需要说明的是本发明所涉及的音频文件包括不同格式的音乐、 乐曲、讲座、 评书等, 上述的音频文件的格式包括但不限于 CD 格式、 WAVE ( *.WAV )、 AIFF、 AU、 MP3、 MIDI, WMA、 RealAudio, VQF, OggVorbis、 AAC、 APE, MOV格式等。 视频文件的格式包括但不限于 AVI格式、 nAVI格式、 DV-AVI 格式、 MPEG格式、 MPEG - 1、 MPEG - 2, MPEG - 4, DivX格式、 MOV 格式、 ASF格式、 WMV格式、 RM格式、 RMVB格式等。
本发明提供的第一实施例是提供了一种截取音频文件或视频文件的方法, 包括:
本实施例中的截取音频文件或视频文件的方法具体参见图 1 , 具体步骤如 下:
步骤 A01、 在播放音频文件或视频文件的过程中, 当接收到显示播放进度 的轨迹球发生长按事件时, 开始截取所述音频文件或视频文件;
以 Android平台作为操作系统的触摸屏手机中的播放器上显示播放进度的 轨迹球不支持长按, 需要在应用层做特殊处理, 若其他手机的操作系统支持播 放器上显示播放进度的轨迹球长按, 则无需在应用层做特殊处理。
当手机的处理播放器上显示播放进度的轨迹球的模块或单元或处理器或某 个芯片接收到播放器上显示播放进度的轨迹球发生 keydown (按下)事件时, 启动预设时段的定时器, 例如, 该预设时段为 500ms , 在所述定时器的预设时 段的结束时刻或者所述结束时刻之后启动一个线程, 判断此时的上述轨迹球是 否为按下, 若判断为是, 则确定上述轨迹球发生长按事件, 将长按的标志位赋 值为 true (真), 当上述手机的上述轨迹球抬起时,则上层接收到 keyup (抬起) 事件, 执行长按操作。 在手机的处理轨迹球的模块或单元或处理器或某个芯片 收到上述轨迹球发生长按事件时, 首先判断是第一次长按还是第二次长按, 具 体判断方法可通过长按事件中的某一特定的标志位来判断, 具体的标志位此处 并不做限定。 当确定上述轨迹球是第一次发生长按事件时, 开始截取所述音频 文件或视频文件。
需要说明的是: 进一步的, 所述开始截取所述音频文件或视频文件之前或 者所述开始截取所述音频文件或视频文件之后或者所述开始截取所述音频文件 或视频文件的过程中, 手机的相应处理器或相应模块或相应单元或相应芯片还 执行如下步骤:
获取所述音频文件或视频文件的播放标识、 播放路径、 所述音频文件或视 频文件的源文件名称、开始截取所述音频文件或视频文件的时间中的至少一种。 例如, 具体的, 所述开始截取所述音频文件或视频文件之前或所述开始截取所 述音频文件或视频文件之后或者所述开始截取所述音频文件或视频文件的过程 中, 手机的相应处理器或相应模块或相应单元或相应芯片获取所要截取的音频 文件或视频文件的文件名或音频文件本身的名字, 例如, 一首歌曲的名字; 还 可以获取所述音频文件或视频文件的播放路径、 所述音频文件或视频文件的源 文件名称、 开始截取所述音频文件或视频文件的时间, 进一步的, 保存上述获 取的参数中至少一种, 例如, 保存开始截取所述音频文件或视频文件的时间。
进一步的, 所述开始截取所述音频文件或视频文件之前或者所述开始截取 所述音频文件或视频文件之后或者所述开始截取所述音频文件或视频文件的过 程中, 手机的相应处理器或相应模块或相应单元或相应芯片还执行如下步骤: 保存开始截取所述音频文件或视频文件的时间。
进一步的, 所述开始截取所述音频文件或视频文件时或者所述开始截取所 述音频文件或视频文件过程中, 手机的相应处理器或相应模块或相应单元或相 应芯片还执行如下步骤:
输出截取提示, 所述截取提示包括使上述轨迹球在开始截取的前后发生颜 色或亮度变化、 在所述手机的显示屏显示截取进度或在所述手机的显示屏显示 截取状态中的至少一种。
其中, 使上述轨迹球在开始截取的前后发生颜色变化具体可以为: 在开始 截取前上述轨迹球无颜色, 开始截取后轨迹球有颜色; 或者, 在开始截取前上 述轨迹球是暗的, 开始截取后上述轨迹球变亮; 或者, 在开始截取前上述轨迹 球是浅颜色, 开始截取后轨迹球是深颜色; 或者, 使上述轨迹球在开始截取的 前后颜色或亮度发生其他变化。
所述在所述手机的显示屏显示截取进度, 具体可以在手机的显示屏显示截 取的进度条, 还可以同时显示包括截取的时间、 所截取的音频文件或视频文件 的大小或属性或名称等信息中的一种或多种。
所述在所述手机的显示屏显示截取状态中具体可以在原有的音频文件或视 频文件的播放器的界面上显示截取的进度, 还可以同时显示包括截取的时间、 所截取的音频文件或视频文件的大小或属性或名称或是否完成或存储路径或存 储文件夹的名称等信息中的一种或多种; 或者出现一个全新的截取界面, 在该 全新的截取界面显示截取的进度, 还可以同时显示包括截取的时间、 所截取的 音频文件或视频文件的大小或属性或名称或是否完成或存储路径或存储文件夹 的名称等信息中的一种或多种。 如附图 6所示, 左侧的图提示为开始截取, 右 侧的图的提示为: 歌曲的演唱者, 歌曲的名称, 歌曲所在的音频文件名, 存储 位置等。
步骤 A05、 在截取所述音频文件或视频文件过程中, 当接收到所述显示播 放进度的轨迹球发生长按事件时, 停止截取;
手机的相应处理器或相应模块或相应单元或相应芯片在截取所述音频文件 或视频文件过程中, 当接收到上述轨迹球发生长按事件时, 停止截取。 当接收 到上述轨迹球发生长按事件时 , 首先会判断上述轨迹球发生第一次长按事件还 是发生的第二次长按事件, 具体判断方法可通过长按事件中的某一特定的标志 位来判断, 具体的标志位此处并不做限定。 所述的轨迹球发生第二次长按事件 也就是在截取所述音频文件或视频文件过程中接收到轨迹球发生长按事件。
步骤 Al l、 保存截取到的音频文件或视频文件。
手机的相应处理器或相应模块或相应单元或相应芯片保存截取到的音频文 件或视频文件。 需要说明的是: 可以将截取到的音频文件或视频文件保存至特 定的文件夹中, 也可以保存在原来的音频文件或视频文件所在的文件夹, 在保 存之前, 保存的截取到的音频文件或视频文件的文件名可以在原来的音频文件 或视频文件名的基 上重新命名, 例如, 把原来的音频文件或视频文件名增加 或减少一个字母或数字; 增加该命名步骤后, 可以便于用户识别出截取的音频 文件或视频文件与截取前音频文件或视频文件的关系。 进一步的, 还可以修改 截取到的音频文件或视频文件的属性, 例如, 将截取到的音频文件或视频文件 由只读属性更改为可读写属性; 增加该修改属性的步骤后, 可以对截取的音频 文件或视频文件的属性进行调整, 便于应用和进一步的处理。
本发明实施例提供的截取音频或视频的方法解决了简单快捷的实现截取音 频文件或视频文件的问题, 而且不必对手机的用户界面进行很大的改动, 便于 技术实现, 且减化了用户操作步骤, 增加用户操作的易用性。
本发明提供的第二实施例是提供了另一种截取音频文件或视频文件的方 法, 如图 2所示首先应用场景与第一实施例相同, 且步骤 A01、 A05以及 Al l 与第一实施例的相应步骤相同, 在此不再贅述。
可选的, 在步骤 A01之后, 手机的相应处理器或相应模块或相应单元或相 应芯片执行步骤 A03 , 具体如下:
步骤 AG3、 获取所述音频文件或视频文件的播放标识、 所述音频文件或视 频文件的播放路径、 所述音频文件或视频文件的源文件名称、 开始截取所述音 频文件或视频文件的时间中的至少一种。
所述音频文件或视频文件的播放路径包括但不限于音频文件或视频文件在 载或复制或拷贝所述音频文件或视频文件时, 所述音频文件或视频文件的文件 名, 例如, 某个视频文件的源文件名称为 VIDEO-2010-08-08-06-06-55. 3gp。
需要说明的是: 步骤 A03可以在步骤 A01之后执行; 可选的, 步骤 A03也 可以在步骤 A01之前执行; 或者步骤 A03也可在步骤 A01的过程中执行。
可选的, 在步骤 A03之后, 还包括: 保存步骤 A03中获取的参数, 例如, 保存上述开始截取所述音频文件或视频文件的时间。
可选的, 在步骤 A05之后, 手机的相应处理器或相应模块或相应单元或相 应芯片执行步骤 A07 , 具体如下:
步骤 A07 , 获取停止截取所述音频文件或视频文件的时间, 根据所述开始 截取所述音频文件或视频文件的时间以及所述停止截取所述音频文件或视频文 件的时间按照截取音频文件或视频文件的算法生成截取后的音频文件或视频文 件。
可选的, 在步骤 A07之后, 手机的相应处理器或相应模块或相应单元或相 应芯片执行步骤 A09 , 具体如下:
步骤 A09 , 根据所述音频文件或视频文件的源文件名称对生成的所述截取 后的音频文件或视频文件重新命名, 并修改所述截取后的音频文件或视频文件 或者所述截取后的音频文件或视频文件所属的文件夹中的至少一种的属性。
保存的截取到的音频文件或视频文件的文件名可以在原来的音频文件或视 频文件名的基石出上重新命名, 例如, 把原来的音频文件或视频文件名增加或减 少一个字母或数字; 增加该命名步骤后, 可以便于用户识别出截取的音频文件 或视频文件与截取前音频文件或视频文件的关系。 进一步的, 还可以修改截取 到的音频文件或视频文件的属性, 例如, 将截取到的音频文件或视频文件由只 读属性更改为可读写属性; 增加该修改属性的步骤后, 可以对截取的音频文件 或视频文件的属性进行调整, 便于应用和进一步的处理。
本发明实施例提供的截取音频或视频的方法不仅解决了简单快捷的实现截 取音频文件或视频文件的问题, 而且不必对手机的用户界面进行很大的改动, 便于技术实现, 且减化了用户操作步骤, 增加用户操作的易用性。
本发明提供的第三实施例提供了一种手机, 包括:
首先应用场景与第一、 二实施例相同, 在此不再贅述。 需要说明的是: 本 实施例中所述的手机至少应该具备触摸屏或者配备物理上的轨迹球、 导航键、 或其他形状的具有轨迹球功能的按键的至少一种。 这些配置的物理的轨迹球或 者导航键、 或者其他形状的具有轨迹球功能的按键与手机的显示屏上的播放器 的显示进度的前端是有控制关系的, 也就说长按这些配置的物理的轨迹球或者 导航键、 或者其他形状的具有轨迹球功能的按键时相当于手机显示屏上的播放 器的显示进度的前端被长按。
参见图 3所示, 所述手机包括如下模块:
显示屏 B01 , 用于显示应用界面和 /或接收操作;
开始截取模块 B02: 用于在播放音频文件或视频文件的过程中, 当接收到 所述显示屏 B01上显示播放进度的轨迹球发生长按事件时, 开始截取所述音频 文件或视频文件;
停止截取模块 B03: 用于在截取所述音频文件或视频文件过程中, 当接收 到所述显示播放进度的轨迹球发生长按事件时, 停止截取;
保存模块 B04: 用于保存截取到的音频文件或视频文件。
各个模块具体工作过程参见第一实施例及第二实施例的相关内容, 此处不 再赘述。
本实施例当中所提供的手机解决了简单快捷的实现截取音频文件或视频文 件的问题, 而且不必对手机的用户界面进行很大的改动, 便于技术实现, 且减 化了用户操作步骤, 增加用户操作的易用性。 本发明提供的第四实施例是提供了另一种手机, 包括:
首先应用场景与第一、 二、 三实施例相同, 在此不再贅述。
如图 4所示, 模块 B01至模块 B04与第三实施例相同, 此处不再贅述; 可选的, 所述手机还包括:
获取模块 B05: 用于获取所述音频文件或视频文件的播放标识、播放路径、 所述音频文件或视频文件的源文件名称、 开始截取所述音频文件或视频文件的 时间、 停止截取所述音频文件或视频文件的时间中的至少一种。
可选的, 所述手机还包括:
时间保存模块 B06: 用于保存开始截取所述音频文件或视频文件的时间以 及停止截取所述音频文件或视频文件的时间。
可选的, 所述手机还包括:
所述手机至少包括以下任一种模块:
输出提示模块 B09: 用于输出截取提示;
文件生成模块 B07: 用于根据开始截取所述音频文件或视频文件的时间以 及所述停止截取所述音频文件或视频文件的时间按照截取音频文件或视频文件 的算法生成截取后的音频文件或视频文件;
参数修改模块 B08: 用于根据所述音频文件或视频文件的源文件名称对生 成的所述截取后的音频文件或视频文件重新命名, 并修改所述截取后的音频文 件或视频文件或者所述截取后的音频文件或视频文件所属的文件夹中的至少一 种的属性。
可选的, 所述手机还包括:
音频文件或视频文件的存储模块 B10 , 用于存储音频文件或视频文件。 轨迹球 B11 , 用于接收用户的操作, 并进行相应处理。 所述轨迹球与显示 屏 B01相连接, 轨迹球 B11还用于直接控制显示屏上播放音频文件或视频文件 的显示进度的前端。 长按轨迹球 Bl 1相当于长按显示屏上播放音频文件或视频 文件的显示进度的前端。 轨迹球 B11与其他实体或模块的连接关系至少如图 4 所示。
如图 5所示, 可选的, 所述输出提示模块 B09至少包括以下任一种模块: 第一输出提示模块 B091 : 用于在所述手机的显示屏显示截取进度; 第二输出提示模块 B092: 用于在所述手机的显示屏显示截取状态; 第三输出提示模块 B093:用于使所述轨迹球在开始截取的前后发生颜色变 化。
以上各个模块的实现方法参见第一实施例和第二实施例的内容。
需要说明的是: 输出提示模块 B09是可选模块, 但增加该模块可使手机的 用户界面更加人性化, 增强用户的体验。
轨迹球 B11是可选部件, 但增加轨迹球 B11可使非触摸屏的手机能够实现 简单快捷的实现音频文件或视频文件的截取, 而且不必对手机的用户界面进行 很大的改动, 便于技术实现, 且减化了用户操作步骤, 增加用户操作的易用性。 即使是触摸屏手机增加该轨迹球 B1 1 , 也给不习惯触摸屏操作的用户增添了一 种选择, 增强了手机的操作的易用性的同时增强的手机的卖点。
第一输出提示模块 B091、第二输出提示模块 B092、第三输出提示模块 B093 是可选模块,但包含上述任一种模块均可增强手机的用户界面的人机交互效果。
本领域的技术人员可以理解: 附图只是一个优选实施例的示意图, 附图中 的模块、 实体或流程并不一定是实施本发明所必需的。
本领域的技术人员可以理解: 实施例中的手机的模块或实体或部件可以按 照实施例的描述分布于实施例的手机中, 也可以进行相应变化位于不同于本实 施例的一个或多个设备中。 上述实施例的模块或实体可以合并成一个模块或实 体, 也可以精进一步拆分成多个子模块或实体。
上述本发明实施例序号仅仅为了描述, 不代表实施例的优劣。
通过以上的实施方式的描述, 本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本发明 可以通过硬件实现, 也可以可借助软件加必要的通用硬件平台的方式来实现, 基于这样的理解, 本发明的技术方案可以以软件产品的形式体现出来, 该软件 产品可以存储在一个非易失性存储介质 (可以是 CD-ROM, U盘, 移动硬盘等) 中, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机, 服务器, 或 者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种截取音频文件或视频文件的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
在播放音频文件或视频文件的过程中, 当接收到显示播放进度的轨迹球发 生长按事件时, 开始截取所述音频文件或视频文件;
在截取所述音频文件或视频文件过程中, 当接收到所述显示播放进度的轨 迹球发生长按事件时, 停止截取;
保存截取到的音频文件或视频文件。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述开始截取所述音频文件或 视频文件之前或者所述开始截取所述音频文件或视频文件之后或者所述开始截 取所述音频文件或视频文件的过程中, 所述方法还包括:
获取所述音频文件或视频文件的播放标识、 所述音频文件或视频文件的播 放路径、 所述音频文件或视频文件的源文件名称、 开始截取所述音频文件或视 频文件的时间中的至少一种。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述开始截取所述音频文件或视频文件之前或者所述开始截取所述音频文 件或视频文件之后或者所述开始截取所述音频文件或视频文件的过程中, 所述 方法还包括:
保存开始截取所述音频文件或视频文件的时间;
所述在截取所述音频文件或视频文件过程中, 当接收到手机的轨迹球发生 长按事件时, 停止截取之后, 所述方法还包括:
保存停止截取所述音频文件或视频文件的时间。
4、 如权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述开始截取所述音频文件或视频文件时或者所述开始截取所述音频文件 或视频文件过程中, 所述方法还包括: 输出截取提示, 所述截取提示包括使所 述轨迹球在开始截取的前后发生颜色变化、 在所述手机的显示屏显示截取进度 或在所述手机的显示屏显示截取状态中的至少一种。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述保存截取到的音频文件或 视频文件之前, 所述方法还包括:
获取停止截取所述音频文件或视频文件的时间, 根据所述开始截取所述音 频文件或视频文件的时间以及所述停止截取所述音频文件或视频文件的时间按 照截取音频文件或视频文件的算法生成截取后的音频文件或视频文件。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取停止截取所述音频文 件或视频文件的时间, 根据所述开始截取所述音频文件或视频文件的时间以及 所述停止截取所述音频文件或视频文件的时间按照截取音频文件或视频文件的 算法生成截取后的音频文件或视频文件之后, 所述方法还包括:
根据所述音频文件或视频文件的源文件名称对生成的所述截取后的音频文 件或视频文件重新命名, 并修改所述截取后的音频文件或视频文件或者所述截 取后的音频文件或视频文件所属的文件夹中的至少一种的属性。
7、 一种手机、 其特征在于, 包括:
显示屏, 用于显示应用界面和 /或接收操作;
开始截取模块: 用于在播放音频文件或视频文件的过程中, 当接收到所述 显示屏上显示播放进度的轨迹球发生长按事件时, 开始截取所述音频文件或视 频文件;
停止截取模块: 用于在截取所述音频文件或视频文件过程中, 当接收到所 述显示播放进度的轨迹球发生长按事件时, 停止截取;
保存模块: 用于保存截取到的音频文件或视频文件。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的手机, 其特征在于, 所述手机还包括:
获取模块: 用于获取所述音频文件或视频文件的播放标识、 播放路径、 所 述音频文件或视频文件的源文件名称、 开始截取所述音频文件或视频文件的时 间、 停止截取所述音频文件或视频文件的时间中的至少一种。
9、 如权利要求 7或 8所述的手机, 其特征在于, 所述手机还包括: 时间保存模块: 用于保存开始截取所述音频文件或视频文件的时间以及停 止截取所述音频文件或视频文件的时间。
10、 如权利要求 7至 9任一项所述的手机, 其特征在于, 所述手机至少包 括以下任一种模块:
输出提示模块: 用于输出截取提示;
文件生成模块: 用于根据开始截取所述音频文件或视频文件的时间以及所 述停止截取所述音频文件或视频文件的时间按照截取音频文件或视频文件的算 法生成截取后的音频文件或视频文件;
参数修改模块: 用于根据所述音频文件或视频文件的源文件名称对生成的 所述截取后的音频文件或视频文件重新命名, 并修改所述截取后的音频文件或 视频文件或者所述截取后的音频文件或视频文件所属的文件夹中的至少一种的 属性。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的手机, 其特征在于, 所述输出提示模块至少包括 以下任一种模块:
第一输出提示模块: 用于在所述手机的显示屏显示截取进度;
第二输出提示模块: 用于在所述手机的显示屏显示截取状态;
第三输出提示模块: 用于使所述轨迹球在开始截取的前后发生颜色变化。
