发明内容

结合图 2 至图 7 所示,为本实用新型的固定端子的一个优选实施例,具有用于将固定端子压合固定到导线 10 的焊接端的压合部 1 、以及用于收容导线 10 的焊接端的筒状固定部 2 。具体地,固定端子由中部两侧设有弧形缺口的一金属片制成;金属片的上部的两侧相向弯曲形成压合部 1 ,金属片的上部的两侧为压合部 1 的两个压合固定片 11 ;金属片的下部的两侧相向弯曲成圆筒状形成固定部 2 。两个压合固定片 11 同时向压合部 1 内部弯折压合进入导线 10 的焊接端内,可将固定端子压合固定到导线 10 的焊接端。

压合部 1 将固定端子压合固定到导线 10 的焊接端上,具体地,通过压合设备治具使压合部 1 的两个压合固定片 11 同时向压合部 1 内部弯折进入导体 101 内部从而将固定端子压合固定到导线的焊接端的导体 101 上。
如图 12 及图 13 所示,固定部 2 插入到 PCB 板插孔 201 中,两个第二限位部 22 在进入插孔 201 时向固定部中间靠拢,在处于插孔 201 的下边缘时向固定部 2 外侧张开,挡在插孔 201 的下边缘;两个第一限位部 21 则挡在插孔的上边缘。利用固定端子的第一限位部 21 和第二限位部 22 分别挡在插孔 201 的上边缘和下边缘从而将固定部 2 限制在插孔 201 中。由于两个第一限位部 21 对称分布在固定部 2 的上部,两个第二限位部 22 对称分布在固定部 2 上, 从而将导线 10 垂直固定于 PCB 板 20 上。固定部 2 以及收 容在固定部2中的焊接端的导体101焊接在插孔201中。
经过此方式操作固定后,无需任何辅助定位设备等,便可以进行焊接工艺作业,将固定有固定端子的导线10与PCB板焊接,焊接后PCB与固定端子及插入固定端子容纳腔内的导体101均可实现电性导通。
在本发明固定端子及导线与 PCB 板连接结构的优选实施例中,优选地, 固定部的上部设有两个的耳片,两个耳片向外侧翻折90度形成两个第一限位部,需要理解的是,第一限位部的数目不局限于此,可以仅有一个限位部,也可以是两个以上第一限位部21,如图8所示,固定部具有三个第一限位部21;第一限位部也可以是其他可以限位的结构,例如固定部的上部设有的耳片向外侧翻折大于90度形成的卡位倒刺24,如图9所示。
在本发明固定端子及导线与 PCB 板连接结构的优选实施例中,优选地, 固定部的筒壁上半包围状的镂空线围成的一部分筒壁向外侧弯折形成的弹性倒刺即为第二限位部,固定部上具有两个第二限位部,两个第二限位部对称分布在固定部上,需要理解的是,第二限位部并不局限于此,也可以是其他能限位的结构,例如,固定部2筒壁上冲压形成的凸台或凸点;第二限位部的数目也不局限于此,可以仅有一个第二限位部,也可以有两个以上第二限位部。
在本发明固定端子及导线与 PCB 板连接结构的优选实施例中, 两个第一限位部对称分布在固定部上,两个第二限位部对称分布在固定部上,可以使导线垂直固定于PCB板插孔中,需要理解的是,当两个第一限位部和两个第二限位部不是对称分布在固定部的外侧,而是第一两个限位部在轴向上有一定错位,两个第二限位部在轴向上具有与两个第一限位部相同的错位,便可使导线以一定角度固定于PCB板插孔中。
在本发明固定端子及导线与 PCB 板连接结构的优选实施例中,优选地, 金属片的下部的两侧相向弯曲成圆筒状形成固定部;需要理解的是,固定部的形状并不局限于此,固定部也可由金属片的前端的两侧相向弯曲使固定部的横截面为圆形或三角形或椭圆形或其他几何形状。
在本发明固定端子及导线与 PCB 板连接结构的优选实施例中,优选地, 导线的焊接端去掉适宜长度的绝缘层,露出适当长的导体,并且一部分裸露的导体位于压合部处,通过压合设备治具使压合部的两个压合固定片同时向压合部内部弯折进入导体内部将固定端子压合固定到导线焊接端的导体上,需要理解的是, 固定端子的压合部也可以压合固定到导线的焊接端 的绝缘层上,导线的焊接端去掉较短的绝缘层,导体收容在固定部中,位于压合部的导线部分仍有绝缘层,通过压合设备治具使压合部的两个压合固定片同时向压合部内部弯折穿过绝缘层进入导体内部,从而将固定端子压合固定到导线焊接端,如图14所示。
在本发明固定端子及导线与 PCB 板连接结构的优选实施例中,使用了单根导线与固定端子固定连接,需要理解的,也可以是多根导线与固定端子连接,当需要多根导线连接到一个 PCB 板插孔时,可以将多根导线的导体收容到固定部中,再由两个压合固定片将多根导线与固定端子压合固定。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种固定端子,用于将导线固定焊接到PCB板的插孔中,其特征在于,所述固定端子具有用于将所述固定端子压合固定到所述导线的焊接端的压合部、以及用于收容所述导线的焊接端的筒状固定部;所述固定部的外侧设有用于挡在所述插孔的上边缘的第一限位部和用于挡在所述插孔的下边缘第二限位部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的固定端子,其特征在于,所述固定端子由中部两侧设有弧形缺口的金属片制成;所述金属片的上部的两侧相向弯曲形成所述压合部,所述金属片的上部的两侧为所述压合部的两个压合固定片;所述金属片的下部的两侧相向弯曲成筒状形成所述固定部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的固定端子,其特征在于,所述压合部的外侧面冲压形成有凹槽,相应所述压合部的内侧面形成有凸起结构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的固定端子,其特征在于,所述固定部的外侧设有两个或两个以上所述第一限位部;所述固定部的外侧设有两个或两个以上所述第二限位部。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的固定端子,其特征在于,所述固定部的横截面为圆形或三角形或椭圆形。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的固定端子,其特征在于,所述固定部的上部设有耳片,所述耳片向外侧翻折形成所述第一限位部。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的固定端子,其特征在于,所述第二限位部为所述固定部的筒壁上半包围状的镂空线围成的一部分筒壁向外侧弯折形成的弹性倒刺。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的固定端子,其特征在于,所述第二限位部为所述固定部的筒壁上的凸台或凸点。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述连接的固定端子,其特征在于,所述固定部的筒壁上设有通孔。
  10. 一种导线与PCB板的连接结构,其特征在于,包括导线,PCB板,以及权力要求1至9任一项所述的固定端子;所述PCB板上设有与所述固定部匹配的插孔;所述固定端子的压合部将所述固定端子压合固定到所述导线的焊接端,所述导线的焊接端收容在所述固定端子的筒状固定部中;所述固定端子的第一限位部和第二限位部分别挡在所述插孔的上边缘和下边缘将所述固定部限制在所述插孔中;所述固定部以及收容在所述固定部中的焊接端焊接在所述插孔中。
