Abstract

본 발명에 따른 캡 조립체는, 비딩부를 구비하지 않는 전지 캔의 개방단에 결합되는 이차 전지용 캡 조립체로서, 최상부에 돌출된 형태로 배치되어 양극 단자를 형성하는 탑 캡; 상기 탑 캡의 하부에서 상기 탑 캡과 접촉되도록 배치된 안전 소자; 상기 안전 소자와 접촉되도록 배치된 안전 벤트; 상기 탑 캡, 상기 안전 소자 및 상기 안전 벤트의 테두리들을 감싸는 가스켓; 상기 탑 캡, 상기 안전 소자 및 상기 안전 벤트를 밀착시킬 수 있도록 상기 가스켓을 둘러싸는 커버; 및 상기 커버의 상부에 배치되고, 상기 전지 캔의 개방단에 안착될 수 있도록 외측 단부가 상기 커버의 외측 단부보다 외부 방향으로 돌출되게 위치하며, 상기 커버의 외측 단부보다 돌출된 부분의 상면에 제1 노치가 형성되어 상기 제1 노치가 형성된 부분에서 상기 전지 캔의 개방단과 용접되는 용접부재를 포함한다.
