为了能够遥控控制宠物厕所,在本实施例中,该宠物厕所还包括一遥控器33,控制模块16上设置用于接收遥控器33的遥控信号的无线接收模块,通过遥控器可以控制宠物厕所动作。每个宠物厕所可以配备一个或多个遥控器,遥控器上设有自动清洁模式、遥控清洁模式等,除此之外,还可以对遥控器的功能进行扩充,例如增加宠物GPS定位的功能和互联网多媒体的功能等。宠物GPS定位功能需要在宠物身上安装GPS模块,遥控器上需要增加和GPS定位模块通讯的模块,为防止宠物跑失,可在宠物项圈或宠物小腿部安装一个GPS模块,通过遥控器设定宠物活动范围,当宠物活动超出设定范围,遥控器会自动报警,提醒宠物主人。当宠物丢失,宠物主人可通过遥控器上的定位系统查找到宠物所在位置。互联网多媒体功能则需要在遥控器上增设无线上网模块,可以采用WIFI或WAPI等方式登录互联网。宠物主人可通过遥控器登录互联网,浏览与宠物有关的资讯与网站。
以上对宠物厕所的结构进行了详细介绍,下面介绍宠物厕所各种工作模式。
本发明的宠物厕所可以设定不同的工作模式,例如自动清洁模式或遥控清洁模式。
其中自动清洁模式适用于宠物不在主人身边时使用。
按下遥控器33上的自动清洁模式按键,或者通过控制模块16上的按键,使宠物厕所进入自动清洁状态。
宠物通过排泄训练,或通过专用排泄诱导剂的引导,在需要排泄时到平板10上进行排泄,平板10下方安装有重力感应传感器11,当重力感应传感器11感应到有平板10的重量变化时,重力感应传感器11把信号传递到设备上的控制模块16,当平板10上的重量消失几秒钟后,控制模块16发出指令,系统开始工作。
刮板11率先从平板10的前端启动,将平板10表面上的粪污物刮向设备另一端的粪便收集箱21里,粪便收集箱21安装有自动粪便清洗阀23,可清洗收集箱21里面的附着物,收集箱底部开有排便接口211,污物经排便接口211排出。
刮板上安装有喷水管112,喷水管112的喷嘴可以喷出雾状水雾,输水软管18与加药装置19相连,并安装有电控阀门,当刮板11工作时电动阀同时开启,加药箱里的消毒液体通过刮板上的雾状喷嘴喷出,对平板10的刮板11进行清洗和消毒。
当刮板11从平板10的一端运行到平板的另一端后,刮板暂停工作,这时高压清洗器开始启动,对刮板11进行清洗和消毒,清洗几秒钟后,高压清洗器停止工作,刮板11重新启动,返回到平板11的另一端。
刮板11的动力是通过带自动限位和过载保护的驱动电机15经丝杆提供的。驱动电机15采用智能芯片控制刮板行程,同时伴有过载保护功能,不会对宠物造成伤害。
遥控清洁模式适用于人工通过遥控器控制宠物厕所工作,按下遥控器上的遥控清洁模式按键,或者通过控制模块16上的按键,宠物厕所进入遥控清洁状态。
当宠物主人发现宠物在平板10上排泄完毕后,按下遥控器上的控制键对平板10上的污物进行清洗。可通过控制键多次对平板进行清洗。工作模式详见自动清洁模式的清洗方式相同。
如图4所示,为本发明的宠物厕所的第二实施例,与第一实施例不同的是,在粪便收集装置2内增加了自动打包封装装置34,自动打包封装装置34与所述控制模块电连接。这种粪便收集装置适用于无污水排放环境,该自动打包封装装置可以由常用的自动打包封装机改装而成,例如常用的塑料袋自动打包封装装置,利用机械封闭装置将粪便密封在包装袋内,通过拉紧、热容、切带、粘合完成打包。电机经传动装置将塑料袋向下拉12公分,这样粪便收集箱里又是一个新的没有异味的塑料袋。一次耗用一段12公分的塑料袋。装有粪便的塑料袋集中在厕所下面的粪便收集箱里,当粪便收集箱装满后将塑料袋清理,在换上新的塑料袋。当塑料袋用完后,使蜂鸣器发出声音,提示管理人员更换塑料袋。本实施例的其他结构与第一实施例的结构相同,不再赘述。需要理解的是,自动打包封装装置34可以单独使用,即用自动打包封装装置34单独作为粪便收集装置。
本发明的宠物厕所可以安装在家庭内供家庭的宠物使用。也可以是由公共管理部门设置在社区、公园等公共场合,供在公共场合活动的宠物使用,这样可以避免由于宠物随便便溺对公共环境带来的不良影响。
本发明的宠物厕所的电源可以是市电,当设置在户外是,也可以采用太阳能或者风电作为宠物厕所的电源,这样更为环保和节能。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种宠物厕所,其特征在于,包括粪便清洁装置和粪便收集装置,所述粪便清洁装置包括用于宠物在其上排泄的平板,所述平板的上方设置有刮板,所述平板的第一侧设置有用于驱动所述刮板在所述平板上移动的丝杆,所述平板的第二侧设置有滑动杆,所述刮板的一端与所述丝杆配合,另一端与所述滑动杆滑动连接,所述丝杆的端部连接有用于驱动丝杆转动的驱动电机,所述粪便收集装置位于所述平板末端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物厕所,其特征在于,所述宠物厕所还包括一控制模块,所述平板的下面设置有重力感应传感器,所述驱动电机以及所述重力感应传感器与所述控制模块电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的宠物厕所,其特征在于,所述宠物厕所还包括一遥控器,所述控制模块具有用于接收所述遥控器的遥控信号的无线接收模块。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物厕所,其特征在于,所述宠物厕所还包括诱导剂喷洒装置,所述诱导剂喷洒装置的喷嘴正对所述平板。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物厕所,其特征在于,所述粪便清洁装置还包括输水软管,所述刮板上设置有喷水管,所述喷水管上设置有多个喷嘴,所述喷水管与所述输水软管相连接,所述输水软管为螺旋状,所述输水软管套在所述滑动杆上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的宠物厕所,其特征在于,所述宠物厕所还包括加药装置,所述加药装置与所述输水软管相连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物厕所,其特征在于,所述平板为不锈钢钢板,所述平板上设置有防热涂层。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的宠物厕所,其特征在于,所述粪便收集装置包括粪便收集箱,所述粪便收集箱的底部设置有排便接口,所述粪便收集箱上设置有粪便冲洗阀。
  9. 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的宠物厕所,其特征在于,所述粪便收集装置上设置有用于在刮板移至平板末端时冲洗刮板的高压冲洗器。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的宠物厕所,其特征在于,所述粪便收集装置为自动打包封装装置,所述自动打包封装装置与所述控制模块电连接。
