Description

一种移动终端定位方法及系统 技术领域
本发明涉及移动终端定位技术, 尤其涉及一种移动终端定位的方法及 系统。 背景技术
随着移动通信的快速发展, 手机在人们日常生活和工作中的作用显得 越来越重要, 已经成为人们用以联系的最佳工具。 手机主要的功能是通信, 但随着全球定位系统( GPS , Global Positioning System ) 的技术广泛应用, 越来越多的手机也具备了定位功能。
越来越多的手机利用 GPS的定位技术来进行用户位置的定位和定位信 息的传送, 其定位过程一般是这样的:首先是终端进行 GPS定位, 定位成功 后终端把经纬度信息传送给定位服务器, 定位服务器再根据经纬度信息将 终端所在位置标记在地图服务器中生成的地图上, 最后定位服务器再把这 个地图的网页链接返回给终端, 然后终端通过浏览器上网显示出当前终端 所在的地图上的位置。
上述过程一般适用于终端对自身位置的定位, 但对于定位其他手机的 过程则没有相对完善的方法, 特别是看护手机, 即给儿童或者老人使用的 手机, 该手机可以在紧急的状态下将定位信息发给保护者的手机即保护手 机, 例如父母的或者子女的手机。 但是实现保护手机通过定位信息实现对 看护手机的看护, 其中还有很多技术问题没能得到很好的解决, 导致上述 业务不能得到很好的利用, 上述问题主要有: 如何让被定位终端接受定位 发起终端的请求; 如何让被定位终端发送定位信息给定位发起终端; 定位 发起终端如何显示定位被定位终端的位置; 被定位终端如何在紧急状态下 发起对定位终端的呼叫; 定位终端如何联系被定位终端; 紧急状态下, 被 定位终端如何快速进行定位, 并把定位信息发送给定位发起终端; 上述定 位终端和被定位终端分别为保护手机和看护手机。
对于上述问题, 现有的技术方案都仅针对其中的一点做了一些改进, 但是缺乏一整套完整、 有效的系统来对整个业务流程建议规范。 为了解决 上述的问题, 最好的方法就是提供一套完整的系统来对看护手机的业务流 程进行规范, 这对于看护手机的业务的推广和使用, 对于大大提高第三代 移动通信技术(3G, 3rd Generation ) 时代的移动终端的可用性和用户体验 美誉度很有帮助。 发明内容
本发明要解决的主要技术问题是, 提供一种移动终端的定位方法和系 统, 能使被定位移动终端根据自身的各种状态及时的将定位信息发给定位 移动终端, 使定位移动终端用户能够及时的得知被定位移动终端用户的当 前所处的情况以做出相应的处理。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供一种移动终端的定位方法, 包括如 下步骤:
定位移动终端通过 WEB服务器设置被定位移动终端的参数; 被定位移动终端根据上述设置的参数发出定位请求, 并将根据所述定 位请求得到的定位信息发送给所述定位移动终端;
所述定位移动终端根据接收到的所述定位信息做相应的处理。
在本发明的一种实施例中,所述定位移动终端通过 WEB服务器设置所 述被定位移动终端的参数具体过程为:

在本发明的一种实施例中, 所述被定位移动终端的参数包括: 通用参数, 所述通用参数包括被定位移动终端的接听方式参数、 定位 信息发送参数、 以及通话音量大小参数;
号码参数, 所述号码参数包括号码列表及所述号码列表中相应的定位 移动终端的号码优先级、 以及定位服务器号码及其对应的数据库服务器号 码;
特殊参数, 包括状态定位参数, 所述状态定位参数包括紧急状态定位 参数、 一般状态定位参数、 关机状态定位参数、 以及低电状态定位参数, 还包括设置是否接听相应的定位移动终端的呼叫的接听参数以及清除上述 参数设置的清除数据参数。
在本发明的一种实施例中, 所述定位移动终端根据查看到的所述被定 位移动终端当前的参数对所述被定位移动终端参数进行设置的具体过程 为: 所述定位移动终端查看自身的号码是否已经加入所述被定位移动终端 的号码列表中, 若没有, 则将自身的号码加入所述被定位移动终端的号码 列表中, 并分别对所述被定位移动终端的上述各种参数做相应的设置。
在本发明的一种实施例中, 所述被定位移动终端根据所述定位移动终 端设置好的参数进行自身当前参数的修改的具体过程为: 所述被定位移动 终端接收到由所述 WEB服务器发送的由所述定位移动终端设置好的参数 后, 将其与自身当前的参数进行比较, 根据比较结果对自身的当前参数进 行相应的修改, 并将修改结果反馈给所述数据库服务器和所述定位移动终 端, 其中, 所述修改结果包括修改的参数以及修改是否成功的信息。 在本发明的一种实施例中, 被定位移动终端根据所述参数的设置发出 定位请求, 并将根据所述定位请求得到的定位信息发送给所述定位移动终 端的具体过程为: 当被定位移动终端处于紧急状态或者一般状态或者关机 的设置要求时, 被定位移动终端发出相应的 ^警信息, 并发起相应的定位 请求进行定位并得到定位结果; 然后所述被定位移动终端根据所述定位结 果发出定位信息给所述定位移动终端。
在本发明的一种实施例中, 被定位移动终端根据所述参数的设置发出 定位请求, 并将根据所述定位请求得到的定位信息发送给所述定位移动终 且其相应的状态参数满足相应的定位移动终端的设置要求时, 被定位移动 终端结束所有正在运行的进程并发出相应的报警信息, 同时发起相应的定 位请求进行定位并得到定位结果; 然后所述被定位移动终端根据所述定位 结果发送定位信息给所述定位移动终端。
在本发明的一种实施例中, 所述定位信息包括定位结果和被定位移动 终端当前所处的状态, 所述定位结果包括由定位服务器生成的网页链接。
在本发明的一种实施例中, 所述定位移动终端接收到所述定位信息后, 根据所述网页链接查看所述被定位移动终端的当前位置或者根据所述被定 位移动终端当前所处的状态向所述被定位移动终端进行呼叫或者回复相应 的应答信息。
在本发明的一种实施例中, 所述特殊参数还包括定时定位参数, 所述 被定位移动终端根据定时定位参数设置好发送定位请求的时间, 并在上述 时间到达时, 发起定位请求并将将根据所述定位请求得到的定位信息发送 给所述定位移动终端。
在本发明的一种实施例中, 所述特殊参数还包括第三方定位参数, 所 述被定位移动终端的第三方定位参数设置为接受时, 相应的定位移动终端 能在任何时候向所述被定位移动终端发起第三方定位请求并得到所述被定 位移动终端的当前位置信息。
在本发明的一种实施例中, 所述定位移动终端向所述被定位移动终端 发起第三方定位请求的具体过程为:
所述定位移动终端通过 WEB 服务器向所述被定位移动终端发起第三 方定位请求;
所述 WEB服务器通知相应的定位服务器发起对所述被定位移动终端 的第三方定位;
被定位移动终端根据所述第三方定位得到的定位结果发送定位信息给 所述定位移动终端, 其中所述定位信息包括所述被定位移动终端处于第三 方定位状态的提示信息和定位结果。
本发明还提供了一种手机定位系统, 包括前述移动终端的定位方法中 包含的定位移动终端、 被定位移动终端以及 WEB服务器; 所述 WEB服务 器用于给所述定位移动终端提供相应的 WEB服务。
在本发明的一种实施例中, 所述定位移动终端与所述被定位移动终端 通过移动网络连接, 且所述定位移动终端与所述被定位移动终端的连接关 系为一对一、 一对多或者多对多。
本发明的有益效果是: 本发明提供的一种移动终端的定位方法, 定位 移动终端通过 WEB服务器设置被定位移动终端的相关参数,被定位移动终 端根据上述相关参数的设置, 在相应的状态下发出定位请求, 在定位成功 后, 将得到的定位信息发送给定位移动终端, 定位移动终端可根据接收到 的定位信息, 得知被定位移动终端的当前所处的位置等信息, 并根据上述 信息可做出及时的处理。 附图说明

本发明提供的移动终端的定位方法可包括以下步骤:
定位移动终端通过 WEB服务器设置被定位移动终端的参数; 被定位移动终端根据上述设置的参数发出定位请求, 并将根据定位请 求得到的定位信息发送给定位移动终端;
定位移动终端根据接收到的定位信息做相应的处理。
在本实施例中,定位移动终端通过 WEB服务器设置被定位移动终端的 参数具体过程可为:
定位移动终端通过 WEB服务器查看被定位移动终端当前的参数; WEB服务器从数据库服务器中读取出被定位移动终端的参数并显示给 定位移动终端;
定位移动终端根据查看到的被定位移动终端的参数对被定位移动终端 参数进行设置;
WEB服务器将定位移动终端设置好的参数发送给被定位移动终端, 被 定位移动终端根据接收到的定位移动终端设置好的参数对自身当前的参数 进行相应的修改, 并将修改结果反馈给数据库服务器和定位移动终端。 在本实施例中, 被定位移动终端的参数可包括:
通用参数, 所述通用参数包括被定位移动终端的接听方式参数、 定位 信息发送参数、 以及通话音量大小参数;
号码参数, 所述号码参数包括号码列表及所述号码列表中相应的定位 移动终端的号码的优先级、 以及定位服务器号码及其对应的数据库服务器 号码;
特殊参数, 包括状态定位参数, 所述状态定位参数包括: 紧急状态定 位参数, 用于设置是否允许发送紧急状态下的定位信息给相应的定位移动 终端; 一般状态定位参数, 用于设置是否允许发送一般状态下的定位信息 给相应的定位移动终端; 关机状态定位参数, 用于设置是否允许发送关机 状态下的定位信息给相应的定位移动终端; 以及用于设置是否允许发送低 电状态下的定位信息给相应的定位移动终端的低电状态定位参数。 特殊参 数还可包括设置是否接听相应的定位移动终端的呼叫的接听参数以及清除 上述参数设置的清除数据参数。
在本实施例中, 定位移动终端根据查看到的被定位移动终端的参数对 被定位移动终端参数进行设置的具体过程为: 定位移动终端查看自身的号 码是否已经加入被定位移动终端的号码列表中, 若没有, 则将自身的号码 加入被定位移动终端的号码列表中, 并分别对被定位移动终端的相应的各 种参数进行设置。
在本实施例中, 被定位移动终端根据定位移动终端设置好的参数进行 自身当前参数的修改的具体过程为:被定位移动终端接收到由 WEB服务器 发送的由定位移动终端设置好的参数后, 将其与自身当前的参数进行比较, 根据比较结果对自身的当前参数进行相应的修改, 并将修改结果反馈给数 据库服务器和定位移动终端, 其中, 反馈结果包括修改的参数以及修改是 否成功的信息。 在本实施例中, 被定位移动终端根据参数的设置发出定位请求, 并将 根据定位请求得到的定位信息发送给定位移动终端的具体过程为: 当被定 位移动终端处于紧急状态或者一般状态或者关机电压状态或者低电电压状 态并满足定位移动终端设置的相应的定位参数时, 被定位移动终端发出相 应的报警信息, 并发起相应的定位请求进行定位并得到定位结果; 然后被 定位移动终端根据定位结果发出定位信息给定位移动终端。
在本实施例中, 定位信息包括定位结果和被定位移动终端当前的状态, 定位结果包括由定位服务器生成的网页链接, 定位移动终端接收到定位信 息后, 根据定位信息中的网页链接查看被定位移动终端的当前位置。

请参考图 1 , 该图为本实施例的系统框图, 本实施例提供的系统可由定 位移动终端、 被定位移动终端、 短消息服务中心 106 以及相关的服务器组 成, 下面做具体的介绍:为了更好的理解本发明, 本实施例中的定位移动终 端可取为保护手机终端 101 , 相应的被定位移动终端可取为看护手机终端 102, 看护手机终端 102可通过移动网络与保护手机终端 101相连接。 看护 手机终端 102和保护手机终端 101可以都为 1个, 即它们的连接关系可为 一对一, 也可为看护手机终端 102有多个, 保护手机终端 101只有 1个, 或者保护手机终端 101有多个, 看护手机终端 102只有一个, 即可为一对 多的连接关系, 也可为看护手机终端 102和保护手机终端 101都有多个并 通过移动网络连接, 即可为多对多的连接关系, 且保护手机终端 102可通 过 WEB服务器 103进行设置、 修改、 删除以及更新; 本实施例釆用一对一 的连接关系对本发明做进一步说明。
在本实施例中的保护手机终端 101 的主要业务有: 通过 WEB服务器 103查看看护手机终端 102的当前的参数, 并对其进行相应的设置; 接收由 看护手机终端 102 发送的定位信息并根据定位信息提供的网页链接通过 WEB服务器 103查看看护手机终端 102当前所处的位置或者根据定位信息 中的看护手机终端 102 的当前状态对其进行呼叫; 发送第三方定位请求给 WEB服务器 103进行第三方定位过程。
本实施例中的看护手机终端 102的主要业务有:根据保护手机终端 101 对其参数的设置进行自身当前参数的修改, 其中本实施例中的参数可包括: 通用参数, 通用参数包括看护手机终端 102 的接听方式参数即接听保 护手机终端 101 的呼叫的方式, 可选择为自动接听或者手动接听; 定位信 息发送参数即是否允许发送定位信息、 以及通话音量大小参数, 本实施例 中的通话音量可根据用户的自身情况设置为大、 中、 小三个等级; 先级; 号码列表中保存有保护手机终端 101 的号码以及该号码处在号码列 表中的位置的序号, 比如可设号码列表中可保存 10个保护手机终端 101的 号码且其保存的序号可分别为 1-10, 则这些号码的优先级可根据其在号码 列表中的序号设定, 比如序号为 1的保护手机终端 101 , 可设置其优先级最 高, 相应的看护手机终端发送的定位消息可优先发给序号为 1 的保护手机 终端 101 , 如果序号为 1的保护手机终端 101没有应答, 可按照优先级的顺 序依次下发, 直到有应答的保护手机终端 101 为止, 也可根据优先级的先 后顺序依次发送满足要求的保护手机终端 101 而不需要等待应答结果。 当 然, 本发明中的优先级还可根据其他的原则设置, 如可选择离看护手机终 端 102距离最近的保护手机终端 101为最高优先级或者与看护手机终端 102 的用户关系最紧密的保护手机终端 101 为最高优先级。 号码参数还可包括 定位服务器号码以供定位时的调用以及其对应的数据库服务器号码。
特殊参数, 包括针对号码列表中相应的保护手机终端 101 的号码设置 状态定位参数, 即是否允许发送紧急定位信息或者一般定位信息或者关机 定位信息或者低电定位信息给相应的保护手机终端 101 的各个状态定位参 数以及设置是否接听此号码的呼叫的接听参数, 例如, 可以以号码列表中 的序号为 1 的保护手机终端 101为例, 相应的可以设置为当看护手机终端 102处于紧急状态时允许其发送紧急状态的定位信息给序号为 1的保护手机 终端 101 , 则其紧急状态定位参数可设为 1 时表示有效, 当看护手机终端 102处于一般状态时拒绝其发送一般状态的定位消息给序号为 1的保护手机 终端 101 , 则其一般状态定位参数可设置为 0表示无效。相应的低电状态和 关机状态的相应的定位信息也可参照上述方式进行设置。 还可设置看护手 机终端 102是否接听保护手机终端 101 的接听参数, 即设置为允许时, 看 护手机终端 102可以接听保护手机终端 101的呼叫, 否则就拒绝接听。 还 可包括清除数据参数,即可全部或者有针对性的部分清除看护手机终端 102 当前的一些设置好的参数, 例如清除在号码列表中序号为 2 的保护手机终 端 101的号码。
从图 1中可知, 本实施例中的服务器包括 WEB服务器 103、 定位服务 器 105、 地图服务器 104以及数据库服务器 107, 下面分别对上述服务器做 进一步的介绍:
本实施例中的 WEB服务器 103的主要业务有: 接收保护手机终端 101 的查看看护手机终端 102的请求; 从数据库服务器 107中获取看护手机终 端 102的当前参数并显示给保护手机终端 101 ;将保护手机终端 101对看护 手机终端 103设置好的参数发送给看护手机终端 102 ,发送的方式可以有多 种, 比如邮件、 或者短信息的方式, 本实施例中可釆用通过短消息服务中 心 106发送短消息的方式发送上述设置好的参数; WEB服务器 103还用于 根据保护手机终端提供的网页链接访问地图服务器 104, 并将地图服务器 104传回的包含有看护手机终端 102 的当前位置的地图显示给保护手机终 端;本实施例中的 WEB服务器 103还可用于按照保护手机终端 101的要求 通过定位服务器 105向看护手机终端 102发送第三方定位请求。 本实施例中的地图服务器 104主要用于接收 WEB服务器 103发送的看 护手机终端 102的定位地址即定位过程产生的网页链接, 并根据网页链接, 生成包含有看护手机终端 102的位置的地图发送给 WEB服务器 103。
本实施例中的定位服务器 105主要用于接收看护手机终端 102发起的 紧急状态下的定位和一般状态下的定位以及低电和关机状态下的定位请 求, 以及接收 WEB服务器 103发来的第三方定位请求。
本实施例中的短消息服务中心 106主要用于短信的转发, 可包括: 转 发由 WEB服务器 103发送由保护手机终端 101通过 WEB服务器 103设设 置好的看护手机终端 102参数的短消息; 转发由看护手机终端 102发送的 各个状态下的定位信息的短消息给保护手机终端 101 ;转发由看护手机终端 102 发送的修改参数的反馈结果给数据库服务器 107 以及保护手机终端 101。
本实施例中的数据库服务器 107用于提供给 WEB服务器保护手机终端 101请求查看的看护手机终端 102的当前参数以及接收从短消息中心 106转 发来的看护手机终端 102修改当前参数的反馈结果, 并保存看护手机终端 102修改后的相关参数。
请参考图 2, 该图为参数设置的流程图, 具体如下:
步骤 201 : 保护手机终端 101登录 WEB服务器 103并请求查看看护手 机终端 102当前的各种参数;
步骤 202: WEB服务器 103从数据库服务器 107中读取出看护手机终 端 102当前的各种参数并显示给保护手机终端 101 ;
步骤 203: 保护手机终端 101查看了看护手机终端 102的当前参数后, 根据实际情况和需要实现的目标对看护手机终端 102 的当前参数进行相应 的设置;
步骤 204: WEB服务器 103将步骤 203中设置好的参数通过短消息服务 中心 106以短消息的方式发给看护手机终端 102;
步骤 205: 看护手机终端 102接收到步骤 204发送的短消息后, 将保护 手机终端 101设置好的各种参数与自身的当前参数进行比较、 修改, 并将 修改结果以短消息的方式反馈给数据库服务器 107和保护手机终端 101 ;其 中, 反馈给数据库服务器 107 的修改结果可包括修改后的参数和未修改的 参数, 以供数据库服务器 107对看护手机终端 102的当前参数进行保存; 反馈给保护手机终端 101的修改结果可包括 "修改参数成功" 的提示消息。
上述步骤中看护手机终端 102 的各种参数具体可包括: 通用参数、 号 码参数和特殊参数。
在本实施例中, 还可对看护手机终端 102设置使用模式切换, 比如儿 童使用和老人使用的模式切换, 具体如下: 看护手机终端 102从 WEB服务 器 103接收特殊格式的短消息命令, 根据该短消息命令中的内容进行相应 的模式切换, 并将切换的结果以固定格式的短消息通知设置好的保护手机 终端 101 , 并将更改过的参数反馈给数据库服务器 107以供其保存。
经上述步骤设置好看护手机终端 102 的各种参数之后, 看护手机终端 102 可在上述设置的各种状态下发送相应的定位消息给相应的保护手机终 端 101 , 下面就各种情况的工作流程做详细的介绍。
请参考图 3 , 该图为紧急状态下的定位流程图流程图, 具体如下: 步骤 301 : 看护手机终端 102在紧急状态下发起紧急状态定位请求; 其中, 上述定位可以是辅助全球卫星定位系统(AGPS, Assisted Global Positioning System )的 MS-Assisted、 MS-Based或 Standalone模式, 其定位 过程和定位服务器之间釆用的协议规范遵从 OMA-SUPL或者 PRE-SUPL。
步骤 302: 看护手机终端 102在紧急状态下可发出声光报警;
步骤 303:看护手机终端 102将通过上述定位得到的定位消息通过短消 息服务中心 106以短消息的方式发送给保护手机终端 101 ; 其中, 发送的定位消息中可包含两部分, 第一部分可为提示当前状态 即是 "紧急状态", 第二部分可包含当前位置的定位结果, 该定位结果可为 由 GPS定位过程中产生的地图的网页链接, 也还可包括看护手机终端 102 当前位置的经纬度信息、 坐标系和定位精度, 具体的组合格式可有很多种, 这里就不——列举了。
步骤 304:保护手机终端 101收到含有看护手机终端 102位置信息以及 当前状态的信息的定位信息;
步骤 305: 保护手机终端 101根据步骤 304收到的定位信息访问 WEB 服务器 103 , 请求看护手机终端 102当前所在位置的地图信息;
步骤 306: WEB服务器 103通过访问地图服务器 104, 获取看护手机 终端 102当前所在位置的地图信息并发送给保护手机终端 101。
当然, 根据实际情况, 比如上述的紧急情况中, 保护手机终端 101 直 接查看到定位消息中的当前状态为紧急时, 可不查看看护手机终端 102 的 位置, 而直接做出相应的处理措施, 比例直接回电话给看护手机终端 102 , 具体如下:
步骤 307:保护手机终端 101还可根据实际情况在步骤 304时发起对看 护手机终端 102的呼叫;
步骤 308:看护手机终端 102的接听参数中如果允许接听该保护手机终 端时, 则可自动接听该保护手机终端 101 的来电, 且如果在声光报警的状 态下收到该保护手机终端 101 的来电, 则停止声光报警。 如果看护手机终 端 102不允许接听该保护手机终端 101的来电, 则保护手机终端 101可按 上述方式查看看护手机终端 102 的当前位置并根据相关参数的设置做相应 的处理。
在本实施例中, 可在号码列表中分别设置各个保护手机终端 101 的优 先级, 比如可根据保护手机终端 101与看护手机终端 102的亲密关系以及 他们之间的实际距离来设定, 也可按照号码列表中各保护手机终端 101 的 序号的大小依次设定, 设置好优先级后, 看护手机终端 102 的定位信息可 优先发给优先级最高的保护手机终端 101 ,也可将优先级最高的保护手机终 端 101的相对于看护手机终端 102的各种参数都设置为允许, 如相对于各 种状态的定位参数针对优先级最高的保护手机终端 101 都可设置为允许, 以便于优先级最高的保护手机终端 101 的用户能全面的了解看护手机终端 102的相关信息。
在本实施例中, 当看护手机终端 102处于不同的状态时可发出不同的 报警信息, 例如上面的声光报警。 本实施例中列举的看护手机终端 102处 于其他状态下时设置为不发出报警信息。 下面的例子中, 看护手机终端 102 的参数相对于相应的保护手机终端 101的相应参数都设置为允许。
请参考图 4, 该图为一般状态下的定位流程图, 具体如下:
步骤 401 :看护手机终端 102可同时发起一般状态定位请求和呼叫保护 手机终端 101 ;
其中,定位可以是 AGPS的 MS-Assisted、MS-Based或 Standalone模式, 其定位过程和定位服务器之间釆用的协议规范应遵从 OMA-SUPL 或者 PRE-SUPL。
其中, 一般可把看护手机终端 102 的号码列表中的第一个保护手机终 端 101作为呼叫对象;
其中, 当定位和呼叫同时存在的时候, 定位可以作为后台动作进行, 而呼叫过程则作为前台过程。 也可只进行一般状态的定位而不必同时进行 呼叫。
步骤 402:看护手机终端 102将当前所在位置的定位信息通过短消息的 方式发送给保护手机终端 101 ;
其中, 定位信息中包含两部分, 第一部分应提示当前 是 "一般状态", 第二部分则应包含当前位置的定位结果, 该定位结果可为由 GPS定位过程 中产生的地图的网页链接, 也还可包括看护手机终端 102 当前位置的经纬 度信息、 坐标系和定位精度, 具体的组合格式可有很多种, 这里就不—— 列举了;
步骤 403:保护手机终端 101收到含有看护手机终端 102位置信息和当 前状态信息的定位信息的短消息;
步骤 404: 保护手机终端 101根据步骤 403收到的短消息访问 WEB服 务器 103 , 请求查看看护手机终端 102当前所在位置的地图信息;
步骤 405: WEB服务器 103通过访问地图服务器 104, 获取看护手机 终端 102当前所在位置的地图信息并发送给保护手机终端 101。
请参考图 5 , 该图为定时定位状态的定位流程图, 具体如下:
步骤 501 : 看护手机终端 102预先设定好定时定位参数;
步骤 502: 看护手机终端 102在步骤 501中设定的时间到达时,发起定 位请求;
其中,定位可以是 AGPS的 MS-Assisted、MS-Based或 Standalone模式, 其定位过程和定位服务器之间釆用的协议规范应遵从 OMA-SUPL 或者 PRE-SUPL。
步骤 503:看护手机终端 102将当前所在位置的定位信息通过短消息的 方式发送给保护手机终端 101 ;
其中, 定位信息中包含两部分, 第一部分应提示当前是 "定时定位状 态",第二部分则应包含当前位置的定位结果,该定位结果可为由 GPS定位 过程中产生的地图的网页链接, 也还可包括看护手机终端 102 当前位置的 经纬度信息、 坐标系和定位精度, 具体的组合格式可有很多种, 这里就不 一一列举了;
其中, 一般可把看护手机终端 102号码列表中的第一个保护手机终端 101作为定时定位信息的接收者;
步骤 504:保护手机终端 101收到含有看护手机终端 102位置信息和状 态信息的短消息;
步骤 505: 保护手机终端 101根据步骤 504收到的短消息访问 WEB服 务器 103 , 请求查看看护手机终端 102当前所在位置的地图信息;
步骤 506: WEB服务器 103通过访问地图服务器 104, 获取看护手机 终端 102当前所在位置的地图信息并发送给保护手机终端 101。
请参考图 6, 该图为关机状态的定位流程图, 具体如下:
步骤 601 : 看护手机终端 102关机前可结束当前的各种应用进程; 其中, 各种应用进程包括但不限于: 呼叫过程、 短信收发过程、 GPS 定位过程等, 结束各应用流程后, 根据实际需要再运行需要运行的相关进 程, 以降低能耗, 当然也可不做上述处理直接进行关机定位请求;
步骤 602: 看护手机终端 102发起关机定位请求;
其中,定位可以是 AGPS的 MS-Assisted、MS-Based或 Standalone模式, 其定位过程和定位服务器之间釆用的协议规范应遵从 OMA-SUPL 或者 PRE-SUPL。
步骤 603:看护手机终端 102把定位信息釆用短消息的方式发送给保护 手机终端;
其中, 定位消息中包含两部分, 第一部分应提示当前是 "关机状态", 第二部分则应包含当前位置的定位结果, 该定位结果可为由 GPS定位过程 中产生的地图的网页链接, 也还可包括看护手机终端 102 当前位置的经纬 度信息、 坐标系和定位精度, 具体的组合格式可有很多种, 这里就不—— 列举了;
步骤 604:保护手机终端 101收到含有看护手机终端 102位置信息的定 位信息的短消息; 步骤 605: 保护手机终端 101根据步骤 604收到的短消息访问 WEB服 务器 103 , 请求看护手机终端 102当前所在位置的地图信息;
步骤 606: WEB服务器 103通过访问地图服务器 104, 获取看护手机 终端 102当前所在位置的地图信息并发送给保护手机终端 101 ;
请参考图 7, 该图为低电状态的定位流程图, 具体如下:
步骤 701:看护手机终端 102在低电状态下可暂停当前的各个应用进程; 其中, 各种应用进程包括但不限于: 呼叫过程、 短信收发过程、 GPS 定位过程等, 根据实际需要再运行需要运行的相关进程, 以降低能耗, 当 然也可不做上述处理直接进行关机定位请求;
步骤 702: 看护手机终端 102发起定位请求;

步骤 704:保护手机终端 101收到含有看护手机终端 102位置信息的短 消息;
步骤 705: 保护手机终端 101根据步骤 704收到的短消息访问 WEB服 务器 103 , 请求看护手机终端 102当前所在位置的地图信息;
步骤 706: WEB服务器 103通过访问地图服务器 104, 获取看护手机 终端 102当前所在位置的地图信息并发送给保护手机终端 101 ; 请参考图 8, 该图为第三方定位请求状态下的定位流程图, 具体如下: 步骤 801 : 保护手机终端 101通过 WEB服务器 103发起对看护手机终 端 102的第三方定位请求;
步骤 802: WEB服务器 103通知定位服务器 105发起对看护手机终端
102的第三方定位请求;
步骤 803:定位服务器 105发起对看护手机终端 102的第三方定位业务; 其中, 定位服务器 105发起对看护手机终端第三方定位业务可以釆用
Wap push的方式进行通知;
其中,定位可以是 AGPS的 MS-Assisted、MS-Based或 Standalone模式, 其定位过程和定位服务器 105之间釆用的协议规范应遵从 OMA-SUPL或者
PRE-SUPL。
步骤 804:看护手机终端 102把定位信息釆用短消息的方式发送给保护 手机终端 101 ;
其中, 定位信息中包含两部分, 第一部分应提示当前是 "第三方定位", 第二部分则应包含当前位置的定位结果, 该定位结果可为由 GPS定位过程 中产生的地图的网页链接, 也还可包括看护手机终端 102 当前位置的经纬 度信息、 坐标系和定位精度, 具体的组合格式可有很多种, 这里就不—— 列举了;
步骤 805:保护手机终端 101收到含有看护手机终端 102位置信息的短 消息;
步骤 806: 保护手机终端 101根据步骤 804收到的短消息访问 WEB服 务器 103 , 请求看护手机终端 102当前所在位置的地图信息;
步骤 807: WEB服务器 103通过访问地图服务器 104, 获取看护手机 终端 102当前所在位置的地图信息并发送给保护手机终端 101。 综上可知, 本发明提供的定位方法和系统的保护手机终端 101 可通过 WEB服务器 103对看护手机终端 102的各种状态下的参数进行相应的设置, 且还可相应的设置各个保护手机终端 101 的优先级, 在看护手机终端 102 满足上述参数设定的条件时, 即可发起定位请求, 并将定位请求得到的定 位结果和定位时所处的当前状态按固定的格式合成短消息发送给保护手机 终端 101 ,从而保护手机终端 101接收到上述短消息后可根据看护手机终端 102当前所处的状态进行相应的处理,例如当看护手机终端 102处于紧急状 态时, 可直接对其进行呼叫。 因此本申请的保护手机终端 101 可以利用上 述参数的设置及时的得到相应的看护手机终端 102 当前所处的状态以及位 置等信息, 以便能做出及时有效的相关处理。
另外, 本发明提供的方法和系统只需看护手机终端和保护手机终端以 好的通用性, 且可减少类似业务的成本, 以进一步推广看护手机业务的使 用, 提高 3G时代的移动终端的可用性和用户体验。
以上内容是结合具体的实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明, 不 能认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。 对于本发明所属技术领域的 普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明构思的前提下, 还可以做出若干简单 推演或替换, 都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1.一种移动终端的定位方法, 其特征在于包括如下步骤:
定位移动终端通过 WEB服务器设置被定位移动终端的参数; 被定位移动终端根据上述设置的参数发出定位请求, 并将根据所述定 位请求得到的定位信息发送给所述定位移动终端;
所述定位移动终端根据接收到的所述定位信息做相应的处理。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述定位移动终端通过 WEB服务器设置所述被定位移动终端的参数具体过程为:
所述定位移动终端通过 WEB服务器查看所述 WEB服务器从数据库服 务器中读取并显示的所述被定位移动终端当前的参数, 对所述被定位移动 终端的参数进行相应的设置并通过所述 WEB 服务器将设置好的参数发送 给被定位移动终端;
所述被定位移动终端根据接收到的所述定位移动终端设置好的参数对 自身当前的参数进行相应的修改, 并将修改结果反馈给数据库服务器和所 述定位移动终端。
3.根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述被定位移动终端的参 数包括:
通用参数, 所述通用参数包括被定位移动终端的接听方式参数、 定位 信息发送参数、 以及通话音量大小参数;
号码参数, 所述号码参数包括号码列表及所述号码列表中相应的定位 移动终端的号码优先级、 以及定位服务器号码及其对应的数据库服务器号 码;
特殊参数, 包括状态定位参数, 所述状态定位参数包括紧急状态定位 参数、 一般状态定位参数、 关机状态定位参数、 以及低电状态定位参数, 还包括设置是否接听相应的定位移动终端的呼叫的接听参数以及清除上述 参数设置的清除数据参数。
4.根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述定位移动终端根据查 看到的所述被定位移动终端当前的参数对所述被定位移动终端参数进行设 置的具体过程为: 所述定位移动终端查看自身的号码是否已经加入所述被 定位移动终端的号码列表中, 若没有, 则将自身的号码加入所述被定位移 动终端的号码列表中, 并分别对所述被定位移动终端的上述各种参数做相 应的设置。
5.根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述被定位移动终端根据 所述定位移动终端设置好的参数进行自身当前参数的修改的具体过程为: 所述被定位移动终端接收到由所述 WEB服务器发送的由所述定位移动终 端设置好的参数后, 将其与自身当前的参数进行比较, 根据比较结果对自 身的当前参数进行相应的修改, 并将修改结果反馈给所述数据库服务器和 所述定位移动终端, 其中, 所述修改结果包括修改的参数以及修改是否成 功的信息。
6.根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于,被定位移动终端根据所述 参数的设置发出定位请求, 并将根据所述定位请求得到的定位信息发送给 所述定位移动终端的具体过程为: 当被定位移动终端处于紧急状态或者一 的定位移动终端的设置要求时, 被定位移动终端发出相应的报警信息, 并 发起相应的定位请求进行定位并得到定位结果; 然后所述被定位移动终端 根据所述定位结果发出定位信息给所述定位移动终端。
7.根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于,被定位移动终端根据所述 参数的设置发出定位请求, 并将根据所述定位请求得到的定位信息发送给 所述定位移动终端的具体过程为: 当被定位移动终端处于关机电压状态或 者低电电压状态且其相应的状态参数满足相应的定位移动终端的设置要求 时, 被定位移动终端结束所有正在运行的进程并发出相应的报警信息, 同 时发起相应的定位请求进行定位并得到定位结果; 然后所述被定位移动终 端根据所述定位结果发送定位信息给所述定位移动终端。
8.根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述定位信息包括定位结 果和被定位移动终端当前所处的状态, 所述定位结果包括由定位服务器生 成的网页链接。
9.根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述定位移动终端接收到 所述定位信息后, 根据所述网页链接查看所述被定位移动终端的当前位置 或者根据所述被定位移动终端当前所处的状态向所述被定位移动终端进行 呼叫或者回复相应的应答信息。
10. 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述特殊参数还包括定 时定位参数, 所述被定位移动终端根据定时定位参数设置好发送定位请求 的时间, 并在上述时间到达时, 发起定位请求并将根据所述定位请求得到 的定位信息发送给所述定位移动终端。
11. 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述特殊参数还包括第 三方定位参数, 所述被定位移动终端的第三方定位参数设置为接受时, 相 应的定位移动终端能在任何时候向所述被定位移动终端发起第三方定位请 求并得到所述被定位移动终端的当前位置信息。
12. 根据权利要求 11所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述定位移动终端向 所述被定位移动终端发起第三方定位请求的具体过程为:
所述定位移动终端通过 WEB 服务器向所述被定位移动终端发起第三 方定位请求;
所述 WEB服务器通知相应的定位服务器发起对所述被定位移动终端 的第三方定位;
被定位移动终端根据所述第三方定位得到的定位结果发送定位信息给 所述定位移动终端, 其中, 所述定位信息包括所述被定位移动终端处于第 三方定位状态的提示信息和定位结果。
13. 一种手机定位系统, 其特征在于包括权利要求 1至 12任一所述的 移动终端的定位方法中包含的定位移动终端、被定位移动终端以及 WEB服 务器; 所述 WEB服务器用于向所述定位移动终端提供相应的 WEB服务。
14. 根据权利要求 13所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述定位移动终端与 所述被定位移动终端通过移动网络连接, 且所述定位移动终端与所述被定 位移动终端的连接关系为一对一、 一对多或者多对多。
