Abstract

본 발명은 소결 베어링 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 금속분말, 키시흑연, 윤활제를 혼합하여 혼합분말을 형성하는 단계, 상기 혼합분말에 압력을 가하여 성형체를 형성하는 단계, 상기 성형체를 소결시켜 소결체를 형성하는 단계, 상기 소결체를 오일에 함침시키는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명은 금속분말에 0.01~10 중량부의 키시흑연을 첨가하여 제조한 것으로, 내마모성이 우수하고 강도가 우수하며 자체 윤활성도 우수한 이점이 있다.
