  • FIG.02 illustrates the conventional resistance welding at tubes crossing with 4 weld points (15).

  • Each junction of vertical (11) and horizontal tube (13) is joined by using long rivets (16), which passes from one tube side to the other through holes made in the tubes.

  • FIG.04 illustrates the riveting at cage tubes crossing, only one rivet (16) is used and the connection is additional reinforced by additional welds (15).

  • the riveting can be integrated into the welding line of the grid.

  • Weld points (15) are only added at places of the outer cage (10) with high stress at the riveted (16) points of a basically riveted outer cage (10), or rivets (16) are added only at places of the outer cage (10) with high stress at the weld points (15) by a basically welded outer cage (10).

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un conteneur palette composé d'un certain nombre d'anneaux en tube horizontal et d'un certain nombre de tubes verticaux qui forment une grille. Chaque jonction de tube vertical et de tube horizontal est raccordée à l'aide de rivets longs qui passent d'un côté à l'autre à travers un trou pratiqué dans les tubes. Les rivets présentent une partie plate d'un côté et l'autre côté est aplati à l'aide d'outils spéciaux après passage à travers les trous pratiqués dans les tubes. Ces rivets sont prétraités pour une meilleure condition environnementale. Les rivets absorbent une charge axiale, radiale et dynamique s'exerçant sur le conteneur palette et maintiennent les tubes en place. Les raccordements s'ajoutant au rivetage peuvent également être renforcés par des soudures supplémentaires.
