Abstract
본 발명은 원통형 이차전지의 캡 어셈블리에 있어서, 탑 캡, PTC 소자, 및 안전벤트를 감싸는 제1가스켓과 전류차단부재를 감싸는 제2가스켓이 일체화된 구조의 통합가스켓을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 캡 어셈블리를 제공한다. 이러한 캡 어셈블리를 포함하는 이차전지는 기존의 이원화된 가스켓 구조를 일체화시켜 안전벤트와 가스켓의 접촉면적 증가로 실링 효과를 증가시킬 수 있고, 전류차단부재의 지름에 따라 자유롭게 가스켓 구조를 달리할 수 있어 전류차단부재의 단락 반응성을 증가시켜 안전성이 향상되고, 부품의 단순화 및 생산원가를 절감할 수 있는 이차전지를 제공한다.
