Abstract

一种多极电池供电装置及应用多极电池供电装置的手电筒,包括电芯、导电片和一外壳,电芯具有一正极和一负极,所述导电片分为正极导电片、导通片和负极导电片;还包括一电芯正极上的正极配电装置和电芯负极上的负极配电装置。一种多极电池供电装置的手电筒,导电座上有正极弹簧和负极弹簧,正极弹簧位于负极弹簧内;正极弹簧和负极弹簧分别与负极配电装置正极触点和前负极板配合。由于采用这样的结构,(一)操作信号开关,正极触点、前负极板与用电器配合,操作信号开关,可以实现给用电器通电或断电以及经过线路板实现功能调节,使用方便。(二)可以省去筒身作电极,或省去一导电片作电极,节约材料,装配方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种多极电池供电装置和一种手电筒。
背景技术
目前现有技术,一种电池包括外壳和电芯,一端有正电极,另一端有负电极。存在问题是:在用于手电筒时,还需将筒身作为导电电极或在筒体上设置导电片电极。由于末端仅有一电极,功能控制电路必须放置于前端。导致光源体的热量直接影响控制电路的性能,以及增加成本和影响生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种多极电池供电装置,不仅可以直接应用于用电器,还可以控制通断电及通过控制电路实现程控功能调节。
本发明的另一目的是:提供一种应用该一种多极电池供电装置的手电筒,它可以省去用筒身作电极,或省去电极片。
本发明是这样实现的:所述导电片分为正极导电片、导通片和负极导电片;
还包括一电芯正极上的正极配电装置和电芯负极上的负极配电装置;
正极配电装置包括一内负极板、中负极板、外正极板、正极垫片、正极塑料座和正极座;
负极配电装置包括位于负极保护板上的正极触点、前负极板、负极垫片、负极保护板和前座;
外正极板与正极垫片连接,正极垫片与电芯正极和正极导电片连接;正极导电片与设置在负极保护板上的正极触点连接;
中负极板与导通片连接,导通片与负极配电装置的前负极板连接;
内负极板与负极导电片连接,负极导电片与负极保护板的负极输出端连接,负极保护板的负极输入端与负极垫片连接,负极垫片与电芯的负板连接;
前负极板设置在前座上,负极保护板上的正极触点从前座上伸出;前座位于外壳内,前座与外壳的上圆环板贴合,将负极保护板和负极垫片固定在电芯的负板上;
内负极板设置在正极座与电芯相对的端面上,中负极板和外正极板固定在正极座的另一端面上;正极垫片与电芯正极贴合,正极塑料座位于正极垫片与内负极板之间;正极座与外壳连接,将正极垫片、正极塑料座和内负极板固定。
所述的一种多极电池供电装置,其特殊之处在于:还包括一控制器;控制器与内负极板、中负极板和外正极板电连接;在某种状态下,控制器将内负极板、中负极板和前负极板电连接。
所述的一种多极电池供电装置,其特殊之处在于:所述控制器包括一底座、线路板、单片机、信号开关、内负极弹簧、中负极弹簧和外正极弹簧;
所述内负极弹簧、中负极弹簧和外正极弹簧固定在底座的一侧面,并与线路板连通,线路板固定在底座的另一侧面;
内负极弹簧与内负极板配合,中负极弹簧与中负极板配合,外正极弹簧与外正极板配合。
一种应用权利要求1所述的一种多极电池供电装置的手电筒,包括筒身、筒头、攻击前盖、聚光杯、透光片、灯珠、导电座、多极电池供电装置和尾盖,灯珠固定在导电座上;多极电池供电装置包括负极配电装置和控制器,其特殊之处在于:还包括一柔性的防水帽盖,
所述导电座上有正极弹簧和负极弹簧,正极弹簧位于负极弹簧内;
正极弹簧和负极弹簧分别与负极配电装置正极触点和前负极板配合;
控制器的底座的周向上有外螺纹,尾盖的腔体内有内螺纹,底座与尾盖螺纹连接,柔性的防水帽盖通过底座固定在尾盖的内环台上,柔性的防水帽盖从尾盖的端板的孔中显露。
本发明一种多极电池供电装置,由于采用这样的结构,操作信号开关,正极触点、前负极板与用电器配合,操作信号开关,可以实现给用电器通电或断电以及经过线路板实现功能调节,使用方便。应用该可充电的一种多极电池供电装置的手电筒,可以省去筒身作电极,或省去一导电片作电极,节约材料,装配方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1
如图1、图2、图3所示,一种多极电池供电装置包括电芯1、导电片和一外壳2,电芯1具有一正极和一负极,所述导电片分为正极导电片41、导通片42和负极导电片43;所述电芯1是原电池,也可以是可充电的锂离子电芯,即二次电池。
还包括一电芯正极上的正极配电装置和电芯负极上的负极配电装置和一控制器3;
正极配电装置包括一内负极板51、中负极板52、外正极板53、正极垫片54、正极塑料座55和正极座56;
负极配电装置包括位于负极保护板64上的正极触点61、前负极板62、负极垫片63、负极保护板64和前座65;
外正极板53与正极垫片54连接,正极垫片54与电芯1正极和正极导电片41连接;正极导电片41与设置在负极保护板64上的正极触点61连接;
中负极板52与导通片42连接,导通片42与负极配电装置的前负极板62连接;
内负极板51与负极导电片43连接,负极导电片43与负极保护板64的负极输出端连接,负极保护板64的负极输入端与负极垫片63连接,负极垫片63与电芯的负板连接;
前负极板62设置在前座65上,负极保护板64上的正极触点61从前座65上的中心孔中伸出或位于前座65上的中心孔内;外壳将前座65、负极保护板64和负极垫片63固定在电芯1的负板上;
内负极板51设置在正极座56与电芯1的正极相对的端面上,中负极板52和外正极板53固定在正极座56的另一端面上;正极座56的中心有一贯通孔,露出内负极板51,一端面上有中环槽和外环槽;中负极板52、外正极板53分别设置在正极座56的中环槽和外环槽内;正极垫片54与电芯1正极贴合,正极塑料座55位于正极垫片54与内负极板51之间,正极座56与外壳1连接,将正极垫片54、正极塑料座55和内负极板51固定;控制器3与内负极板51、中负极板52和外正极板53配合。
前座65位于外壳1内,前座65与外壳1上的圆环板1A贴合,圆环板1A对前座65起止位作用;正极座56与外壳1连接。
如图1、图4所示,所述控制器3包括一底座31、线路板32、单片机(图中未示出)、信号开关33、内负极弹簧34、中负极弹簧35和外正极弹簧36;
内负极板51和中负极板52通过控制器实现断开、连通,当内负极板51和中负极板52连通,为负极配电装置的前负极板62通电,则负极配电装置的前负极板62、正极触点61为用电器供电;控制器3可以实现中负极板52输出电流的调节。
所述内负极弹簧34、中负极弹簧35和外正极弹簧36固定在底座31的一侧面,并与线路板32连通,线路板32固定在底座31的另一侧面;
内负极弹簧34与内负极板51配合,中负极弹簧35与中负极板52配合,外正极弹簧36与外正极板53配合;操作信号开关33可以实现将内负极弹簧34输入的负极通过线路板32中的单片机实现电流调节、断开及导通等处理,再与中负极弹簧35电连接,即实现电芯1的负及通过内负极板51、内负极弹簧34、线路板32、中负极弹簧35、中负极板52与前负极板62连通。
负极保护板64上有保护电路,当电芯出现短路、过载等异常状态时,可以对负极保护板64上的负极输出端实现断开功能,从而对内负极板51实现供电或断开的控制。
实施例2
如图5所示,一种多极电池供电装置的手电筒,包括筒身7、筒头8、攻击前盖9、聚光杯10、透光片11、灯珠12、导电座13、一种多极电池供电装置和尾盖14,灯珠12固定在导电座13上;筒身7和筒头8螺纹连接并液密封,筒头8与攻击前盖9螺纹连接并液密封,攻击前盖9将透光片11、聚光杯10与筒头8固定连接在一起,透光片11与攻击前盖9和聚光杯10液密封;固定在导电座13与聚光杯10可拆卸连接;一种多极电池供电装置包括负极配电装置和控制器3,还包括一柔性的防水帽盖15,
所述导电座13上有正极弹簧131和负极弹簧132,正极弹簧131位于负极弹簧132内;
正极弹簧131和负极弹簧132分别与负极配电装置正极触点61和前负极板62配合;
控制器3的底座31的周向上有外螺纹,尾盖14的腔体内有内螺纹,底座31与尾盖14螺纹连接,柔性的防水帽盖15通过底座31固定在尾盖14的内环台上,柔性的防水帽盖15从尾盖14的端板的孔中显露。
操作控制器3的信号开关33,可以实现内负极弹簧34和中负极弹簧35电连接,灯珠12发光或变光。还可以实现内负极弹簧34和中负极弹簧35断开,灯珠12灭。

1.一种多极电池供电装置,包括电芯、导电片和一外壳,电芯具有一正极和一负极,其特征在于:所述导电片分为正极导电片、导通片和负极导电片;
还包括一电芯正极上的正极配电装置和电芯负极上的负极配电装置;
正极配电装置包括一内负极板、中负极板、外正极板、正极垫片、正极塑料座和正极座;
负极配电装置包括位于负极保护板上的正极触点、前负极板、负极垫片、负极保护板和前座;
外正极板与正极垫片连接,正极垫片与电芯正极和正极导电片连接;正极导电片与设置在负极保护板上的正极触点连接;
中负极板与导通片连接,导通片与负极配电装置的前负极板连接;
内负极板与负极导电片连接,负极导电片与负极保护板的负极输出端连接,负极保护板的负极输入端与负极垫片连接,负极垫片与电芯的负极连接;
前负极板设置在前座上,负极保护板上的正极触点从前座上的中心孔中伸出;前座位于外壳内,前座与外壳上的圆环板贴合,将负极保护板和负极垫片固定在电芯的负板上;
内负极板设置在正极座与电芯相对的端面上,中负极板和外正极板固定在正极座的另一端面上;正极垫片与电芯正极贴合,正极塑料座位于正极垫片与内负极板之间;正极座与外壳连接,将正极垫片、正极塑料座和内负极板固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多极电池供电装置,其特征在于:还包括一控制器;控制器与内负极板、中负极板和外正极板电连接;在某种状态下,控制器将内负极板、中负极板和前负极板电连接。

4.一种多极电池供电装置的手电筒,包括筒身、筒头、攻击前盖、聚光杯、透光片、灯珠、导电座、多极电池供电装置和尾盖,灯珠固定在导电座上;筒身和筒头螺纹连接并液密封,筒头与攻击前盖螺纹连接并液密封,攻击前盖将透光片、聚光杯与筒头固定连接在一起,透光片与攻击前盖和聚光杯液密封;导电座与聚光杯可拆卸连接;多极电池供电装置包括负极配电装置和控制器,其特征在于:还包括一柔性的防水帽盖,
