本发明系有关于一种多极电池供电装置及应用多极电池供电装置的手电 筒, 其目的是提供一种多极电池供电装置, 以直接应用于用手电筒等电器, 并控制通断电及实现程式控制功能调节。
本发明又一目的是提供一种应用多极电池供电装置的手电筒, 以省去用 手电筒筒身作电极或省去电极片等构造, 进而提高手电筒生产效率者。
本发明另一目的是提供一种应用多极电池供电装置的手电筒, 以避免发 光体作动高温对控制器造成损坏, 进而提高手电筒使用寿命者。
本发明是这样实现的: 该多极电池供电装置系主要于壳体内设有电芯, 并于壳体二端相对电芯的正、 负极处组设有正极配电单元及负极配电单元, 且以导电片组电性连接正极配电单元及负极配电单元, 复于壳体相对正极配 电单元处电性组接控制器。
当将本发明的多极电池供电装置组装于手电筒筒身腔室内时, 该多极电 池供电装置的控制器的信号开关系与手电筒后端尾盖的软性帽盖相对应, 而 远离组设于手电筒前端的发光体。
藉此, 利用多极电池供电装置可自行供、 断电, 无须以手电筒筒身作为 电极, 或另增设导电片为电极, 及于手电筒上设置控制电路, 以启闭电池的 供、 断电的设计, 俾大幅降低手电筒的制造成本, 且使手电筒的装配更为简 便, 以大幅提高手电筒的生产效率者。
另使多极电池供电装置的控制器组装于手电筒后端, 以远离组设于手电 筒前端的发光体, 如此, 发光体作动时产生的高温热能, 便难以对控制器的 电路造成损坏, 据此, 俾有效提高手电筒的使用寿命者。 附图说明

而为令本发明的技术手段及其所能达成的效果, 能够有更完整且清楚的 揭露, 兹详细说明如下, 请一并参阅揭露的图式及图号:
首先, 请参阅图 1所示, 为本发明的多极电池供电装置及应用多极电池 供电装置的手电筒, 该多极电池供电装置, 系由壳体 1、 电芯 2、 导电片组 3、 正极配电单元 4、 负极配电单元 5及控制器 6所构成; 其中:
该壳体 1, 系成形为圆筒状, 具有一中空部 11, 且使中空部 11 内壁位 于壳体 1端部处成形有止挡缘 12;
该电芯 2, 乃容设于壳体 1的中空部 11内, 于电芯 2二端系呈具为正 极 21及负极 22, 该电芯 2可为原电池, 如: 碳锌电池等一次电池, 或为可 充电的锂离子电池等二次电池;
该导电片组 3, 系容设于壳体 1 的中空部 11 内, 并位设于电芯 2周 侧, 而分设有正极导电片 31、 导通片 32和负极导电片 33, 乃使正极导电片 31一端与正极配电单元 4的正极垫片 41 电性接设, 并使该正极导电片 31 另端与负极配电单元 5的正极触点 53电性接设, 再使导通片 32—端与正极 配电单元 4的中负极板 45电性接设, 且使导通片 32另端与负极配电单元 5 的前负极板 55电性连接, 复使负极导电片 33—端与正极配电单元 4的内负 极板 43电性连接, 另使负极导电片 33另端与负极配电单元 5的负极保护板 52的负极输出端 521电性连接;
该正极配电单元 4, 请一并参阅图 2所示, 系组设于电芯 2正极 21 处, 乃由电芯 2的正极 21依序往外组设有正极垫片 41、 正极塑胶座 42、 内 负极板 43、 正极座 44、 中负极板 45与外正极板 46, 系使正极垫片 41与电 芯 2的正极 21贴合组设, 且使正极垫片 41与外正极板 46电性接设, 并使 正极座 44、 中负极板 45及外正极板 46中心设有相对应的通孔 441、 451、 461, 另于正极座 44的端面上设有内、 外环槽 442、 443, 以使中负极板 45 与外正极板 46的端脚 452、 462分别接设于正极座 44的内环槽 442和外环 槽 443内, 并使正极座 44与壳体 1相连接, 以将正极垫片 41、 正极塑胶座 42和内负极板 43固定于壳体 1内;
该负极配电单元 5, 请一并参阅图 3所示, 乃组设于电芯 2负极 22 处, 系由电芯 2的负极 22依序往外组设有负极垫片 51、 负极保护板 52、 正 极触点 53、 前座 54及前负极板 55, 乃使负极垫片 51与电芯 2的负极 22电 性接设, 再使负极垫片 51与负极保护板 52的负极输入端 522电性连接, 而 于负极保护板 52的负极输出端 521及负极输入端 521间系连接有保护电路 523 (如图 4所示) , 以实现对负极保护板 52的负极输出端 522的断开和导 通, 又使正极触点 53贴设于负极保护板 52上, 且使该正极触点 53由前座 54设具的中心孔 541中伸出, 或位于前座 54上的中心孔 541内, 复使前负 极板 55组设在前座 54上, 以与前座 54、 负极保护板 52和负极垫片 51固 定在壳体 1内, 且使前座 54与壳体 1的中空部 11内壁所设止挡缘 12抵设 定位;
该控制器 6, 请一并参阅图 5所示, 系组设于壳体 1端部处, 以与正极 配电单元 4相对应, 乃包含相互套接的外正极弹簧 61、 中负极弹簧 62及内 负极弹簧 63, 并使外正极弹簧 61、 中负极弹簧 62及内负极弹簧 63分别与 正极配电单元 4的外正极板 46、 中负极板 45与内负极板 43电性接触, 又 使外正极弹簧 61、 中负极弹簧 62及内负极弹簧 63组设于底座 64—端, 并 在底座 64另端组接电路板 65, 并使电路板 65与外正极弹簧 61、 中负极弹 簧 62及内负极弹簧 63电性接设, 复使底座 64组接信号开关 66, 且使信号 开关 66与电路板 65电性连接, 复设有一单晶片, 以与电路板 65电性连 接。
据此, 当使用实施时, 请再参阅图 1所示, 系按压控制器 6的信号开关 66, 以由电路板 65经连接的外正极弹簧 61、 中负极弹簧 62及内负极弹簧 63控制正极配电单元 4的外正极板 46、 中负极板 45和内负极板 43与电性 接设的导电片组 3间的回路相连通, 进而使与导电片组 3另端电性连接的负 极配电单元 5的前负极板 55回路导通, 依此, 以使负极配电单元 5的正极 触点 53与前负极板 55处发出电流, 以提供电器使用的用电, 并可同时由操 作控制器 6的信号开关 66, 以通过电路板 65组设的单晶片进行电流的调 节、 断开及导通等处理。
另, 本发明的多极电池供电装置系利用负极保护板 52上所设保护电路 523, 以使电芯 2出现短路、 超载等异常状态时, 可以对负极保护板 52上的 负极输出端 521产生断开的效果, 进而对内负极板 43实现供电或断开的控 制。
再者, 请一并参阅图 6所示, 系将多极电池供电装置应用于本发明的手 电筒 7的实施例, 该手电筒 7系包含一筒身 71, 并于筒身 71成形有一腔室 711, 以供本发明的多极电池供电装置组装于内, 再于筒身 71前端螺设组接 筒头 72, 又于筒头 72组设聚光杯 73, 并使筒头 72位于聚光杯 73前方设有 透光片 74, 再设有前盖 75, 以组设于筒头 72前端, 固定聚光杯 73、 透光 片 74与筒头 72的组接, 又于聚光杯 73中心设有发光体 76, 且使筒头 72 相对聚光杯 73另侧组设有导电座 77, 以与发光体 76电性连接, 而于该导 电座 77上系设有正极弹簧 771和负极弹簧 772, 并使正极弹簧 771位于负 极弹簧 772内, 且使正极弹簧 771与负极弹簧 772分别与装设于筒身 71内 的多极电池供电装置的负极配电单元 5其正极触点 53和前负极板 55电性接 设, 复于筒身 71后端组接尾盖 78, 且使尾盖 78中央形成一镂空部 781, 并 使尾盖 78于此镂空部 781处组设一防水的软性帽盖 79, 以与多极电池供电 装置其控制器 6的信号开关 66相对应, 又使控制器 6的底座 64周壁进一歩 设有外螺纹段 641, 以与尾盖 78内壁的内螺纹段 782螺设固定, 藉此, 于 使用时, 只须按压软性帽盖 79, 便可触动多极电池供电装置的控制器 6的 信号开关 66, 进而使控制器 6之内负极弹簧 63、 中负极弹簧 62与正极配电 单元 4之内负极板 43和中负极板 45电性导通, 进而经导电片组 3使负极配 电单元 5的前负极板 55与正极触点 53输出电流, 以供电予和负极配电单元 5的正极触点 53及前负极板 55电性接设的导电座 77的正极弹簧 771与负极 弹簧 772, 以驱动组接于导电座 77的发光体 76发出光线, 而发光体 76发 出的光线经由聚光杯 73的聚光后, 系提高其光亮度, 以由透光片 74投照出 明亮的光线, 而当欲停止发光体 76发出的光线时, 只须再按压软性帽盖 79 以触动多极电池供电装置其控制器 6的信号开关 66, 便可切断对发光体 76 的电源供给, 依此结构, 即可以省去以筒身 71 作电极, 或以导电片作为电 极的设计, 而达到节省材料, 与方便装配的效果, 并且本发明系将控制器 6 位设于手电筒 7后端, 以远离组设于手电筒 7前端的发光体 76, 如此, 发 光体 76作动时产生的高温热能, 便难以对控制器 6的电路造成损坏, 而能 有效提高手电筒 7的使用寿命者。
由上述结构及实施方式可知, 本发明系具有如下优点:
1.本发明系使组装于手电筒的多极电池供电装置的控制器位设于手电筒 后端, 以远离组设于手电筒前端的发光体, 如此, 发光体作动时产生的高温 热能, 便难以对控制器的电路造成损坏, 据此, 俾有效提高手电筒的使用寿 命者。
2.本发明的多极电池供电装置系可自行供、 断电, 而无须以手电筒筒身 作为电极, 或另增设导电片为电极, 及于手电筒上设置控制电路, 以启闭电 池的供、 断电, 故可以大幅降低手电筒的制造成本, 且使手电筒的装配更为 简便, 而使手电筒的生产效率大幅提高者。
综上所述, 本发明实施例确能达到所预期功效, 又其所揭露的具体构 造, 不仅未曾见诸于同类产品中, 亦未曾公开于申请前, 诚已完全符合专利 法的规定与要求, 爰依法提出发明专利的申请, 恳请惠予审查, 并赐准专 利, 则实感德便。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种多极电池供电装置, 其特征在于, 所述的供电装置设有一壳 体, 并于所述的壳体的中空部内设有电芯, 再使所述的壳体二端相对电芯的 正、 负极处分别组设有正极配电单元及负极配电单元, 并于所述的壳体内设 有导电片组, 以电性连接所述的正极配电单元及负极配电单元, 复于所述的 壳体端部相对所述的正极配电单元处组设控制器, 且使所述的控制器与所述 的正极配电单元电性连接。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的多极电池供电装置, 其特征在于, 所述的正极 配电单元系进一歩包含由所述的电芯的正极依序往外组设有电性连接的正极 垫片、 内负极板、 中负极板与外正极板, 另所述的负极配电单元则进一歩由 所述的电芯的负极依序往外组设有电性连接的负极垫片、 负极保护板、 正极 触点及前负极板, 又使所述的导电片组进一歩分设有正极导电片、 导通片及 负极导电片, 并使所述的正极导电片一端与所述的正极配电单元的正极垫片 电性接设, 且使所述的正极导电片另端与负极配电单元的正极触点电性接 设, 再使所述的导通片一端与所述的正极配电单元的中负极板电性接设, 且 使所述的导通片另端与所述的负极配电单元的前负极板电性连接, 又使所述 的负极导电片一端与所述的正极配电单元的内负极板电性连接, 再使所述的 负极导电片另端与所述的负极配电单元的负极保护板的负极输出端电性连 接, 另使所述的负极保护板的负极输入端与负极垫片电性接设。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的多极电池供电装置, 其特征在于, 所述的正极 配电单元系进一歩包含正极塑胶座及正极座, 乃使所述的正极塑胶座组设于 所述的正极垫片、 内负极板间, 另使所述的正极座组设于所述的内负极板与 中负极板间, 并使所述的正极座、 中负极板及外正极板于中心进一歩设有相 对应的通孔, 且于所述的正极座的端面上进一歩设有内、 外环槽, 以使所述 的中负极板与所述的外正极板进一歩成形的端脚分别插接于所述的正极座的 内环槽和外环槽中, 复使所述的正极座与所述的壳体相连接, 以将所述的正 极垫片、 正极塑胶座和内负极板固定于壳体内, 另又使所述的负极配电单元 进一歩设有前座, 且使所述的前负极板组设在前座上, 又于所述的前座设具 中心孔, 以供正极触点穿设于内, 复使所述的前座、 负极保护板和负极垫片 固定在壳体内。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的多极电池供电装置, 其特征在于, 所述的负极 保护板上系进一歩设有保护电路, 且使所述的保护电路电性连接于负极输出 端与负极输入端之间。
5、 如权利要求 2所述的多极电池供电装置, 其特征在于, 所述的控制 器系进一歩包含相互套接的外正极弹簧、 中负极弹簧及内负极弹簧, 并使所 述的外正极弹簧、 中负极弹簧及内负极弹簧分别与所述的正极配电单元的外 正极板、 中负极板与内负极板电性接触, 又设有一底座, 以供所述的外正极 弹簧、 中负极弹簧及内负极弹簧组设, 并在所述的底座进一歩组接有电路 板, 且使所述的电路板与外正极弹簧、 中负极弹簧及内负极弹簧电性接设, 复使底座组接信号开关, 且使所述的信号开关与电路板电性连接。
6、 一种应用多极电池供电装置的手电筒, 其特征在于, 所述的手电筒 包含:
一手电筒, 系包含一筒身, 并于所述的筒身成形有一腔室, 再于所述的 筒身前端设有筒头, 又于所述的筒头中心设有发光体, 且使所述的筒头组设 有导电座, 以与发光体电性连接, 复于筒身后端组接尾盖, 且使尾盖中央设 一镂空部;
一多极电池供电装置, 系组设于手电筒其筒身的腔室内, 乃包含有一壳 体, 并于所述壳体的中空部内设有电芯, 再使壳体二端相对电芯的正、 负极 处分别组设有正极配电单元及负极配电单元, 并于壳体内设有导电片组, 以 电性连接正极配电单元及负极配电单元, 且使负极配电单元设有正极触点和 前负极板, 以分别与手电筒的导电座设具的正极弹簧和负极弹簧电性接设, 又于壳体相对正极配电单元的端部处组设控制器的底座, 并于底座组接有电 路板, 以与正极配电单元电性接设, 复使底座组接信号开关, 且使信号开关 与电路板电性连接, 并使所述的信号开关与手电筒其尾盖设具的镂空部相对 应。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的应用多极电池供电装置的手电筒, 其特征在 于, 所述的多极电池供电装置的手电筒系进一歩设有一软性帽盖, 以对应覆 盖组设于尾盖的镂空部处。
8、 如权利要求 6所述的应用多极电池供电装置的手电筒, 其特征在 于, 所述的手电筒系进一歩于筒头内组设聚光杯, 并使筒头位于聚光杯前方 组设有透光片, 而发光体系位设于聚光杯中心, 再于筒头前端组设前盖, 以 固定聚光杯及透光片。
9、 如权利要求 6所述的应用多极电池供电装置的手电筒, 其特征在 于, 所述的正极配电单元系进一歩包含由电芯的正极依序往外组设有电性连 接的正极垫片、 内负极板、 中负极板与外正极板, 另负极配电单元则进一歩 由电芯的负极依序往外组设有电性连接的负极垫片、 负极保护板, 且使正极 触点、 前负极板与负极保护板相组设, 又使导电片组进一歩分设有正极导电 片、 导通片及负极导电片, 并使正极导电片一端与正极配电单元的正极垫片 电性接设, 且使所述的正极导电片另端与负极配电单元的正极触点电性接 设, 再使导通片一端与正极配电单元的中负极板电性接设, 且使导通片另端 与负极配电单元的前负极板电性连接, 又使负极导电片一端与正极配电单元 之内负极板电性连接, 再使负极导电片另端与负极配电单元之负极保护板的 负极输出端电性连接, 另使负极保护板的负极输入端与负极垫片电性接设。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的应用多极电池供电装置的手电筒, 其特征在 于, 所述的控制器系进一歩包含相互套接的外正极弹簧、 中负极弹簧及内负 极弹簧, 并使外正极弹簧、 中负极弹簧及内负极弹簧分别与正极配电单元的 外正极板、 中负极板与内负极板电性接触, 并使所述的外正极弹簧、 中负极 弹簧及内负极弹簧组设于底座, 以与电路板电性接设, 复使电路板上进一 组设有单晶片。
