Abstract

본 고안은 기능성 의자에 관한 것으로서 좁은 공간을 효율적으로 활용하여 신발, 구두솔, 우산, 지팡이 등의 물품을 보관하도록 하고 노약자나 어린이가 신발을 신을 때 걸터 앉아서 신을 수 있도록 한다.

Description

신발 착용을 위한 기능성 의자
본 고안은 신발을 신을때 사용하는 기능성 의자에 관한 것이다.
본 고안은 신발을 신을 때 사용하는 기능성 의자에 관한 것이다. 종래에 신발을 신거나 벗을 때는 현관에 서 있는 상태로 신발을 신거나 벗도록 하였는데 몸이 불편한 사람이나 노약자의 경우에는 서 있는 상태로 신발을 신거나 벗는게 불편하기 때문에 아예 현관에 걸터 앉아서 신발을 신도록 하였으며 특별한 경우에는 현관에 팔걸이나 등받이가 없는 의자를 두고 의자에 앉아서 신발을 신도록 하였다. 그러나 이러한 의자는 앉아서 신발을 신는데 사용하기 위한 것이 아니기 때문에 앉아서 신발을 신기에는 의자의 높이가 맞이 않았으며 대부분의 경우 좁은 현관에 두고 사용하여야 하기 때문에 현관이 복잡해지는 경우가 많았다. 특히, 현관에는 신발이외에도 우산이나, 지팡이, 구두솔, 공, 유모차 등과 같은 물품도 함께 보관하여야 하기 때문에 특히 복잡해지기 쉬워 의자를 두기가 쉽지 않기 때문에 대부분의 경우에는 현관앞쪽에 그대로 주저 앉아 신발을 신어야만 했다.
본 고안은 상기한 바와 같은 어려움을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로서, 노약자나 어린이가 신발을 신을 때 도움을 주도록 하며 평소에는 공간을 효율적으로 사용하도록 하기 위한 기능성 의자를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
상기한 바와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 신발 착용을 위한 기능성 의자를 제공하는데, 상기 의자는 어느 방향으로나 사람이 걸터 앉을 수 있는 상판이 형성되며 상기 상판의 아래쪽으로 형성된 기둥의 끝단에 하판이 결합하는데 상기 하판은 상기 하판과 상판의 사이 공간에는 물건을 올려놓을 수 있도록 하며 상기 하판의 아래쪽으로는 하나 이상의 기둥이 형성되어 지면에 세울 수 있도록 하며
상기 상판의 옆면으로는 서랍,꽂이 중 어느 하나 이상이 내장되어 있어 사용시에 돌출되어 나올 수 있도록 하여 구두약, 구두솔, 지팡이, 우산을 포함한 물품을 보관할 수 있도록 하며 상기 기능성 의자에는 보조받침대가 추가되어 어린이가 앉거나 발을 올려놓고 신발을 신을 수 있도록 하는 것일 수 있다.
보조받침대는 상기 기능성 의자와 분리된 별도의 받침대로서 상기 하판의 공간밑에 보관하였다가 사용시 꺼내어 쓸 수 있도록 하는 것일 수 있다.
상기 보조받침대는 상기 하판의 위쪽으로 보조평판이 놓이고 보조평판의 끝단에는 막힘구가 형성되어 보조평판이 하판의 바깥쪽으로 이탈되지 않도록 하며 보조평판의 아래쪽에는 기둥이 하나 형성되어 보조 평판 위쪽에 사람이 앉거나 발을 올려놓을때 보조평판을 받치는 역할을 하는 것일 수 있다.
상기 하판의 옆면에는 하판꽂이가 형성되어 지팡이, 우산을 보관하거나 지팡이를 지지하여 일어날 때 지팡이를 고정시키도록 하는 역할을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는것일 수 있다.
상기한 바와 같은 기능성 의자에 의하여 어린이, 노약자, 장애인이 쉽게 신을 신을 수 있도록 하며 잔물품을 보관할 수 있는 공간을 확보하는 효과를 갖는다.

이하, 첨부된 도면을 참고로 하여 본 고안을 상세하게 설명한다. 도1은 본 고안에 따른 기능성 의자의 일실시예를 도시한 도면이다. 도1은 서랍과 우산꽂이를 펼친 상태를 도시한다. 본체의 아래쪽에는 보조의자(17)가 보관된다. 도2는 사용하지 않을 때 보관을 위하여 서랍을 닫은 상태를 도시한다.
본 고안에 따른 기능성 의자는 도1과 같이 2단으로 구성이 되어 있으며 본체에는 평판 형태의 상판(11)과 하판(12)이 각각 형성되어 있으며 상판과 하판의 아래쪽으로는 기둥(13,14)이 형성되어 있다. 상판(11)의 아래쪽에 형성된 기둥(13)은 끝단이 하판(12)의 상면에 고정이 되어 있으며 하판(12)의 아래쪽에 형성된 기둥(14)은 지면위에 놓이게 된다.
따라서, 상판과 하판사이와 하판과 지면사이에는 공간이 형성이 되며 이 공간에는 보조받침대,보조의자(17)나 신발 등을 수납할 수 있다. 또한, 상판의 옆면에는 서랍(15)과 꽂이(16)가 형성된다. 서랍(15)과 꽂이(16)가 형성되는 면은 각각 다르며 상판(11)을 충분히 두껍게 하면 서랍(15)과 꽂이(16)가 모두 수용될 수 있다. 꽂이는 한쪽면으로 드나들 수 있을 뿐 아니라 밀어 넣었을 때 다른 쪽 면으로 빠져 나올 수 있도록 구성이 되어 있다. 즉, 도3과 같이 꽂이(16)가 형성된 반대쪽 면에 꽂이가 빠져 나올 수 있는 꽂이개구(24)가 형성되어 있어 본 고안에 따른 물품을 사용할 때 어느 쪽으로든 꽂이를 넣고 빼서 쓸 수 있음으로 해서 본 고안에 따른 물품의 사용 방향에 제한을 두지 않도록 하였다.
또한, 서랍에는 구두솔, 구두약 등과 같은 잔물품들을 보관하고 꽂이(16)에는 여러개의 구멍이 형성되어 있어 구멍의 크기에 맞게 우산, 지팡이등을 꽂아서 보관할 수 있다. 꽂이에 형성되는 구멍의 크기나 숫자는 사용용도에 따라서 자유롭게 바뀔 수 있다.
상판과 하판사이의 공간에도 신발 등을 보관할 수 있으며 하판과 지면 사이에는 신발 외에도 보조받침대(17)를 보관하도록 할 수 있다. 보조받침대(17)는 하판과 지면 사이의 공간에 보관하다가 신을 신을 때 사용하게 되는데 보조받침대(17)는 상판에 앉은 상태에서 한쪽발을 올려놓는데 사용할 수도 있으며 어린 아이가 앉아서 신을 신는데 사용할 수도 있다. 즉, 어른과 아이가 동시에 신을 신는데 사용할 수도 있으며 좁은 공간에서도 사용이 가능하다.
이와 같은 받침대에 의하여 좁은 공간에 구두, 구두솔, 구두약, 우산, 지팡이와 같은 물품을 현관 쪽에 효율적으로 보관하는 것이 가능하며 보관을 위해 작은 장소만을 차지할 뿐이다. 또한, 노약자, 장애인, 어린이 들이 신을 신을 때는 앉은채 신을 신을 수 있으며 지팡이를 사용하는 사람은 지팡이를 꽂이에 꽂은 채 일어나도록 할 수도 있어 다용도로 사용이 가능하다.
도4는 이러한 용도를 위해서 하판에 또 다른 꽂이를 형상한 형태를 도시한다. 도4의 하판의 꽂이(18)는 하판 쪽에 형성되어 있어 우산, 지팡이 등을 꽂을 때 사용할 수도 있으며 앉았다 일어날 때 지팡이를 고정시키기 위한 용도로도 사용이 가능하다. 이때 상판과 하판의 두께나 꽂이의 위치 및 개수 등은 필요에 따라서 변화될 수 있다. 꽂이는 상판이나 하판의 두께만 허락된다면 몇 개든 설치가 가능하다.
도5는 또다른 실시예를 도시한다. 도5의 실시예에서 보조받침대(17)는 보조대평판(21)이 하판의 위쪽에 올려져 있으며 끝단에는 막힘구(22)가 형성되어 있어서 하판에서 보조평판(21)이 이탈되지 않도록 한다 또한, 보조평판(21)의 아래쪽에는 보조기둥(23)이 형성되어 있어서 보조평판을 받치는 역할을 하도록 한다. 따라서 평소에는 보조평판위에 신발을 두어 보관하다가 보조평판을 당겨서 빼낸 후에 그 위에 있는 신발을 신도록 할 수도 있으며 보조평판을 계속적으로 뺀 상태로 사용하다가 보조평판(21)위에 발을 올려놓거나 걸터앉은 상태로 사용하도록 할 수 있다. 보조평판(21)이 하판에서 잘 미끄러지도록 별도의 장치를 할 수도 있으나 이는 공지된 사항이므로 자세한 기재는 생략한다.
본 고안에 따른 본체는 상판과 하판의 2단구조로 되어 있으나 상판과 하판을 여러개 두어 3단이나 4단구조로 만들 수 있다. 이 경우 각각의 평판 사이에 신발이나 기타 물건을 보관할 수 있는 공간이 형성되어야 하며 사람이 앉기 적당한 높이를 이루고 있어야 한다.
또한, 기둥의 모양이나 서랍, 꽂이의 위치는 필요에 따라 변경되어질 수 있으며 본 명세서에 기재된 내용에 권리가 한정되지는 않는다.

Claims (4)

  1. 신발착용을 위한 기능성 의자로서,
    어느 방향으로나 사람이 걸터앉을 수 있는 상판이 형성되며
    상기 상판의 아래쪽으로 형성된 기둥의 끝단에 하판이 결합하는데 상기 하판은 상기 하판과 상판의 사이 공간에는 물건을 올려놓을 수 있도록 하며
    상기 하판의 아래쪽으로는 하나 이상의 기둥이 형성되어 지면에 세울 수 있도록 하며
    상기 상판의 옆면으로는 서랍, 꽂이 중 어느 하나 이상이 내장되어 있어 사용시에 돌출되어 나올 수 있도록 하여 구두약, 구두솔, 지팡이, 우산을 포함한 물품을 보관할 수 있도록 하며
    상기 기능성 의자에는 보조받침대가 추가되어 어린이가 앉거나 발을 올려놓고 신발을 신을 수 있도록 하는, 신발 착용을 위한 기능성 의자
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 보조받침대는 상기 기능성 의자와 분리된 별도의 받침대로서 상기 하판의 공간밑에 보관하였다가 사용시 꺼내어 쓸 수 있도록 하는, 신발 착용을 위한 기능성 의자
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보조 받침대는 상기 하판의 위쪽으로 보조평판이 놓이고 보조평판의 끝단에는 막힘구가 형성되어 보조평판이 하판의 바깥쪽으로 이탈되지 않도록 하며 보조평판의 아래쪽에는 기둥이 하나 형성되어 보조평판 위쪽에 사람이 앉거나 발을 올려놓을때 보조평판을 받치는 역할을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 신발 착용을 위한 기능성 의자
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 하판의 옆면에는 하판꽂이가 형성되어 지팡이, 우산을 보관하거나 지팡이를 지지하여 일어날 때 지팡이를 고정시키도록 하는 역할을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 신발 착용을 위한 기능성 의자
