具体实施方式
实施例:如图 1-8 所示,本发明提供了一种新型手持式电动工具的第一实施例,手持式电动工具在本实施例优选为一种绿篱机,也可为往复锯等,其包括本体 10 、设于本体 10 内的电机 20 、设于本体内 10 并控制电机 20 运转的开关 30 、固定连接至本体 10 并由电机 20 驱动的工作组件 40 、和设置在本体 10 上的主、副手柄 12 、 14 。其中本体 10 具有一收容电机 20 和开关 30 的内腔,工作组件 40 是横向延伸的刀条,主手柄 12 一体成型于本体 10 上,而副手柄 14 可拆卸地枢接在本体 10 上并靠近工作组件 40 ,故其操作位置可根据用户需要进行不同角度的调节,同时该副手柄 14 呈环状,具有中握持部和左右两个侧握持部,使操作者能够从三个位置对其进行握持操作,充分满足了操作舒适性的要求。开关 30 为微动开关并位于副手柄 14 的外侧,其包括一触点 32 、和位于触点 32 上方并可往复运动的开关压板 34 ,当开关压板 34 受力下移时,弹性形变并接触触点 32 ,开关 30 闭合,而当开关压板 34 所受的力撤销之后,开关压板 34 恢复弹性形变并脱开触点 32 ,开关 30 断开。
进一步结合图 2-6 所示,副手柄 14 包括副手柄座 140 、副手柄盖板 144 、位于副手柄座 140 和副手柄盖板 144 之间的副扳机 142 、以及安设在副扳机 142 和副手柄盖板 144 之间并可往复运动的触发装置 50 ,其中副手柄座 140 和副手柄盖板 144 为前后两半壳体且可相互扣合并通过螺钉 64 固定而成。副手柄座 140 内侧设置有若干个固定柱 1402 、和若干个大致呈三角形的活动槽 1404 ,固定柱 1402 用于固定相应径向弹簧 62 的一端,其个数优选为三个,而活动槽 1404 的个数优选为 4 个,而径向弹簧 62 的另一端则抵靠在副扳机 142 的侧壁上。副手柄盖板 144 设置有收容触发装置 50 并限制触发装置 50 周向运动的收容槽 1442 、和与收容槽 1442 相连通的一盖板通孔 1440 ,其中开关压板 34 位于该盖板通孔 1440 的外侧。副扳机 142 优选为一件式组件,也可为多个零件扣合而成,其包括四面环绕连接的副扳机本体 1420 、位于副扳机本体 1420 下侧边的一缺口 1422 、设置在缺口 1422 内的结合端 1424 、位于副扳机本体 1420 两端面的若干个凸起 1428 。其中该结合端 1424 具有至少一呈倾斜状的结合面 1426 ,在本实施例中,结合端 1424 优选为一凹槽,并通过三个倾斜状的结合面 1426 来分别对应操作者的三个操作位置。而凸起 1428 在本实施例优选为一圆柱体,并可在活动槽 1404 三面活动限位,凸起的个数优选为 4 个以上,以确保副扳机 142 平稳运动。触发装置 50 包括收容在收容槽 1442 内的矩形触发本体 51 、位于触发本体 51 一端并与副扳机 142 的结合端 1424 相配合的配合端 52 、以及位于另一端且可伸出盖板通孔 1440 之外并与开关压板 34 抵靠触发开关动作的触发端 54 ,其中触发本体 51 在靠近触发端 54 的一端开设有一收容腔 56 ,该收容腔 56 用于收容触发弹簧 60 的一端,而触发弹簧 60 则套设在触发端 54 上,且另一端抵靠在收容槽 1442 的内壁上。配合端 52 具有至少一呈倾斜状并与结合面 1426 配合的配合面 520 ,在本实施例中,配合端 52 优选为凸块,其通过形成于其外侧壁上的三个配合面 520 ,该三个配合面 520 与对应的结合面 1426 配合运动,以分别对应操作者的三个操作位置。同时配合端 52 也可采用凹槽形式,其通过形成于其内侧壁上的三个配合面,而结合端 1424 也可以采用具有三个倾斜状结合面的凸块也能实现本发明目的。同时副手柄 14 内无任何电气部件,如电源线、开关等,由此减少了走线的不便。
当无外力作用于副扳机 142 时,该副扳机 142 在三个径向弹簧 62 的弹力作用下保持在初始位置,配合面 520 与结合面 1426 相互不接触;当用户手握住副扳机本体 1420 的左内侧壁,对左侧径向弹簧 62 施加作用力,副扳机 142 向左移动,结合端 1424 也向左移动,如图 7-8 所示,其位于右侧的结合面 1426 抵靠在触发端 54 的位于右侧的配合面 520 ,由于两者为斜面配合,向左的移动转化成促使触发本体 51 带动触发端 54 向后运动并压缩触发弹簧 60 ,而触发端 54 则伸出盖板通孔 1440 ,并抵靠在开关 30 的开关压板 34 上,而开关压板 34 受压向下形变并接触触点 32 ,由此开关 30 闭合,电机正常工作。当用户撤销副扳机 142 的作用力,左侧径向弹簧 62 恢复弹性形变,促使副扳机 142 向右移动,位于右侧的结合面 1426 脱开与位于右侧的配合面 520 接触,而由于触发弹簧 60 恢复形变,触发端 54 向前运动,同时脱离与开关压板 34 的接触,由此开关压板 34 脱开触点 32 ,开关 30 断开,电机停止工作。同理用户手握另外两个方向,其原理也相同。所以不论副扳机 142 向左、中、右三个方向的哪个方向运动时,都可以通过副扳机 142 的三个倾斜状的结合面 1426 来带动触发装置 50 的触发端 54 运动,从而触发开关 30 。
本发明不论在副手柄的左、中、右三个方向的哪个方向都能触发开关,且开关放置在副手柄之外,省去了副手柄走线的不便,相比背景技术中涉及的通过钢绳装配并传递触发开关开启的结构而言,整体结构简单,零部件少,易于装配,成本低,而且触发更加灵敏,触发可靠性也更高。同时副手柄作为一个独立的组件,可以与本体分开打包,大大的提高了装箱量。
同时,如图 9-12 所示,其为本发明手持式电动工具的第二实施例,其中副扳机 86 与触发装置 81 相互配合的内部结构及工作原理参照第一实施例中副扳机 142 与触发装置 50 的内部结构及工作原理,为此不予以重复赘述,其主要区别在于将两个开关合并成一个开关并通过开关联动机构来实现。如图 9 所示,手持式电动工具包括本体 810 、设于本体 810 内的电机 89 、设于本体 810 内并控制电机 89 运转的开关 818 、设于本体 810 内并控制开关 818 动作的开关联动机构、固定连接至本体 810 并由电机 89 驱动的工作组件 88 、设置在本体 810 上的主、副手柄( 819 、 811 )、以及设置在副手柄 811 内并促使开关联动机构动作并由副扳机 886 驱动的触发装置 81 。其中本体 810 具有一收容电机 89 和开关 818 的内腔,工作组件 88 是横向延伸的刀条,主手柄 819 一体成型于本体 810 上,并设有可绕着第二枢轴 815 旋转的主扳机 814 、提供主扳机 814 回弹力的第二复位弹簧 816 、以及将主扳机 814 和开关 818 固定至主手柄 819 上的圆柱销 817 。开关 818 为微动开关并位于主扳机 814 的内侧。而副手柄 11 可拆卸地枢接在本体 810 上并靠近工作组件 8 ,故其操作位置可根据用户需要进行不同角度的调节,同时该副手柄 811 呈环状,具有中握持部和左右两个侧握持部,使用户能够从三个位置对其进行握持操作,充分满足了操作舒适性的要求。
参照图 10 所示,副手柄 811 为一个封闭的形状,副手柄 811 通过本体 810 上的固定凸起 8101 和侧面的定位槽 8102 连接,保证副手柄前后左右可靠定位,并通过本体 810 上的卡扣件 8103 与本体 810 实现可靠定位,最终通过副手柄 811 内的螺钉 83 与本体 810 固定,副手柄 811 内的螺钉 83 穿过副手柄 811 的螺钉孔 8114 ,再固定到本体 810 的定位孔 8105 上,由此实现副手柄 811 和本体 810 的固定,并保证不打开副手柄 811 ,无法取出螺钉 83 。本体 810 上的卡扣件 8103 具有一球形的凸点 8104 ,用户在装配副手柄 811 时,副手柄 811 安装到位时,卡扣 8103 弹回初始位置,并使球形的凸点 8104 进入副手柄 811 上的凹槽 8116 内,使用户能通过力度的变化感觉副手柄 811 已经装配到位,同时通过球形的凸点 8104 ,使得副手柄 811 的拆卸方便,而不会被卡住。
参照图 10-12 所示,本体 810 内设有开关触发机构,其包括一端与触发装置 81 相抵靠接触的推杆 84 、与推杆 84 的作用端 840 抵靠接触的翘板 85 ,推杆 84 设置在导轨 87 上并套设连接有第一复位弹簧 812 进行往复运动,作用端 840 至少有与翘板 85 接触的斜面,其中翘板 85 可绕着第一枢轴 813 旋转,并有触发开关 818 动作的触发端 82 。工作时,用户也可以通过主手柄 819 的主扳机 814 来触发开关 818 的动作,当用户在主握持部 8140 上对主扳机 814 施加作用力时,主扳机 814 在力的作用下绕着第二枢轴 815 往上旋转,同时带动开关 818 向作用力的一侧发生移动,同时,用户在副手柄 811 位置对副扳机 86 施加作用力,副扳机 86 通过楔形面将作用力传递给触发装置 81 。触发装置 81 将作用力传递给推杆 84 ,推杆 84 继续向前运动,并通过作用端 840 的斜面将力传递给翘板 85 ,翘板 85 绕着第一枢轴 813 发生逆时针方向的旋转后,其触发端 82 与开关 818 的触点接触,将开关 818 打开。当用户放开主扳机 814 或副扳机 86 后,主扳机 814 在第二复位弹簧 816 的作用力下回到初始位置,推杆 84 在第一复位弹簧 812 的作用力下回到初始位置,开关 818 与翘板 85 的触发端 82 断开连接,开关 818 断开。
本发明的第二实施例通过副手柄内的触发机构和本体内的开关联动机构同时启动一个开关,不仅节省了一个开关,减少了接线,提高了开关触发的可靠性而且装配简易,成本低,另外副手柄不同于往常的 U 字型,而是以封闭的结构固定于机壳上,这样的副手柄强度更好,而且可以单独分开装配,最后由用户自行装在机壳上,减少了运输成本,而且装配定位更可靠。
当然上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明主要技术方案的精神实质所做的等效变换或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (18)

1 .一种手持式电动工具,其特征在于:其包括本体( 10 )、设于本体( 10 )内的电机( 20 )、设于本体内( 10 )并控制电机( 20 )运转的开关( 30 )、固定连接至本体( 10 )并由电机( 20 )驱动的工作组件( 40 )、和设置在本体( 10 )上的主、副手柄( 12 、 14 ),其中所述副手柄( 14 )包括副手柄座( 140 )、副手柄盖板( 144 )、以及位于副手柄座( 140 )和副手柄盖板( 144 )之间的副扳机( 142 ),其中副扳机( 142 )为四面环绕连接。
2 .根据权利要求 1 所述的手持式电动工具,其特征在于:所述副手柄( 14 )进一步包括设置在副扳机( 142 )和副手柄盖板( 144 )之间并可往复运动的触发装置( 50 )。
3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的手持式电动工具,其特征在于:所述副手柄盖板( 144 )设置有容纳触发装置( 50 )并限制其周向运动的收容槽( 1442 )、和与收容槽( 1442 )相连通的一盖板通孔( 1440 ),且所述开关( 30 )位于该盖板通孔( 1440 )的外侧。
4. 根据权利要求 3 所述的新型手持式电动工具,其特征在于:所述副扳机( 142 )包括一结合端( 1424 ),该结合端( 1424 )具有至少一呈倾斜状的结合面( 1426 ),而触发装置( 50 )包括与结合端( 1424 )相配合的配合端( 52 ),其中配合端( 52 )具有至少一呈倾斜状并与结合面( 1426 )配合的配合面( 520 )。
5. 根据权利要求 4 所述的手持式电动工具,其特征在于:所述结合端( 1424 )为一凹槽,该凹槽侧壁设有至少三个倾斜状的结合面( 1426 ),而配合端( 52 )为一凸块,该凸块侧壁设有至少三个倾斜状的配合面( 520 )。
6. 根据权利要求 4 所述的手持式电动工具,其特征在于:所述结合端( 1424 )为一凸块,该凸块侧壁设有至少三个倾斜状的结合面( 1426 ),而配合端( 52 )为一凹槽,该凹槽侧壁设有至少三个倾斜状的配合面( 520 )。
7. 根据权利要求 5 所述的手持式电动工具,其特征在于:所述开关( 30 )包括一触点( 32 )、和位于触点( 32 )上方并可往复运动的开关压板( 34 ),其中该开关压板( 34 )位于盖板通孔( 1440 )的外侧。
8. 根据权利要求 2 所述的手持式电动工具,其特征在于:所述副手柄( 14 )内未设置有电源线或开关。
9. 根据权利要求 2 所述的手持式电动工具,其特征在于:所述副手柄座( 140 )或副手柄盖板( 144 )设置有若干个呈三角形的活动槽( 1404 ),而所述副扳机( 142 )则设有伸入到活动槽( 1404 )并限位的凸起( 1428 )。
10 .一种手持式电动工具,其特征在于:其包括本体( 810 )、设于本体( 810 )内的电机( 89 )、设于本体( 810 )内并控制电机( 89 )运转的开关( 818 )、设于本体( 810 )内并控制开关( 818 )动作的开关联动机构、固定连接至本体( 810 )并由电机( 89 )驱动的工作组件( 88 )、以及设置在本体( 810 )上的主、副手柄( 819 、 811 ),其中主手柄( 819 )具有主扳机( 814 ),而副手柄( 811 )包括呈环状的副扳机( 86 )、和促使开关联动机构动作并由副扳机( 86 )驱动的触发装置( 81 )。
11 .根据权利要求 10 所述的手持式电动工具,其特征在于:所述副手柄( 811 )为封闭环状,所述本体( 810 )包括固定凸起( 8101 )和位于侧面的定位槽( 8102 ),所述副手柄( 811 )则有相应结构与固定凸起( 8101 )、定位槽( 8102 )配合。
12. 根据权利要求 11 所述的手持式电动工具,其特征在于:所述本体( 810 )进一步包括位于定位槽( 8102 )内的卡扣件( 8103 ),所述卡扣件( 8103 )具有一球形的凸点( 8104 ),而副手柄( 811 )则有与凸点( 8104 )配合的凹槽( 8116 )。
13. 根据权利要求 10 或 11 或 12 所述的手持式电动工具,其特征在于:所述开关( 818 )安装在主扳机( 814 )内,并通过圆柱销( 817 )将开关( 818 )和主扳机( 814 )连接至主手柄( 819 )上。
14. 根据权利要求 13 所述的手持式电动工具,其特征在于:所述开关联动机构包括一推杆( 84 )和一翘板( 85 ),所述的推杆( 84 )的一端与触发装置( 81 )相抵靠接触,所述的推杆( 84 )的另一端,即作用端( 840 )抵靠接触所述翘板( 85 ),且所述翘板( 85 )绕着第一枢轴( 813 )旋转。
15. 根据权利要求 14 所述的手持式电动工具,其特征在于:所述作用端( 840 )具有与翘板配合的一斜面,而触发装置( 81 )具有与副扳机配合的一楔形面,且推杆与触发装置在同一直线上运动。
16. 根据权利要求 15 所述的手持式电动工具,其特征在于:所述推杆( 84 )套设有第一复位弹簧( 812 ),而主扳机( 814 )设置有第二复位弹簧( 816 )并绕第二枢轴( 815 )旋转。
17. 根据权利要求 10 或 11 或 12 所述的手持式电动工具,其特征在于:所述开关( 818 )与主扳机( 814 )相邻并远离副扳机( 86 ),且副扳机( 86 )为四面环绕连接的一体式组件。
18.一种手持式电动工具,其特征在于:其包括本体(810)、设于本体(810)内的电机(89)、设于本体(810)内并控制电机(89)运转的开关(818)、固定连接至本体(810)并由电机(89)驱动的工作组件(88)、以及设置在本体(810)上的主、副手柄(819、811),其中主手柄(819)具有主扳机(814),而副手柄(811)包括呈环状且可在至少两个方向上可往复运动的副扳机(86)、和由副扳机(86)驱动并触发开关(818)相应动作的触发装置(81),其中触发装置(81)的运动方向与副扳机(86)所在的运动平面相互垂直,同时开关(818)位于副手柄(811)的外侧。
