所述副花洒(200)的外端面的位于分水路(210)外端口之下的部分设成导向斜面(240);
所述压杆(234)末端伸出导向斜面(240)之外。
一较佳实施例之中:所述主花洒(100)之侧端面设卡接槽(160),所述分水接头(130)对应卡接槽(160);所述副花洒(200)端面设卡接座(250),所述分水路(210)外端口对应卡接座(250);所述卡接槽(160)和卡接座(250)之间构成能拼拆连接结构。
一较佳实施例之中:所述主花洒(100)设环形陈列的多个分水接头(130),所述副花洒(200)个数与分水接头(130)个数等数。
一较佳实施例中,所述主花洒(100)成正六边形,并具有六个端面,每个端面均设卡接槽(160),所述分水接头(130)对应卡接槽(160);所述副花洒(200)为六个,均有一端面设卡接座(250),所述分水路(210)外端口对应卡接座(250);所述卡接槽(160)和卡接座(250)之间构成能拼拆连接结构。
本技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:
1、主花洒和副花洒处于拆离状态,则通断开关处于密封状态,主花洒和副花洒处于拼接状态,则分水接头和分水路对接,通断开关受控能处于接通状态,则消费者能根据需求选择出水面积,根据需求拼接主花洒和副花洒;
2、副花洒通过分水路和分水接头能直接接通主花洒的进水路,结构简单,成本低;根据需求选择所需副花洒(例如不同副花洒设计成不同水花)和主花洒拼接;
3、副花洒设触动机构以能触使通断开关通断切换,则即使处于拼接状态,消费者也能控制副花洒是否出水;
4、主花洒中设通断机构,以能在控制主出水组和进水路之间的通断,消费者能控制主花洒是否出水;
5、通断开关为单向阀,密封性能好,便于配合触动机构实现通断控制;
6、通过控制件、转盘和推杆配合控制单向阀通断,结构简单,控制可靠;
7、通过压杆、联杆和推杆配合控制单向阀自动通断,结构简单,控制可靠;
8、分水接头和主花洒之间设复位弹簧,分水接头外端口外周壁设第一锥面,分水路外端口内周壁设第二锥面,副花洒外端面设导向斜面,便于拼接拆解主花洒和副花洒,便于保证分水接头和分水路之间的密封对接性能;
9、主花洒设环形陈列的多个分水接头,副花洒个数与分水接头个数等数,外观美观。

具体实施方式
实施例1,请查阅图1至图7,拼接花洒,包括一主花洒100和六个副花洒200。
所述主花洒100,它包括一第一本体170、一主出水组120和六个分水接头130。所述第一本体170成正六边形,并具有六个端面,每个端面处都设有卡接槽160。
所述第一本体170内设一进水路110和六个环形陈列布置的副水路180,所述进水路110分为上段、中段和下段,所述副水路180具有外端口和内端口。所述进水路110的上段能接通供水源。所述进水路110的下段设置成上小下大结构。而且:所述副水路180的阶梯槽端口位于卡接槽160中间,也即是,所述分水接头130对应卡接槽160。
所述主出水组120装接在第一本体170之下,并接通进水路110以出水。所述主出水组120和进水路110之间设通断机构140,它受用户操作能控制进水路110下段通断,也即是能控制进水路110和主出水组120之间通断。本实施例之中:所述主出水组120设成环形,所述通断机构140包括一旋钮141和一活塞杆142,所述旋钮141密封转动连接在主出水组120的内孔121之内,所述旋钮141之上固设螺旋条1411,所述活塞杆142能相对进水路110下段滑动,所述活塞杆142顶靠在螺旋条之上,则旋钮141转动能带动活塞杆142上下滑动,活塞杆142上下滑动能控制进水路110下段通断,例如,在活塞杆142上固设密封环,密封环位于进水路110下段小孔处时处于断开状态,位于进水路110下段大孔处时处于接通状态,则活塞杆位于下位时处于断开状态,活塞杆处于上位时处于接通状态。
所述六个分水接头130分别密封滑动设在六个副水路180的阶梯槽之内。而且,所述分水接头130和副水路180的阶梯槽阶梯面之间设复位弹簧150,另在阶梯槽之端口处连接挡板190,则能避免分水接头130脱离出主花洒100,则分水接头130的外端口能伸出挡板190。所述分水接头130处设通断开关131,本实施例之中,所述通断开关131为单向阀,它具有一阀体1313、一阀芯1311和一顶抵弹簧1312,所述阀体1313密封固接在分水接头130之内,所述阀芯1311滑动装接在分水接头130内的阀体1313之内,所述顶抵弹簧1312装设在分水接头130内并顶抵阀芯1311使其常闭状态。
所述副花洒200,它包括一第二本体260和一副出水组220,所述第二本体260成六边形,并具有六个端面。所述副花洒200的一端面设卡接座250,所述卡接座250和卡接槽160之间构成能拼拆连接结构,也即是所述主花洒100和副花洒200之间构成能拼拆连接结构。
所述副出水组220装接在第二本体260,所述副出水组220设置成环形。所述第二本体260内设有一分水路210,所述分水路210的外端口位于卡接座250中间,内端口接通副出水组220以出水。
所述副花洒200还设触动机构230,它包括控制件231、推杆232和转盘233。所述控制件231能转动密封装接在副花洒200的副出水组220的内孔221。所述转盘233转动装接在副花洒200的第二本体260之内且和控制件231构成同步同轴转动连接关系,所述转盘233轴端面设有连动槽2341。所述推杆232滑动装接在副花洒200的第二本体260之内,所述推杆232之下设有连动销2321;所述连动销2321连接连动槽,以使转盘233转动时能带动推杆232滑动。所述推杆232能伸出副花洒200的分水路210外端口并能顶抵阀芯1311。
本实施例之中,为了保证分水接头和分水路210之间的对接装拆的方便性,则设计:所述分水接头130外端口外周壁设成外小内大的第一锥面132;所述分水路210外端口内周壁设成外大内小的第二锥面211,所述第二锥面211和第一锥面132相适配;所述副花洒200的外端面的位于分水路210外端口之下的部分设成导向斜面240。
其中:所述副花洒200的卡接座250拼接进主花洒100的卡接槽160,分水接头130和分水路210对接,推杆对准阀芯,则用户转动控制件231能带动推杆232前后滑动,控制阀芯1311滑动,控制单向阀通断;所述主花洒100和副花洒200处于拆离状态,在顶抵弹簧1312作用下,阀芯处于断开状态,通断开关131处于密封状态。
实施例2,它与上一较佳实施例不同之处在于:
请查阅图8至图12,所述副水路180的内端口接通进水路110中段,外端口设置成外大内小的阶梯槽。
所述副花洒200还设触动机构230,它包括推杆232压杆234、联杆235和复位弹簧236。所述压杆234滑动装接在副花洒200的第二本体260之内,所述压杆234末端伸出导向斜面240。所述推杆232能滑动装接在副花洒200的第二本体260的分水路210之内,而且,所述推杆232能伸出副花洒200的分水路210外端口并能顶抵阀芯1311。所述联杆235中间枢接在副花洒200的第二本体260,二端分别连接压杆234和推杆232,以使压杆234滑动时能带动推杆232滑动。为了保证推杆232滑动的稳定性,最好设置二个压杆、联杆和二个连接槽。
本实施例之中,为了保证分水接头和分水路210之间的对接装拆的方便性,则设计:所述分水接头130外端口外周壁设成外小内大的第一锥面132;所述分水路210外端口内周壁设成外大内小的第二锥面211,所述第二锥面211和第一锥面132相适配;所述副花洒200的外端面的位于分水路210外端口之下的部分设成导向斜面240。
其中:主花洒(100)和副花洒(200)装接时使压杆(234)滑动内缩,使联杆(235)转动,使推杆(232)滑动伸出以顶开阀芯使单向阀处于打开状态,使复位弹簧(236)压缩储能;主花洒(100)和副花洒(200)拆离时复位弹簧(236)释能,使压杆(234)滑动伸出,使联杆(235)转动,使推杆(232)滑动内缩以使单向阀复位密封。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明拼接花洒,其主花洒和副花洒之间构成能拼拆连接结构,主花洒和副花洒处于拼接状态,则分水接头和分水路对接,主花洒和副花洒处于拆离状态,则通断开关处于密封状态。使用者可根据需求选择出水面积,根据需求拼接主花洒和副花洒。

Claims (11)

  1. 拼接花洒,其特征在于:它包括:
    一主花洒(100),它设一进水路(110)、一主出水组(120)和至少一分水接头(130),所述主出水组(120)能接通进水路(110),所述分水接头(130)能接通进水路(110),而且,所述分水接头(130)处设通断开关(131);及
    至少一副花洒(200),它设一分水路(210)和一副出水组(220),所述副出水组(220)能接通分水路(210);
    其中:所述主花洒(100)和副花洒(200)之间构成能拼拆连接结构,所述主花洒(100)和副花洒(200)处于拼接状态,则分水接头(130)和分水路(210)对接,所述主花洒(100)和副花洒(200)处于拆离状态,则通断开关(131)处于密封状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的拼接花洒,其特征在于:所述通断开关(131)为单向阀,它具有一阀芯(1311)和一顶抵弹簧(1312),所述阀芯(1311)滑动装接在分水接头(130)内,所述顶抵弹簧(1312)装设在分水接头(130)内并顶抵阀芯(1311)使其能为常闭状态。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的拼接花洒,其特征在于:所述副花洒(200)还设触动机构(230),它包括一控制件(231)和一推杆(232),所述控制件(231)能受用户控制,能带动推杆(232)活动,能促使通断开关(131)通断切换。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的拼接花洒,其特征在于:所述主花洒(100)中设通断机构(140),它受用户控制能控制主出水组(120)和进水路(110)之间的通断。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的拼接花洒,其特征在于:所述控制件(231)能转动装接在副花洒(200),所述推杆(232)能滑动装接在副花洒(200),而且,所述推杆(232)能伸出副花洒(200)之外并能顶抵阀芯(1311)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的拼接花洒,其特征在于:所述触动机构(230)还包括一转盘(233),所述转盘(233)转动装接在副花洒(200)之内且和控制件(231)构成同步同轴转动连接关系,所述转盘(233)轴端面设有连动槽,所述推杆(232)下设有连动销(2321);所述连动销(2321)连接连动槽,以使转盘(233)转动时能带动推杆(232)滑动。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的拼接花洒,其特征在于:所述副花洒(200)还设触动机构(230),所述触动机构(230)包括一滑动连接副花洒(200)的推杆(232),而且,当主花洒(100)和副花洒(200)装接时能触使推杆(232)滑动伸出以触使通断开关(131)导通,当主花洒(100)和副花洒(200)拆离时能触使推杆(232)滑动内缩以触使通断开关(131)封闭。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的拼接花洒,其特征在于:所述触动机构(230)还包括压杆(234)、联杆(235)和一复位弹簧(236);所述压杆(234)滑动装接在副花洒(200)之内;所述复位弹簧(236)顶抵连接压杆(234)和副花洒(200);所述联杆(235)中间枢接在副花洒(200),二端分别连接压杆(234)和推杆(232),以使:主花洒(100)和副花洒(200)装接时使压杆(234)滑动内缩,使联杆(235)转动,使推杆(232)滑动伸出,使复位弹簧(236)压缩储能;主花洒(100)和副花洒(200)拆离时复位弹簧(236)释能,使压杆(234)滑动伸出,使联杆(235)转动,使推杆(232)滑动内缩。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的拼接花洒,其特征在于:
    所述分水接头(130)滑动装接在主花洒(100),所述分水接头(130)和主花洒(100)之间设复位弹簧(150);所述分水接头(130)外端口外周壁设成外小内大的第一锥面(132);
    所述分水路(210)外端口内周壁设成外大内小的第二锥面(211),所述第二锥面(211)和第一锥面(132)相适配;
    所述副花洒(200)的外端面的位于分水路(210)外端口之下的部分设成导向斜面(240);
    所述压杆(234)末端伸出导向斜面(240)之外。
  10. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5或6或7或8或9所述的拼接花洒,其特征在于:所述主花洒(100)之侧端面设卡接槽(160),所述分水接头(130)对应卡接槽(160);所述副花洒(200)端面设卡接座(250),所述分水路(210)外端口对应卡接座(250);所述卡接槽(160)和卡接座(250)之间构成能拼拆连接结构。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的拼接花洒,其特征在于:所述主花洒(100)成正六边形,并具有六个端面,每个端面均设卡接槽(160),所述分水接头(130)对应卡接槽(160);所述副花洒(200)为六个,均有一端面设卡接座(250),所述分水路(210)外端口对应卡接座(250);所述卡接槽(160)和卡接座(250)之间构成能拼拆连接结构。
