背景技术
喷墨打印机,其打印方式通常是由墨盒之类的墨水容器提供墨源,经由相应的墨水流动管道将墨水输运至记录头,在打印信号的驱动下将墨水自记录头上设置的喷嘴喷射至纸张等记录介质上,来完成字符或图形的记录。常见的市售喷墨打印机根据其喷嘴的结构形式,可以分为压电式喷墨打印机和气泡式喷墨打印机。
压电式喷墨打印机,是在其记录头喷嘴附近的墨水流动管道两侧各设置一块或多块压电晶体。压电晶体受到由数据调制的打印信号控制,产生收缩或膨胀变形,挤压喷嘴中的墨水自喷嘴射出后形成微细的液滴,溅落至记录介质例如纸张的页面上,形成一个记录点。
气泡式喷墨打印机,其记录头结构与压电式喷墨打印机相似。它们的差别是,气泡式喷墨打印机在记录头喷嘴附近的墨水流动管道内壁或外壁上设置了加热电极。数据调制的电脉冲信号被送到喷嘴的加热电极上,加热电极快速升温,使喷嘴附近的墨水迅速汽化,形成汽泡。汽泡膨胀产生的压力使墨水自喷嘴射出后形成一个个微细的墨滴,溅落至纸张页面上。电脉冲消失后,墨水蒸汽凝聚,喷嘴内的墨水通过表面张力维持在与喷嘴外表面齐口的水平。记录头抽取墨水后形成的负压引导储墨腔内的墨水流入喷嘴所在的墨水流动管道。
无论是压电式喷墨打印机,还是气泡式喷墨打印机,都需要与其相匹配的墨水容器或墨盒来储备墨水。作为喷墨打印机用于容纳墨水的构件,当前使用的墨盒主要是消耗性墨盒。消耗性墨盒被配置于喷墨打印机内部,即打印机的字车上,它在墨水用完后通常就得丢弃,如果想重复使用,就需要在墨盒上开设灌墨孔,然后用注射器或者其他的设备将墨水再次注入墨盒中。消耗性墨盒由于不可重复使用,会造成原材料和能源的浪费;而且在墨水耗尽后,丢弃的墨盒壳体由于其内部还残留一定量的墨水,会造成环境污染。为避免这些出现这些问题,通常需要考虑使用独立的外部墨水补充瓶来为消耗性墨盒提供后续墨水的补充,以维持消耗性墨盒的墨水储量。

ZL200620066360.2号中国实用新型专利公开了一种喷墨打印机墨盒用墨水补充瓶。它包括瓶体和注墨管。注墨管一端穿过瓶体的瓶口伸入瓶体的内腔。注墨管的一段外部柱面被瓶口紧密包围。在注墨管被瓶口紧密包围的外部柱面上,沿注墨管的直径方向向外延伸出至少一个固定于该外部柱面上的突起。该墨水补充瓶可有效地防止因瓶口变形而导致注墨管松脱或沉入墨水补充瓶内。
技术问题
上述墨水填充瓶都是用来为消耗性墨盒提供后续的墨水补充,都针对其注墨管松脱、滑落问题提出了解决的办法,但它们都具有结构较为复杂的特点,以致生产成本仍然较高。
技术解决方案
针对上述问题,本发明目的在于提供一种喷墨墨盒用墨水补充装置。该墨水补充装置结构简单,可以在清洁、便利的条件下用于喷墨墨盒的后续墨水补充,对于降低生产成本具有显著的促进作用。
按照上述本发明目的设计的喷墨墨盒用墨水补充装置,包括缸体和活塞。活塞可在缸体内作往复运动。缸体对应于活塞运动方向的一端设置有连通缸体之内腔和外部环境的流体通路。缸体和活塞之间设置有密封件。该密封件连同活塞一起把缸体之内腔分为互不连通的两部分。流体通路中设置有阻断流体通路的柔性密封块。流体通路背对缸体的外端口由柔性密封膜封闭。
前述喷墨墨盒用墨水补充装置,其密封件固定于活塞之平行于活塞运动方向的外表面上,而且在活塞运动方向上该密封件的位置接近流体通路。柔性密封块的位置靠近柔性密封膜。
有益效果
本发明喷墨墨盒用墨水补充装置,由缸体和活塞构成,通过密封件、活塞和密封块三者的协同作用,将缸体分隔出与外界隔绝的腔室,利用该腔室即可容纳墨水之类的液体。在这种构造状态下,当需要为喷墨打印机内置的喷墨墨盒补充墨水时,操作者只需要封闭喷墨墨盒的喷嘴和导气口,再将喷墨墨盒的灌墨口扣接到输墨针管的管座上,接着把输墨针管插接到本发明墨水补充装置的流体通路中,抽动活塞,使喷墨墨盒内部的空气被置换到缸体中,利用喷墨墨盒内部所形成的负压将缸体中所容纳的墨水吸入喷墨墨盒内部。因而,在此构造基础上进行的墨水补充操作简便易行,墨量灌注适中,不会出现墨水泄漏的现象,具有清洁、无污染的特点。

本发明的实施方式
下面结合附图详细描述本发明喷墨墨盒用墨水补充装置。
参见图1、2、3、4,分别示出本发明喷墨墨盒用墨水补充装置在不同视角下的透视图及其剖视图。
该用来为喷墨打印机墨盒补充墨水的墨水补充装置100,其主体外观形状略呈圆柱管,它主要由缸体101和活塞102构成。缸体101和活塞102两者均采用塑料作为原材料以注塑方式制备。
缸体101和活塞102均采用圆柱筒的形式。活塞102的内径小于缸体101的内管直径,这样活塞102可通过外力作用在缸体101的内管中作往复运动。缸体101对应于活塞102的运动方向的一端收缩成直径较小的圆柱管,该圆柱管成为连通缸体101的内管空腔和外部环境的流体通路103。在缸体101和活塞102背对流体通路103的一端,分别各自设置有便于操作者握持或者操控的缸体手柄104和活塞手柄105。缸体手柄104是在缸体101外周面上形成的凸环。活塞手柄105是在活塞102的前述端部形成的直径大于自身的圆盘片。
在缸体101和活塞102之间设置有环形密封件106。密封件106固定于活塞102之平行于活塞102自身运动方向的外表面上,而且在活塞102的运动方向上,密封件106的位置接近流体通路103。环形密封件106固定于活塞102上之后,它同活塞102一起把缸体101的内管空腔分为互不连通的两个部分。在流体通路103内部设置有阻断流体通路103的连通功能的由弹性材料例如橡胶制备的柔性密封块107。在流体通路103背对缸体101的外端口,设置有采用塑料薄膜制备的柔性密封膜108,使流体通路103背对缸体101的外端口由柔性密封膜108予以封闭,以进一步防止墨水从流体通路103中漏出。
采用墨水补充装置100为喷墨打印机内置的喷墨墨盒(图中未示出)补充墨水时,操作者首先将墨水吸入墨水补充装置100中,然后封闭喷墨墨盒的喷嘴和导气口,再将喷墨墨盒的灌墨口扣接到输墨针管(图中未示出)的管座上,接着把输墨针管插接到墨水补充装置100的流体通路103中,保持墨水补充装置100的水平位置高于输墨针管的状态,之后抽动活塞102,使喷墨墨盒内部的空气被置换到缸体101中,利用喷墨墨盒内部所形成的负压和墨水自身的重力即可将缸体101中所容纳的墨水吸入喷墨墨盒内部。
工业实用性
当需要为喷墨打印机内置的喷墨墨盒补充墨水时,操作者只需要封闭喷墨墨盒的喷嘴和导气口,再将喷墨墨盒的灌墨口扣接到输墨针管的管座上,接着把输墨针管插接到本发明墨水补充装置的流体通路中,抽动活塞,使喷墨墨盒内部的空气被置换到缸体中,利用喷墨墨盒内部所形成的负压将缸体中所容纳的墨水吸入喷墨墨盒内部。

Claims (2)

  1. 喷墨墨盒用墨水补充装置,包括
    缸体和活塞,所述活塞可在所述缸体内作往复运动,所述缸体对应于所述活塞运动方向的一端设置有连通所述缸体之内腔和外部环境的流体通路;
    其特征在于:
    所述缸体和所述活塞之间设置有密封件,所述密封件连同所述活塞一起把所述缸体之内腔分为互不连通的两部分;
    所述流体通路中设置有阻断所述流体通路的柔性密封块,所述流体通路背对所述缸体的外端口由柔性密封膜封闭。
  2. 如权利要求1所述喷墨墨盒用墨水补充装置,其特征在于:
    所述密封件固定于所述活塞之平行于所述活塞运动方向的外表面上,且在所述活塞运动方向上其位置接近所述流体通路;
    所述柔性密封块的位置靠近所述柔性密封膜。
