Abstract

La présente invention concerne des conteneurs palettes (1) utilisés pour le transport de produits dangereux liquides. Ces conteneurs palettes (1) consistent en une cage extérieure composée de tubes creux en acier qui sont fixés à une palette maintenant un bidon amovible doté d'un orifice de remplissage et d'un orifice de vidage. L'invention concerne des conteneurs palettes (1) présentant une meilleure performance de prise de charge en position haute grâce au renforcement du profilé structural des tubes par le biais d'une reconfiguration, l'ensemble de la structure étant également reconfiguré et l'espace entre les éléments étant conçu de manière à répartir la charge parmi les éléments et à la transférer de manière sûre à la palette de base. La barre transversale de la cage extérieure est fixée au niveau de la jonction entre les tubes verticaux et les tubes horizontaux. La barre transversale recouvre la jonction et est raccordée depuis la partie inférieure par des écrous et des boulons. Afin d'assurer un soutien supplémentaire, la jonction du tube vertical et du tube horizontal de la partie supérieure et de la partie inférieure peut être rivetée.
