Abstract
본 발명은 초정밀 절삭가공을 통해 박판 두께를 가지는 알루미늄합금 절구형 원통체 반사경의 내면을 가공하기 위한 지그로서, 복합 포물선으로 이루어지는 통체 형상을 가지는 절구형 원통체 반사경의 외형과 동일하게 대응되는 형상을 가지는 지그를 상판 지그와 하판 지그로 나누어 형성하고, 상기 상판 지그는 좌측 지그와 우측 지그 2개로 나누되 상호 분리 및 결합이 가능하도록 그 형상 및 크기를 대칭이 되도록 형성하며, 상기 상판 지그의 내부에 장착되는 절구형 원통체 반사경의 내면을 220m/mim 내지 300m/min의 절삭속도에서 초정밀 절삭이 가공이 가능하도록 하고, 이로 인해 절구형 원통체 반사경의 내면은 표면거칠기 4nm 정도의 경면 가공이 가능하고, 특히 절삭속도 260m/min, 절삭깊이 4마이크로미터, 이송속도 1mm/min의 가공조건에서는 Ra=2.32nm의 표면거칠기로 초정밀 절삭 가공을 할 수 있게 되어, 절구형 원통체 반사경을 저비용의 초정밀 절삭 가공으로 형성할 수 있는 작용효과가 발생되도록 한 것이다.
