以下、図面を参照して本発明の実施の形態について説明する。図1を用いて本発明の実施の形態1にかかる遠隔操作システムについて説明する。遠隔操作システムは、ユーザ端末10と、サポート端末20と、中継サーバ30とを備えている。ユーザ端末10と、サポート端末20と、中継サーバ30とは、ネットワーク40を介して接続されている。
続いて、図7を用いて本発明の実施の形態2にかかる遠隔操作の動作の流れについて説明する。ステップS60~S64は、図6のステップS30~S34と同一であるため詳細な説明を省略する。中継サーバ30は、ステップS64において、再送タイムアウトを検出すると、定期的にPWS起動SMSをユーザ端末10へ送信する(S65~S69)。

Claims (9)
- 遠隔操作に応じて端末の内部機能を動作させるサーバ機能手段を有するユーザ端末と、
前記ユーザ端末を遠隔操作するサポート端末と、
前記サポート端末による前記ユーザ端末の遠隔操作を開始するためのアクセスタイミングを保持するアクセス管理手段を有し、前記アクセスタイミングに前記ユーザ端末に対してアクセスを実行する中継サーバと、を備え、
前記ユーザ端末は、
前記中継サーバからアクセスされると前記サーバ機能手段を起動し、前記サーバ機能手段を起動したことを前記サポート端末へ通知し、
前記サポート端末は、
前記サーバ機能手段が起動したことを通知されると、遠隔操作アプリケーションを起動し前記ユーザ端末に対する遠隔操作を実行する、遠隔操作システム。 - 前記中継サーバは、
前記ユーザ端末へアクセスした際に、前記サーバ機能手段が起動されなかった場合に、前記サポート端末に対して、前記サーバ機能手段が起動されなかったことを通知し、
前記サポート端末は、
前記サーバ機能手段が起動されなかったことを通知された場合、次に前記中継サーバから前記ユーザ端末へアクセスするアクセスタイミングを登録する、請求項1記載の遠隔操作システム。 - 前記ユーザ端末は、
前記中継サーバからアクセスされた際に、前記ユーザ端末における端末機能の動作状況に応じて、前記サーバ機能手段を起動させるか否かを判定する制御手段をさらに備える、請求項1又は2記載の遠隔操作システム。 - 前記ユーザ端末は、
前記サポート端末による遠隔操作が終了すると、前記サーバ機能手段を停止させる、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の遠隔操作システム。 - 前記中継サーバは、
前記ユーザ端末に対してアクセスする際に、前記ユーザ端末において受信可能なテキストメッセージを用いる、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の遠隔操作システム。 - 遠隔操作に応じて端末の内部機能を動作させるサーバ機能手段と、
遠隔操作を行うために前記サーバ機能手段の起動が要求されると、前記サーバ機能手段を起動させる制御手段と、
前記サーバ機能手段が起動したことを、前記遠隔操作を行うサポート端末へ通知する通信手段と、を備え、
前記サーバ機能手段は、
前記サーバ機能手段が起動したことを通知されたことにより遠隔操作アプリケーションを起動した前記サポート端末から行われる遠隔操作を受け付ける、ユーザ端末。 - 前記制御手段は、
前記ユーザ端末における端末機能の動作状況に応じて、前記サーバ機能を動作させるか否かを判定する、請求項6記載のユーザ端末。 - 前記制御手段は、
前記サポート端末による遠隔操作が終了すると、前記サーバ機能手段を停止させる、請求項6又は7に記載のユーザ端末。 - ユーザ端末を遠隔操作するために、前記遠隔操作に応じて端末の内部機能を動作させるサーバ機能手段の起動要求を受信し、
前記起動要求を受信した後に、前記サーバ機能手段を起動し、
前記サーバ機能手段を起動したことを、前記遠隔操作を行うサポート端末へ通知し、
前記サーバ機能手段が起動したことを通知された前記サポート端末からの遠隔操作を受け付ける、遠隔操作方法。
