现有接收线圈远离发射线圈的其他无线充电装置结构,采用插入式全电磁耦合结构,接收效率大提高;
4 、 方便放置电子烟能边充边吸且方便用户使用。

本发明的最佳实施方式
如图 1 所示,本实用新型的电子烟组成部件包括烟身上的电池 12 、电池 12 前方烟头部位的接收线圈 11 ,即:图 3 和 4 中的接收线圈 L2 。
如图 2 所示,本实用新型的电子烟无线充电装置组成部件包括电路板 22 、套筒 23 和发射线圈 21 ,即:图 3 和 5 中的发射线圈 L1 ;发射线圈 21 绕在套筒 23 外对应插入电子烟接收线圈 11 的位置,插入式全电磁耦合结构:插入时接收线圈 11 位于发射线圈 21 内部,两线圈轴心方向一致。
如图 3 所示,本实用新型的电子烟电路包括电池、发热丝 R 、接收线圈 L2 以及含整流单元的接收电路和控制器;本实用新型的电子烟无线充电装置电路包括与电源依次电连接的带控制单元的电子开关和发射线圈 L1 ;发射线圈 L1 和接收线圈 L2 配合使用。
该无线充电装置及其电子烟,具体电路结构如图 4 和 5 所示,其中:电子烟在原有电路(电池、控制芯片 U2 、发热丝 R 和雾化开关 S1 )基础上增加了用于充电的接收线圈 L2 、整流二极管 D7 、电容和稳压二极管 ZD4 ;无线充电装置包括发射控制芯片 U1 、电子开关 Q1 、发射线圈 L1 ,还包括与发射线圈 L1 并联的补偿电容 C1 ,能提高发射效率,还包括与发射线圈 L1 串联的限流电阻 R1 ,能减少发射线圈 L1 电流,从而可以节省散热器。
最后,在本领域普通技术人员理解范围内,在本发明权利要求范围内,各种变化都属于本实用新型的保护范围。

本发明电子烟及其无线充电装置适用于电子烟产品,满足用户无线充电需求、方便用户边充边吸,让电子烟可进一步推广,使广大受传统烟草毒害的烟民可以低成本享受无毒抽烟的乐趣。
