Abstract

Se proporciona un método para formar una abrazadera de inyector de combustible utilizando técnicas de pulvimetalurgia. Una carga de polvo metálico que comprende, 0.6-0.9 de carbono, 1.5-3.9 de cobre, 93.2-97.9 de hierro en por ciento en peso, con el resto siendo otros elementos, se compacta en matriz a una densidad de 7.0-7.1 gramos por centímetro cúbico pre-sinterizada a 815,556-871,111 grados Centígrados (1500-1600 grados Fahrenheit) para formar una plantilla de polvo metálico.
