背景技术
现有技术中的电子烟中,一般是利用在电子烟内部封装的电池作为工作电源,为雾化器供电。当电池的电能耗尽时,可以通过充电器将电池与固定电源连接,从而对电池进行充电。但是当电子烟的用户身在野外,无法找到用于充电的电源,或者因为缺少适用的充电器而不便于将电子烟的电池与固定电源连接时,则无法对电子烟电池进行充电,给用户在使用电子烟的过程中造成了极大的不便。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述电子烟充电不便的缺陷,提供一种具有可随时随地使用的手动式充电器的电子烟。
本发明构造一种电子烟,包括雾化器,该电子烟还包括连接器以及通过所述连接器与所述雾化器电连接的充电器;所述充电器为手动式充电器,用于通过所述连接器向所述雾化器提供电源。
所述充电器中设有发电装置,所述发电装置包括手动杆组件、齿轮传动系统、发电机,所述齿轮传动系统分别与所述发电机以及所述手动杆组件相连;
通过使所述手动杆组件动作带动所述齿轮传动系转动,并进一步带动所述发电机的转子转动,将转动的机械能转换成电能。
所述连接器包括烟杆以及连接于所述烟杆外部的连接线。
所述充电器中设有电路板、电源模块,所述电源模块分别与所述发电机以及所述电路板相连,用于储存所述发电机产生的电能;所述电路板也与所述连接线相连,用于通过所述连接线将所述电源模块储存的电能输送给所述雾化器。
所述充电器中设有电路板,所述连接器内部设有电源模块,所述发电机与所述电路板相连,所述电源模块通过所述连接线也与所述电路板相连,用于通过所述电路板与连接线将所述发电机产生的电能传输至所述电源模块并存储。
所述雾化器与所述连接器通过螺纹旋合的方式连接。
实施本发明的电子烟,具有以下有益效果:通过在电子烟中设置手动式充电器,能够随时随地为电子烟充电,即使在缺少常规充电电源或充电器的情况下也能够给电子烟充电,提高了电子烟的使用便利性。

具体实施方式
如图 1 、图 2 所示,本发明的第一实施例提供一种电子烟,包括雾化器 1 ,还包括连接器 2 与通过连接器 2 与雾化器 1 连接的充电器 3 ,该充电器 3 为手动式充电器 3 ,用于通过连接器 2 向雾化器 1 提供电源。
具体的,该手动式充电器 3 可以为手摇式充电器也可以为手抓式充电器。
优选的,雾化器 1 与连接器 2 通过螺纹旋合的方式连接。但雾化器 1 与连接器 2 的连接也可以通过如过盈配合,卡合、楔紧作用等连接方式实现。
连接器 2 包括烟杆 21 以及外接于烟杆的连接线 22 。连接线 22 与烟杆 21 一体设置。可以理解的是,烟杆 21 与连接线 22 可以为分体设置,通过在烟杆 21 上设置电源端口,在连接线 22 的对应端设置与电源端口相适配的第一插头。通过将该第一插头插置于电源端口中,实现连接线 22 与烟杆 21 的连接。
充电器 3 中设有发电装置,发电装置包括手动杆组件 311 、齿轮传动系统 312 、发电机 313 ,齿轮传动系统 312 分别与发电机 313 以及手动杆组件 311 相连;通过使手动杆组件 311 动作带动齿轮传动系统 312 转动,并进一步带动发电机 313 的转子转动,将转动的机械能转换成电能。
在第一实施例中,如图 3 所示,当该充电器 3 为手摇式充电器时,该手动杆组件 311 为摇杆,该齿轮传动系统 312 是由多个齿轮组成的齿轮组。通过转动摇杆带动齿轮传动组转动,进一步带动发电机 313 的转子转动,将转动的机械能转换成电能。
如图 5 所示,当该充电器 3 为手抓式充电器时,该手动杆组件 311 包括为呈一定角度的折杆 3110 ,该折杆 3110 包括连接杆与手柄,连接杆的一端置于充电器 3 的内部并铰接于充电器 3 的壳体,另一端穿过充电器 3 的壳体与手柄的一端连接,该手柄置于充电器 3 的外侧。该手动杆组件 311 还包括置于充电器 3 内部的弹簧 3111 ,该弹簧 3111 的一端固定于充电器 3 的内部,另一端连接于连接杆,该弹簧 3111 处于压缩状态或正常状态。该齿轮传动系统 312 包括由齿轮与弧形齿条组成的齿轮齿条传动机构 3121 以及与齿轮齿条传动机构连接的二级传动机构 3122 ,该弧形齿条一端在长度方向与齿轮啮合,另一端与折杆 3110 固定连接。通过这样的结构,按压手柄,齿条便带动齿轮转动,再通过二级传动机构 3122 带动发电机 313 的转子的转动,将转动的机械能转换成电能。在按压的过程中弹簧 3111 逐渐被压缩,当松开时在弹力的作用下,折杆 3110 返回到初始位置,以便进行下一次的按压。通过这样的方式可以仅通过一定角度的按压便可达到充电的目的,使用方便。
如图 3 所示(图 5 中除手动杆组件以及齿轮传动系统外其他部分与图 3 中相同),在本实施例中,充电器 3 中设有电路板 32 、电源模块 33 ,电源模块 33 分别与发电机 313 以及电路板 32 相连,用于存储发电机 313 产生的电能,电路板 32 也与连接线 22 相连,用于通过连接线 22 将所述电源模块 33 储存的电能输送给雾化器 1 。该电源模块 33 可以是现有的各种可充电电池或储能电路。在本实施例中,由于电源模块 33 设于充电器 3 内,而不是像现有的多数电子烟电池那样设于烟杆 21 内,因此电源模块 33 的体积不受烟杆 21 的限制,可以使用具有较大体积的大容量电池或大容量储能电路作为该电源模块 33 。这样有利于提高电子烟每次充电后的持续使用时间,减少充电次数。
图 4 示出了本发明电子烟的第二实施例的连接器的剖视图。该第二实施例与上述第一实施例的区别仅在于,电源模块 33 并非设于充电器 3 中,而是设于连接器 2 内部,例如烟杆 21 中。即该第二实施例中充电器 3 采用的是如图 3 或图 5 中的内部并未置有充电模块的充电器。电路板 32 与发电机 313 相连,电源模块 33 通过连接线 22 也与电路板 32 相连,用于通过电路板 32 与连接线 22 将发电机 313 产生的电能传输至电源模块 33 并存储。
在上述的两个实施例中,电路板 32 与连接线 22 连接的方式可以是相同的,具体如图 4 所示,在充电器 3 上设置与电路板 32 相连的插口,在连接线 22 一端设置第二插头 221 ,通过将第二插头 221 插置于插口中实现连接线 22 与电路板 32 的连接。优选的,该第二插头 221 为 USB 插头,插口为 USB 接口,同时该第一插头不限于 USB 接口的形式,也可通过电源端口与其它插头配合的方式实现。
具体的,当为图 1 、图 2 所示的第一实施例时,其中,充电器 3 可以为内部均设有电源模块 33 的手摇式充电器或手抓式充电器,当电子烟没电时,将连接器 2 插于充电器 3 中,通过发电装置,使得使手动杆组件动作产生的机械能转化为电能,并且将该电能存储至电源模块 33 内部。当需要吸烟时,存储于电源模块 33 内部的电能通过电路板 32 传输至连接器 2 ,以为吸烟过程提供电能。
当为图 4 所示的第二实施例时,其中,充电器 3 可以为内部未设有电源模块 33 的手摇式充电器或手抓式充电器,当电子烟没电时,将连接器 2 插于充电器 3 中,通过发电装置,使得使手动杆组件动作产生的机械能转化为电能,并且通过电路板 32 以及连接线 22 将电能传输到内置于烟杆 21 中的电源模块 33 中。当需要吸烟时,该电源模块 33 直接通过连接器 2 与雾化器 1 内部形成的电流回路为吸烟过程提供电能。
实施本实施例的电子烟,当烟杆 21 部分与连接线 22 部分分体设置时,通过在连接器 2 内部设置电源模块 33 ,可使当仅仅需要短时间吸烟时,将连接线 22 部分取下,则使得电子烟携带方便;当需要长时间吸烟,且获取外界固定电源不便的时候,则将连接线 22 安装于烟杆 21 上,方便对电源模块 33 充电。
通过在电子烟中设置手动式充电器,能够随时随地为电子烟充电,在电子烟没电时能够方便为电子烟供电,延长了电子烟的使用时间,且使用方便。
尽管通过以上实施例对本发明进行了揭示,但是本发明的范围并不局限于此,在不偏离本发明构思的条件下,以上各构件可用所属技术领域人员了解的相似或等同元件来替换。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括雾化器( 1 ),其特征在于,该电子烟还包括连接器( 2 )以及通过所述连接器( 2 )与所述雾化器( 1 )电连接的充电器( 3 );所述充电器( 3 )为手动式充电器,用于通过所述连接器( 2 )向所述雾化器( 1 )提供电源。
